Fantastic experience: Agua Dental is a great dental office for both children and adults. While I’ve noticed some negative reviews, it’s important to keep in mind that summer is typically a busy season—especially for a practice that primarily serves children. Despite the high volume, the dentists and dental assistants work diligently and professionally to provide quality care. They are doing their best, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their patients. Personally, I had a very positive experience. The entire staff was kind, attentive, and helpful, and the doctors were especially courteous and thorough. I would absolutely recommend Agua Dental 10/10!

Negative experience: I have given this place 3 chances and each time it’s an awful experience. Showed up 20 minutes early to an appointment just for an hour to go by before my name was even called for x rays then just as the dentist was about to start working on my teeth they needed a panel done first. The X ray tech thought it was a smart idea to take a family of 7 before me as if I had all the time in the world and that’s just bad practice. Train your employees, manage your time better and set priority tasks. That’s all I have to say I will not be returning

Positive experience: Was not happy with the service. Waited over 30 min in the waiting room for a text I never got had to remind the staff I was there. When the staff finally took me back I had to wait until they sang happy birthday to someone. Visit took an hour total, when dentist only took only 10mins to see us.

Positive experience: I’ve never had a wrong thing to say about this place EVER! The dentist are always so happy and helpful. Although for some reason on 6/6/25 the vibe was off starting with the receptionist always talking Spanish first as if that’s the only language they are told to start with. Secondly, the STVT assistant for that day and including the assistants calling in the patients name were not loud at all. This is a children’s dentist office so of course there will be kids running around and kids yelling and playing loudly. I witnessed a lot of parents and myself having to ask who are you calling? Other than that off day they might have been having it’s usually nice there with a very happy environment.

Fantastic experience: ***UPDATE*** 2/25**** I must give credit to the Agua Dental management and staff. They contacted me, offered to fix my tooth, and took care of the exvessive wait time problem. I took my kids again, and the wait time was about 1 hour for the entire service, which is understanding considering how busy it was. My kids loved the games and movies, and they had a blast....now my 2 year old keeps asking me to take her again to the "Dr. Teeth. " It was definitely a great experience for my kids and myself, and I would go back. Free food and free toys for the kids, but the service is horrible....the visits take hours and hours and hours, the staff is rude and not willing to help or answer questions. I had a cleaning and the dentist was so rough he broke the corner of my tooth and left a little gap but of course he didn't say anything and I noticed until I got home...he also left my gums bleeding and said it was my fault.

Fantastic experience: This office is great! Staff is very friendly and helpful. My child is no longer afraid of the dentist! Full of things to keep the kids busy. The lobby area has a fish tank, games, and a theater room to keep the kids entertained while they wait to be seen. They also get a toothbrush and a toy at the end of their visit!

I went there for a second opinion on my sons teeth , their previous dentist said my son had many cavities but when i went to agua dental they said that wasn't the case and he only had 2! They removed it the same day and gave kids waiting there pizza and when my sons were done with their teeth they got to choose a present a toy car or doctor set and received a electric toothbrush! Absolutely love them !!!

Fantastic experience: Agua dental is a place to go to! As a parent of 4 sons I recommend to take your kids there! At Agua dental the kids will enjoy a great Disney movie along with a fresh beverage of water and a slice of pizza! They have a nice little playground the kids will enjoy playing, along with little arcade games, and last but not least but once the kids get to see the dentist they get some pretty awesome toys and a free toothbrush at the end of there visit! Oh and the parents that enjoy taking pictures of their kiddos ; they have a large fish tank in each dentist room and in the lobby! That’s a great picture for your kids background! 10/10 I highly recommend it!

Negative experience: Well, first of all the ladies on front desk are rude and I’m talking about one called Claudia, so I asked for a pizza and yes I had gotten 3 pizzas already but I had 5 kids so I was asking for an extra, well ms Claudia telling me in front of a cust that is only one pizza per kid I said ok he has ent had one, so here she is arguing for a slice of pizza and left me there embarrassed in front of people next time I won’t ask for nothing! And yes they never want to actually do any work on kids they just refer them to specialists, I would change them somewhere else it’s just they the kids really like it there.

Negative experience: If I could give a negative rating, I would. These so called "dentists" lack knowledge and willpower. I definitely do not ever recommend this place. Garbage. They see their patients as another dollar sign. They always want to refer you to a "specialist" because the boy seems "nervous" No sir! You just dont want to do your job! Instead of helping my sons tooth infection you turned us away!!!!! What real doctor doesn't help their patient going to them for help! Isn't that what real medicine is about?? Aren't you in this field to HELP people My son did perfectly fine with a real dentist when you turned us away by the way!!!!!! Shame on this place.

Fantastic experience: I REALLY LIKE THE SETTING AND THE ATMOSPHERE OF BEING INSIDE AQUA DENTAL I HAD A VERY GREAT WELCOME. I WAS VERY WELL WELCOME BY FRONT DESK ASSISTANT LAURA HER BODY LANGUAGE AND HER VOCAB GIVES SO MUCH GREAT ENERGY. Negative experience: I would be careful with this dentistry, if I were you. On all facets they seem to be a pretty good dentistry: they have a movie theater for the kids, a nice gaming area (with several busted controllers or stations), a neat play area, and friendly staff up front. However, my experience with the dentists was the negative experience. I took my 8 y/o son to get a broken tooth checked out. Upon examination, the first examiner confirmed the damage and found one more small cavity in another of his milk molars. He recommended a crown for the broken one, and to just wait for the other one to fall out in due time, the cavity was small. I agreed and said that for the procedure I only wanted the one crown done on him. My son consented to the same. Once we get to the room, the dentist proceeds as if to do a crown on both molars, and when I interject to say I only agreed to do the one and that the examiner even recommended the one, he then says he recommends doing both. I reluctantly agreed, as I felt confused at the conflicting opinions from the same dentistry, and pressured by his suggestion. It was a quick procedure, but it felt like a money grab to me. I paid nothing out of pocket, thankfully the children's medicaid took care of everything. But that's the thing, it's easier to suggest unnecessary work when it's not coming out of pocket! That's extra money to milk from the government. The first examiner clearly said it wasnt necessary and I should have stuck with that. Parents, be careful. Learn from me and stand your ground unless strong evidence points otherwise. I'll post this in Spanish too. Will not be going back.

Negative experience: I left a 5-Star Review three years ago (2021) that stated: “This was my first visit. I'm an adult, and had a great experience at Agua Dental. The office staff was professional and called me in right on time for my appointment. Dr. Jacob was friendly and did a great job of explaining things in an easy to understand way. I'll definitely be back for another visit.” However, a lot has changed since then, and I would no longer recommend Agua Dental. On my most recent visit (8/5/2024) I experienced extremely long wait times (even though I had an appointment), unprofessional staff, and an overall poor experience. Here is a breakdown of the 2 hours I spent there: (Appointment: 2pm) Arrived 1:55pm Called Back: 2:45pm Dentist Shows Up: 3:05pm Asked to go back and wait in the front: 3:10pm Called back again for cleaning: 3:30pm Cleaning started: 3:50pm Cleaning ended 3:55pm In addition to the lengthy time spent there, the dentist/assistant didn’t acknowledge me when they started the cleaning. They just walked in the room, said “open wide”, cleaned my teeth for no more than 5 minutes, and left the room without saying goodbye. That all being said, I won’t be coming back.

Negative experience: My children’s appointment was scheduled at 2:30pm and I wasn’t seen till 3:53pm and when I was seen it wasn’t even for the full check up, we still had to go back to the waiting area and wait another hour before they called my kids back into the rooms for there cleaning and they didn’t even do the cleaning, my daughter was just waiting in the room till 5:45pm when I decided to just go get her and leave. The time we waited was just ridiculous and the staff have poor communication.

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I love it out here. She makes up any excuse just to come out here. The only little minor problem is it be nice for business to open around 9 AM or rotate on monthly basis. But great service friendly staff. Thank You

Negative experience: Beware of how all the 5 star reviews are made by accounts that have only made one single review. Went to get a tooth cleaning and was told by the dentist that I had more than five cavities. This was a shocking conclusion, because the dentist admittedly stated that the x ray showed no signs of a cavity being present. When I asked the dentist reasonable questions regarding his conclusion, he got agitated and upset and did not compose himself in a professional manner. I have never had a cavity and had seen a dentist in Florida recently, so naturally, I had questions. I went to get a second opinion at the island at The Dentist and, of course, I have no cavities. Patients beware.

Negative experience: Worthless bad and lack of communication. The waiting time hours and hours. Then they call u a day before to be seen and the next day u get there and there like sorry where going to reschedule smh not recommended at all i dnt wanna put any 's. Negative experience: Over 3 hour waiting time to see the doctor even though I had an appointment. 1 doctor and 10 nurses that are just there looking unsure of what they are suppose to be doing. My appointment was at 2pm and I ended up leaving at around 4:40pm because they took too long.

Negative experience: 1st time at Agua Dental. Free pizza, free kids toys, games, movies, play place. Happy kids makes happy parents right? No wonder they have a 5 star review. However, the actual service was horrible. I didn't mind waiting 2 hours, I didn't mind how rough/abrasive they were while cleaning. What bothers me is that they took LESS than 10 minutes to clean my teeth and fill 1 cavity. My teeth don't feel like they've been professionally cleaned and the filling is piled on like a hill in my mouth. This procedure should have taken 30 minutes to 1 hour. I know this from experience. I do not recommend this place. I will be going for a 2nd opinion else where.

Negative experience: My son's appointment was scheduled at 11am. It's 12:25 pm and I'm still waiting. Now you tell me how they get 5 star reviews? Same thing every appointment, 3 hour wait, staff pretending to be busy walking up and down or just standing in the hallway. I'll give it NO STARS if possible, 1star is too much.
