Fantastic experience: I suffer from high anxiety and the second I walked in I felt at ease. I have to have some work done and they explained some option to help ease my worries. Great staff, friendly and caring.

Dr. Reyes is incredibly skilled and kind—he made my root canal and cavity repairs feel smooth and stress-free. Ray and Shanice were also amazing throughout the process. From the deep cleaning to the repair work on some older cavities, everything was done with such care and attention to detail. The entire team made me feel comfortable and informed at every step. The office is clean, welcoming, and truly lives up to the name Delicate. I’ve never had such a positive dental experience before. Highly recommend Dr. Reyes and his team for anyone looking for quality, compassionate dental care!

Negative experience: My children and I have visited this dentist office for the past two years and we have had great experiences until this year, starting with the staff attitudes as if they are uninterested in being at work, being quoted different prices for services within the matter of weeks down to the nasty attitude Ms. Holly, the general manager found appropriate to display who was more concern with her title and her being “over all of them” referring to her staff when I asked for someone else to assist me as it seems she wasn’t having a great day and lacked the patience to help her provider patients with an ongoing issue in the clinic. In order to complain, you have to make an appointment with the owner of the facility per the general manager Holly. Though you see many 5 star reviews, just know it’s because you have to leave them one in order to get a deep cleaning / exam

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about this office! Dr. Martin was very professional. He even texted me later saying I could text him if I had questions. Tasha and Jennifer were amazing and professional. They made me laugh, knowing I was scared. This was the best experience I could have hoped for. Estella was able to get me approved for a payment plan within 5 minutes. This was an emergency tooth extraction. They take walk-ins and have weekend hours. Thank you to Dr. Martin, Tasha, Jennifer, and Estella. You are my new dental experts.

Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying I definitely have ‘dental anxiety’ but luckily Delicate Dental lived up to their name. I first went in for an implant of an infected tooth that we had to remove and replace with the implant. I have also had some additional work done as well. Dr. Reyes and Shaniece are great! Both were amazing at mitigating my anxiety while being very personable and professional. They were also very patient and knowledgeable with all my many questions. The procedures were flawless and overall it was a great experience including the management team (Holly) who worked with me in every way to make my visits, telephone communications, and affordability, etc all streamlined and helpful. Overall I would highly recommend Delicate Dental.

Would recommend coming here. :) UPDATE: Al was great and I always have a wonderful experience coming here! Making an appointment is easy and love that they’re open on weekends. I have been coming here for 3 years and have been satisfied my whole time being a patient and an upside is it’s walking distance from where I live! Highly recommend. :)

But what really made my visit stand out was Shanice. I struggle with a strong gag reflex during dental x-rays, and she was so patient and understanding. She took her time, didn’t rush me, and made sure I felt comfortable and safe the entire time. Her kindness and professionalism truly made a stressful part of the visit feel manageable. If you have any dental anxiety or sensitivities like I do, I highly recommend Delicate Dental—and definitely ask for Shanice if you can! She’s a gem!

Negative experience: This has been the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. I paid months ago for a crown and implant, and I’m still waiting for the work to be completed. The dentist spends more time talking and trying to appear knowledgeable than actually doing the work. My girlfriend, also a patient here, had her temporary crowns fall out multiple times and had to return six times just to have them reinstalled—still without a permanent solution. The recurring theme seems to be poor follow-through and lack of accountability. Once they’ve been paid, the urgency disappears. It feels like they have no incentive to finish what they start. We’re deeply disappointed in the quality of care and professionalism at this office. I’ve reported the issue to my insurance provider and will be sharing this experience with others in the Las Vegas community and we know EVERYONE People deserve to know what they’re getting into.STAY AWAY FROM HERE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Negative experience: I do not recommend this place. I had scheduled a cleaning for my children and I. Yet we ended up having to reschedule 6 different times. The workers themselves are very nice, but it's the business that's the problem. They had said my daughter had 6 cavities! I believed them at first, but when I went to a new dentistry? Turns out she only had one. You may see lots of 5 star reviews. This is because you have to leave a good review for a thorough/upgraded cleaning.

Fantastic experience: I came in because I was having some pain. These ladies were so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. I am so afraid of going to the dentist, and they made sure I was comfortable the whole time. They also throughly explained anything I needed done and the cost. They were able to work with me to get the cost down.

Fantastic experience: Very nice & helpful, This the first time here, but I would recommend it to my friends, I'm Happy to finally have my partials, they were very helpful, great service, I'm glad I was able to be seen on a Saturday & be able to get getvan adjustment on my partials for a better fit!

Negative experience: They pressure ppl into giving reviews so any short reviews you see here are prob a result of that. My appt was at 11 and I got out at 1230 WITHOUT being treated. Waiting time was prob at least 75% of the time spent. Definitely longer than usual in my experiences. The 1 Dr there asked me to reschedule so I left without treatment. They will be constantly trying to upsell you so do your own research on your coverage and options and don't be afraid to say no or ask questions if it's actually necessary. Brittany did in fact do a good and efficient job so nothing taken away from her. The workers are all relatively amicable and professional but not a fan of how they do things as a whole or the wait. Maybe just my one bad experience or maybe its typical either way I would not recommend. Plenty of options in the area.
