Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for my daughter and myself since 2019/2020. This is the first time I had Miss Tywane at O2 Dental and she was a sweetheart. She took care of me, she was polite, kind. Knowledgeable and very attentive. She made sure I was comfortable and provided me with a blanket since I was cold and offered to bring another one. She got my goody bag ready and explained the process for my visit. She was fast and efficient. You can tell she loves her job. This was also the first time I was offered a facial cloth!! I felt like a celebrity today. Thank you for everything!

Fantastic experience: i got an appt the same day that i called, everybody was so sweet. the dentist is a scary place for me and they made the experience so much better. Tywanna was amazing! i was able to schedule another appt two days out to fix what was necessary!!!!! great customer service

Negative experience: I went in for a wisdom tooth/ molar removal on 6/20/25 and had Dr. O. I already have dental phobia due to another dentist office, and Dr. O didn’t make it no better. The whole process was rushed. He numbed my mouth and immediately tried to yank my teeth out. I could feel all the pain not pressure but PAIN til the point I was crying. He didn’t immediately stop when he realized I was crying due to me feeling the pain. He then numbed my mouth again, and started breaking and pulling the teeth out. After he was done he was up and out of there. I didn’t receive no stitches or anything just a prescription for amoxicillin and ibuprofen. Thankfully the dental hygienist had compassion and made sure I was ok and offered me some tissue since I was still crying about the pain. I understand these dentist have other patients and want their money, but it doesn’t hurt to take your time to make sure your patient is comfortable and ok before, during, and after a procedure. To top it off not even 20mins after leaving O2 I was found unresponsive and was sent to the hospital. I’m not trying to blame Dr. O, but I’m definitely side eyeing if I was admitted due to maybe a hit nerve or something during my surgery. I will not let him do anything to my mouth again only Dr.Morales.

Fantastic experience: Fast and very professional. I will be back for now on. Great work fixing my chipped front tooth, you can't even tell it happened. Very pleased with this dental experience. My son had his Wizdom Teeth extracted By Dr. Morales and his assistant Mavilin. They were very professional and caring. A real class act. So pleased with Dr Morales and how he treated my son. Would highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: I went there for an emergency appointment due to wisdom tooth pain. I was a new patient … Dr.novas got me in the same week I called and got my tooth out the following week. I have felt little to no pain at all since the extraction. Her assistant Mireya was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Prior to coming to these wonderful ladies I had severe anxiety when it came to the dentist. This dynamic duo cured my anxiety with ease. I look forward to the rest of my treatment with these wonderful ladies! I highly recommend this dental office.

Negative experience: I had to come back here after my appointments at 02 dental group because my experience did not sit well with me. I was referred by a friend who had a great experience. I have never had dental anxiety before but I am afraid that I now have to deal with some lasting trauma. I visiting the office for a cleaning and crown that was already started by another office. I told them I had a core buildup and needed the second part of the crown. After hearing several times it’s that made me think we were on different pages, I asked Dr. morales “why is my tooth going to be drilled into, isn’t that the purpose of the core buildup?” He said “drilling is required, a core buildup is just a filling.” I took his expertise over mine as he obviously is the professional not me. Well turns out I should have listened to my intuition and walked away. A quick Google search will confirm my thoughts. I had an unnecessary procedure performed on my tooth for a second time. It was very obviously for the money. I am crossing my fingers and toes that this crown doesn’t fail. During my treatment, Dr. Morales was constantly arguing/correcting his assistant in a belittling way that definitely made me feel like she had no idea what she was doing. I was numbed no less than 5 times and after the final time when I told him I had pain, he told me to just stick it out because he didn’t want to fill me with anesthetic. I have received a lot of dental treatment over the years but I have never been numbed so many times. Dr. Morales and his assistant were rushing the entire 3+ hours I was at the office. I felt very uncomfortable. The payments for these appointments is just bizarre all together. I will not return and would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: I recently pcs’d from Fort Campbell and had treatment done this week. I was having pain and wanted to get it checked out. I was able to get an appointment right away and Dr. Novas and Mireya addressed and fixed the issue right away. Definitely the dentist office me and my children will be coming to during our time in Fayetteville!!

Negative experience: This clinic is in business to get the most money out of their patients, instead of providing the best care for them. First of all, when you check in , they want your credit card information right away. I asked why? I was told that if there’s a balance that the insurance will not cover, they can use the credit card to pay. I asked them that aren’t they supposed to send you an invoice after the insurance payment and then you pay what what the insurance doesn’t cover? They said no, they charge it to your card. I told the lady that I don’t want to give my credit card information. She said that they will not file your insurance claim if I don’t give them my card information. I believe this is exhortion at best. The only time you see the dentist is after the X-rays and dental hygienist. The dentist will look into your mouth for 2 minutes the most, and will everything is ok, no cavities. But wait, they want you to speak with their treatment coordinator, more like the money coordinator, who will explain how o you all the treatment plan that the hygienist wants and give you an exorbitant amount that they want you to pay upfront. BIG RED FLAG!!! I saw Andrea, Hygienist; Vicmarie, treatment/money exhortion coordinator; and Dr. Nova, dentist for at least a good 2 minutes of her time.

Fantastic experience: 02 Dental front desk was polite and very helpful. I was see by Dr. Nova and Mireya , they both were really good. They made sure I was okay, while Dr. Nova pulled my tooth and also during the process. That was my first visit at 02 dental group, and I have scheduled my next appointment. The whole entire staff was Awesome. Like I stated I will be back.

Negative experience: These are some money hungry people that will quote you one amount, make you put half down and then change the quote the day of your procedure. I was told I needed a crown, then they called me back and told me I needed a root canal which would have been another 700 dollars. At this point I don't trust you and need a second opinion. When I asked for a refund I was told that I had to wait 3-4 weeks to get my 350.00 dollars back because they had to make sure they closed all claims and I needed to sign a contract for a refund. What claims are you filing on my behalf if Im cancelling my appointment? I would not recommend this establishment to my dog. There are several other practices out there. Don't visit this one. I saw the other bad reviews and ignored them, now I'm paying for it. They will steal from you.

Negative experience: I knew i was going to miss my appointment so i called and rescheduled 48 hours in advance and they banned me from every booking again. Which was crazy because no one communicated this until i called to make a appointment and the lady at the desk said i was banned for inconveniencing the dentist and hung up in my face .

Fantastic experience: I always have a very professional, comfortable and pleasant pleasing visit. Negative experience: I booked this appointment based off the reviews. First impressions are everything. I booked my appointment two months in advance and the day of my appointment I get there and the front desk tells me there is no appointment for me and that I will have to reschedule. Couldn’t even accommodate based on it being their fault. How did you lose an appointment? Smh Going to look elsewhere.

Negative experience: I rarely write reviews but for the sake of individuals seeing this place’s 4+ stars on google and positive reviews through in network review site: DONT COME HERE!!! Expensive Lesson: What Seemed Like a Deal Cost Me $3,000 a Year Later I initially had no complaints—friendly staff, clean office, and decent service. But the actual dental work was deeply flawed, and it ended up costing me over $3,000 out of pocket just a year later—even after insurance. I had two fillings done here. One eventually led to a root canal that could’ve been avoided with better clinical judgment. I experienced sharp pain for months, went back, and was told to “wait it out”—for over three months. That was my first red flag. After moving out of state, the pain became unbearable. My new dentist said the filling had been so aggressive and large that the tooth couldn’t support it. It became infected and failed. At first, I chalked it up to bad luck—until the second filling also failed. It became loose, fell out, and left a large hole in my tooth. My gums were inflamed for weeks. The original dentist explained they tried to preserve enamel instead of suggesting a crown. That philosophy sounds good—until it literally costs you your tooth. Pair that with poor execution and dismissive follow-up care, and it’s clear: speed and volume seem to come before quality here. Had I not moved and found a better dentist, I might’ve just kept trusting them. My current provider wouldn’t say it out loud, but his face said everything—the work was done poorly. Bottom line: A $200 filling should not fall out or lead to a root canal within a year. Don’t try to save money here—it might cost you thousands later.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to O2 Dental Group by a dear close family member named Melissa Anderson. My current dentist office staff failed to let me know that they were no longer in network, when I reached out to Melissa the same day I was at my dentist office for a cleaning she didn’t hesitate for a moment to refer me to O2 Dental Group and I’m so happy that she did. I was greeted so nicely by everyone and Tywana my hygienist was exceptionally wonderful, kind and very patient. Gaby was so helpful throughout the whole process and Dr. Morales was very pleasant. I’ve never been treated so nicely at any of my office visits. Thank God my current dentist office is no longer in network or I would not have discovered this outstanding professional staff.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Novas & Ms.Mireya did an extraction on my tooth and before they did it they made sure I was comfortable & well taken care of. I definitely appreciate them because even when I was singing my song while I was trying to get my mind off of my tooth being pulled they stopped and made sure I was okay. Negative experience: I had fill-ins done with them they messed them up every time The lady when you walk-in Aylssa at the front desk is very rude Not friendly. The building looks nice but bad service.

Negative experience: At first I thought this was a good dental office before they moved to the Skibo location. I have had two different fill-ins done with them on two different occasions. Which they messed up both times. They did one over but when it came to getting my other one fixed they canceled my appointment and also released me as a client. I cant get in touch with the business manager Ive been calling since Dec2024 its now Feb2025 this is not a place I would recommend. They never answer the phone the front desk is very rude and they always say we will give them the message and NEVER do no one calls you back. DO NOT GO HERE SAVE YOUR SELF THE HEADACE.

Negative experience: I have not gotten my refund. I was told it would take a month for processing it back to my card. I have now been waiting for all most 3 months. 11-20-2025 I received a phone call back around 10:30 am and I was told it would take another 2 to 3 weeks. Since my interaction with the lady at 10:30 this morning was passive aggressive. I decided to make a complaint with BBB . I have never ever made a complaint with them . But because of BBB the o2 dental group has started the process to get my money back to me. I really hope this business doesn’t do this to any more of its potential customers. If the company would have just did what they said they were going to do I wouldn’t even be writing this review nor would I have ever filed a complaint with BBB. Good luck to future customers.

Positive experience: I chipped a tooth and I was able to come in a get a crown the very same day. It was fast considering what needed to be done. Make a mold and form the crown. I was very much delighted in the time and crown itself. Dr. O and his team was great! I can’t tell that I halve a crown there.

Negative experience: I went in here yesterday with a gum abscess and it's in need of draining and they did absolutely nothing. Took X-rays and said I probably need a good cleaning and come back in February. They didn't offer me antibiotics either and I left the office with a gum bulge full of pus and needing drained. Not good

Negative experience: I went there to get a treatment for me and my wife. we paid the advantage plan that they offer to the people without insurance. They did a deep cleaning on me, but we still are waiting for my wife's treatment cause they told that her needs urgent care due a bacteria I spoke with them twice and they said "we call u ASAP to give u a date for her appointment" it happened in September and we still are waiting. Is frustrating.

Fantastic experience: Very personable yet professional group of people. They were beyond polite! I had the pleasure of seeing Ms. Gaby, Caitlin (may be misspelled, sorry) and the other young lady (I can't remember her name ‍♀️) who was ever so patient with my denial and just laughed with me LOL and Idelia (I know her name is all the way wrong ‍♀️). All of these ladies came in with a smile even in masks you could hear their smile. I felt welcomed and wanted. Was even told "I've been waiting to meet you" by one of them, totally unexpected but much welcomed. The technology was giving Ms. Gaby the business but she kept pushing through and she succeeded! I definitely look forward to the energy and good spirit that runs through this dental office. Happy employees make things operate easier and at least from customer perspective, this is happy place to work. Let's see how things fare once the work begins. I do believe all will be well.

Fantastic experience: I had my cleaning done on 9/18. Andi did a good job cleaning my teeth and answering my questions about Invisalign and showing it to me on the computer. Dr. Morales told me when I'm ready let him know and referred to the computer modular. Jasmin was great in going over the price and the different ways to finance the Invisalign and she also checked to see what my insurance would pay. Overall, they were all great and treated me well and answered all my questions. Thumbs Up!!

Negative experience: *DEFINITELY A ZERO STAR POST* My daughter needed emergency dental services and I was in the hospital because I had just had an emergency procedure a couple of days prior. I made an online appointment around 6 am that morning and sent her in with her 18 year old brother. If you haven’t seen Cumberland County’s School Truancy Law - try reading it. That’s just another reason to add on to my compounding aggravation with O2. I was so aggravated that I forgot her school excuse!!! !!!THIS LITERALLY TOOK ALL DAY!!!! To make a long story short, getting the form notarized for O2 to be able to treat her with just my legal 18 year old son proved to be very difficult and costly because we needed to find a mobile notary because I was LITERALLY IN A HOSPITAL BED!!! We are military connected and don’t always have the snap your fingers immediate support! So, what does this Super Mom Do - speak with my hospital doctors and explain to them that I need to be discharged because of my child’s present dental circumstances!! I DISCHARGED from the hospital and came into O2 with my daughter and my 18 year old son in tow with A HOLE IN MY NECK BLEEDING AND IN A WHEELCHAIR!!! Come to find out my license expired last month - Dawn informed me of this (thanks because I need that fixed before voting) and O2 wouldn’t even accept a “valid, non expired stated issued carry and conceal permit id with my name and picture on it.” You all ONLY would accept PASSPORTS!!! That’s what you all told me! Or I could just cancel the appointment-did I mention that my child was in pain and it was now around 2 in the afternoon. So, I got my previously described “disabled”self in the car and had my son drive me across town to get our non expired passports for our 2nd APPOINTMENT of the day that had yet to happen!!! I come back with the passports that must technically still not be good enough because NO ONE even bothered to actually open them up and look at them… To add insult to injury — in their cold careless tone they informed me that my daughter still might not be able to be seen! Not to mention that the so called Office Manager that I was told by the white girl with the black scrubs that said manager would be back in an hour —supposedly decided NOT TO RETURN TO WORK when we arrived back. I lost it and let them knew that if I bled out in the middle of O2 Dental - it would be named after my family!!!! I understand laws and procedures, but THIS WAS BEYOND RIDICULOUS!!! I have had a chronic health condition and conversely a compromised immune system for over 24 years! I’ve been from Duke to MAYO Clinic and numerous doctors world wide. So, I know what I am speaking on and I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND MEDICAL care in this COUNTRY! Congratulations…You all TURNED an issue political!! Welcome to NC - If you didn’t know “WE ARE A SWING STATE”!!! I know HIPPA! I read the book on Henrietta Lacks before mainstream media made it well known to the masses! I have been on several medical research studies and my medical vita/resume could even rival people on your staff!

Fantastic experience: I had my cleaning today with a new hygienist Tywana she made me feel comfortable even though I’m not too confident in my smile and she done a A1 cleaning. Dr. Morales helped me decide on what would be my best treatment option. Love this office !

Fantastic experience: My first visit was amazing.The staff were nice and no wait time. My second visit was also great, but after a few days from getting my tooth pulled I felt some discomfort, so I called the office for help. I asked if the doctor could send me over some antibiotics because I was scared I might have been getting an infection.To be fair it was on a late Friday afternoon. I had called a few times and talked to over four different women asking if the doctor could send over the medication to my pharmacy. They all assured me that they had put in my request. But I ran into some issues with getting the doctor to send over the antibiotics. Instead I received ibuprofen a medication I didn’t even ask for, but to make a long story short I was very upset and I wrote a previous review which I have already deleted, stating “This place is worse than Day and Night Dental.” I would like to take that comment back. The following Monday morning, I had received a call from the Business Manager Sabian, and she was very nice, and understanding. She took the time to call me and listen to all my complaints while maintaining professionalism. She explained to me that it was a misunderstanding with the message that was sent to the doctor. Sabian made sure that the right medication had been sent over to the pharmacy. She also called multiple times to check on me to make sure I was okay. I can say that if a mistake is made, the Business Manager Sabian is the one to talk too. She will rectify the issue. If it wasn’t for her and her outstanding customer service skills I wouldn’t have gone back. Therefore, I would like to say thank you for all your help and saving me the trouble of having to find another dentist. You are AWSOME!!!!!!

Negative experience: Awful. I've had a couple different occasions where they've told me the appointment time, only for it to be wrong. So I show up on time according to what they tell me over the phone, but really I'm late because they messed up. And don't think they'll let you see the dentist of you 5 minutes "late" , no matter how much pain you're in. Almost think they do that on purpose cause they only have one dentist at a time most days and over book him. Insane. My appointment wasn't even for a procedure, it was a followup because I've had pain following what they did.

Negative experience: I recently gotten some Invisalign & that don’t tell me that every week that I switch them out they would hurt now my bottom gums are swollen and my teeth hurts when I take them out and put them on. This is my 3 week almost 4. This is not worth 297$ a C month plus there was a miscommunication when I did a down payment of 997$ they told me I would be making monthly payments & when I get there the lady tells me I would have to pay the remaining balance which was over 1,000$. I will be calling to stop payment on these Invisalign cause they are not worth the pain. I don’t want them anymore

Negative experience: I have been a client of O2 Dental after I had some work done on a crown and am on the O2 plan. The young woman at the front desk was polite & handed me a sheet of paper about a new financial policy. This form still had on the front "Insert Code Here" where someone did not indicate what coding you were submitting or write out what the standard coding was. I was told that I had to fill out the form. I stated that I am on the O2 plan & your office already had my credit card on file. The staff stated that I am required to sign the form; however, the wording on this form does not reflect the need for someone who is on the O2 plan to have to complete this form & your staff couldn't explain why you needed my credit card information again. The estimated bill that I was provided didn't have a printed estimate for 02 plan holders. The receptionist circled the estimate & wrote in a 0. Given that you took my credit card information AGAIN, I would think that you could print an estimate that would have the correct billing amounts. The hygienist took a multitude of x rays outside the room then took me back to the exam room, where the chair wasn't working. She then said she needed to scan my teeth &she kept apologizing at the awkwardness of this scan. It was incredibly uncomfortable for the hygienist & myself. For the next 5-7 minutes she shoved a large phallic-like object in my mouth. When I questioned why this was required, she said it was policy for EVERY new patient. I expressed concerns, it was incredibly uncomfortable & as a sexual assault survivor I felt like I was being violated with no medical indication that it was a necessary. The hygienist expressed this was something you did for all new patients. I explained that I wasn't a new patient, & that I had work done before so I wasn't new. She said the policy change & prior to actually having a cleaning done, you require someone to be seen to determine if they need a regular cleaning or a deep cleaning. This was not communicated to me at all. It was incredibly frustrating after being required to fill out paperwork that your office couldn't explain, then being molested by your required scanner that I was required to schedule another appointment. I spent almost 3.5 hours at the dentist office, when I was anticipating half that time being spent on a cleaning. In addition, when the dentist came in that day he didn't even introduce himself to me before he began prodding in my mouth. Understanding the sensitivities of sexual assault & abuse victims is something that anyone in the medical field should have a basic knowledge of before providing any hands on patient care. You NEVER should walk into a patient's room or put your hands on a patient without introducing yourself & explaining what you are going to be doing to their body. I expressed to him during this visit my concerns with the wand. The only response he gave me was..."well you could have declined it, so just decline it next time." This was an option that was not even presented to me & I imagine with the poor communication I experienced it likely isn't something your staff even know they should be offering. Since it is your practice to molest EVERY new patient with this wand then it should also be your practice to offer the option to decline it as well. It may be something that you consider for younger patients only if it is medically necessary, young patients may not have indicated that they have been molested or abused & this "wand" could be traumatizing. I would recommend removing the "insert code here" and either list the specific codes your office utilizes, list a range of codes, or simply indicate the dental codes assigned instead of leaving it half finished. Please note that the administrative staff were very polite and kind. The young woman at the check out was doing her best to answer my question but she wasn't provided the scripting for how to handle the financial policies, nor was the young lady at check in. Very unprofessional visit and will be looking for other options.

Negative experience: ZERO STARS. Do not use this place. They want your card on file or you’re self pay. Sorry I don’t agree with that. I have insurance you have to use it. You don’t need my card on file to use my insurance that’s a dumb policy.

Negative experience: 1. Went to make an appointment an they told me to sit and wait for 5 minutes because they had to look up the patients who have appointment. 2. I told them no thanks since I couldn't wait,they started laughing like it was a joke. How unprofessional. Disappointed was really looking forward to get treated by Dr. Morales guess I won't be going here.

Fantastic experience: Even at my age I was so nervous about my appointment. But, from the moment I arrived I was good. The staff from the front desk until the end of my visit was so nice and patient with me. The dentist was great he explained what needed to be done, answered all my questions. I feel good and less nervous because I feel I'm in good hands. Kindness and patience really helped my nerves.

Negative experience: Arrived for an Emergency dental issue , I attempted booking online and was prompted to put my credit card # in or no Emergency appointment granted. After doing so I arrived at 10:25 am barely able to speak because of the infection in my tooth. The young girl at the desk kept asking me to repeat myself as I signed in on the log I had to write down the information on her tooth shaped sticky notes pad because she didn't seem to have compassion for patients with severe tooth pain and swelling she just kept pretending like she couldn't hear ne . After showing her I booked and put my credit card information in she told me I have no appointment and proceeded to tell me there is only 1 doctor there today and a full schedule, meanwhile the entire lobby was empty. I showed her I have an emergency appointment I need help . She told me to try a different dentist. Maybe this office isn't very friendly to white women because there's no white staff and the one they may have had seems buried behind her minions w 2 fingers in her face ! I'm currently in the emergency room when all they had to do was stabilize me w antibiotics and pain meds until Monday or Tuesday to extract a tooth ! I'm disgusted with the clear lack of ethics I experienced at this office. Don't go here! Woke !

Negative experience: I have been going here for a short time and while it was good while it was good. It went south really fast. I missed an appointment due to my uncle passing and I’d rather go to his funeral than my appointment. We rescheduled and unfortunately I ended up getting food poisoning. I called and called and called and no answer to let them know. So because I choose to go to a funeral and decided not to come in sick and throwing up they wouldnt allow me to reschedule and told me to find another dentist. When I tried to call and tell them I was sick no one would answer the phone. Also this was never brought to my attention nor was I told this would happen. I was never informed you couldn’t miss 2 appointments other wise they wouldn’t allow you to NEVER come back. They didn’t have it together ever. We had to change my plan so many times. They never had it correct. They kept trying to pull teeth that didn’t need pulled. Couldn’t remember what quad they were working on and I always had to double check their work. This is actually a blessing because everything happens for a reason. I always check on what they were doing before they did it because they never had it together. Please be careful ! Believe the bad reviews. Anyone can be asked to leave a good one.

Negative experience: Two weeks after my first appointment and first review and unfortunately, I am already updating it. I just came back from O2 dental and I was supposed to have a 2p appointment today. I complete the intake paperwork I got a text on and tell the front desk person that I opted out of storing my card information. I do not ever feel comfortable storing my card information. I can't recall her name, but I believe she was the person I spoke with on my first visit about my insurance prices—white girl with glasses, maybe Brooke? I'm not sure. First, she says that she knows there's not a lot of info talking about it then she asks if anyone explained it to me or if I did it online and I told her that I only saw that on the forms needed to be signed from what was sent to me. What the form said is if I opt out of storing my card, then I pay at the time of service. She then explains that if I opted out of storing my card information, then I am responsible for the full amount. In my case, that means my $50 copay is now $200 "JUST IN CASE" the insurance company doesn't pay it. She says if the card is stored, they always call prior to charging but that is why they store the card. I told her that I do not feel comfortable or want to feel pressured to store my card on file and at the same time I will not pay more than I should be when my insurance is paying for a certain amount. That makes no sense. I have no issues with paying what is due and I never let a balance go unpaid but what doesn't make sense to me to overcharge a patient and credit or whatever, just because they don't want to store their card information. If you can call a patient to let them know there is a balance they are now responsible for, then you can call them to let them know they have a balance to pay and give them the opportunity to stop by the office to pay it or do it over the phone. What I don't have the time for is to keep tabs on my card and follow up to make sure I got the difference back when the insurance pays for it. I have also never heard of businesses who do that — is that a NC thing? That's backwards to me. I want to be clear that I have no issues with the staff. The lady (Brooke or whatever her name is) wasn't rude. However, she did not bother to even pretend like she cared about keeping patients. This was a concern for me in the beginning, but I had a pretty good first visit (aside from their poor scheduling) that I thought it wouldn't be an issue. The thing about franchises/businesses with multiple locations is most of the time they probably don't have to worry about getting business or keeping patients, so they don't care for it. This felt like a business transaction. There was no building rapport or anything. She just handed me my card back and said ok. It makes me wonder if she is the manager of the office and what she says goes. It is black and white for them. That is NOT the type of company value that I want to do business with. I will be looking elsewhere.

Negative experience: Not transparent with pricing, or refunds. Or anything. I would not recommend to anyone unless you enjoy spending money. Didn’t bother telling me that my insurance didn’t cover until right before my appointment, which I then canceled. I had to call 4 separate times to cancel another appointment. Each time I was told it was canceled, only to get another appointment reminder. This business is a scam. Don’t trust.

Fantastic experience: My son is on the spectrum and the office staff was amazing. They took the time to answer his questions and concerns and they even put on his favorite Mario movie. Negative experience: Staff did not verify insurance for an appointment made months ago. Then we were told that we would have to pay out of pocket because it would take several days to confirm insurance. I went to another dentist. I have an appointment for Monday lol. Also insurance is verified and I’m good.
