Fantastic experience: My experience was horrible. I arrived and was taken for X-rays. Afterwards, I waited 20, 25 and then 30 mins for the dentist to come in. He/She never came and no reason given for the delay. The tech apologized. I will definitely seek a different dentist office.

Fantastic experience: The doctor and assistant were great and made me feel comfortable. They were polite and professional.

Positive experience: The Dentist was personable and professional in her behavior and Skill level and so was the technician that assisted her. The building is clean and front Receptionist pleasant.

Fantastic experience: I always enjoy my visit to Great Expressions Dental Clinic on Cascade Rd in Atlanta. My dental hygienist, Sandra, is always professional, thorough and informs me of tasks, which she is completing. Sandra is the best!

Fantastic experience: After trying several different dentists, our family has found our home for all things dental. The staff is amazing and unlike other places we didnt feel like we were being robbed blind. We highly suggest it for all your dental needs!

Negative experience: I went to the Cascade office on 7/25 the service was bad the lady Dentist said that she was filling in and this was not her office. My Crown had fell out of my mouth they did not try to put it back in she sent me to the Fayetteville office that Dentist did nothing they first gave me a appointment for September then she said I could go to the Cascade office on August 13. because this Dentist was going on Vacation until August 12th . I was in a lot of pain. The Cascade office is not the same I should have not gone to another office. I canceled both of my appointments I found a new Dentist. Greater Expression need to get more people with better experience.

Positive experience: My child is a new patient. So far most of the staff are welcoming. Dr. Woods seems to be a team player kind of doctor. I like that, however the wait time is a bit inconsiderate. We had an appointment at 12:30 I assume they would at least get started by 1:15 . Over heard it’s lunch time from 1:00pm to 2:00pm so they didn’t get started until after that time. I believe true transparency is needed in this office. I’ve worked in the medical field for over 10 years. I understand that staff needs to have lunch. Everybody is human, but communication does goes along way. Patient could better prepare when they know the wait time. I would suggest you not book an appointment between 12pm and 2:00pm if you don’t have time to wait. Peace and Blessings to All.

Fantastic experience: The oral surgeon was so amazing and so was the staff ! I love Dr. Jackie & Dr. Nicole they are so sweet and helpful. They made me comfortable even though my nervousness took over, they calmed me down through the process. He got that tooth out in 1 minute literally

Positive experience: Both my daughters have been attending this location for years receiving both dental and orthodontic work. This recent time my oldest expressed having a better experience with the dental hygienist after her past two cleanings. My daughter has a genetic teeth condition (that is clearly stated in her file) that causes her teeth to appear a certain way. Her past two hygienists and a male orthodontist made demeaning comments about her teeth causing her develop a deep insecurity. They attacked her dental hygiene despite her receiving compliments from previous hygienists as well as other orthodontists about her care. After her cleaning with a dental hygienist two sessions ago, the orthodontist insisted that veneers (mind you, I was not present and she was 17 at the time) were the “solution”. I remember her coming home crying about it and expressing her apprehension to go back. I am glad she was comfortable this visit, but I wish it didn’t take her third time going back to have a better experience.

Positive experience: My appointment was at 3pm and I was called right at 3pm to be escorted to my appointment room. Gabby shared expectation and let me know each time she completed one task and shared next step expectation until end of deep cleaning visit., This time when I finished and was placed in chair to wait for checkout was much better this time. I only had to wait two minutes before my name was called to checkout. However, to make visit better, waiting less than a minute or less would be better. My last dentist person, once my appointment was completed, I went straight to check out counter with little to no wait. Thanks

Fantastic experience: I always have a great experience at Great Expressions! Tara and Sandra are absolutely amazing — they go above and beyond to make each visit smooth and stress-free. They’re incredibly helpful, friendly, and provide outstanding customer service every time. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients. Highly recommend this office!

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible!!! The wait is outrageous. Also in the middle of my treatment plan, the dentist I was seeing left. Went to another dentist there, they left as well. No notice on either one. Now after almost a year, having to find a new dentist that I trust and won't quit mid treatment!!!

Fantastic experience: I arrived on time. Signed in and waited less than 10 minutes before I was called. The consultation went well and the doctor and assistant were friendly and professional. My entire visit was completed within 30 minutes. Good job GE!

Fantastic experience: I have really bad dental anxiety, like I’m tense the entire time and my heart is racing anxiety, but Dr. Woods demeanor immediately calmed my nerves. I had to have a root canal and the procedure wasn’t as bad as I made it out to be thanks to Dr. Woods and Great Expressions Dentistry.

Positive experience: My appointment was at 10:30. I waited for an hour until I was seen by the hygienist. I told them that I had another doctor appointment and need to leave by 12:15. I left at 12:30. Ms. Sandra was great. I wish I started at a reasonable time in order for me to get to my appointment on time.

Positive experience: My hygenist was very professional. She always does a great job. The check-in and billing clerk were not as good. The check-in clerk told me that my appointment was re-scheduled. That was not the case. The billing clerk initally entered the wrong code for my insurance, indicating that my procedure was not covered. I called my provider and I had to get the matter cleared up while still at the dental office. The billing manager was not congenial or polite, she ran through the numbers asked for a payment. I had to mention the credit on my account in order to get it applied. The account still list my wife as the guarantor which has not been the case for over two years. After the visit they did not give me any dental supplies: Floss, toothpaste, etc.

Fantastic experience: Very kind and knowledgeable staff. If you are anxious when you get there, they will certainly put you at ease.

Positive experience: I have been visiting Great Expressions Dental Center, Cascade since last December trying to get back dentures top and bottom but as of today's date I am unable to get a good fit. Process I think is too long.

Negative experience: Worse experience every told me I needed all these services costing about 700 dollars and was told that i might have gum cancer by thr assistant, went to my regular dentist who just a regular cleaning and given some preventative treatment for gingivitis. Felt like a cash cow, because my insurance is really good and pays dang near 100% on my services. Would not recommend and will never go back.

Negative experience: I was a new patient, and I had a really bad experience at Great Expressions. They seemed incompetent and like a highly disjointed assembly line. The dentist wasn’t engaging. She gave me multiple options but didn’t take the time to explain which she recommended and why. She sat behind me so that I had to look over my shoulder to listen to her. They never were able to provide a treatment plan with a breakdown of prices, insurance, and payment options. I made a follow-up appointment for a procedure based on the recommendation of the lady that discussed payments. She told me one thing about the insurance, but when I arrived for my appointment, I was told that was inaccurate, and they wanted me to pay almost $600 at that moment. If I needed to have that money on me, I should have known that prior to my appointment. I tried to get to the bottom of it, but the people were rude and unhelpful. I was so irritated that I left. Then they sent me a bill for doing nothing. Prior to my procedure appointment, I received many text msg reminders in which the time kept changing, and when I arrived, I ended up waiting over an hour without any explanation. I don’t know what was going on with them, but they were awful in every way.

Fantastic experience: Today’s experience was absolutely amazing!!! Dr. A. Waldorf and his assistant Erika provided 5 star care during my visit. We need more caring staff.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Dr. Garcia and her assistant were exemplary. I tend to have high anxiety at the dentist office, but they helped me to chill out!!! I had work done for a crown, absolutely no pain. I highly recommend them if you're looking for the best

Negative experience: I was there two hours for a “new patient” appointment which mostly consisted of a lot of waiting. The dental chair was not clean, and I had to insist that the technician clean the chair before I sat on it. I don’t think I’ll be returning.

My first encounter was with a young lady name Colley I dont know if im spelling her name right but she was so awesome so nice gentle and thorough I couldn't belive she was new out of all the times I've been to a dentist office I've never had such a great experience that I had with colley she seemed extremely knowledgeable confident and knew what she was doing. She made me feel so comfortable and happy and not ashamed. Because of her I want this office to be my permanent dentist office she is the best she can train others. She prepared me so well before the hygienist and dentist came in and they were both great as well. I appreciate Brandy and her expertise on helping me to take better care of my overall oral health. I highly recommend this dentist office.

Fantastic experience: I had a really good experience at Great Expressions. When I arrived, I was very tense and nervous about getting a root canal. However, Dr. Woods really put that to rest with his reassurance and explanation of what was to come. He was kind, personable, being easy to talk to, yet professional all the while. Everything he and the staff told me would happen, did. I in no way felt any pain, which was what I was afraid of and had been feeling before I arrived. Positive experience: Well, I will start by saying that I was there for three hours which I did not anticipate or like. I knew I would need a deep cleaning and the hygienist Sandra Ahmed was the one who helped me. I appreciate them for taking the time to do so on the spot as opposed to making me come back for a second appointment. She was very friendly and very helpful. However, when she was done assisting me and I had questions about my bill prior to paying , she had an attitude and rudely stated that she went over everything with me already which she had not done in its entirety. She seemed to be rushing to her next patient and either annoyed or upset that I would ask the question. I did not appreciate that from a customer service or professional standpoint and I shared that with the manager Toya, who was very receptive to that feedback. Everyone in the office is generally nice and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I've been going here for years and it's the best relationship with a dentist I've had. They are professional, efficient and get you in and out. My cleanings are always really well done (Sandra is wonderful) and I trust the feedback I get from the doctors..

Negative experience: The staff at the cascade location here are sometimes polite but sometimes your wait times be long!!!!! I love my dentist Dr Rafael tho she’s always pleasant and polite makes me feel welcomed! But the one at that front desk shouldn’t be there they need to get someone else to do it! I’m transferring my Ortho to they Douglasville location and after my procedure with the dentist I will be looking for another dentist!

Fantastic experience: Scheduling appointments is difficult, but Dr. Kukreja is an excellent periodontist. I've done a series of gum grafts with him and have been very pleased with both the quality and price of the procedures.

Negative experience: Despite the friendly and personable staff, I am extremely disappointed with my experiences at this branch of Great Expressions. I visited on March 21st in person to schedule a debonding appointment alongside a teeth cleaning. However, when I arrived almost two weeks later, I was informed that my debonding appointment had been canceled the day before after they "called the phone number on file" and were told they had the wrong number. I tried to clarify that I hadn't received the call and that they had indeed dialed the wrong number by showing my call logs from that day. Despite this, and to my dismay, my appointment slot had already been filled, leaving me the option to either drive to the Douglasville location (30 minutes away) or wait another month to be seen. I feel frustrated and unjustly penalized for a mistake that ultimately was not my own. In addition to this experience, I’ve encountered other issues, including times when I arrived only to be told that my insurance couldn't be found in the system despite being active, even though I had waited months for an appointment. To top it off, the treatment process ultimately didn’t yield the results I had hoped for. While I truly appreciate the friendly nature of the staff, I cannot overlook the series of miscommunications and the lack of effective resolution to my concerns. As a result, I cannot recommend this location based on my experiences.

Positive experience: The only reason for not a 5 is due to the time set and the time confirmed, there was a conflict, other than that the office visit was very friendly, courteous, professional and the hygienist Gabby and Dr Garcia-Bullard thorough. I look forward working with this office with my dental needs. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Great Expressions. I like both locations, especially Cascade, but I've only been to Midtown twice. They have great teams. I feel comfortable trusting Great Expressions with needles; I used to be fearful of going to the dentist. The Great Expressions team talks me through the whole procedure and takes good care of you without making you uncomfortable about your teeth. I love the service Brandy, my hygienist, provides; she talks to you while she works on your mouth. I used to be afraid of needles, but Dr. William truly cares about her patients. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: I had an awesome time at the dentist this morning for the scheduled cleaning. It went really well and I had no pain during the cleansing. I am really looking forward to my next visit since I have a better idea of what to focus on to improve my overall gum and tooth health, with daily flossing and brushing after each meal & snack. So, overall a great visit today.

She is always very professional, upbeat, courteous, friendly, and has an amazing beside manner. She provides excellent care to her patients, and is a great listener. They always have been willing to go above and beyond to help understand pricing break down, ortho procedures and the honesty and transparency helps a lot. Fantastic experience: I seldom leave reviews, but I had to this time. I am one of those people who HATE going to the dentist. Unfortunately that causes simple things to get out of hand. That’s what happened this time and I found myself in extreme pain and needing not one, but two root canals. I went there, because the endodontist my dentist sent me to wasn’t on my insurance and I was looking everywhere for help. They scheduled me for a consultation only. When I got there and they saw how much pain I was in and that I was scheduled to leave for a cruise, they did both root canals that day. Not only did I feel absolutely no pain during the procedures, but I haven’t felt any pain since. Dr Wood as well as his assistants stayed well past closing time to nearly 9pm! They were professional, helpful, friendly and kept me calm. The best dental experience I have ever had.

Negative experience: Unprofessional scammers I paid for my service out of pocket only for them to send the claim to my insurance anyway however I was advised they were not , Latonya the office manager or whatever her title may be was no assistance and very unprofessional on my last visit I waited for her in the lobby for my information but she was on her computer shopping while I was waiting smh what a ghetto shame!

Fantastic experience: I like this location, they have Ortho as well, and getting my retainers replaced with new ones was easy. Also, I didn't have to come back another day to pick them up either because they make them in house! I just waited 30 minutes and bam they were ready!

Negative experience: I called last week for a prescription refill because I can’t get in to get a root canal until January the lady told me the dr wouldn’t be in until the following day. The whole week past, pharmacy don’t have a prescription for me and still no follow up. Monday comes and I call again, again dr won’t be in until following day, which is Tuesday the 24th, Christmas Eve. I call at 9, dr is with a patient, call back at 11, lady says she’s sending over prescription, a hour lady pharmacy still don’t have it. By the time I call back they gone for the holidays. Spoke to someone at the call center for them to tell me to go to urgent care, I’m not paying urgent care. I had the most horrible holiday because they lied about my medication. I’m switching dentists and filed a grievance.

Negative experience: I had 2 appt this week. On Monday AM, I missed my appt and rescheduled. They rescheduled for 2:20PM same day. I arrived. I paid for my services and waited 2 hours before walking out. They called me to reschedule. My 2nd appt was yesterday. I arrived on time and waited 45mins before walking out again. I believe in a little waited time or someone appt running over but not 45 mins to and hour. After my appointment tomorrow that I already paid for is completed; I'll seek another dental office.

Positive experience: I went for an oral surgeon consultation, and I feel the oral surgeon wasn’t compassionate. He was such in a rush , and when I was asking questions he seem irritated. So, when he asked again do you have any more questions I said no. I went ahead and ask the assistant the questions I wanted to know. She answered them , and she seemed to care more than him . I definitely don’t want some one in my mouth with that type of energy. I saw some of his bad reviews, and I tried to form my own opinion. I definitely will be searching elsewhere.

Positive experience: I have never had an appointment start on time. As I type this, I've been in the waiting room for 35 mins (45 mins total as I arrived me 10 minutes early for a cleaning). That said the staff is great as are the hygienists and dentists.

Fantastic experience: Hello everyone, I'm new to Great Expressions. I got preferred here by a coworker on my job. Today was my first day of getting my deep cleaning on the right side of my mouth and I was scared out my mind because of dental service I have received from another dentist in the pass and they broke my tooth. I came here in November to get a consultation. I met a nice young lady named Zaria who is the Hygienist here. I let her know and everyone else I had came in contact with how afraid I was going to the dentist because of my past experience with getting my tooth broke and being rushed with my procedure,she let me know that at Great Expressions I was in good hands, coming in today to get my first deep gum cleaning I was scared and nervous. Zaria called my name I came to the door she greeted me and said hey friend how are you and why are you looking like that? I let her know right off the top I was still scared. She told me to not be scared and that she was going to take good care of me. She took me to the room where she did my gum cleaning, she let me know what was going to be done. Zaria was so patient with me she was so gentle with me and I really appreciate that, as she started the procedure I started to jump a little she ask me what was wrong. I let her know I was having a little flashback from the last dental office. Zaria started to do the deep gum cleaning next thing I know I got so nervous and scared from the noise from the instrument then I started crying. Zaria stop and ask me was she hurting me I told her no but the noise from the instrument was making me more scared out my mind..lol I asked her did they have ear plugs she said no but she said they had some type of gauze that was made like ear plugs so she gave me two and I put them in my ears. Zaria started my procedure again she kept me calm, she kept asking was I okay, she let me know everything that was going on step by step ,she made sure that I was okay the whole time and I really appreciate her for all of that.I came to the dentist office today with my uncle but my next visit I'm going to come by myself. Positive experience: The ladies at the front desk were nice, pleasant and professional. The person who cleaned my teeth was a bit rough didn't get great customer service. Patients know what services they have declined since you have to pay prior to getting the services. That shouldn't change Patient care and you shouldn't make a Patient feel bad about declining services. Customer service shouldn't change based on whether you pay for extra services or not. I didn't see the dentist at the end of my visit. Also not being offered something to clean my mouth before leaving, the irrigation, suction ended spilling water on me no apology, no acknowledgement.

Positive experience: The Dentists are good and friendly. Its the clerical staffing that's not friendly from check in to check out. They are not friendly they don't smile they all look mean and not friendly with the exception of maybe one few.

Fantastic experience: I came in for a cleaning all the staff was very professional and accommodating. The wait was longer than I had anticipated but they had to squeeze me so I did appreciate it. 10 out of 10
