Negative experience: Went in for a cleaning. My teeth and jaw were very sore for days. Continued having issues so I went to a different dentist and was told my teeth had not been cleaned at all. Don't trust this office.

Fantastic experience: Staff was super friendly and informative. Any questions we had they never hesitated to answer. Jessica was super sweet and attentive.

Fantastic experience: Great staff, dentist, and welcoming environment. All my dentists have a long wait but this one was average. Their customer service skills excelled, I was taking notes. Will always recommend.

The dental team was professional, gentle, and very thorough in explaining every step of the process. I especially want to highlight Robi —his customer service was absolutely top-notch! He was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Whether it was helping with paperwork, answering questions, or just offering a warm smile, he truly made my visit feel personal and stress-free. It’s rare to find such genuine care and professionalism these days. I’m incredibly grateful and will definitely be recommending this office to friends and family!

Fantastic experience: New patient review. We were looking for a high rating dentist and someone that can help a young adult in the meantime until he ages out to an adult. Shout out to front desk SJ and Robi. We like all the accommodations, clarifications, and treatment updates that were serviced for our young adult with disability. And even though we didn’t have small children for this appointment; I loved the indoor toddler playground/jungle gym and entertainment with snack area.

Fantastic experience: This is the pediatric dentist experience we have ever had. The staff is super knowledgeable and thorough with all of the information to keep our son comfortable. Great experience. Dr. Dawy and Orly were amazing to us and we appreciate all of their kindness and comfort. Update: We just took our 6 year old son in to have some work on cavities and to have his tooth pulled. Dr. Dawood and Juan gave him excellent care that was above and beyond. They kept him comfortable during a very tough time for a child. Thank you to the staff as well, Juanita and Perlita have been amazing through the entire process, from letting us know all of the details upfront to adjustments in the process and billing. Just a wonderful team of professionals here at Smile Magic. We wouldn’t go anywhere else after this experience.

Negative experience: Bad front desk service. Had to ask how much longer after waiting 30 mins on insurance co-pay. Then she said no copay. Talked with very attentive manager, there was a misunderstanding and everything was cleared. Good manager skills.

Negative experience: We had our appointment at 1 pm, got here 15 minutes early. There was only one patient in the lobby and a rush of patients didn’t come in until 1:30 pm. It is now 2:10 pm and still have not been seen. According to the receptionist, this is normal. This is unacceptable waiting time at any clinic.

Negative experience: I initially gave this office 5 stars because the staff showed great patience with my very anxious child. However, after some time and a visit to another dental office, I realized my initial impression was overly influenced by the friendly demeanor of the staff, and there are several issues that can’t be overlooked. While the office gives a clean appearance at first glance, a closer look reveals that it’s not as well-maintained as it seems. For example, the “theater” seating area has broken chairs, and in the treatment area, the only seating available for parents are hard metal park benches—very uncomfortable, especially during long visits. Another concern was communication. Even though the staff knew we only spoke English, they continued to speak to each other in Spanish while treating my child. This made him uncomfortable and anxious, as he felt they might be talking about him without him understanding. The office was also extremely busy. When the dentist finally saw us, the interaction felt rushed and pressured, giving us little time to make informed decisions about treatment. After visiting a different dental practice nearby, I realized that the discomfort I felt here wasn’t just typical anxiety about going to the dentist—it was about the environment and the experience itself. I hope this feedback is helpful for other parents trying to find the right care for their child.

Negative experience: Did not like the environment Felt dirty and just for children. I called before my visit and asked if they did a service. Over phone I get a yes but dentist said no. Waste of time and money. The cleaning was adversive and aggressive. The dentist was quick and impersonal. I did like the dental assistant professionalism.

Fantastic experience: This was the second dentist that we visited with our oldest daughter (5 year old) and first with our youngest (2 years old). We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Staff took time to discuss potential issues and asked us if we had any questions or concerns before and after check up and cleaning. We were not rushed and everything was explained in detail. Our oldest had a great experience and wanted to go back to the dentist as soon as we left. This had not been the case after her initial visit to the dentist. That other location wanted to do a procedure on her for what was a tiny cavity, which would have required anesthesia. Needless to say we did not chose to do the procedure. The atmosphere is pleasant for children as there are activities to do prior to the visit such as a movie room and a slide area and a token is given out for making it through the visit as well as a balloon for the kids. Staff was very interactive with our kids and made them feel at ease during the check up. The staff made our oldest feel like a princess for she was a bit apprehensive at first, but all smiles towards the end.

Negative experience: I had a very frustrating experience at this dental clinic. First, the front desk could not verify my insurance, saying it was inactive, I had to call the insurance myself and turns out it was active , this delayed everyone’s time including my own. Then, I was never contacted for a referral I was supposed to receive. When I called to follow up, I was told they couldn’t locate my chart and that I wasn’t considered a patient there. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication and organization. This has been a huge waste of my time. The doctor was great and attentive. As a current operations manager I cannot stress enough that the front desk get it together. My children attend this clinic as well and so far they’ve had a good experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place for adults. After 5 calls to the office Perla did an amazing job at rectifying everything that went wrong . She had patience and explained where things might’ve slipped through the cracks. She deserves a raise because if it wasn’t for her this clinic would’ve lost 3 patients. And to the one lady who sits at the front , please smile .

From the warm welcome at the front desk to the attentive care in the back, every part of our visit was top-notch. Robby, the manager, was fantastic—friendly, professional, and made sure everything went smoothly. After eight years in the valley, this has been our best dental experience by far. We’re definitely coming back and would 100% recommend it to anyone! The pictures from our visit say it all—just look at how happy and comfortable my 4-year-old was, smiling the whole time.

Fantastic experience: My experiences at Smile Magic have been awesome! The movie area is entertaining for us all as well as the jungle gym! Having clean restrooms is always a plus! All the staff was very friendly & patient with my child, myself & my husband! I’d like to especially thank Jessica and Dr Dowy for making us feel safe and secure during our visits! I couldn’t ask for a better duo! As well as Ms Daniela, the financial advisor that helped plan out our visits accordingly and break down our insurance details!
