Negative experience: Be careful. Many of these recent five star reviews are worded exactly the same and appear strongly to have been written by some sort of bot, even though they’re written from supposedly different accounts. As for me, I had six fillings done here three years ago, and when I went to a different dentist recently, they told me all those teeth had new cavities around them because the fillings had not been made level with the tooth but created grooves that could not be properly cleaned during regular brushing and flossing, and they also suspected they had been improperly cured. At the time I had the work done (in 2021-2022) I was happy with it. But every single thing they did, including one root canal in a front tooth, had to be redone later. As for the root canal, it failed because they left part of the root behind. I cannot recommend this place. Sure it’s cheap(-ish, not really, not by much), but the work they do doesn’t last (at least for me).

Negative experience: Disorganized and Frustrating New Patient Experience As a new patient, I was really hopeful about trying this dentist office, but unfortunately, the experience was disorganized from the start and ultimately cost them my business. I originally scheduled an appointment for Friday at 4:30 PM, received a confirmation email for that time, and even got a voicemail confirming the same. But when I called to double-check, the receptionist suddenly told me it was set for today (a completely different day) at 4:30. I explained that both my confirmation email and their voicemail clearly said Friday, not today. She acknowledged the mistake and said she would fix it. I appreciated that — mistakes happen. But shortly after, I received another email still confirming the wrong day and time. When I called back again, I was told yet again that the appointment was showing as today. At that point, I had to cancel out of frustration. I was polite but firm, because this much back-and-forth for a simple appointment isn't acceptable — especially when you're trusting a new office with your care. I never even made it to the chair, and I’m already exhausted. Definitely not the type of experience that gives a new patient confidence.

They give you an appointment an an hour goes by before they call you to the back. The parking SUPER SUCKS! every time I parked at other businesses cause there was never any parking available here (at the Meadowbrook location) The staff are nice but it is a business they will try to get you for every penny.

Negative experience: The ladies were very nice. My issue is that they were running a promotion for first time patients where they get a free exam and X-rays. My husband and I went, and now they're trying to charge $170 for the same "free" X-rays. It was advertised all over their website, I clarified MULTIPLE times that it was free at the front desk, and even asked the dentist. I was reassured we wouldn't be charged. I am sorry but when you're already charging out the ass for basic human procedures, don't get peoples hopes up like that. This place will be hearing from lawyers.
