Fantastic experience: Dr.George woodrick is very good at making sure you understand what need to be done.as well as doing great work and very kind.His staffs is very kind and professional.

Negative experience: I chose this office because the dentist is listed in my insurance network. However, I was surprised to learn—after being brought to the back—that the hygienist is must not be in-network, and therefore, the cleaning would not be covered. Instead of receiving the routine cleaning that’s typically included in a preventive visit, I was presented with a financial plan outlining charges for two separate cleaning appointments—both priced well above the insured rate. This felt very misleading. Most dental offices include the cleaning as part of the checkup, but here, no cleaning was done at all during my visit. Just a consultation and a payment plan. It’s frustrating to go to an in-network provider only to be hit with unexpected out-of-pocket costs for something that should be covered. I won’t be returning.

Fantastic experience: Receptionist was pleasant and helpful. Waited for a few minutes and called in. The checkin lady was nice and got everything set up. The hygienist explain what she was going to do and why. Made me feel at ease. Quick and simple appointment

Fantastic experience: This is probably the best experience I’ve EVER had with a dentist in my entire life. On a coworker’s suggestion, I came to GEDC for a simple hole I’m my tooth, that 3 other dentist groups avoided correcting - but instead tried to hoax me with extensive cavity & periodontal work upsell. “Dr. Wood” not only corrected my tooth issue, he confirmed I did not have 8-12 cavities but did need some gum work. With that I felt confident enough to proceed with his suggestion. Now I will be a loyal patient of him & Dr. Ash. I could not be any more satisfied with their practice’s service. With exception of ONE, less than stellar reception experience (haven’t seen her lately), the staff is consistently pleasant, accommodating, knowledgeable, competent, and agreeable. The billing is straight forward, the work is clean, quick, and comfortable, and the follow up treatment is straightforward. I highly recommend!

Positive experience: Prompt, professional and courteous is what I thought they were till one day they showed their true nasty and crass behavior. Fault of their own and barked at me for evading. Not so. A meek and garbage apology thereafter. Seek their service at your peril

We have been extremely pleased with the care that our dentists, hygienist, and the staff continue to provide. They always inform you of how much or roughly how much you will be responsible for of the bill. Also, they are all professional, courteous, and friendly. In addition, the office is always kept pristine and they care about the safety of their clients as it pertains to health.

Positive experience: My overall experience was a 4. The Staff and Dr W was on point. Took point 1 because 1st impressions are everything and there was not a front desk Person to greet you, meet you or check you in and I was on time for at least 40 mins upon arriving. I was not the only person that experienced this gap in service upon arriving. Also Some nice elevator music or the TV noise would have been a nice touch. Didnt have enough chairs either. That front desk service needs some attention. Other than that; I was pleased with the back office and would go back.

Fantastic experience: Staff always friendly and techs are knowledgeable and careful to make sure I’m comfortable. Dr. Woodrick is an excellent dentist with great “bedside” manner. Dr. Woodrick replaced a bridge that was not fitting comfortably. Angle, his assistant for my case, was extremely attentive and patient in her work to measure, mold, and fit the bridge so that it met all the criteria for a proper fit. The experience was pleasant and I was greatly appreciative because they didn’t have to be so generous with their time and effort. I’d recommend this office to anyone needing dental work.

I trust their honesty with respect to my overall Dental care. I would like to add that my daughter has been with Dr.Reid since a little girl and she is a grown woman with a son (who is 6 yoa) who also is with Great Expression!!! We are family for life 6/19/2025 visit, I rate it as a 5 Star!!!! Above and beyond expectation. As always treated with Respect, Courtesy and Love. Positive experience: I have been going here for a few years now and I like the people and my hygienist but I really don’t like how long my appointments take. If I have an appointment at 11:30am I don’t know why I’m not getting called back until 12:00pm. If I was late by 30min I would’ve been charged or rescheduled for being late. It’s like this for my every time I come as well. I’m all for giving grace but I make appointments at certain times on purpose.

Negative experience: The staff was great The assistants were great, however the Dr Wright I believe was his name became upset when I said I didn't floss regularly. He argued with the dental assistant about me in front of me. He told her it's no need for me to be scheduled if I'm not going to help them help me. She tried to talk to him but he over talked her and checked my teeth and said I have no cavities and told me I could go. I was there for a cleaning but did not get a cleaning. He was mad that I didn't floss and appeared to be having a bad day and I caught the brunt of it. I will NOT BE GOING BACK

Negative experience: They made me an appointment for a cleaning on Memorial Day and I caught that after the fact so I called and they rescheduled me for the next day and I showed up to only find out that they didn’t even have a hygienist on that day , was rescheduled again on 6/4/2025 at 10 am I show up at 9:45 was taken to the back at 10 and sat there for 1 hour without being seen so I asked how much longer and the assistant asked the hygienist and she was very rude and very unprofessional so I left without being seen .

Took more time than the 3 dentist I saw before him. He found a crack in one of my teeth that all others missed. I love this office. The office staff was amazing too.

Fantastic experience: I got a root canal and the care was excellent. I was scared for the procedure, but doctor Wood treated me so well that I felt in good hands.

Negative experience: I schedule an appointment for a routine cleaning. My previous dental office no longer accepts my insurance, so I had to book my appointment as a new client at Great Expressions. When I went in, the front office team greeted me and were kind. My name was called and I entered the back escorted by a friendly young lady that informed me that I had to be evaluated before the cleaning. I understood and agreed. I didn't anticipate any issues since I visit the dentist twice a year and take very good care of my teeth. After the doctor came in, he checked my teeth and stated, “Everything looks good.” Ten minutes later the hygienist with blond hair and blue eyes entered and told me that she needed to check my teeth before she could start. Her evaluation determined that I needed $181 worth of extras plus a power cleaning. (I couldn’t just get a regular cleaning.) I told her that I just booked an appointment for a regular cleaning and that I didn't need all of the other items that she was trying to sell. Her entire attitude changed after I told her I would NOT sign the paper with the list of charges. She stated that I would not be agreeing to the services, but it would only show that she TOLD me about the services. (It seems as if she works for commission pay.) Again, I stated that I did not book an appointment for all of this and I just wanted my teeth clean. She stated that “I’m sorry but we don’t have time for that today. The doctor leaves at 4:30 and there isn’t enough time.” I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. So, I stated, “So, what I am hearing is that I booked an appointment for a cleaning, and I can’t get the cleaning because you don’t have time?” She stated, “That’s correct. She also stated, “I don’t know what they told you at Dental One, but that’s not how we do it here.” My Appointment was at 3:00. I left Great Expressions at 4:12 without my cleaning. If you are looking for great service without the hassle or pressure to purchase, choose another dental office. Their service definitely comes with a cost.

Negative experience: I felt the the Dentist Ms Renolds chair side manner needs to be improved

Fantastic experience: Came for my regular routine cleaning with hygienist Kim. As usual, she did a great job. On this occasion a new assistant Carrie worked with Kim. She was smart, professional,and efficient. Hope you can keep her. This office is the best place for everything involving my teeth. Dr. Reid will be missed, but I'm sure his replacement will do her best.

Negative experience: It was ok the wait was bad. The staff could have been more welcoming assist me . There not really enough park spaces .

Fantastic experience: I had PTSD from a previous dentist appointment and had been afraid to go for years until I went to Great Expressions. The staff was warm and very patient with me and the dentist was the chef's kiss. She was very gentle and understanding of my fear. She made sure I was taken care of. I felt no pain or "pressure". I will be going here for all my dentistry.

Negative experience: I went in for a consultation for root canal. They sat me in a chair but only looked at the xrays taken previously, then went to ask the surgeon, came back and said that he said yes tooth can be saved via root canal. They then booked me an appointment for another day. Not sure why I had to come in for this!!!

Negative experience: Great Expressions in Fayetteville, GA is the worst location. The front desk employees are very unprofessional and do not answer calls or return calls after you leave a voicemail. The Orthodontist department does not provide quality service. It's very disappointing.

Negative experience: There’s a long response time for paying customers who leaves a vmail on the ortho side. From my personal experience, it takes a week 1/2 for a response. They typically only return calls when there’s a past-due balance. Very disappointing.

Fantastic experience: I have been neglectful in keeping my teeth cleaned and regular dental appointments and I feel bad about it but when I called to make the appointment, the receptionist was so nice. I also had to have an emergency appointment because one of my caps fell off. I was twenty minutes late for the appointment and they still saw me. Professional and Courtesy!! I LOVE the new appearance in the office!!

Negative experience: I am a senior living in fixed income and terribly disappointed with this company and the Office in Fayetteville operating by Kimberly Brown and Her front desk person Sheila. Went to get my partials replaced and after months of going back and forth for fitting it was a complete disaster, after 4.5 months I could not take the pain and disappointment anymore so I ask to cancel in which Sheila told me she understands and Dr. Brown would refund my money and this is after she give her word that no charges was taken from my insurance, turned out to be a COMPLETE LIE tried repeatedly to resolve this issue especially when they took money for something I NEVER RECEIVED and had to come out of pocket $378 to get another dentist to do the job. It took me a while to write this review because I keep hoping that GREAT EXPRESSIONS CORPORATE OFFICE would reach out but NEVER did cannot even get a live person to speak with I can just imagine how many older people like myself are being taken advantage of by persons with the likes of Brown and Sheila . I’m fedup of being taken advantage and the total lack of respect. SHAME SHAME SHAME Brown and Sheila!!!

Negative experience: STAY AWAY from the Fayetteville office! They do not return phone calls. They do not read your records or do research on your history. They leave you sitting in your chair after a quick introduction for over an hour without any check in to see how you’re doing not any updates on why the dentist is taking so long.

Fantastic experience: This office is fantastic. I recently had issues with another office that my main dentist office recommended. It was horrible and not organized. My main dentist told me to leave them alone and come to this one instead. I was a little nervous to call due to my past experience. But these guys did everything they could to make sure they work with my insurance company and to determine what I needed to bring to get this dental work done. Doctor Eddie Louis was fantastic. The Root canal I had done was way better than I expected. I felt like a millionaire when I left that place. Thanks guys.

Fantastic experience: I had to have a root canal today. I went to Fayetteville, Great Expressions. Dr Woods and his assistants; Jerome and Niesha, (I hope I spelled her name correctly) as well the really nice lady at the front desk. We're all great. They took wonderful care of me. I was in and out of his chair on about 30 minutes. I was worried because a friend had a root canal a couple weeks ago and said he was in the chair (at a different Endodontist) for HOURS. I am so glad Dr Woods at Great Expresions are covered under my insurance. Thank you so much y'all. I feel better already.

Fantastic experience: The service was okay until I checked out as usual. The reception was very rude when I inquired about my extra insurance twice. If it wasn’t for Dr. Ash, Dr. Reid and the hygienists. I would not return. I tried to find another location several years ago, only one receptionist was very rude compared to years before everyone was rude. I pay top premiums for my insurance and I should be able to use all of it towards my bill.

Negative experience: You never miss a good thing until it’s gone. I had Dental One Associates for years and love them! Always professional and exceptional servgreaf expressions is lacking. I got a cavity filled as a new patient. Three days later (and the first day of my vacation in Mexico) the filling comes completely out. I called to schedule a refilling and the receptionist was like “ok.” “The doctor doesn’t do fillings after a certain time.” The tone was like I’m bothering her. There was no “We’re sorry to hear that.” Or “Let me try to work you in to fix this faulty work.” You pay good money you should receive good service. Once I get this filling fixed, I will pay out of pocket to go back to Dental One! Unsatisfied Customer.

Fantastic experience: Caring staff. Dental Assistants do an amazing job cleaning teeth without pain or scolding. Dr Reed is the best dentist I've ever seen (at 72 I've seen plenty as I've moved around the US).
