Fantastic experience: I hate to say that I enjoy a trip to the dentist but I do. Always very friendly staff. Was so sad to hear that Dr. Dillon had past . He was a very good man. Dr. Rolen is great as well, and good with a needle!! Gentle and painless. I can only say good things about the whole crew!

Fantastic experience: Great experience from start to finish. Olivia was so kind and welcoming when walking me to the room. Caitlin (sp?) was filling in for the day. She cleaned my teeth effectively and gently with great results. Dr. Rolen was very professional and caring. This was my first visit and I felt very comfortable. These three smiling faces made a visit to the dentist a great experience. Quick and easy visit!

Fantastic experience: My name is Liz and let me tell you, I’m am 60 years old and have never been fond of going to the dentist EVER!!. My experience here was quite different. First thing I only waited about five minutes, then I was called!!! Wow impressive in my book, I was greeted with a smile not only with the mouth, but with the eyes, I knew then my experience was going to be nothing less than awesome!!! I felt relaxed because I was told what to expect before opening my mouth… if you’re like me a fraidy cat you will absolutely love these friendly professionals with your whole family!!! Fantastic experience: 7/21/2025: Minor filling. As always the staff was wonderful. The technician had everything set up so that the doctor was able to quickly come in deaden the area and then perform the procedure. The office is extremely professional and I highly recommend the group. 11/7/2023 Routine Office Visit: I was in the office for a semi-annual checkup. Again, the service was outstanding. I was seen by Dental Technician Lisa. She is the best! Dr. Rolen is so thorough. She listens to your concerns and takes the entirety of the patient’s health into consideration when recommending any course of action. The entire staff is professional and friendly. I highly recommend this group! 10/7/2023, Emergency Office Visit: Again, the service was very professional. I am consistently seen within minutes of my appointment time. Highly recommend these healthcare professionals. Due to an unforeseen issue, I called this morning hoping to see the Dr. Rolen in a few days. Her staff were able to work me in the day of my call. Thanks so much! As usual the service was great.

Fantastic experience: I knew after I first met Dr Rolen she was what I was looking for….a friendly atmosphere and yet very professional. I was use to a female dentist that I had been seeing for years who was friendly and professional, but she retired. Dr Rolen’s office was bright and welcoming and everyone was smiling. I’m so glad someone I knew well recommended her.

Fantastic experience: Hyson is the best Dental Hygienist ever! She is thorough, gentle, and makes sure you are comfortable. I make sure to schedule my appointment on a day Hyson will be working. Dr. Rolen is one amazing dentist!! My husband had extensive dental work done by Dr. Rolen and everything is just perfect. We both love seeing Dr. Rolen!!

Fantastic experience: I had to change dentists because of my insurance and was not happy about it at all. After finally finding a dentist I loved and trusted, the thought of having to find a new one upset me so bad but, Dr.Rolen and her staff are wonderful and made my experience great and pain free! I will no longer dread going to the dentist anymore.

Fantastic experience: My treatment was awesome with Dr. Roland, she made sure I was comfortable and took her time while providing excellent, and compassionate care. Her assistant was super nice and gentle as well, though I can’t remember her name. Front end staff LaQuenta greeted me with a smile. Everyone I encountered was nice and professional.

Fantastic experience: Facility is clean. Staff is helpful, polite, knowledgeable and professional. Accommodating under short notice and less than desirable circumstances.

Negative experience: I had concerns over my receding gums and gingivitis, and constant pain and irritation in my gums. I also hadn’t had a cleaning in a very long time. I explained this long period and they did a “medium cleaning” which is a strained wording because the actual cleaning lasted maybe 10 minutes and I barely felt that anything was done after the initial intense discomfort from measuring bone and tissue loss and an injection between each gum (this was the medium part). The first cleaning in over a decade done in 10 minutes could not be and was not done well. They mentioned future plans of treatment they might pursue after my follow-up appointment but when I came in next time they didn’t even look at my mouth before referring me to a gum specialist (who also doesn’t take my insurance). I was dismissed, although in a very polite manner, for whatever that’s worth. They were kind in manner but didn’t seem to actually care in any way that mattered. As an aside, I was also charged additionally after I’d already paid and was told we could discuss it later; that they would call since someone was waiting behind me. Instead I received a bill in the mail for something I thought I’d already paid for and they never called.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, professional, knowledgeable staff. Hygienist (Morgan) cleaned my teeth exceptionally well. Showed me the images of my crown which I had some concerns about. Gave me sample whitening trays to try. Experience was great!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hughes is great! She’s very caring and has a gentle touch! She fixed a problem crown and tooth from previous dental work that didn’t work out so well previously. I’m 55 with crown work and root canals.

Fantastic experience: I went in for a cleaning and Dr. Rolen found a small cavity. To save me time she was able to work my filling into her schedule, which saved me from having to make another trip. Everyone in their office is so nice and helpful!

Fantastic experience: I was treated as a person, a person who was respected at the clinic today. All treatment provided great results. I now have two complete sets of dentures. I am even very pleased with my backup set, which I will regularly use in rotation with my primary set.

She discussed the various options available for me, and she is willing to help me find the most effective, and least expensive option. Fantastic experience: I had to switch dentists because of my insurance changing, and not gonna lie, I was devastated. HOWEVER; the staff was wonderful. Kayla (?) did an amazing job during my cleaning. She was soo sweet & comforting. The rest of the staff was also amazing. I was extremely anxious, nervous, and did not want to be there. The dentist I saw was very kind and did not find any issues and seemed very knowledgeable in our brief interaction. Not to mention I called them looking for an appointment, needing to get in pretty quickly because I didn’t want to get off my normal schedule, and they were able to get me in the very next day. 10/10

I was well pleased with the service provided me. I was concerned about some issues that were causing me some present problems. After talking with my doctor she assured me that she would do the necessary things to elevate my concerns. Last, but not least my present doctor wasn’t my original doctor, because my others doctor retired, however my present doctor has lived up to my expectation of being the doctor I need. Fantastic experience: Good experience with my dental technician - Lisa. I was still experiencing pain from several weeks prior due to an allergic reaction affecting my mouth & tongue, but I needed my teeth cleaned. She did a great job & I was able to get through the procedure with no issues. She gave me some good tips on what I might want to try to alleviate my mouth discomfort & still maintain good dental hygiene. Many thanks.

Her dental technician Jada was amazing and calming, and as usual, Dr. Hughes alleviated my fears and left me saying BEST FILLING EVER! Dr. Hughes clearly loves being a dentist.
