Fantastic experience: Dr. Myers took care of a filling that I needed and she did a great job. She also prepped a tooth for a crown and was excellent in that as well. NO discomfort with either procedure. Nick , the assistant, then did the scanning for the new crown and fitted a temporary crown for me to have while the permanent is made. Never felt any discomfort. Really happy with 7 to 7 Denttal!

Negative experience: This is a disappointing visit. I waited a hour after my appointment to be seen then waited longer to a referral. A prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. I’ve never had an issue. Not sure why everything was delayed when it was not high volume of clients.

Negative experience: They lead you away from the cheapest option and act like it’s not possible when it is possible. Also they Act like they care about your mouth and want to help take the best care of it but in reality they just want your money. I waisted my time here and will never consider this place again. I got better results and better service and better price some where else.

From Ruby getting me quickly registered and on the schedule for a same day emergency as a walk in that morning, to Apple being an angel on Earth as she took my X-rays and listened as I shared my dental anxiety and reason for my visit. She has the kindest spirit. To Dr.Wolfe being the most amazing and sincerest dentist I have ever encountered. To Kevin working through the financial part which is never fun, but he was kind, patient and knowledgeable. The whole team took great care of me. I left a few hours later feeling so much better than when I walked through the door that morning. I felt no judgement from any of the staff. They were all welcoming and helpful, and confident in their respectful roles. The folks I encountered that morning made a great team, and made a stressful situation for me more bearable.

Negative experience: Disappointed with the process! Provided insurance days before the appointment, wasn’t told til I walked in to Register for my appointment that it was all medical insurance and not my dental. Had I been notified before that morning visit I could have look up my dental insurance information and provided it when I arrived. I did Informed the front desk my dental insurance was Aetna the front staff was unable to verify but told me not to worry today’s visit was on them. It wasn’t!!! And I Wasn’t given other option to complete the visit even with advertisement flashing everywhere telling you not worry about insurance. Went home called back with my insurance information and was told they would notify me! No questions on rescheduling!!!!

Positive experience: I’ve been coming to 7 to 7 dental and orthodontics for over 6 years and the service used to be top notch. The cleaning of my teeth was done perfect. My hygienist did a great job. They did an oral x-ray but the person doing the X-ray failed to provide me with eye glasses to protect my eyes or lay the shield over my body. I not new to getting x-rays and I want to protect my body from any ready or radioactive effects that it can harm me. The music was very loud and the genre of music should’ve been more relaxing for the office setting. Friday is It’s getting you closer to the weekend, but I still think a softer genre of music like Jazz would be appropriate. They used to have TVs where you can watch anything on TV but now they took that away they’re using them to project the x-rays for patients. Overall, on a scale of one to 5 I gave a four

Fantastic experience: I had major dental surgery and had an amazing positive experience. They are professional, friendly and competent. I am going to go to them from now!

Negative experience: Went in with tooth pain and told them I had a cavity that needed to be filled. They did a quick cleaning and didnt even probe the cavity. I was told it was my gum that was irritated and that they wanted my cavity to get larger before filling it in 6 mos. The cavity is now twice the size less than a few weeks later and has now made it to where I can only chew on one side. My gum is a healthy pink and not red or inflamed so I dont know what that advice is about. I used interdental brushes anyway like they said and my pain is worse so the gum obviously wasn't the issue. I have to now make another trip and take more time. Doctors and dentists should listen to their patients. I have a camera that I use to look at my teeth. Based on this photo, it looks like that cavity is what is hurting when biting down and that it should be filled. Considering that is where the pain is centered now when I chew on that side, I have zero doubt in my mind. The most aggravating thing is that I didnt go in for a cleaning, I specifically said I have a cavity that needs filling. Letting it get bigger seems like a horrible idea, and I will get a second opinion now. The only brightside is that you can get an appt quickly, but if they dismiss your concerns and dont fix the issue, what is the point? Update: Thanks to the dentist dismissing my concern and incorrectly diagnosing my cavity pain as gum irritation, I ended up needing a root canal and a crown on that tooth. Had the cavity been treated that day as I asked. I could have saved thousands of dollars. Instead, what I thought was a cavity was told to me to be gum irritation. I spent several weeks thinking i was flossing to hard and i suffered in pain for it. By the time i realized they were wrong and got into another dentist, a total of 3 to 4 months passed and i needed far more work done to repair a cavity that got much deeper. Feels like malpractice to me. If I had the means to sue, I would. 7 to 7 is supposed to be convenient, but my guess is that it was a Saturday afternoon when I went and my dentist just didn't want to take time to fill the cavity so she fed me bullshit just to get me out of the chair.

Negative experience: This place is terrible. I filled out the new patient paperwork online and scheduled an appointment online. I went to the location for my appointment, and they made me fill out the exact same paperwork again. Then, I got x-rayed and seated for the cleaning. An hour later, I was still sitting in the chair waiting for the cleaning. When I left, I saw a lady who got seated 10 minutes before me, just sitting in a chair looking at her phone. We all were just sitting there waiting for an hour. This is ridiculous. Take it from me, find a dentist office that treats you and your time with respect...cause this place it not it.

Fantastic experience: Victoria the dental assistant was great fitted my new crown and made adjustments very professional and kind of. Dr. Wolf was amazing and understanding the crown was not a good color match and she was so understanding getting the new crown retouched to fit the right color. Braun location has the best dentist I have experienced!!!

Fantastic experience: I drove from Laredo,tx to get serviced at 7 to 7(Braun/1604 location) and I must say that I had the best service! I had to get 2 root canals done which I was very nervous since I have dental anxiety (i asked for nitrous)but they made the visit so smooth. Staff made me feel very calm and comfortable during the whole time! Destinee the office manager was very helpful explaining the different payment options and helped me out with my next appointments. I left from their office with no pain,I was able to have dinner with zero pain I highly recommend 7 to 7 for all your dental needs!

Fantastic experience: I love my new dentist Dr Barrera, she is so sweet and compassionate. She’s a fun energetic lady. Doesn’t feel like your typical dental office. She makes sure you do not feel any pain while working on your teeth, lol, she pulled out 9 teeth I had left on my bottom gum, placed bone grafts, collagen, then stitches and my denture all on the same appointment. I only took my pain med twice. I had/have no swelling considering everything done within 2 hrs. I would recommend her without a doubt.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience. Beginning with Damien who was responsible for taking my x-rays. He was very careful in placing the receptor holder in order to take the x-rays. Then came Melanie who did my cleaning and I never experienced pain on my gums. She was very helpful in explaining the readings on my gums and preventive action to take. Finally Dr. Bonilla, who will asks questions and provide answers to your concerns. I will always, in the future, ask for these three staff members.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience!!!! I have spent half my life it seems in a dentist chair due to knocking my teeth out playing football a very long time ago. Well, my dentist of 30 plus yrs retired and 7 to 7 came highly recommended by a friend. Best experience ever!!! The front desk was extremely nice, friendly, and helpful. The 1st technician I met was Destiny and she is truly an angel! Then my dentist was Mrs . Huff and her assistant was Ryan. They were the best team combo to work together hand in hand giving me a root canal! They were simply the best!! I appreciate how they told me what to expect and how was I doing during the procedure and it was a breeze!!! I highly recommend the Braun rd/1604 location to anyone in need of dental work!!! Thank you guys, you have this person as a customer for life!!! Then a 2nd visit a week later for an infected tooth, this time I had doctor "T" and assistant Zach and they too, were remarkable!! Very professional and extremely friendly!! Once again, I highly recommend. Samantha, the Braun rd. office manager will go out of her way to work with you on getting your dental needs taken care of first and foremost! Furthermore, I just had a mid-June visit to see about fixing some more of my teeth I've neglected. Dr. Huff & A.J. are incredibly professional and so nice and very understanding!! They truly make the experience enjoyable!! And manager Samantha always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of and works with me on affordability!!! These guys are the best!! Fantastic experience: I have a dental phobia, which has caused me to not do my routine cleanings for about 1 maybe 2 years. Upon returning to the trusted Braun location, Dr. Wolfe - hands down made every second feel safe and trusting. She continuously asked how I was doing and ensured I was comfortable. Isiah, her assistant (I apologize if I spell his name incorrectly &&’ improperly title him) also just somehow knew there was a moment my anxiety level rose to an all time high and he utilized the air tool and blew it on my forehead / head to relax and cool my anxiety down. LeAnn the hygienist, worked diligently and efficiently in knowing about my phobia and high anxiety levels Truly couldn’t ask for a better team. I’ve been coming to this office for many many years. I’ve seen many dentists, hygienists, assistants and front office staff come and go, however the good have always outweigh the bad. I do highly recommend this location, especially the team I named above, ESPECIALLY if you have any fears or phobia about dentistry.

Negative experience: Terrible. I had severe pain and not a single care, just to setup an appointment and pay up. It felt like I was buying a car! Nothing else about my tooth, just payment plans and financing.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Barrera is an amazing dentist and a fantastic human being. I visited 2 Emergency rooms in great pain due to a partial root canal that did not go well. Dr. Barrerra solved the problem neither of the ER could. She did it with outstanding professionalism and a compationate chair side manners. Can not say wnough about her and her staff. Simply the very best care you could ask for. Thank you guys. Oh and the price of the care was shocking! It was almost free. I had x-rays, single and panaramic, exam, a block that had to be done a couple time (Dr. B, was extremelypatientwithmeand made sure it was working perfectly before releasing me), rxs for aftercare, and an expedited referral. I paid my tiny bill with a huge smile that i haven't had on my face in days, due ro the pain..... simply a great team.

Fantastic experience: I was I was referred to this location because my friend got good results coming 7to7. So far my experience with Dr. Meyer and her team have been professional and excellent. She’s very thorough and also make sure if anything is needed. What’s the best course of action for treatment if needed. I also like the convenience that they’re open on weekends. It is difficult to get time off from work. The fact that they also have Saturdays and Sundays available for appointments just works great with my schedule. They provided a payment plan option with their facility which is good because a lot of places don’t have those payment plan options available I think having these types of options available is a good thing for the community, especially in these difficult economic times. Definitely will recommend again. My experience has been a good experience also like to think Eli, Apple and Allen and the rest of the team that has a assist me through my visits you’re doing a great job. Keep it up.

Negative experience: I was a patient here and long story short I was told I needed 4 fillings. Weird because I have good dental hygiene and only have had one cavity ever. I suspect it was because I didn’t have dental insurance and they were trying to get me to buy the care plan. I went to another dentist and was told I have zero cavities and no fillings were recommended.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so nice! The doctor was very informative. Our hygienist was amazing. Also, I had.many questions about billing and our guy took the time to explain everything perfectly. Front staff is so friendly! Staff has patience and are kind and very caring.

Negative experience: I absolutely felt robbed... I've had my wisdom teeth impacted majority of my life. I know they need to be taken out. Occasionally some food will get stuck behind my right side and I can pick at it with a tooth pick and get it out. Relives the pain and I carry on. I went in because this time I couldn't get it myself and I was hoping for someone to clean it out who can see better then me and not ise a toothpick. After some x-rays and a quick look in my mouth. She offers up some mouth wash and pills for the pain. No attempt to dig it out. Just hey you need to get those teeth pulled out. A referral and a bye. I've done more with a tooth pick. It's just food. It would relieve the immediate pain and how it's radiating up my head. Surgery is more money then a quick visit though. I'd consider the surgery from a referral of a dentist who actually wants to help and not one who just says ewww and sends me off to a surgeon and charges me to do what I did in the mirror. I'm upset and disgusted that I have to be charged for no care. I shouldn't have to pay for you to do that. As a mechanic if I said oh yeah you need a wheel barring and referred you to a shop nobody would pay me for that. It's a crazy money grab. Update I was contacted the day after in an attempt to find a resolution that was more suited for the immediate. Yes the mouth wash helped, I think getting the stuff that was in the area out would have also helped as I used a water pick the day after and it immediately brought down swelling and pressure. I got the advice from a friend for free. I went to experts to for help and paid them to give me no advice and tell me to get surgery. I understand that I have a tooth that needs to be removed. washing away debris could have provided temp relief and a recommendation to a surgeon wouldn't seem so predatory if there was just some effort given. that's my issue concerns weren't addressed, and i was sent out the door without even an idea how to simmer the pain.

The dental hygienists are so gentle and leave my teeth feeling great. I also get nervous with dental work but they leave me feeling at ease. Their Playlist is pretty good, too. I never have to wait very long to go into my appointment and they are so thorough when explaining a procedure or what my treatment plan will be.

Fantastic experience: My wife & I had a great experience with our extractions at the Dental Hope 2025 event. I visited many other dentists and doctors who all said they couldn't help without a specialist surgeon, not only that but the prices were so out of reach at other places. 7 to 7 has improved not only my quality of life, restored my faith in life, but also relieved my wife of the painful impacted wisdom tooth she had. Fantastic experience: Excellent dental and patient care. Dr. Bonilla replaced two fractured front teeth with crowns. Care was taken in ensuring I was happy with the shading and comfort of the crowns due to the cosmetic nature of my overall smile. I highly recommend 7 to 7 Dental for any dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Update: Just had the scan needed for my NightGuard. Bella did an awesome job making sure it was good and that I was comfortable during the process. Dr. Barrera also made sure the scan was perfect before I left. Carla was my treatment coordinator for this. She was very polite and informative. Loved the energy around the office! I'll update again after receiving it. Update: Had a follow up exam. Sienna did a great job with my X-rays and Edward was great company in the room while we waited for Dr to come in. Dr. Barrera saw me today. She was excellent, was very kind and always checked in to make sure nothing was hurting. Over all the team was fantastic! Alan was my treatment coordinator, walked me through the process and answered any follow up questions I had. Cat was also extremely helpful when it came to random questions of what I can and can not eat after. <3 Thank you! It is now 1 week later, no complications and everything feels fine thus far. Since we moved out to San Antonio, I have been coming to 7 to 7. They are really great and hardly any wait time when you have your appointments. The people are really friendly and take good care of you. Thank you all for all the hard work.

Fantastic experience: 10/10..I attended 7to7’s Dental Hope 2025..met some really cool people..The staff was amazing…Everyone was really awesome..The Hygienist was gentle..Dr was great…They made sure I was comfortable & listened to my concerns ..The Dental Assistants alone did a phenomenal job! Dr Wallace is from the Bulverde Location she was helping out at the event , she will now be my primary dentist forever !!! 2 tooth extractions went smooth as can be. She is the best no pain or pressure. Her hands are godly. Beast in her profession.
