Negative experience: Amending my review: not only did the billing department fail to properly verify my insurance, the office erroneously collected money from me they were not owed. When I brought this to their attention I was assured the erroneously collected money would be returned to me within 30 days. That time passed and nothing was returned to me. Upon following up with their office I was told they would need to verify with their regional manager and get back to me. Great staff, welcoming and comforting environment. Very efficient dentists who explain well and have a very gentle hand.

Negative experience: Ridiculously long wait even with appointment. 1.5 hours total for my son’s regular dental cleaning. Staff and Dr. Johnson don’t seem to hurry up. If you want to be seen in a timely manner, avoid this place

Negative experience: Disappointed with the unprofessional service received, both with communication and excuses provided. Only a few staff members including the Dentist seen were friendly. Others were rushed, judgmental, and lack of professionalism attention. An autistic boy next to me was not treated well either.

Negative experience: I am typically not one to leave a review. However I have been not impressed by this practice. I attended dental assisting school and have 4 expanded functions so I have somewhat of a dental background. My husband had some work done and they recommended him having his upper 3rd molars removed. Due to his history of cancer, and radiation the doctor said he would like to review his radiation info. I emailed this info the beginning of June. We never heard anything back but weren’t really concerned considering my husband was in no pain. July 22nd his bottom left 3rd molar started to bother him, I called the office Friday and was unable to get ahold of anyone so I continually called the office until someone answered. She stated that the history was not reviewed by the Dentist because it was never put in his chart. I still have the email where I had sent it. She stated that his dentist was going to be out until Tuesday the 29th and she would make sure he reviewed it. I informed her that #32 his bottom left 3rd molar was now infected, if not abscessed. Come Tuesday I called 3 times to check in and see if the dentist had reviewed the paperwork, and explained each time that #32 was infected. I never got an answer so I emailed the practice office manager and explained once again #32 was infected and I needed to know what I needed to do to get the ball rolling. I got a call at 5:58 from the office manager stating the Dentist had reviewed it before he left and wanted to know if we could come in the next morning at 8 am. We live 2 hours from Yukon but we got up early and headed to the city got to the office, and got back to the room. The dental assistant said “we’re removing you two upper wisdom teeth today” I said “no I told them 3 times over the phone yesterday and once over email that #32 was infected and needs to be looked at” she stated “oh #32 is impacted so he would refer you out for that” but she said she would talk to him and be back. He came into the room and again talked about removing his top 3rd molars, and asked his history of radiation and if he had any radiation to his head or neck. He supposedly had reviewed this the night before. I stated “yes that he has had radiation to his head, neck, and spine” he stated that he would refer our anyways at that point since he had a history of radiation. So at this point we wasted a visit because either way he would not have done the 3rd molar removal on any of the 3rd molars. This was clearly a miscommunication between all of the office staff. I was extremely disappointed with the amount of miscommunication. I understand this is a big corporate dentist so they get patients in and out like working cattle, however a little compassion and a little bit of effort would have gone a long way here. Don’t even get me started on the little amount of knowledge, how poorly the dental assistants don’t know how to take X-rays, over expose their patients, do not properly assist the dentist, how the dentist was extremely rough, and inconsiderate. I could go on and on about this practice. Save yourself time and find another dental practice!!!

Negative experience: Made a call about a concern, said i would get a call back, never got one. When asked about it was told they never received info about a call. In on a different visit they were extremely rude all except one dental assistant who was and still is the nicest one there. Also i do NOT recommend getting dentures at this place, they did a 3d scan and never did a bite impression so now they literally cut into my.gums tonthe point you see bone and the teeth are so big i cannot close my mouth around them. I dont want to wear them, they make me look ridiculous

Fantastic experience: service was great. I'm a along haul truck driver. needed emergency tooth extraction. appointment was set up same day 2 hours from time I called. parked truck at Walmart Yukon OK. called Uber
Negative experience: DO NOT get your dentures here. I live alone and support myself. I work hard and 40 hours every week. I saved up for this and had insurance. There charged the insurance 5000.00 and I paid out of pocket 1300.00. The color of them is horrible, which i told them. Nothing was done. So far 3 teeth has fell out at different times. Don't know why the 1st one came out but the 2nd I was eating a Bologna sandwich. The 3rd time it was a popsicle. The dentist told me I wasn't eating right. These cheap dentures did not come with instructions on how to eat. Not only did he lecture on how to eat, he had an attitude. I weigh 125 and I'm 69 years old. I don't think I need instructions on eating. Worst experience ever. I don't even want to smile. Defeats the whole purpose of saving money for them.

Negative experience: The staff was mostly friendly but after getting X-rays done I sat there for over an hour and nothing really got done. Thankfully my toddler was in good spirits or that would’ve been a total disaster. I scheduled a 9am appointment and left at almost 10:30 still with a broken tooth in my mouth and I barely saw anyone while there.

Fantastic experience: Wow!!! Recently experienced the most amazing, compassionate group of caregivers ever. My granddaughter was in severe pain over the week with a bad toothache. Our regular dentist was closed Monday, and we were needing urgent care and relief for her. Yukon Dental Depot responded quickly to an urgent message and was able to accommodate us that day. Sure we were a work-in. Sure we see another dentist. But the entire staff, from the appointment desk to the dental technician, and everyone we interacted with, we were treated with utmost respect and courtesy. Negative experience: my whole family has been coming here for 5 years ever since we moved to this area! I love the doctors and the assistants, and I will go back so when you read this review please know I am not trying to get you to not go there I am simply stating facts and hoping this reaches corporate. When I first started going to Dental Depot, they dropped the ball several times with my authorizations from my insurance I waited 5 months for something I should have only waited 4 weeks for but that is ok they are human it happens I was still loyal to this office. Fast forward 3 years my work is crazy right now and yes did I miss some of my daughters' appointments I did, shame on me I get that, so they took me to same day appointments only but let me keep her cleaning appointment I was able to schedule "by mistake" but they cancelled the appointment I had for her to get her filling done. I asked to speak to the manager, and she guaranteed me this wouldn't be a problem when we come for her cleaning that they would get the filling done ASAP since it was causing her pain. My concern was if I use up her benefit on her insurance for this cleaning and they don't get her in to be seen for the filling then I will have to pay out of pocket at another Dentist for the exam since they used my benefit. Once again, she guaranteed me this wouldn't be an issue.... her words not mine! Get to the end of the exam and checking out and about to schedule for her filling and I was told that I couldn't schedule since my daughter was on same day!!!! Now who has a job they can go to and say oh by the way BOSS I may have to leave if they can fit my daughter in for her filling today and we all know the chances of a same day at dentist office is slim sooooo I asked for the manager to call me the next day and here it is almost 5pm and no call! I didn't miss her appointment this time and I have a feeling that the appts they are talking about where actually cancelled by me but not marked in their system correctly (has happened to me before with this office) BUT if I didn't then that is on me, and I apologize but a 12 year old girl should not have to stay in pain because of a dumb mistake. I also asked for her records and was denied by the front office girl and said they will send them when I find someone else that they try not to waste paper! NOW my big complaint is I was understanding about them dropping the ball with my stuff, but they can't be understanding about me dropping the ball! DENTAL DEPOT please don't respond with call the office manager cause if she cared she would have called me today! I am not saying I won't be back because I like the doctors and back staff are AMAZING!!! I just don't know how to go about getting my daughter in for a scheduled filling here! I mean my goodness DENTAL DEPOT; I use you guys for everything for teeth not just the general dentistry part. Please appreciate your loyal patient families BETTER!

Negative experience: Every time I went, and I got the first time slot of the day, I waited forever to see the dentist. After going for over a year for an extraction, bone buildup( whatever it’s called) they kept pushing back the implant. I went in again at their first appointment of the day, waited over an hour to see the dentist, and he said that his CT scanner has been breaking down all the time and it is working today, but he thinks it would be best to refer me to another dentist. I said you made me wait over an hour just to tell me you couldn’t handle the job He could have done that over the phone!! Never going back!!!

Negative experience: Our appointment was at 230 we drove 2 hours to get to this office we arrived at 2 o'clock we signed in by 215 at 3 o'clock we Still had not been called back I went to check to see what was going on they said we would be up very soon. I explained to them we had an appointment at the office right next door at 3:30 With the orthodontist which you could get to by walking through the dental side of the office. The staff in the front of the dental office asked me if I would like to go ahead and go to the 3:30 appointment and then come back to them afterwards since it would still be a little while I didn't understand this because I was just told they were coming to get us very soon. We went ahead and went to the orthodontist side. We checked in at 3 and we're seeing very promptly only thing that happened was a bunch of photos there was no doctor in that side of the office. So we walked back to the dentist side before 330 still had not been called back. My 3-year-old was getting cranky and my 11-year-old was really tired of waiting As was I. The office staff didn't make eye contact during this whole time just sat slumped in their chairs so they didn't have to see us. As they enjoyed some snacks behind their desk and talking amongst each other. We didn't end up getting called until 4:30 waited another 15 minutes for the do absolutely nothing. We basically sat there watching the dental assistant put notes into the computer you could tell it was 5 o'clock because the music in this place stopped there was no other patience around. And when we walked up to make our next appointment there was absolutely no office stuff left to do so what a joke of an office.

Positive experience: I like Dr. Johnson, I've been a patient for several years now. Haven't had any problems with any of his work. The only reason I can't give a give star review is because of the rest of the staff. Not only are the ladies (hygienists) talkative and distracted; they seem to also be incompetent, especially when it comes to paperwork. A previous visit I experienced one who had forgotten me and had the gas turned on all the way up! During another visit my blood pressure had to be taken several times because she forgot to write my vitals down on record. Really hope things get better soon....

Negative experience: I hate Dental Depot over the years it’s gotten so busy and the dentist office is caring less and less about the patients. Went in for my daughters appointment at 10:30 as scheduled they freaking text and call at least 5 times to remind you but I waited 20 minutes and then asked like what is going on? And then they apologized and said I would be out with another doctor only to wait 20 more minutes and nothing! Immediately made an appointment with another dental office in Yukon. Dental depot sucks but they are the first in line to have you pay your dental bill!

Negative experience: Receptionist are not good at their job. I had booked both my sons appts. Together (one was at 1:30 and the other at 2:00) we live in Minco so it's a good 40 min drive to their appts. So obviously I like to book them together and this is something the receptionist can't seem to comprehend. We show up to their appts yesterday only to discover they only booked one of my sons and didn't have the other on the books. They said they could squeeze him in if their 2o'clock appt. Didn't show. We checked in at 1:15 and set in the waiting room for 45 minutes. After hearing them call several other patients who checked in LONG after us. I went to the receptionist to make sure they had my son checked in, and the only response I got was "yes," no reasoning as to why we were having to wait for so long. I waited a bit more, and still nothing, so I told them we needed to cancel/reschedule. Again the response i received was "sure for what day" they didn't care at all that they made us waste our time ans gas to get there ON TIME but if you're late/don't show they charge you a fee. This place has gone WAY DOWN HILL. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if they soon close the doors. Very poorly managed!

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but good things to say about Dental Depot and Dr Dauphin. The staff is friendly, efficient and understanding of those of us who would rather be anywhere than at the dentist. I appreciate that I can always get in right away and the cost is reasonable. Dr.Dauphin is considerate and he works fast while continually checking on my comfort level. No one wants to go to the dentist, but I really don’t dread going to Dental Depot. My experiences have been very good. Highly recommend.

Positive experience: I like convenience at the location. I just don’t like the time that we had to wait in the waiting room and the confusion with the doctor saying wait on the nurse and me having to find the nurse just to find out that we were totally done. Other than that is convenient and they do a great job.

Fantastic experience: My son has had a dental emergency twice in the last year and they were able to get us in same day with multiple appointment time options. I’m also cash pay and feel like they are fair on price and lower than most dental offices in the area so that is much appreciated. I don’t feel like they nickel and dime you and also are very transparent about pricing before treatment. Also the care my son received was excellent and I have zero complaints.
Negative experience: I had a tooth that was hurting me. I called Dental Depot and told them that I needed the tooth extracted. I made the appointment, and was send a link to fill out paperwork. This was the first wall I ran into. All I needed was my email and date of birth. I entered these, but kept getting a message saying that my information was not correct. So, I make it to my appointment and actually camel early to do the paperwork that the portal wouldn't allow me into. I was taken to get x-rays, then was put in a room. I waited an hour and a half in that room. Though I didn't say anything, about an hour past my appointment I was told that they were running behind. Not a big deal, I was just happy to get this tooth out. Finally, the dentist comes in and takes a look at the tooth. He also told me that one of my other teeth had a small abcess. I asked if that tooth was going to be extracted as well. He told me that I wasn't getting any teeth extracted because I was on blood thinners. I told him that I had stopped the blood thinners 3 days before. He told me that because of the blood thinners and threw in "your other health issues, I would have to see an oral surgeon to get it extracted. He told me that a general dentist would not be able to do it. It would have to be an oral surgeon. Though it was unintentional, I must have sounded sarcastic. I told him that "no" a general dentist could extract the tooth because my regular dentist had extracted a tooth and I didn't even stop my blood thinner, and that he was just unable to fit me in. He told me, very sarcastically, and as he walked out, "Then go see your regular dentist". To say I was shocked by his attitude would be a great understatement. I didn't say anything else. I just left. Here's how this all could have been avoided. When zi called to make an appointment to get a tooth extracted, the receptionist could have asked if I too a blood thinner, then explained that THEY didn't do tooth extraction on people who take blood thinners. That would have been very helpful. Then, if their portal was working correctly., they would have seen it in the info and advised me PRIOR to my appointment. Last, they could have told me when I completed the paperwork there before ai waited 1.5 hours. I got the feeling that they were new dentist or not very good dentist is the true reason behind it. I say this because I called around today to find a dentist and told each person that I took a blood thinner and was advised that it wouldn't be a problem. I am happy to report that I have an appointment today to get the tooth extracted by a dentist in general dentistry. Dental Depot could use some training on getting information for these appointments prior to the appointment. They could also use some training in manners.

Negative experience: Their reception is inefficient, despite being systematized. They forgot or misplaced my scheduled appointments and patient information. The teeth cleaner was nice and attentive. The dentists were rushed and unskilled. One didn’t explain anything about my procedures and one gave me a jagged, cracked, tooth filling. There are much better dentists

Negative experience: Two out of the three appointments were crazy. They got us back only to wait for a long time. Then kept leaving the room to go to other patients. One time they numbed my kid then left so long she could start to feel so they numbed her again. Not very productive or professional. It’s almost like they were over booked and short staffed. And I’ve never been to a dentist office where you have to pay extra for the “laughing gas”

Positive experience: During my exam/cleaning in Yukon the entire staff was professional and courteous even though they were a little busy. The hygienist Nancy had a gentle hand and did an amazing job cleaning my teeth.

Negative experience: Hate to give 1 star but here goes, I prepaid for services that I didn't realize we're going to take forever because of how booked out they are. I want to go somewhere else and get thus done but they refuse to refund me, they hang up on me and don't call back ever. I've left voicemail and called and nothing. Waiting over a month for a refund is crazy. Called again and NOTHING!!! I was told she would call me back again. We shall see. I just want this taken care of. I have paid for service I will not be receiving and want my money back.

Negative experience: I went in for a toothache and came out with one less tooth and it wasn't the tooth that is bothering me. The staff was too worried about getting me estimates for future dental work and wasn't concerned about my problem. I won't be going back and I still have a toothache.

Negative experience: Shameful. Made an appointment for 3 o'clock. Arrived at 2:30. Got shuffled around the building as there were at least a dozen other people scattered throughout. Spent 3 hours waiting to be seen by "the dentist" who shortly asked, "what's the problem here?" Having already seen my x-ray and knowing I had a broken tooth, 2 cavities, and THREE abscess teeth, he could have shown some sympathy. 3 hours writhing in pain should afford some common courtesy. I say all that to say this: After all this, I'm told I won't be treated in any way, but sent home with antibiotics and Ibuprofen. This office could easily afford a lesson in empathetic treatment of its patients.

Fantastic experience: This is my favorite Dental Depot! I travel 45 minutes each way and it is worth every minute! Thank you for always treating me as if I was your only patient!
Negative experience: Awful experience at Dental Depot today. Would give 0 stars if it was an option. They bait and switched the price for a crown. They quoted me a certain price, and then when I went in they sated a different price, knowing full well that I needed to have this taken care of today. They REFUSED to honor the quote I had been given originally stating that it was a mistake. Their mistake. The dentists were good, bit their office staff was not. Train your people better.

Positive experience: Unprofessional front office manager, scheduling issues, no one to check a person in upon arrival, unopened shipping boxes of supplies stacked all over, unable to understand the heavy accent on assistant, they had to take multiple X-rays over & over, the outside of the building hasn't been completed. Not what a person would expect from a medical facility, actually not even a fast food restaurant.

Fantastic experience: They always explain everything very detailed .! I had a fear of needles but going here has definitely comforted that fear and they anesthesiologist aka when they numb you, both times last year and a couple days ago was amazing . They make me feel very heard and like they really do care about me. 1,000/10 !!! Recommend!!

Negative experience: Update: We have now moved to a new dentist and found out that the root canal that was fully billed out to insurance and paid for wasn’t completed. We spoke with insurance and the code for a full root canal was billed, yet it wasn’t finished. Dental depot does do it in 3 parts, yet when I went to set up the second part to finish it they asked for more money out of pocket and more from insurance. For something that already fully billed out and was paid by us and insurance! We now have to have my 11 year old daughter go through the entire root canal again, and have our new dentist right a narrative to get it covered with the proof that dental depot didn’t complete it. They also told us she had other cavities and things to be filled before she got put in braces, and the new dentist did X-rays and showed us there are no other cavities. It is clear dental depot is just about the money and does not have integrity with what they do. I never leave reviews and know this is so long, but if one person reads it and doesn’t go through what we did, it’s worth it. Do NOT choose this dentist just because they might be able to work you in first. Find one personally recommended by someone you trust! We moved to Yukon last summer and had to get a new dentist. We worked with dental depot Yukon in the past, years ago, so I went here. Since being here I have had not one, now two but THREE times that I have called (well in advance, usually several days, but always more than 24 hours in advance) to reschedule an appointment, to then be called the day of the appointment and told I (or my kids) missed it. When it should have been cancelled! They now won’t schedule us except same day because of this which was their issue! It says when you call that the calls are recorded and I only wish they actually utilized that because clearly their staff does not take notes when calls are made. My sister also just left this dental practice because she went in and one of her family members appointments was “lost” and they wouldn’t see him, were rude, only to then turn around an hour later and call and say they found the appointment, after they had already switched to a new dentist due to the chaos and rudeness here. It is clearly a “get in as many people as possible” with no loyalty to return clients or consistency with the staff who takes calls. I do not recommend anyone that wants long term, consistent care go here.

Fantastic experience: I needed some emergency dental care and my normal dentist office was booked. Dental Depot got me in the same day I called and was able to get me on the mend. Tooth pain is no fun. Grateful to Dental Depot for their willingness to help someone who wasn’t an active going patient.

Negative experience: My wife has been going here for several years.Thought it was kind of strange that she could go there for a year and they don't find a single cavity during her cleanings and then come back 6 months later and she has cavities that should have been taken care of in the past. I didn't understand. It seemed like they were deliberately letting the teeth get worse so they could make money off of her, I don't know. We decided to go to another dentist for her 6-month cleaning and x-rays. Keep in mind that at her last cleaning 6 months prior at dental Depot nothing was said about cavities ECT. In the past if something was noticed we would get it fixed asap. Her new dentist informed my wife that she had four cracked teeth and needed six crowns. It's unacceptable that Dental Depot did not notice anything wrong. I will never take my wife back there again. I quit going myself a couple years ago for other reasons. I would NEVER recommend this place to anybody.

Negative experience: I've gone here several times and I've never had a good experience. Finally switching dentists. It is near impossible to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Last appointment for my son, they called/texted back 6 different times asking to confirm his original appointment that we had already rescheduled. Completely unorganized. I also had a filling done for a cavity and the dentist did something wrong, I swear. It didn't heal for almost a year after the filling was done. I've had plenty of fillings before from other places and the pain goes away within a week. not to mention ridiculously overpriced and try to sell you on stuff you don't need. Told my wife she needed a root canal. Went to a new place and they told her she only needed a minor filling. This place is inconsistent, unorganized, and unprofessional.

Positive experience: The actual dentist did a phenomenal job. However, the lady that did the numbing shots had ZERO EXPERIENCE or at least it seemed that way. I was in excruciating pain the next day from how poorly and aggressively she administered the lidocaine.

Negative experience: I had a cap come off one of my teeth. I made an appointment to have it put back on for 9:00. I made the appointment early in the morning because I hoped they would not be behind. I arrived shortly before 9:00. The dentist didn't see me until 10:25. No one told me why he was late. He did not apologize. I am very disappointed in the service that I received.

Showed up for my appointment and was told they gave my booked time to someone else claiming it was “unconfirmed” but when shown that it was in fact confirmed with their automated text, they just asked to reschedule it. Would recommend finding a different dentist office that is reliable and able to commit to appointments they schedule.

Negative experience: If you like to wait 45 minutes plus and have people do a half job on your mouth this is the place for you. I had a crown fall off three different times in a year and the dentist Jeffrey Dauphin blamed me each time. I’ve had a crown done since seeing him and it’s funny to me I’ve had no issues. They will gladly take your money, but don’t expect them to do what’s right when things go wrong. Do better, be better.

Negative experience: Appt was scheduled and minor was supposed to have root canal and the second part of readying tooth for a crown. Drove 1 hour and 10 minutes one way and after got to the appt was told that the root canal was approved by soonercare but the second part was not approved by soonercare. No one notified me on Friday when I called to verify where appt was going to be (was possibly to be at Mustang location-but that office has not opened yet). So basically drove 2 hours 20 min round trip for nothing. Office admitted they dropped the ball and had miscommunication. They were unable to schedule minor at the mustang office as office not open and they are to open 11/19/24… but said I could call the call center to schedule an appt at the Mustang office. SMH.

Fantastic experience: Dental Depot is a busy business and the Yukon location is no exception but that being said it’s worth it in my opinion. Both my children and myself are pts of Dental Depot, we have never had any bad experiences, they always make us feel safe and taken care of! My kids always feel proud of the work they put in at home to keep the cavities away. In regards to the busy schedule, the way I see it is making sure I make our 6 month appt before I leave the clinic, for emergencies I have never had issues getting in so I just plan ahead in the areas I can and work with what they can offer for emergencies which I’ve never had an issue with before. Also ATorres at the yukon clinic was very helpful yesterday in regards to my sons appt. Thank you so much !

Positive experience: The service was decent. Nothing spectacular, but nothing wrong either. But making a schedule to get in was horrendous. They used to be open on Saturdays. They are busier and cut down their hours making it impossible to get in without waiting for six months unless you call every day to find out if there’s a cancellation.

Negative experience: I missed a couple of apppointments due to the distance and how i have to call in every morning at 8 leaving no time for my husband to take off work in have to get my tooth fixed. Not happy. I gave it 2 stars, because i did love my denrist and the care they gave me up there. Just salty about not being able to make an appointment. Negative experience: Yukon location—Most of the front desk office staff is rude and dismissive. Especially whoever has the desk that is further back. The waiting room music was up a little too high so if you ask them to repeat anything they get mad and even more rude. They are not very attentive if someone is waiting up front. Seems like their personal conversations take priority over patients. I usually only like to leave reviews if they are positive, unless I had a bad experience such as I did here.

Negative experience: Would highly recommend not using this dental office. They cancelled my appointment all because I left my honest opinion on their lack of clear communication with me as the patient on an emergent tooth issue. They canceled at the last minute. I then had to go to an out of network provider and pay out of pocket for an emergency appointment. It seems like it was a very good thing I didn’t go to my appointment though, because their lack of communication and lack of basic patient care I found out that they weren’t even going to do the work on the teeth that were the most urgent, my loose crowns. They apparently were going bill for something I didn’t come in needing fixed and didn’t even explain that to me. Also a little confused on why I would have been billed for a root canal on a tooth that already had one done on it. Even if it needed a retreatment, they surely didn’t explain that to me. This place cost me so much pain and suffering and I’m lucky I didn’t go to that appointment and be out lots of money as well. I would highly recommend finding a different dentist office. Update - It seems like the only reason they cancelled my appointment was because they were going to commit insurance fraud and I was someone who asked too many questions. Since it has now been over 2 weeks since this situation started and I have begged someone to discuss it and no one will. I will now be seeking action against the provider. That’s illegal to do. How are you going to bill my insurance for a root canal on a tooth that has already had a root canal and it wasn’t even the tooth that had the loose crown. That’s wild. Oh and a little side note. I will happily delete any negative reviews and remove my BBB complaint if someone would just pick up the phone and speak to me about my experience and tell me why this happened and tell me why they were going to bill my insurance for this. A simple phone conversation would fix all this but it seems that dental depot cares more about their dollar amount then actually caring for patients. I Will absolutely make sure the medical board has this information. Thank you
