Fantastic experience: We went here as my 1 year old son's cousins go here. Hes 1 and everyone was so friendly and wonderful! Highly highly recommend. It turns a not so fun thing into a positive experience, maybe I wouldn't have kicked my dentist if I went here as a kid!! love love love!

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience with my kids first dentist appointment, Vicky and Dr. B took their time and made sure they felt comfortable. The receptionist Mary-Ellen was absolutely amazing! I forgot to give them forms and she went above and beyond to make sure I got them and followed up with a call to make sure I received them. Such an amazing staff from start to finish!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about this wonderful practice - we took our daughter for her first dental visit at 17 months, and literally everyone - from the front desk to hygienists just walking by to grab another patient - couldn’t have been warmer or kinder. As new parents, all of these “firsts” can be overwhelming, but our hygienist explained every single step and made it as pleasant and comfortable an experience for our girl as can be. Is it weird to say I’m actually looking forward to our next dental appointment? I can see why they book out months in advance! I’m so happy we chose That Broadway Smile and look forward to our daughter being their patient for years to come.

Fantastic experience: My kids absolutely love going to the dentist because of the fun atmosphere and amazing staff and doctors… I schedule all three of my kids (2,4 &8) at 9:00am every cleaning and they’re all three done within 30 minutes and I’m able to stay in the shared room with all of them. It is such a pleasure to go to That Broadway Smile! Never thought I’d enjoy the dentist with these littles!!! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My son has autism and this has left a high communication barrier between him and any adult (parents, professionals). It has always been hard to build trust between my son and any Doctor, dentist or even more basic services like barbers. It took both his father and I most times to just get him through something as basic as a simple check up for a cold or even a hair cut. Even when offices advertised they handled autism and would work with our son, more often than not any progress made was always reset and lost the minute any simple procedures were administered. As his parents we pretty much resigned ourselves that Logan would just be one of those difficult cases anytime we had to take him for any appointments. It only became more difficult as he got older as well when he began getting stronger. His teeth (though we made regular visits to the dentist who also worked with autism) suffered as we could not get anyone into his mouth for even basic things like cleanings. We were lucky if they got a tooth brush into his mouth. Then I was told “He really needs an x-ray for 2 possible cavities.” We were told he would need to be sedated just to finally get a real cleaning (not just a basic tooth brushing) and x-rays to check how bad the cavities were. The dentist we were seeing at the time did not have sedation services and gave a referral to get work done with Broadway Smile. On the first visit the treatment and communication we got from our new dentist (immediately switched) at Broadway Smile left us with a new sense of hope. Finally an appointment (though sedation itself was stressful) where I did not feel exhausted as I left! They walked us through the sedation and all processes with multiple ways to contact incase of any additional questions throughout the whole process while handling my son with as much attention as they gave me as well… Then they offered something I have never been advised of before (right on the first visit). Desensitizing appointments. Our new Dentist ,Dr. Zahler felt Logan would be able to get regular cleanings, checkups and services without having to be sedated going forward (which would be a relief to me). He offered appointments where they take the time to introduce my son to the tools, personal staff and even instructions commonly used in normal procedures. Wonderful tools to make it easier for my son to obtain trust and work through appointments. Within 3 to 4 appointments already Logan was willing to not only let the dentist into his mouth with tools for basic functions, he was also allowing dentist assistants as well. I will say I have never seen such a turn around in my son and so fast. I am so happy to recommend this office (and have) with my son’s story as well. I actually do not dread appointments anymore! Thank you Dr. Zahler and Broadway Smile staff for all your excellence and care towards my son! Update! 7/8/2025 - one of our son’s crowns came out and when we went to get it put back in. Dr. Zahler (who has been working with my son in desensitizing appointments) my son did start off a little upset because this was something they have not done before. Dr.Zahler was patient and worked with calming my son. He actually got my kid to calm down enough over time to put the crown in! My son (the one that never trusted anyone be it doctor or dentist or hairdresser) let Dr. Zahler work on his teeth even! It was amazing to watch. We are still happy patients!!!

My 6 year old needed a procedure which they did quickly and walked us both through each of the steps. Both the assistant and dentist provided us all the answers to make me feel comfortable. Fantastic experience: We love That Broadway Smile! They treat all 3 of my children in a timely fashion and everybody is so polite. The waiting room is awesome, with a movie theater and popcorn and drinks. My kids love going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: My children who are 19,16 and 14 have been going to that broadway smile for the last 17 years or so. We have always had a great experience. When my two youngest were little they were very difficult at the dentist . We were always met with patience. The movie theatre was a big hit in their younger years while waiting . The staff is friendly and happy to help. Movies on a tv above the chair help as well .

Their gentle and reassuring approach made all the difference. The office itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, offering snacks, water, tablets for kids to play on, and even a movie theater to enjoy while waiting. We originally came here for a specific procedure but were so impressed that we decided to make this our primary dental office. Highly recommend!

She stopped to talk to him and ask him about his feelings. Even though they paused the procedure was very quick! Both my boys were done with balloons and smiles in no time! Our dental hygienist Diane, was amazing. She took my little one by the hand to go for a walk to get the dentist! What a family this place is! Best of all, as a Doe employee they take UFT welfare dental! Five stars! See you in 6th months!

She was hesitant to go prior to the appointment but she walked out telling us how fun the dentist is! Dr B, Vicky, and the entire staff made her feel so comfortable as soon as she walked in. Mary Ellen was so nice when we first arrived and made checking out a breeze. Denise made my kids feel so comfortable during their cleanings and made the experience fun for them! We highly highly highly recommend this dentist and are so happy our kids loved them as well!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about Dr Meyer, Brenda and the entire staff at That Broadway Smile! I have a 6 year old non verbal autistic son that needed sedation to fill cavities as well as a root canal. Despite using a different office every 6 months since my son was 2 years old he still had to have a lot of dental work done. Dr. Meyer got more done with my son during his first visit than the other office I had used ever! I am so happy I found such wonderful people to take care of my son’s dental needs. I highly recommend this office to anyone but especially those parents who have special needs children!

Fantastic experience: What a great office! I took my two and a half year old for her first dentist visit and this place did not disappoint. The waiting area is filled with fun from the movie strips on the wallpaper filled with teeth dressed as fun characters to the movie theater, to the iPads with apps to play on and fun house mirrors… my baby was too busy exploring to be nervous about being at a doctor's office! The hygienist Nicole called us in and wasn’t the least bit bothered when my daughter tried to run off down the hallway because she was excited to see what else was going on. One of the employees down the hall even came to visit us because she heard her run that way. I believe her name was Deja but I’m not 100%… but she was great. She gave her a big high five and wished her luck and told her she was smart, cute and going to do great. Nicole explained every tool she was going to use to my daughter before she used it, letting her see and feel it so she wouldn’t be scared. When Dr Space came in, my girl got scared… I’m not sure if it was because she had built such a good rapport with Nicole and now someone new was introduced or because she knew he was the doctor but her face dropped and it was clear she was nervous… not to worry though, Dr Space was lovely too… and Nicole rushed to her side and told her how brave she was, and how Dr Space was going to be so nice and make her teeth so healthy… while she reassured my daughter, he explained the tools to her as well and made her comfortable. They both answered all my questions and helped me make a tough decision for her teeth moving forward. It all ended with getting to ring the no cavity bell and a “pretty princess balloon” not to mention two very kind front desk girls who oohed and ahhed over my girl making her feel like a movie star. One of them even walked around with her so I could make a follow up with the other. Highly recommended !

No automated nonsense. Just a friendly and helpful voice on the other side of the phone. Prices are extreme reasonable as well. 10 out of 10! My kids also love all the waiting area activities they have for them. This is how businesses should always be run!

Fantastic experience: Update: We are so glad to be back with That Broadway Smile! We had to leave for a year because our insurance was dropped. After changing dentists multiple times because they didn't compare to here and having set the bar of standards very high and I couldn't quite say" okay we will deal with it", our dental insurance changed. I called immediately and we are back to our dentist family. It feels wonderful and the kiddies were thrilled too! Doctor Meyers and Assistant Tanusha were awesome with my 7 year old daughter while they had to take out her front tooth. She was nervous and they did an amazing job of making her calm. It was done 1 2 3 with no crying. She loved how they let her pick from the prize box with a balloon and an ice pop, even her younger sister too and making a note for a her to get Frozen room. Every single person here is amazing, grateful , and go above and beyond. They treat everyone like family! It is always a pleasure walking into this office and every person I have dealt with shows professionalism and are respectful. They are all WONDERFUL with my children and have patience of a saint. I drive 35 plus minutes to That Broadway Smile just for the experience and kindness, which lacks in many fields and offices, especially when I have a peds dds down the block from me. Thank you to all that work here!

They were all very patient and understanding as he navigated his first appointment which was both scary and overwhelming for him! Understandably so but they allowed him the space to get comfortable before continuing and did not rush him or force anything. Will absolutely be bringing my daughter here as well!

Fantastic experience: I have tried 3 other Pediatric dentists before them, and That Broadway Smile was the only one to be able to get a complete cleaning and x-rays done on my special needs son. I travel from Queens to go to them. It is so worth the drive! Everyone from the receptionists to the hygienists to the dentists are extremely patient. They do everything they can to make him feel comfortable. They show him all of the dental instruments and let him touch them before they use them. Each room has a different theme and has a TV overhead so the kids can relax as best they can. Five stars all the way!! My son had a permanent tooth came out and they went out of their way to help me find an oral surgeon in Queens that took our insurance because it was late in the day and we would not make it to one local to them. They called the oral surgeon, sent the records over and gave them all my insurance info so I had to do was get there and sign it all. Didn’t have to waste time filling anything out so they took my son right away.

The hygienists are very knowledgeable, and so gentle with the kids. I love that there is a movie theater in the waiting room, and my daughter (now 2) loves getting a balloon after each visit. Highly recommend making this your child’s first dentist experience!

They got to watch movies and every step of the process was explained to the kids to make them more at ease. Mary Ellen helped us check out and schedule a new appointment and was incredibly helpful with finding a day and time that worked for us. I have recommended this dentist office to everyone I know with children , and those that have switched to broadway smile always tell me that it was the best referral ever. They go above and beyond to make the whole process as pleased as possible for the children.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough wonderful things about That Broadway Smile. We've been taking our 9-year-old twins there, and everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate, and accommodating. Gigi, Sara, Jada, and Dr. Meyer have all made our children feel at ease and have given them an enjoyable experience at the dentist. The receptionists are also very welcoming. That Broadway Smile is an outstanding practice, and we love coming here!

Fantastic experience: Omg what can I say?! I love this place! Dr Mayer saw both my kids 3 and 4 yr olds. He and his assistants Sarah and Timesha were great with them. I highly recommend this dentist for children. Everyone from front desk to every single staff here are amazing, super friendly and accommodating (especially with young crying children lol). Also a huge plus the looks to this place. It’s literally like a movie theater. They actually have a movie theater in the waiting room. So cool! iPads for kids to be entertained. Every room is themed and equipped with tvs to keep them busy. Keep up the great job guys!
