Fantastic experience: A true staple of the Wyoming valley, amazing dentists in Dr Gary, Dr Jason, Dr Daniela and Dr Brittany. They are all so kind and caring, I would highly recommend this family dentistry to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Our whole family switched over to Dr. Nataupsky after taking our daughter for a tongue tie evaluation…. Very clean, very friendly office, and very thorough with any questions! Great atmosphere! We’ve been going to Dr. Jason for almost 3 years now!! Our daughter had her first cleaning today and loved how Miss Stacey cleaned her teeth and how Dr. Daniela checked them! I can’t say enough how wonderful this whole office is. We are very thankful to receive such great care!

Fantastic experience: Easy in and out, and I really don’t like going to the dentist

Negative experience: I had so many issues going to this dentistry. It is not a good choice, pick a different practice. I went there 2 years ago to get fillings done. I live in Texas now. I ended up being told that I need all this work done. Dr. told me I needed a bridge, crowns, etc. I left a message that I couldn't afford a bridge, which was never passed on to the Dr. When I went to my appt, no one had told the Dr. that I left a message that I couldn't afford it, so she pulled out my temporary crowns (which lasted me 10 years), the one needed a root canal, but it didn't bother me so I don't know why she did it because she knew I was moving 2 days later to Texas, which I mentioned to her several times. The dental assistant did buildups on the 2 crowns they pulled out. While she was moving the round metal bracket that goes around the tooth for buildup, it cracked. She heard it crack. She said, "It's fine, you won't have any issues." When leaving, I told the girl at the desk I was moving to Texas in 2 days, so it was my last visit. Obviously, she did not record that info. I kept getting appt reminders. On my way to Texas, the buildup tooth completely fell apart & I ended up stopping in Oklahoma to an urgent care for an infection because of it. I did call and leave 2 or 3 messages, when I started getting bills, about what happened and had to get them completely redone when I got to Texas, but they have no record. My buildup cracked and the dental assistant heard it, but they have no record. I was moving to Texas and won't be back, they, again, have no record. It seems that either someone isn't consistent with the messaging system or just ignores complaints, but now it's sent to an attorney. I have call records that I left messages at the office, but, alas, they have no record. All I'm saying is, they seem to pick and choose what information goes into patient's charts. Perhaps it's the "hippy, overly lax office setting with Grateful Dead items everywhere and playing on the radio, that gives them an air of whatever, it's fine." It's not fine. Normal people don't have money to waste on having to get work completely redone, because the job done in the office was inexcusably done incorrectly.

Fantastic experience: Dr Gary was able to see me asap while I was in the area on vacation to fix my issue. He and staff explained what the problem was and fixed it with no discomfort. The office is extremely organized with state of the art technology to assist in the procedure. Thank you Dr Gary and staff!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Dr Natapski and his entire staff. They are always so pleasant -that and the pet videos they always have on make me never mind going in. I think they take great care of my teeth, which had many problems when I first came to them. I have and will continue to recommend them to everyone.

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed. What once started out as a great experience has turned into a nightmare. Unfortunately, I have had repeated negative appointments. I was told on two different occasions that they could not complete the procedures I was there for. I also was given misinformation by a receptionist about care and my treatment now has to be extended. I have spent a lot of money and time and all I received was a “sorry” this is happening. I don’t have time in my schedule today, so you will have to come back again. This has been going on since the beginning of February and won’t be resolved until late May if I’m lucky. This is not the experience someone should have at a dentist. It’s disheartening and unprofessional to say the least.

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous for my filing appointment, Dr. Jason and staff put me at ease. I was finished and our the door in no time! Plus, great music!

Negative experience: He lost me four of my front teeth. I went in for a root canal on two of my teeth, he broke the healthy tooth in the middle of them and just said oops your other tooth broke. He made it sound like it was my tooth that was weak. I should have sued him for malpractice back then I was so naive. Then he had to bridge over the other two teeth that he did root canal and the broken tooth that he had to extract. A year later the bridge failed and the new doctor said the posts that were placed were too short and the root canal was not done well..and that I have to extract the other two teeth too and do implant. Now I have to do implant on three of my front teeth because of his malpractice. By the way there was a forth tooth in the front that he said can’t be saved and needs to be extracted now I’m not sure if that was really necessary.. During the extraction he broke my jawbone and removed part of my gum. Now that tooth is not a candidate for implant because he did such a bad job extracting it. Overall this is the worst dentist ever. I went to several dentists afterwards and they all said whoever treated your teeth did such a bad job and you didn’t have to go through this. I wish I had the time and resource and knowledge back then to sue him. I will never forgive him for the pain and long. Lasting trauma he caused me. Yeah they put a smile and make you feel in good hands but you never know what they did to your teeth a year or two later. During the treatment they almost force you to write a review and give 5 star. Edit as Google reviews doesn’t allow replies: Of course you would say that. How about having some courtesy to acknowledge your wrongdoing instead of dismissing me as a patient, that’s so against what you just claimed. Apparently 80 years of practice didn’t teach you that. I will gladly fax you the receipt of my payments of the hefty bills to your office if that’s what it takes you not be so be dismissive of your patients.

Fantastic experience: This was my six-year-old daughter‘s first trip to a dentist. I could not have picked a better place. Everyone on the staff was so friendly and courteous, and made her feel at ease. And the support dog, Scarlet, is an absolute wonderful addition to the team. Highly recommend this place.

Follow up on root canal & extraction, both are doing well. Also has a filling done on a chipped tooth. Overall fine visit as usual. Had a cleaning appointment today. Brit was very thorough, personable & professional. She knows her job very well, makes the visit relaxing.

Fantastic experience: This is a great dentist and our whole family is comfortable going there. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and caring and do a fantastic job. I’d recommend them to everyone! Update: My initial review was written at least five years ago and we've since moved away from the area. However, I'd still recommend Nataupsky to anyone and everyone. Recently, one of my children had a dental emergency and we were planning on traveling to NEPA within a couple of days. Dr. Jason made sure to squeeze my child into his already busy schedule and got the tooth all fixed up. They truly go out of their way to care for all of their patients - and even former patients. They're the best!
