Fantastic experience: I liked how they got me in right away to assess a potential problem with a tooth that I was having crowned by my dentist. They examined my tooth and gave me and my dentist clear diagnosis, which we needed to proceed. Very professionally done!

Fantastic experience: Once again, we've had an excellent experience at Prescott Endodontics. My husband went in, fully expecting a root canal since his dentist had recommended it. Dr. Oblad examined him and suggested that a root canal wasn't the best option at this time. I feel like he gave an honest appraisal of the situation and saved us a great deal of money. Fantastic experience: Everything from the minute I walked in until I walked out was fantastic. My primary dentist had referred me to Dr. Smith. I was having a toothache where the pain had gone into my left ear. X-rays were taken, and Dr. Smith gave me his recommendation. I have a tiny mouth, so it's always tricky when X-rays are taken, but Dr. Smith helped me so he could get the X-rays done. He's a very caring, compassionate doctor and gave me that type of care. His staff is the very same way. No one likes going to the dentist, but everyone was very caring and helped me every step of the way. I really appreciated that. The staff was so accommodating for us coming from Payson. A suggestion is to offer cell phone charging for patients coming from 90+ minute drives, like us from Payson. Fantastic experience: My husband was referred to Dr. Innes to evaluate for root canal treatment. First off, I want to say the office is a lovely, comfortable place. The waiting area is quiet and calm, even had a puzzle to work while waiting. The staff is kind and professional. I could hear staff on phone calls and I think they would serve as a great example for other offices in how they deal so well with patients. Next, I want to compliment the assistive staff. They were able to download the images on our flash drive from our dental office, which shortened our appointment and decreased the amount of "things" we had to do before we saw Dr. Innes. Finally, Dr. Innes did a thorough job of explaining what we were looking at on the images, his recommendations for treatment, and priority of care options. He answered all our questions in a way we could understand and did not pressure us in any way to pursue a particular course of action; he made recommendations and left the choices up to us - just as it should be. Well done all around. BTW: I am a retired RN and I know how an office ought to run. This is a fine example of a well-run office and practice.

Fantastic experience: My wife Carolyn had a root canal done yesterday by Dr. Smith..... it totally addressed the issue with the offending tooth..... but there is more to the story... She typically HATES dentists and has had several root canals done in the past at different practices so she has prior experiences.... some not so good! BUT.... she cannot stop raving about how wonderful the experience was with Dr. Smith and his fantastic staff.... Professional, efficient and factually pain free. In a minimal amount of time they did an assessment and within 30 minutes she was in having the procedure done..... that too was a great experience.... the best root canal procedure she has ever had.... in her words!! Today they called to enquire as to how she was doing.... great follow-up.... and she is doing just fine!! She/We totally recommend Dr. Smith for any Endodontic needs!

Fantastic experience: I was very warmly welcomed and made to feel comfortable. It’s obvious the staff has been trained well. I was taken back to the dental chair where I was made comfortable and the procedure was explained to me. Dr came in and reminded me I had been to see him many years ago. Fantastic experience: I had three pleasant experiences over several months in both offices of this dental practice. Dr. Smith is extremely personable and never fails to tell his patient what he is doing throughout the procedure. His supporting staff is excellent. I HAVE TO EDIT MY COMMENTS ABOUT THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE STAFF: Balls were dropped; procedure reports were not sent to my primary care dentist as was promised. Without that timely follow-up, there are problems that could have been avoided.

Fantastic experience: Fast. very litte pain during procedure, but tooth still painful today? 3rd dqy of amoxicilin, my have a probem with an adjoining tooth? Pretty soon, I w going to run out of teeth to eat with.still very sensitive to pressure, cannot bite anything on that tooth. On 3rd day of amoxicillin- maybe it will settle down in the next couple of days?

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience! Excellent staff and Dr. Oblad was exceptional in explaining details and answering my questions. His calm and friendly manner alleviates "root canal anxiety." Twice they have gotten me in for same day or next day appointments. Once when I called on a Friday morning needing an all-of-a-sudden root canal and once on a Friday at 4:30pm before a four day 4th of July weekend. This is uncommonly high patient service! I'm so impressed by Dr. Oblad and all of the staff. Highly recommend!

I went there for a root canal which I was referred to by Prescott smile care. Doctor Smith performed the procedure effortlessly and informed me every step of the way of what he was doing. The dental assistant was very efficient, very knowledgeable and well organized. I like this endodontics practice and would recommend it to anyone needing this type of procedure.

Fantastic experience: There's nothing enjoyable about a root canal, but at Prescott Endodontics, they work quickly and efficiently to get the job done. Dr. Innes performed my root canal and I've had no issues since the work was done. I do wish he would have explained to me what he was doing as he went along- having someone in your mouth for an hour with no talk or explanation is nerve-wracking, but he did a great job, and I suppose that is what counts. I would absolutely come here again if, God forbid, I need another root canal.

Everything went smoothly and my tooth has stopped hurting for the first time in almost a year. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and thorough and there is no residual pain. Fantastic experience: We're vacationing in the Prescott area and my 14 year old daughter had sudden tooth pain. We saw a wonderful dentist (Dr Robby Raber). He called Prescott Endodontics with a referral for a root canal . Dr Smith was able to fit us in the same day! Dr Smith was very kind, knowledgeable, and explained the root canal process every step of the way. He said it was a terrible infection and he took care of it immediately! The staff was amazing, accommodating and the communication with the front desk was excellent. We were so pleased with the care at Prescott Endodontics and absolutely recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Back to Prescott Endodontic. Its been 14 years since my root canals were done. The tooth around it isn't going to last much long. But hey I got 14 years. Office very friendly including assistant and Dentist. Very up front on cost and work with you and Insurance. My older post. They worked with me on day I could come. Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful. I've been to Dr Smith three times in the past 11 years, he is very good and little to no pain. This year I found my self with out Dental insurance and his office worked with me to make a couple of payments instead of one big payment. Thank you Dr Smith and staff

Fantastic experience: This Endodontics office was recommended by my dentist because I need a root canal. They couldn’t have been nicer and I felt very informed every step of the way. So far have only had X-rays and have scheduled the treatment. Will be happy to do a follow up review after my procedure. So far it’s 5+ stars! Also beautiful offices and 2 locations; 1 in Prescott and the other in Prescott Valley. I used the Prescott location. UPDATE: I had the root canal and I cannot believe I had ZERO discomfort/pain. Not even with the numbing shot! Just WOW. AND it was in the front which is usuallly quite painful. Dr Smith is my new hero! GREAT staff and GREAT experience. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I needed two replacement crowns and had infection in the upper and lower molar area Dr Oblad saw me the same day I called. The office staff was super friendly and professional. Fantastic experience: Got me in on a minute's notice. I was experiencing severe pain and on a Friday they stayed late to help. My appointment was at 4:30.. 2.5 hours later, still in pain, but a different pain. I knew I'd get better by morning. Great service and gentle nature. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a root canal. It was done by Dr. Oblad. Having been down this road before I knew what to expect. He was thorough and explained his procedures during his work. He and his staff are kind and efficient. I am happy to recommend them.
