They were so gentle with her, and thanks to their care, her very first dental appointment was a huge success! Dr. Croft even took a few minutes to talk with me about my own dental work while we were there. It was such a positive and supportive experience from start to finish—we’re so thankful!

Fantastic experience: Dr Stirland does amazing work! He treats every patient as a friend and goes above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable. He’s great with kids as well… He had my son in for a “happy visit” at 18 months and really just wants to get the kiddos used to things without pushing them too far!

I've never been pressured to have the fluoride treatment or to get a procedure, and they answer any questions I may have. And my youngest loves chatting with the doctors and helping count teeth. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone looking for a good team of dentists.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this office. Brought in my 2 children for their first visit and received great care all around. Kimber is a great hygienist and my kids felt instantly comfortable with her. X-ray imaging was easy and quick, and Kimber let me know what she was seeing as we went. Kimber relayed all information and my questions to Dr Croft so I didn't have to repeat myself. Treatment options were thoroughly explained and laid out both in the clinical side and finance/scheduling side. Kaily (at the front desk) made everything from check-in to scheduling our follow up appointments convenient. Such a great flow through the whole office. I will be scheduling the rest of my family and recommending this office to anyone looking for a dentist.

Fantastic experience: I cannot express how grateful I am for Kuna Dental. I have known Dr. Croft, Dr Haws and staff for a little over 6 yrs as I work for a dental specialist in the valley. About 3 yrs ago I became a patient along with my two oldest kids. I have an older son that was terrified of having his teeth worked on and is sensitive to sounds, so the two together made it impossible to have a pleasant visit. Dr. Haws came in like the superman that he is! He has such a calming bedside manor and fun approach to kids that he put my son at ease. He was also extremely patient and compassionate when my son would start to get worked up, never scolded him or made him feel bad. My son has not had a problem seeing the dentist since. Now, even though I've worked in the dental field many years I too have a huge phobia. Recently I was told that my last baby tooth, held on to that puppy for 30 years, was going to need to be extracted. I cried for 3 days, because I have horrible memories from my childhood of my dentist pulling teeth, not being numb, and him yelling at me for being upset. Enter Dr. Croft, he reminds me so much of my dad! (Big guy, such a softy though :) He, like Dr Haws, has a fabulously calm chair side manor, he didn't make me feel ridiculous because I was scared, and any time he saw me start to tense up he'd stop and ask if I was okay, my tooth was not wanting to come out easy!! We are in the process of doing an implant now where Dr. Haws will finish my treatment. Between the two this has been the best process of any dental journey I've had. The office as a whole works and flows so well that no matter who you see you have the same great consistent care!! So now when I cry over the dentist it is happy tears! They have truly become like our family!!

Negative experience: I have been going to Kuna Dental for several years and have always had good experience with them. I had an appointment that I missed due to unexpended events happening and was unable to reschedule at that time. I rescheduled for a different time and thought all was good until I received a text for a $36 bill. I understand the idea of charging for missed appointments if it is a common occurrence but sometimes life happens and you cant make it. I paid the bill but will not be utilizing their services anymore.
