Fantastic experience: What a great place!! Single handly the best doctors office I jave ever been too. Dr. Dooley and his team don't disappoint. They get to the root cause of an issue and it is quick and painless. As soon as you walk in you overwhelmed with a whole office of smiling faces and joyful personalities. Speaking of amazing people, Andrea was the greatest person to work with. It was my 1st time in and she helped make me feel welcome. She initially scheduled my appointment and helped get my issue prioritized for me. Thank you all for being there! This is now my permanent dental home!

Positive experience: I've been coming to Cedar Village Denistry for years and have been really happy. Today, I was checked in by the front office staff and then sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes when someone asked me if I was waiting for someone. I said, "No, I'm hear to get my teeth cleaned". Later, I was told that someone deleted me from the system and didn't know I was really there. Not sure how that happened since I was checked in. My appointment took longer than necessary and I needed to get back to work. I was presented with a gift card for the extra wait which I appreciated, but was not happy it took longer than usual. I know mistakes happen but I was irritated at the time.

Dr. Sonny explained the procedure step by step and made sure I was completely numb and comfortable before getting started. What I thought would be a painful and stressful visit turned out to be smooth and virtually pain-free. Their attention to detail and gentle approach truly put me at ease. The entire team was kind, patient, and clearly experienced with handling nervous patients like myself. I left the office feeling relieved and well taken care of. Fantastic experience: The dentist were very professional during the teeth cleaning, to explaining each step they were doing before and during the cleaning. They had to X-ray my teeth since I was a new patient and I noticed that they had the X-ray machine for your teeth at the same area of where you get your teeth clean. Staff were very friendly and they put out a paying plan to show what you have done for today appointment and show options if you cannot pay in full forward. This place I would come back to again since my old dentistry didn’t go full on detail of explaining step by step process.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about this place! They listen to you. They are open if you choose to go alternative routes or are concerned about anything. They are very friendly. They even go the extra mile for their customers! My husband passed away recently and it come up during my last visit. I've been going for less than a year now and they sent me a sympathy card in the mail. I have never been so impressed by a dentist before. Check them out; you won't regret it!

Positive experience: Great place to get your dental needs addressed. The hygienist I have see so far are great. Very effective and efficient at what they do. If there was one thing I would recommend doing a little different, it would be their payment structure and plan, thus the 4 star rating. However, I do recognize that they're running a business and need a setup to keep the business profitable.

Negative experience: I didn’t see the doctor I had an appointment with. They just put you on the spot, and you feel trapped. The doctor seemed too new in this field and tried to talk me into a lifelong package, with many things that didn’t make sense. The rest of the team felt disconnected. My worst experience was with Lauren, who just wanted to enforce things without proper explanation or reasoning.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Longo and Shelley are absolutely amazing! They took the time to thoroughly check on my daughter and carefully identified what was bothering her. Their kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism truly stood out. I highly recommend Cedar Village Dentistry!

Negative experience: I had a cavity filled approximately 2.5 years ago at Cedar Village Dentistry. Unfortunately, the filling was not completed correctly, which resulted in ongoing discomfort. About a year after the procedure, I returned to the office and informed the team that I was still experiencing issues. At that time, the doctor adjusted my bite, which provided slight relief, but did not resolve the core issue related to the filling itself. During a recent visit, it was discovered that there is a microscopic gap due to the filling not being properly sealed — an error acknowledged by the dentist. However, I was informed that the office could not cover the cost of correcting the issue because the two-year warranty period had expired. While I understand policies are in place for a reason, I did bring this concern to the practice within the two-year window and communicated that something felt wrong with the original filling. At the time, only a bite adjustment was made, and the actual problem was not addressed. It’s disappointing that, despite admitting the original work was not properly done, the resolution was declined due to a technicality in timing. I want to be clear that the staff, including the dentists and hygienists, have always been professional and courteous, and I’ve appreciated their care. My concern lies primarily with how the situation was handled by Stephany, the practice director. The overall experience felt inconsistent with the high level of patient care that I’ve otherwise received from the clinical team. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and helps improve how similar situations are addressed in the future — especially when the issue stems from a recognized oversight in the original treatment.

Negative experience: I had a bad experience with my wisdom tooth extraction. Extraction was stopped after hours and recommended to consult Oral Surgeon. I was very disappointed after going through so much pain and stress. After 3 days my throat and tongue still hurts and cannot swallow food. I don’t know what’s going on. They should have taken a look at my X-rays and initially recommended to the surgeon before making me go through these pains and stress .

Fantastic experience: Im from florida and no other Dentistry would see me for an all on four broken temporary denture. Cedar Village Dentistry was the only one that would. Not only did they fix my broken denture, the staff was super friendly to me. I highly recommend them and if i lived in ohio, they would definitely be my Dentistry of choice. Fantastic experience: Cedar Village Dentistry truly deserves 10 stars—unfortunately, I could only give 5! After a difficult experience at another dental office where I wasn’t able to get numb even after numbing gel and six shots, I was referred to a dentist for IV sedation. The problem was, I couldn’t find a location that accepted my insurance—until I called Cedar Village Dentistry. Melissa, the associate who answered my call, wasn’t sure if they accepted my insurance, but instead of brushing me off, she went above and beyond. She explained their in-office savings plan for patients without insurance and was even able to schedule me for later that same day. When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by another staff member who didn’t just escort me to a chair but took the time to give me a quick tour of the office. That level of friendliness continued throughout my visit. The dental assistant was incredibly kind and made sure I was completely comfortable while explaining everything clearly. Dr. Sunny was just as warm and reassuring. At no point did anyone pressure me to switch dentists, but honestly, it was an easy decision. Cedar Village Dentistry offers everything from cleanings to more advanced dental care, all with genuine care and professionalism. I'm so glad I found them!

I usually hate going to the dentist because I’ve had terrible experiences but they were very professional and precise and took their time working on my tooth. I had to have a temporary filling out on my front tooth and the cosmetic dentist was amazing and made it match with my other teeth as well as shape it to match my other front tooth.

The Dentist Dr. Coole (I hope I didn’t misspell his name) is very friendly and outstanding in his work. I had a very bad abscess and my dentist and his back up was closed on Saturday. I googled and found this place, they took me in as a new patient on a Saturday!!! The sweet lady on the phone was so kind and truly interested in helping me in my desperate situation of being in pain and very uncomfortable. They took care of me and helped me with my issue. This place is a 10/10! If you are looking for a professional, caring, very clean and outstanding dentist with a phenomenal team that’s the place to go. I told my family, we are switching our dentist to this office. Thank you Cedar Village Dentist for everything and also for my welcome gift, I will definitely wear my T-shirt !

You literally told me my insurancw would go through, but then you text me today (Day of appointment) to tell me it didn't go through and to pay out of pocket. BS. I'm sick of all you dentists and your little scams. Nobody has money to pay out of pocket. Get your stuff together and actually help people. I have an emergency dental problem, you just wasted a week of my time. I hope you all you scammers sleep real great at night.

Fantastic experience: I was having a lot of pain and swelling with a tooth. My dentist of 5 years blew me off and I was in so much pain. I called Cedar Village and they got me in super quickly, gave me what I needed to get rid of the pain and swelling that day then got me on the books for an extraction once the antibiotics did their job. I had the extraction today and it was so quick and easy, I have virtually no pain, AND they gave me a blanket while I was in the chair so I wouldnt get cold. I have never been treated so well at a dentist before and we are definitely switching here for our every day care. Thank you so much to everyone in the office, and especially Dr.Sunny for taking care of me!

Fantastic experience: I just moved into this area and left a great dentist well I went to Cedar Village Dentistry and was amazed with the care and friendly employees they have, every thing was fully explained to me and I couldn't have been more relaxed. Yes my Dentist Timothy Longo was great.

Fantastic experience: Procedure done yesterday 4/5/25 and I was so anxious. I had one extraction one crown and 2 fillings done. From the moment I came to the office they made me feel so relaxed and welcome. I was reassured at every step I would be okay and in great hands. I felt NO pain and it was over before I knew it. Go here! I drive 40min to come here and I wouldn’t trade it.

Fantastic experience: I chose Cedar Village Dentistry because they offer so many dental services and they are very close to my home. I was able to get an appointment as a new patient the next day. I filled out the dreaded medical forms on line in the comfort of my home. So much easier than trying to rush through them at your appointment time. Everyone was so pleasant and professional. I received a tour of the facility, which is quite large and very nice and clean. Then I was given a new patient welcome gift of a t-shirt. A very nice touch! I then met Hailey who was very attentive, answered all my questions, and did a magnificent job cleaning my teeth! Then I met Dr. Dooley, heru was great! He was very patient also answered all of my questions. He took his time and didn't make me feel rushed. I truly enjoyed my visit and everyone that I met today. I completely recommend Cedar Village Dentistry to anyone who is looking for dental services, you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Being someone who does not care for the dentist, and knowing I needed quite a bit of work, I consulted at two offices. Cedar Village Dentistry and Dr. Dooley are the first office to explain what is happening with my teeth and why. I was given a number of options at different price points with no pressure to choose one. I chose to have a full bottom implant; the care, professionalism, communication and excellence of the work has been outstanding. The office staff are all friendly and helpful. I no longer dread going to the dentist.

Negative experience: Had 3 appointments and did not get great service. In fact very little service. They are all about consultations and exams, but not doing much. And we have dental insurance. I think they think they wow you with how positive and wonderful they think they are. But, if you have much of a problem, they are all about talk and not much action. Overly confident and all about public relations and marketing! Don’t know how they compare on costs because our insurance paid, but we feel they were milking the situation.

Fantastic experience: Very professional and friendly! I cracked a molar at 5:00 pm on Monday, and they saw me 9:00 am the following morning. I came in the following day and within 48 hours of cracking my tooth I had a temporary crown! This will be my permanent dentist from now on

Fantastic experience: My hygienist, Shelby took amazing care of me today! I tried the new Hydroxiapitite anti-cavity application. Tasted great, and left no film on my teeth like others in the past. She said my implants that Dr. Dooley placed in 2020 look great. Stephany and Dr. McDavid were able to squeeze me in for a same day filling to avoid having to make another trip. Kelsey S and Nikki were also fantastic and the procedure was painless and quick. Now I'm ready for my final refinement in my clear liner therapy! Thanks to the entire team for taking such great care of me. Great culture, even greater team!

Fantastic experience: So......I wanted to wait a few days after my dental procedure so I could give an honest, and useful review. The office staff were absolutely the most friendly and helpful. No elevator music at this establishment. I heard no less than 3 people humming along to the background music as they went along their business, and found myself doing the same. I had a root canal procedure. My mouth looks like a train hit it, and in my case, that is not far from the truth. Nothing was said to me about "you should take better care of your teeth" or "why didn't you come in sooner". All statements I have heard in the past. I am 58 years old. There is a very good reason my mouth looks the way it does, not too mention, that is my business and nobody else. Instead of statements along those lines, I heard "well let's see what we can do to fix you up here." And they did. I have absolutely zero pain and I am 4 full days past the procedure. No meds were needed, although provided. That was the best dentist I have ever had, by far! I am very thankful to the office staff, dental assistants, and most especially that dentist! So impressed. I think it would be safe to say that I have found my family dentist from this point inwards!

Negative experience: Everyone here seemed to be kind and organized. Unfortunately due to breast cancer history I refuse “well check” X-rays. They refused to clean my teeth without them although I have zero issues. I feel strongly this is my choice and if it’s a liability, they should have an option for patients to sign a waiver. It tells me their patients well being may not be their top priority. Also-they are listed as a holistic dentist which I feel is misleading

Fantastic experience: Just transferred with my family and love the professionalism, cleanliness, and atmosphere at Cedar Village. I needed a new composite filling on a chipped tooth and they color matched and shined perfectly. It looks like my real tooth! They also did an amazing job explaining what they’re doing each step of the process.

Fantastic experience: As soon as I got there the staff was super friendly at the front desk (brandy I believe) even though it was 6:50 am they were so happy, listening to great music and made me and my husband feel comfortable right away as new patients. I had Shelby as my hygienist and she was also super kind, very smart and informative which I appreciate. I would request her every time if I could though I’m sure based off who I’ve met the whole team is great! I then saw Dr Longo who was super friendly and made me feel comfortable / not ashamed of some of the results I got today. I haven’t been to a dentist in a while and finding a good team to care for you can be hard & I got it right the first try! I referred my entire work to come here because my company just started offering dental insurance and everyone (our small team of 10 people) is looking right now! Fantastic experience: First time visit after moving to the area from out of town. Staff was very attentive with tour of office and choice of a new patient gift. I was very happy with my hygienist. Again very attentive with a thorough cleaning and discussing anything that looked like it may need attention for the Dentist. After my cleaning Dr, McDavid addressed some minor issues that should be considered to be addressed with no pressure. Everything was explained and the costs were all broken down in detail. I would highly recommend, the environment is very welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I had a phenomenal first experience here after we decided to switch dentists due to some below average repairs on a chipped tooth. CVD's office staff is organized, accommodating and very friendly. My dental hygienist (Kari) was smooth and knowledgeable during the cleaning, when she also took photos of my teeth to use for comparison in the future. Dr. McDavid was approachable and friendly! She took the time to describe her concerns with the perfect level of detail that made me feel educated but not overwhelmed. Plus the office environment is upbeat and modern! We're thrilled to have finally found a dentist we love.

Fantastic experience: This is my forever dentist! I will not go anywhere else, ever. I was warmly welcomed to the practice by every person I spoke to. The hygienist and the lady from the front desk went above and beyond to make sure my records were obtained and I didn’t have to pay more for this visit. Holly was very sweet and made the process of getting X-rays less annoying. Kelsey and Dr. Longo are the absolute best. I was most excited about all the extra stuff they offer that I’ve never heard of at any other dentist. I knew tongue placement played a big part in our breathing, which also affects our mouth, and they offer therapy in the office. I’m highly interested in this as well as the saliva test and perio maintenance trays. If you care about keeping your teeth, do the extra stuff to keep them and give them a try. I guarantee you’ll love them as much as I do.
