Fantastic experience: This place is so amazing and the people there are awesome and so welcoming for me as a new person. It was embarrassing enough for me with the work that needs to be done for myself. I’m so happy I went to see him. They are a great bunch of people and I appreciate it.

Fantastic experience: Dr Bivona took the time to provide a treatment plan that best suited my needs. He was very informative of the procedure and made certain I was ready to proceed with what was discussed before treatment began. He and his assistant Hannah made sure I was comfortable during the whole process. I was really pleased that the work I needed was able to be performed the same day. As someone who’s worked in the dental field for twenty years, I couldn’t have asked for better care and I can’t recommend this practice enough.

Fantastic experience: The service and the people are great!! I have never had any problems and they have kept my teeth healthy

Negative experience: I am not pleased with the fit of my dentures after over a year now and several trips back they still don’t fit. Now they want to charge me an additional 2500 dollars for implants that I don’t have. I will never recommend Bivona Dental to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bivona is AMAZING. Their office is outstanding but the service and care is beyond. He explains everything in depth and goes over any options possible. I felt very comfortable, heard, and like I was cared for. No negatives all positives and everyone seemed happy to help!! Ms. Tina was amazing at giving me advice and any help needed and all in all, all of the ladies at this office are kind, caring and have a good sense of humor which made the experience great because I needed a good laugh to not feel nervous. Plus all of their work is beautifully done with care. 100000/10 experience. I’ve definitely found my forever dentist and I’m grateful beyond belief!

Fantastic experience: I had 3 cavities filled today. The staff took time to explain the procedure to me. We decided for me to use the gas to relax me enough due to my severe dental anxiety. They really care about my concerns and attempt to help with anxiety by talking me through each step and what each sound means

Fantastic experience: Dr. Harper was my dentist. It's probably one of the best experiences I've had at a dentist for having such a major dental issue with an infected tooth. He was thorough in the treatment process and all the available options for taking care of the problem. Will definitely go back for any dental needs in the future.

Fantastic experience: My tooth broke while eating a burger and I called my dentist and got an appointment. I needed to have a crown placed. We set up appointment and the day I went in I was nervous but the young lady was wonderful at making me feel at ease. She and the doctor made me feel so comfortable and confident that my pain would be minimal. Well, it was a great experience and they did an amazing job!

Highest of recommendation from me and I will only go here from now on for my dental work! Update: I received my permanent crowns a few days ago and have been extremely happy with Dr. Westerman’s work! I’ve never really had a great smile because unfortunately we didn’t focus on dental health a great deal in my family when I was growing up. But Dr. Westerman and her staff have given me a reason to smile and show my teeth! Just a great experience all around for me and looking forward to my next appointment to have my teeth cleaned!!
