Negative experience: Never again. I was told I needed deep cleaning, and that I had some deep pockets, and a spot on an x-ray might be a cavity. This was concerning as I was going there for routine cleaning multiple times a year and had never needed deep cleaning in 50 years of dental hygiene. I had no pain, soreness, nor bleeding gums. I got a SECOND OPINION from a periodontist and nothing I was told by Heritage was accurate. There was no cavity. The periodontist's hygienist did a routine prophylaxis, and stated she is 'old school' and they always clean above the gum line, but also below the gum line for random deposits when there are not deep pockets. It was only a little over $300 compared to the more than $1000 Heritage quoted to me.

Negative experience: If you like to waste your time this is the place to be, I waited in the lobby 1 hour and got there 10 mins before my appointment. They got me in the room waited an hr and half and for them to just take x rays and pictures nothing else, the couldn't find a doctor so I just kept waiting he came after a while told me what I needed to get done and left too see if anyone was willing to stay to do my cleaning because it was past closing time. Please don't schedule people if you don't going to give the respect and treatment to your patients, I came in today 06/29 because they rescheduled my previous appointment for the same reason, why would you offer those times??? Only one of the assistants was very friendly. Been to this office before in fact it was a 5 star review but this time was very unacceptable and disrespectful if I could give 0 stars I would.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this dentist office since I moved to Texas. I have always had a lot of problems with my teeth, and they always support me and provide me with great care. Some dentists in the past have made me feel bad about my problems, but no one here has ever made me feel that way. I also got my wisdom teeth out here and they did everything to make me feel comfortable during the procedure and supported me in having a successful recovery. I am grateful to have found this dentist office.

Negative experience: Had to change my review. They used to be great. I’m not sure what happened when they moved offices but twice in a row, I have shown up early for my appointment and waited a while without being seen before having to leave. The first time, I had an early morning appointment. I was the first patient to show up. I waited an hour, after they called back someone who arrived after I did and told them I needed to reschedule because I had to get to work. They told me their system was down and couldn’t reschedule my appointment. The second time was today. This time I waited a little over 30 minutes, after THREE people who arrived after I did were taken back. I went up to the receptionist to let her know I couldn’t keep waiting and needed to leave to pick up my daughter. She literally got up and walked away from me mid-sentence! So I left and will not be back. If you value your time, I would not come here.

Fantastic experience: The facility was very clean and nice. My Dental Hygienist was kind and awesome he explained my deep cleaning to me and the purpose of it. Not just a regular cleaning. My Dentist was amazing as well. He helped me with my issue I’ve been dealing with. I am a new patient and would send my family and friends there.

Negative experience: I called about the special they send me every two weeks and the woman who answered my call basically told me I was crazy because they charge for new patient exams and x-rays…she was rude and hung up on me, here is the picture of the “special” that DOES NOT EXIST.

Fantastic experience: Came in today 5/05/25 for a consultation and the staff along with Dr. Tran impressed me with their professionalism and courtesy. Everything was explained to me very clearly and I was put at ease. Excellent service at Heritage Dental. Beautiful and modern office as well. ADDITIONAL: Went in today 5/29 for my actual treatment a deep cleaning and although it was not exactly fun, I had excellent service from the front desk to the hygienist. I had questions and concerns and the staff addressed all my issues with patience and clarity. I'm happy to return and become a regular.

Negative experience: Need a tooth looked at? Well and good...Don't expect anything more than that. This place is among the worst you will get. They will waste your time with ancient machines, no trained staff, then a doc-looking face may appear, who does not know what to read, and then the final financial guy will come and offer an apology! For anything about Root Canal or above, AVOID this place. You will bless yourself. Too many marketers with misleading messages. Ideally this place should get negative star.

Fantastic experience: I visited the new location and I was very happy with my treatment. They answered my questions and were professional and thoughtful.

Positive experience: I was really scared to see a dentist after being traumatized by another one years ago but they made me feel like it was ok. I was so uncomfortable going and when I left i was good. I'll be going back. Only reason for the 4 stars was that is a little expensive for me being a teacher. But they worked with me for a lot of the cost so that meant a lot. They care.

Fantastic experience: Had to leave a 5 star review with these guys. I haven’t gone to the dentist since I was a teenager because I had a terrible traumatic experience. But I had a medical emergency and had pain for 2 days and I was obligated to go to the dentist and it was literally my last case resort. I told them my story and we sat and talked about removing my wisdom tooth and after a little pep talk I muscled up the courage and did the procedure . The Doctor was amazing , I didn’t feel a thing and he talked me through every single step. And now I’m getting ready to see them again today for my check up

Fantastic experience: I haven't gone to the dentist in two years and I was really nervous to come back to get a check up. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and explained in full detail what I have and what needs to be done for my health!!

Negative experience: I chose this place since it had a high rating, but it turned out to be extremely disappointing in many aspects: 1- After an initial examination, they told me I needed 4 fillings, 1 crown, and a full cleaning. Then, a guy came in with some numbers and said, “If you agree to do all your services here, we’ll give you a good discount.” At that moment, I accepted. But later, I realized that their full cleaning was not covered by insurance at all, and I had to pay about $300 out of pocket. 2- They did all 4 fillings while working on the crown. I had pain for a few days, which I considered normal. Then I realized I couldn't bite into crunchy foods without immediate pain. I went back after a few months. They ran a CT scan, which was unnecessary (they just try to use your insurance as much as they can). The doctor said the crown might not be properly adjusted and that he would fix it. But nothing changed, and I still can’t use my left teeth to bite into anything crunchy. Now I have to go to another dentist. 3- The instruments are very old and not hygienic. Overall, I would give this place zero stars. If you think otherwise, go ahead and ruin your teeth like I did. :)

I did a deep cleaning and a root canal on a tooth that was bothering me forever. I will keep them as my primary dentist and I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a professional dental place. They also allow care credit so that was perfect for me .

Negative experience: I was a new patient, had a complete exam and I was wondering why the dental hygienist didn’t do my regular cleaning after my crays. He said I had to see the doctor first. The doctor came in and said I needed a deep cleaning and a crown and I had 2 cavities. He said he wouldn’t do crown until I had the deep cleaning with Laser. I go to the dentist every 6 months and my daughter is a dental hygienist and she said I most certainly did not need a deep cleaning. I went to another dentist for a second opinion, and he said I did NOT need a deep cleaning and said I did NOT have 2 cavities. They proceeded with a routine cleaning. The Heritage dental hygienist said I had many pockets which were considered 5’s which is being the worse. The new dentist and hygienist said I maybe had 2 number 3’s and no 5’s. I am very disappointed that I was misled and was made to feel that if I didn’t proceed with the work, I would lose my teeth. I joined their plan which I thought was reasonable but when they add unnecessary work, it’s not worth it. They are building a new beautiful office across the street from their present location so I feel they need to generate revenue to pay for the new building. It’s a shame that dentist scam people especially me who is a senior citizen.

Negative experience: I should have looked at the reviews before I went to this place. It looks like several people have had the same issues as mine. I called to schedule a routine cleaning, and when I got there, because I am a new patient, they had to do a full exam. I thought, well, I am new so I understand. After my exam, they identified that I needed a “deep cleaning” which was going to cost close to $300. I could not afford that so I said I just wanted my regular cleaning that was covered by my insurance. They denied to give me my cleaning (covered 100% by insurance) because they said I needed a deep cleaning. There was also going to be an additional charge of over $250 for two cavities. I left confused and disappointed that I could not get a preventative teeth cleaning, unless I paid close to $300 for the deep cleaning. I will not be going to this office again and will make sure to read reviews in the future. Update: went to another dentist, turns out I only have one cavity and I did need more than just a regular cleaning. $173 total. That sure beats $500.

Negative experience: They have a promotion for $79 dollars cleaning and xray they will purposely say you don’t qualify for basic cleaning to get you to pay $800 for deep cleaning if you turn it down you still have to pay $79 with no cleaning but just for xray that is total bs and a scam!!! The dental assistant wasn’t as welcoming at first and aggressive when handling my mouth won’t be back

I was nervous at first since it had been a while since my last visit, but I went in with one specific issue and left feeling completely cared for. Every member of the team—from the gentleman at the front desk to the dentist and dental hygienists—was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. I especially appreciated the innovative oral gel method used by one of the hygienists, which was a welcomed alternative to the numbing needle. I felt extremely welcomed and they explained in depth everything that had to be done and why. I ended up getting a cleaning and a couple fillings, but every step of the way was met with reassurance. Negative experience: Finding this dental office because of location, my daughter and I both went to get our teeth cleaned for the first time at Heritage. My personal concern was the fact that in all my life of getting my teeth cleaned, I have never experienced the excruciating pain that was caused by getting an injection that this dentist gave me to prep for a deep clean. He had HEAVY HANDS. Getting an injection with no effort in being gentle, or the use of topical numbing gel prior to the injection is something I had never experienced. Past dentists NEVER caused me to literally shed tears and to be in so much pain. My daughter experienced the same with her cleaning (what I now call torture) and was also told she had several cavities that would need to be taken care of. I chose not to return but to instead find another dentist. Being told by our new dentist that my daughter has zero cavities, left me in a state of shock, anger, and disbelief! It also made me curious to look into previous reviews of Heritage, where I found others had experienced this, too. I wish I looked at the reviews prior to going to Heritage last year. I do not recommend this place.

Negative experience: I made an appointment online, provided my insurance information, but they told me your insurance company system is down today, after that I called insurance company, everything is good, then I called back they said their insurance coordinator is not office so they can not verify the information, and I have to change my appointment time or make the payment

Fantastic experience: For me to leave a review, its because something must had left some sort of impact. I have been to heritage dental for some time now. This time, was different. GOOD DIFFERENT. They went above and beyond to squeeze me in for a cleaning (i had a checkup prior) bc of my work schedule. They were so friendly and welcoming. I was very appreciative and embarrassed of the cleaning they had to do BUT they never ever made me feel any sort of dismissive way. Great place.

Negative experience: Totally rude front staff. Made a cleaning appointment and gave them dental insurance info. 30minutes before my appointment they called and said I didn’t have coverage. I verified coverage and called back and she refused to call my insurance number. Put me on hold twice. Went in person and never an apology and denied talking to me.

Negative experience: Awful! Do not trust them. I went in for a routine check up and cleaning (had tried another dental office prior to this just decided to try Heritage again since they were closer). I knew i had a couple minor cavities that needed to be filled that currently don’t cause me ANY pain, heritage advised me to pull all of teeth instead of just filling the cavities. The dentist said it was a way to “save money” and avoid any future pain. The most insane thing I’ve ever heard. Please pay the extra couple hundred dollars go to another trust worthy dentist and save your teeth.

Fantastic experience: What a great experience I had! I was experiencing horrible tooth pain, the front office was so kind and helped me with my insurance and getting me an appointment quickly! The dentist assistant and the dentist were very knowledgeable and friendly! The dentist explained everything so well and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Fantastic experience: I have been to many many dentists up in Michigan where I'm from and have always had to go to an oral surgeon and I did go to a couple down here but I never actually got work done until I went to the dentist and they were absolutely amazing. After having had all my teeth pulled out and only had to have four more taken out this is by far one of the best dentists I have gone to. I would highly recommend this place they did a great job at taking care of my pain and making sure that everything was healing correctly after the extractions. They even let me have a syringe so that I could make sure I was cleaning the site very well. When it comes to getting numbing shots both dentists are absolutely amazing it didn't hurt as bad as it has always hurt with every other doctor who has ever given me a shot.

Fantastic experience: I was gone on vacation for two weeks and returned on Monday and was able to get an appointment on Tuesday morning with an infected tooth. The dentist was Able to extract the tooth. So grateful they were able to take care of the situation and help relieve some of the pain.

Negative experience: I took my husband here because our son recommended them. My husband had oral surgery and a bone graft done yesterday at 10:30 am. It is now 8:17 am the following day, nearly 24 hours later and my husband’s pain medicine has not been called into the pharmacy. I have phoned the emergency after hours line twice only to be told that someone would get back to me immediately. NO ONE has gotten back to me. We will NEVER use this dentist again!!!

Negative experience: Went for a root canal and crown just to find out that can’t happen bc “there’s nothing to hold the crown” and they “aren’t specialists” which doesn’t make any sense. They tried to change my mom $100 for an exam that didn’t happen. The previous dentist sent over an xray of my teeth and the dentist showed the big cavity that I have (which was already discussed) and they said that was the exam. I did not open my mouth once for any inspection. The staff in the front desk clearly have no idea what they are doing due to the fact that my mom has been communicating with this place for weeks and they had no idea what was happening when I arrived. This place is a huge scam and my family won’t be stepping foot in this dentist office ever again.
