Fantastic experience: very impressed with the services and the caring staff great dentist. happy happy I got the crown in the same visit to replace my tooth. thank you just had more teeth done still give a five star rating. getting excited about the partial i will be getting at the end of the month. update 7/7/21 got my partial they are working with me weekly to get them comforter bottom ones are there the top ones is getting there. nice staff and dentist. 11/4/2021. teeth cleaning very nice staf 10/5/2022back here again. staff and the dentist very nice professional but ate funny to interact with to make you feel more comfortable. 5 plus star rating. 12/7/2022 had a crown done wonderful experience 2/15/2023 they always treat me very nicely. love the staff and dentist. 1/4/2024 I had a different dentist very nice and was thorough as well go back Tuesday for the repairs. Staff always nice and very helpful. 3/13/2024 well had 2 visit this week. today teeth cleaning the dental hygienists was fantastic caring and smiles made me feel so comfortable Monday visit great replace crown that fell off but the process was great tooth feels so much better. always the office staff to the dentist is awesome. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/02/2024. 6 months teeth cleaning this dental hygienists did another great job. she did alot of great teaching the education about oral care. another 5 stars July 2025. still 5 stars rating.

Fantastic experience: I went yesterday for my consultation about getting a lower set of implants. I had another place that I was going to visit possibly but they are in Waxahachie and Mesquite and I was very impressed with Magnolia Implants in our own backyard of Mabank Texas. I would prefer to spend my money in my own area and they were professional, prepared, clean, bright, and very interested in listening to what I had to say, and my thoughts, and they did a great job of filling me in on the information that I needed to make a decision. Their financial advisor was extremely professional and prepared. I felt welcome from the time I walked through the front doors until I headed home. Hopefully in a few weeks I will have a new smile and be back to chewing real food again. It was an overall pleasure to visit Magnolia Implants in MabankTexas.

Fantastic experience: I've had multiple great experiences at Magnolia Dental! Most recently I broke a molar & was in a lot of pain. They got me in right away and Tanner Anglin DDS removed it without pain. He and the entire staff were compassionate and kind. Living in Tyler I thought I could get the emergency handled there but two different offices let me down and the difference in their approaches to patient care were like night and day! It was well worth the drive to be treated like a treasured relative rather than a number. Their whole office exudes warmth and caring. They have the latest technology and the best equipment. If you don't have insurance ask about their Magnolia Prime program. They'll take really good care of you!

Negative experience: This place doesn’t deserve one star ! A person will soon got pain with the tooth and a gun is swollen and all I can tell someone that they can Schedule appointment because it was getting close to 5 PM for them to close. The person had emergency and all they could do is prescribe them some pain medicine and send them on their way to go to Pharmacy that could have took time and look in the person‘s mouth and look see what was in Pain, but this place is not care. All they want is people’s money and don’t wanna take care of their problem when they are in pain regardless of the Time !!

Negative experience: Just got off the phone with this office trying to schedule a dental appointment, and they told me they’re completely booked out until July. Seriously? Either they’re that busy or something’s not adding up. It just felt off—like maybe they weren’t actually interested in taking new patients and used the “booked out” line as an easy out. Makes me wonder what else they’re not being upfront about. Not exactly the first impression you want from a dental office.

Fantastic experience: I’m in the process of having my upper teeth removed and implants added. Had them removed yesterday. That went really well, sedated and woke up all done, teeth pulled, implants added and temp teeth added. So far so good. Will follow up when my permanent implants are done. The office called last night to check on me. Dr Macey and his staff are so wonderful! Shout out to Kim. She rocks!

Fantastic experience: My neighbor's had highly recommended this place to my wife. She went and loved it. So I have been a couple of times and I highly recommend this place. Great atmosphere and staff. Enjoyed my time I was there. Feels more like a dental spa. 1/22/25 I lost my insurance for a couple of years. Now I have new insurance, I went back and I was very happy with this place. They are still the best dental place I've ever been to. They treat you with respect and seem very concerned about my needs. I still highly recommend this place.

Positive experience: Took my son to have his teeth cleaned and after the last 6 months cleaning, and was told that a few spots they were keeping their eye on is now 10 full blown cavities. Was taken in the back room and asked if I wanted my son to have sedation. I asked sedation for what? Then I was told when they take his wisdom teeth out which are not even coming out yet. I can't help but feel like I am being taken for a ride. I contacted my dentist that I have gone to for 20 plus years before we move here from Arlington for a second opinion. I feel like they are trying to milk every cent out of me. Not happy.

Fantastic experience: Super nice a friendly staff, knocked a crown off on new years and they were able to fit me in the next day and it was 1/4 of the price another place tried to charge me. I’m also really nervous about anything tooth related so they did a great job helping me remain calm. If you need any dental work I highly recommend them.

Negative experience: A couple of years ago I had just moved to the Mabank area during a very rough period in my life, physically and mentally, as I had just undergone major emergency surgery to remove two diseased organs and was in quite poor health. Not long after my surgery I ended up with an abscess tooth, a back molar that continued to swell more and more and become ever more pain as the days went on. Which also meant the infection was growing, and when the pain became absolutely unbearable I knew I had to act fast before the infection could spread and possibly cause a life threatening situation to occur. I set up an appointment at Magnolia and explained my situation to the staff both over the phone and in-person. I told them I was in excruciating pain and had had the abscess, at that point, around one or more weeks and the swelling was clearly visible. You couldn't have missed it on my lower jaw a mile away. However, my frantic concerns and the obvious pain I was in was met with complete indifference by the staff and Dr. Kim. I literally came in for an emergency situation that could have cost me my life in the end and I was being told I would have to make an appointment to come back in to have the tooth pulled!! I was completely dumbfounded that I was being turned away in that kind of predicament. It doesn't get any more cold and unfeeling than that! I ended driving an hour away to a great outfit in Mesquite that same day and they generously pulled my tooth to both offer me relief from the worst pain I've ever felt- and I've had my entire colon and rectum removed - and possibly saved me a trip to the ER where I could have succumbed to the infection. This place is erroneously horrible and they do not actually follow their own mission statement about providing exceptional care. Bogus. If you have a dental emergency avoid this place at all costs if you value your life. Seriously.

Negative experience: I have ben to the dentist a hundred times they always try and sell me a deep clean upwards 600 bucks i politely decline and they do the best they can above the gumms this place said all they would do is deep clean or nothing well my insurance dont cover that i hope my old dentise an hr away can get me in

I would absolutely recommend them and after the visit us get a Goodie bag with a NEW tooth brush and floss and the kiddos get a coin to collect a prize in the toy machine
