Fantastic experience: I had my consultation today! I'm very excited and scared! Every person I saw today was so kind and encouraging. Bobbie and Dr Josh are so great, they made me so comfortable after my nerves had my BP sky high. I can't wait to go on this great adventure! Update went for impressions on Thursday. Its Saturday, the sides and inside of my cheeks look like hamburger. It was rough and i am in pain. I pray this gets me to a healthy descent smile!!! Im hopeful

I went in prepared financially only abke to pay for one tooth extraction, but the Dentist was so concerned about my oral condition. He gifted the rest of my services. I cant thank him enough. Fantastic experience: I was hesitant about visiting (long drive unknown, etc) . Beginning with the calls I made to them talking myself into going there, to the visit every single person that I interacted with - including the dentist - were so genuine, patient and kind, I experienced it as just good people doing good things, not rehearsed courtesy. My vist started with "what are your goals with this..." As opposed to " this is how it will go". Very collaborative and respectful. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Although the building which houses the Foundry Dental Center is modest in appearance, the doctors and staff provide uncompromisingly excellent, state-of-the-art dental care -- for even the most complicated dental extractions and implant procedures -- at an unbeatable, generously discounted price. Further, they will conscientiously custom design an extraction/implant treatment plan specific to the needs of the patient. They will not merely railroad or steamroll the patient into a generic treatment protocol. The Foundry Dental Center is truly a blessing to Alabamians. The first doctor to see me was Dr. Joshua Kwolek to perform an initial oral examination, including a panoramic, cone beam computer tomography X-ray scan of my entire skull and array of choppers. My initial goal was to determine if my infected-but-asymtomatic, root-cracked #19 molar could just be left undisturbed since it had not led to life-threatening "sepsis" -- or blood poisoning -- for all these years. While no previous general dentist or endodontist could explain to me why this infected tooth had not resulted in sepsis, Dr. Kwolek determined that the blister which recurrently formed and burst on the buccal side of my infected molar was serving as an escape valve for the infection. As a result, I understood that this was an unsustainable condition, and I agreed to sign up for the extraction and implant procedures. Then the Implant Education Program Manager, Ashley Cox, met with me to explain the details and itemized pricing of the procedure. When she learned I was not amenable to cadaver bone grafting prior to the implant procedure, she kindly consulted with one of the residents on duty -- Dr. Madison Drummond Sharp -- to design an alternate protocol, omitting the bone grafting. I'm currently in Phase 1 of my extraction-implant procedure. Despite my initial apprehension -- which caused me to sleep restlessly the night before my dental surgery -- Dr. Sharp is a young and gifted, attentive and kindly surgeon with "golden digits" who deals wisely and gracefully with "moon-bat" patients like me. As if inspired by a Higher Authority, Dr. Sharp -- welding a seemingly "magic mallet" -- was able to exactingly drive both an anchor and titanium post into one site and extract an infected tooth out of my skull at another site with minimal upheaval or trauma. It's simply phenomenal! Even the surgical suturing was memorable. Dr. Sharp adeptly ascertained that -- since I was adverse to a cadaver bone graft -- I would not want to be stitched up with collagenous strands of cow gut. So he thoughtfully used synthetic polymer suture material. Very cool! The post-operative bleeding stopped before I stepped off the dental chair, and -- after the anesthesia wore off -- I only experienced a dull pain in my jaw which dissipated WITHOUT my needing relief from ibuprofen or acetaminophen. Regarding "truth in advertising", Dr. Madison Drummond Sharp is supremely well-named. MADISON means "gift from God"; DRUMMOND implies skill in percussive procedures (like driving an anchor into a patient's skull); and SHARP suggests outstanding mental acuity. Yep, Dr. Sharp lives up to his great name! I don't wish to "jinx" the remaining Phase 2 and Phase 3 of my implant treatment, but I surely lucked out in having Dr. Sharp assigned to my case. Long live the Foundry Dental Center!

Fantastic experience: The Foundry Dental Ctr has been great from day one. The cost is affordable. They work with you to get it paid. They are prompt in getting you back to get your procedure. The staff are very friendly and professional. A dentist in Guntersville recommended them and I am so glad they did. The front desk staff are so nice and helpful. Andie did a fantastic job realigning my temporary dentures, Kinley did a fantastic job making the molds to make my Snap in dentures and my top dentures. The follow up appointments have been exactly what I needed. They look and fit awesome! I would fully recommend The Foundry Dental Clinic to anyone. They are in business to help people. I've had a problem with my top teeth breaking loose.2 appointments later, once again everyone was so nice. Kinlee remeasured my bite and they ordered me new teeth. Plus she fixed the old ones so I wouldn't be without teeth until new ones came in. I fully recommend Foundry Dental Center.

Fantastic experience: I’m more impressed every time I visit here. My mother has been a patient for a while, but I became a patient myself today. I was in terrible pain and needed an extraction. The emergency dental clinic downtown wanted $350. Foundry Dental did it for $125. Based on past experiences, you might think that low prices mean poor or minimal service, but that couldn’t be farther from the truth. These folks are highly skilled and knowledgeable, and their equipment is state of the art. The office is well organized and spotless, and parking is excellent. Perhaps most importantly, they are kind, caring and respectful. No guilt, no judgment, just kindness and grace. Every single person in the office is welcoming and helpful. I promise I don’t have connections to this organization or any other reason to say these things, it is simply the truth. Finding out about Foundry Dental has been one of the great blessings of my life. 11/10, would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: The staff from the reception was very professional throughout. The nurses that the blood pressure checks and the residents in training were very thorough. Then the two physicians who came to do the procedure did not know each other but worked hand in hand as consummate professionals making sure that acknowledge me in every way possible so that this procedure that I was having would be as smooth and painless as possible. They made sure that I was aware of what was going on at all times and constantly asked how I was doing and if I needed anything. A third member of the team came in and assisted these two guys in making the best decision on what tools to use, what angle and approach and furthermore what size would work best for my particular implant situation. I will always return to the foundry not the least to see all the smiles of the workers there working as if they loved what they were doing.

Positive experience: The work on my implants took longer than expected so I am scheduled to return on Tuesday, the 20th for the second 2 implants. I liked the assistants very much but I don’t remember their names except for Dr. Tim (forgot last name). I felt more comfortable with him than the main dentist (Dr Kim). I haven’t had much pain or swelling. I’m taking a combo of Tylenol and ibuprofen as needed. I appreciated the loving care I got from all those who stopped by to see how I was doing. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: From the beginning I met Dawn through text such a sweetheart. She kept me informed of everything.we finally got to put a face with our names it was like I knew her forever. The staff was super kind and very knowledgeable of everything they were doing for me. The anesthesiologist was super kind made me feel at ease to the point we were talking and then we weren't I was out. Dr. McCracken and Dr. Tuller were hands down the main event and they knocked it out of the park. The 2 gentleman that was with me in recovery at last minute with Dr. Tuller while helping him with putting in my Temporary teeth was very caring and nice on the eyes I will say didn't catch a lot of their names but you all made my Journey very Pleasant from beginning to end. Fantastic experience: Dr. Sharp did a fantastic job on my son's dentures. He took the time to ensure a quality fit and was very professional.

Negative experience: I had my wisdom teeth removed here, the dentist failed to stick me with the IV needle twice before having to get a third dentist to do it correctly. I’m not sure if there was an anesthesiologist present because I was not properly sedated and I felt every bit of pain during surgery. I was also blindfolded with no explanation during my surgeey

Fantastic experience: My experience at The foundry dental clinic was awesome even though I was scared, increased anxiety, back pain from 4 surgery,the young lady I'm assuming is an assistant place a blanket behind my back where the pain incision is. It was then very comfortable to lay down in the chair. My dentist Dr Sharp was very professional and friendly, answer all the questions that I needed. I was scared, increase anxiety, back pain from four surgeries but the sweet young lady I'm assuming she is an assistant she may have been a student I don't know, but she placed a warm blanket on me and anything else I needed she performed it very well. I cannot pronounce his name but I think he's over the clinic doctor M, not the students whose last name start with a M always had a frown on his face. The only mishap was unable to start an IV on me until three times this is not only facility,not nurses, doctors and anywhere else that I have to have an iv started in the hospital I always have to have a central line done by CRNA or an anesthesiologist ,knowing my body and I have a PhD in nursing and 22 years as a captain in the United States Navy nurse corps.advanced critical Care and psychology. So I always taught my students to listen to their patients, and the officers and enlisted in my medical units to listen they are the one that have the most information in order for you to help or treat them. I have been the nurse administrator over three hospitals, Naval Hospital Pensacola Florida, Naval Hospital Portsmouth Virginia. And military Hospital Bethesda Maryland as a commander at that time I was the officer in charge of all the critical care units medical, surgery, CCU and burns. I tell you all this from observations and knowledge of medical and nursing never complain only said something if I saw something was being done wrong, but at the foundry dental clinic everything was topped off with extreme professionalism with smiles on their faces except for one Young student dentist but to tell you the truth I just ignored him because he made a statement that kind of offended me, I could have came back on him but I just said I'll lay here and be quiet because he did not want to listen to how my IV was to be inserted.it okay doctors thank you all very much, especially Dr Sharp and the clinic supervisor Dr McCracken, think this is name but I left my eyeglasses well I didn't leave them the young lady didn't put them back in my purse and they did not give me my discharge instructions. So my husband is supposed to come tomorrow to pick up my eyeglasses and discharge instructions. Everybody in the office was very friendly and I appreciate that, gives a patient first impression of the people that works there. So keep it up! all the good work employees of The foundry dental clinic in Bessemer Alabama. Thanks Dr A Woolen -yes but I never tell any hospitals or medical facilities my careers they just pick it up because of medical terms that I use. then that's when they asked are you a nurse or in the medical field. I just smile,See you all November 2nd : ,Forgot to say Dr McCracken was very professional very friendly and follow the directions from me to insert the IV and I really did appreciate that. Thanks again Dr Sharp I had my oral surgery around 10:00 a.m. on October the 21st and it is now almost 7:30 a.m. and I have not had any pain at all, I'm sorry I had to go back and add this on. Again thank you you all were wonderful except for that one who had the frown on his face doing the procedure, he seem like he was unhappy, but it was another student look like he was trying to learn everything he could through observations and that's a good thing, bedside manners!!

Fantastic experience: The staff is absolutely amazing! Dr. Mcalister is the best Dr. I've ever had care for me..! She is very thorough, very compassionate, and I believe she has the patients best interest at heart! I can't say enough to even come close to covering how great she is.. Dr. Mcalister and her assistant made me feel like there is still hope for me, I had lost faith in getting my teeth done but they restored my faith!! Praise God for them and their staff!!

Fantastic experience: I went in to get my bottom four implant receptors but in. I was REALLY nervous an scared even though I've already had ALL 32 of my teeth pulled. My nurse Andy was MORE than life giving to me. I wish I could give her a raise. She talked to me, explaining everything an Prayed for me. I love this place.

Fantastic experience: I've got to say, I hate going to the dentist. Because of issues I have had. But I really got to say that the Foundry dentist is awesome. Everyone from there are awesome. Made me feel so comfortable and relaxed.

Fantastic experience: My dental care at The Foundry Dental Center has always been superb. On my most recent visit Dr. McCracken and his assistants, Cindy and Gaye were considerate, caring and professional as always. I do not hesitate to recommend The Foundry Dental Center to my family and friends.

Negative experience: WORSTTTTT experience of my life i called last week and was told i did NOT have to make an appointment for a tooth extraction and to just walk in! I walked in today at 9am and was told i would have wait never did i expect to have to wait 5 hours before they told me they have no idea how much longer it would take possibly a few more hours! I had walk ins come in hours after me for the same procedure and was seen before me i told them plenty of times i was in a great deal of pain they did not care this is not a place you go if you want good customer service or good dental care it is CHEAP for a reason the ladies at the front desk are rude and just sit behind the counter eating all day anytime u ask for a update they are rude then tell you they don’t know how much longer it will take i was able to sit in their waiting room and call a different dentist and make an appointment and get in with them within 5 minutes because they have zero sense of urgency i don’t understand how this place is still running it’s very dirty and unsanitary if your in pain go to a good dentist not whatever they call this establishment! And whoever works at the front desk should be fired I’m 99% sure she didn’t even enter me into the computer to get seen until i had said something to her about 10x again DO NOT GO HERE IF YOUR IN PAIN they do not care and will not show any compassion health department should def be called alot of cross contamination and the floors are dirty and waiting room chairs have all kinds of rips and tears in them

Fantastic experience: Me and Husband just left the foundry for his consultation and wow we are blown away. Everyone was incredibly nice. But the star of the show was definitely Doctor Reeves (hope I'm spelling that right) was so patient kind gentle caring thoughtful understanding I could go on and on. My husband is so happy he is his Doctor. We look forward to starting this incredible journey with him. Also the prices are incredible we were blown away at the price for implants. Also andie is amazing angel as well as Mrs Ashley and the two ladies at the front.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. Dr.McCracken has put together a team of implant specialists in Bessemer Alabama. I'm a businessman and from my point of view he's chosen a low overhead place. His prices are very reasonable. And caters to those of us that have lower income. He trains some of the best dental students in the United States in his facility under his care and the care of his staff. Even though his facility in appearances is moderate, it is very clean, but what is most impressive besides the staff is they have state-of-the-art equipment. And they bring in Specialists from all over the United States to help train the new dental students. And their practices are probably currently state of the art. Primarily specializing in implants. Every experience that I've had with them has been anywhere from very good to Fantastic. And I was there today in the chair for three hours and it was hard because they're in my mouth a lot but everybody was polite and I think the technology that they deployed in my mouth was state-of-the-art. And I originally was hesitant about going there. And Dr McCracken practice is not only a teaching school but a Ministry

Fantastic experience: I absolutely adore Dr. Lee! He is very professional with a super cool and kind human touch. He actually cares! He explained my procedures in layman terms and was always concerned about my comfort. He played the right music every time I was there. A Christian music playing God fearing loving Dr! And he is very good at his profession! Who can ask for more? Every assistant working with him had the same personality. As a matter of fact everyone from the front desk to the lab and scanning to planning and on to checkout have been very professional helpful and caring. I really appreciate their service to the community but especially to me! I haven’t used my natural smile in years! I forgot what it looked like! When I saw not the finished product yet but the temporary implants I smiled so hard. I couldn’t help it! Keep up the good work‼️ I tell everyone about The foundry and I had several people who said they were going to give them a try and one of which I KNOW is getting her work done there as well. I’m not done yet. I began years ago and life happened and I didn’t finish. It’s been a long journey for me but one of perseverance and learning to be more grateful. So when I began this time life still life-ing but I have persevered and I am still doing it by the grace of God. Positive experience: Interesting experience having my teeth cleaned with an ultrasonic water device. The hygienist was nice and explained what was going on after I asked her about the high pitched sound in my ears. Overall it was an good cleaning.

Positive experience: I am still in the process, so far so good. My pain after extraction surgery lasted for a week but the physical steps in getting the job done weren’t so painful or maybe my dental work was a little difficult. I’m scheduled for implant surgery so I’ll update my review as I get further with my dental service. Update: Got my implant surgery started and it was painful. My only complaint is that they do not give any pain medication. They had to numb my mouth repeatedly during service because of how severe the work was. I wanted to cry and did. I have to go back and finish the process but haven't gone back because I don't want to go back through that pain. I'm deciding how can I resolve that issue but other than that they are doing their job well

Fantastic experience: Just wow! The entire staff was so kind, welcoming, and efficient! I came in as a walk in and although they had a crazy busy schedule, they were able to fit me in pretty quickly. I’m so thankful for their kind hearts and for the service they provided

Fantastic experience: These people are so nice and so friendly and helpful. I had my implant surgery this morning. No real pain, other than needles which is expected. Was in and out in 2 hours. I totally recommend these people. Went back twice. Once for impressions and once for wax try ins. Super nice and molds fit perfect. Can't wait for finals. This experience has been so much better than my first experience getting my tips done.

Fantastic experience: 3/24/23 - The Foundry Dental is great! The wait times aren’t bad. The dental staff are kind and courteous. All the doctors that I’ve dealt with were patient, gentle, and informative. Very busy, but not chaotic. The center seems to be technologically up to date and very clean. 10/5/23 - Just went for my impressions. I didn’t have to wait even five minutes before I was called back. The woman (sorry, I don’t remember her name) who worked on me was very kind and gentle. She explained everything and answered all my questions. Dr. Patel came in to see me, say “hello” and ask if I had any questions, even though there was no need for him to see me that day. I love Dr. Patel!

Fantastic experience: Had a very bad experience on 3/7/25 my appt was 8;30am I didn't get out until 2:00 I admit I'm very hard to numb The doc was in training they used as much anesthesia as possible but by the time she(the doc) finish asking questions on how to implant the the implants my mouth was coming back to life it hurts so much tears was rolling down my face I had an awful experience on yesterday my mouth is very sore and swollen my gums are aching like a toothache I had somewhere to be at 11: 00 3/8 but I refuse to leave the house looking like the elephant woman I'm wondering if this one of the side affects my first experience wasn't this painful at all but this one hurts like hell. Truly can't take the pain

Dr. Nissen,from Kentucky and the others that aided and performed also were very professional and made my experience with my surgery better than expected. Fantastic experience: The foundry dental clinic is filled with top notch dentists, dental assistants and front counter personnel! These folks really care and put forth abundant effort to make you comfortable and feel like you are where you should be when getting dental work done. The team there from start to finish gave me the most professional work and effort put forward for my implant journey. The end product is world class just like the personnel and entire vibe of the establishment! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
