Fantastic experience: Everyone is so courteous & I felt cared for & special. They are very professional & really know what they’re doing to achieve great results, and after a series of really poor dental experiences at other places, this has to be the best dentist I have had in 20 years. I love the conservative approach that Dr. Curtis has, in saving teeth in the long run & less pain. My view from the dental chair as I had my procedure, I was so relaxed. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Positive experience: I was pleased with the thorough cleaning. X-rays were taken and there is a problem between 2 teeth with crowns. It was recommended that one crown be removed and cleaned up. This would allow a better visual of the tooth next to it. There are indications of decay and problems with food lodging between the teeth The dentist suggested removing the one crown, taking care of that tooth and looking to see what needs to be done with tooth beside it. One crown is almost $2000 with possibility of second crown being replaced. This dentist isn’t in network with any insurance so my insurance will only pay around $300 out of $2000

Every experience I have had with the doctors, assistants, hygienists and front desk staff has been great. Everyone is helpful, clear in communication, friendly and respectful. I feel heard and seen when speaking with the staff about my concerns and they do a great job with creating a welcoming and calm environment before, during, and after appointments. A very surprising experience, never had a doctor or dentist that cared about how you were doing after they were done as much as excellence in dentistry. Would reccomend them to anyone looking to have dental work done.

All of his staff are amazing and highly qualified as well and I love that they truly care about their clients. They are first class all the way!

Fantastic experience: Cassidy did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth and recommending care practices I should take in between visits. We were lucky to escape a menacing GIANT wasp trying to interrupt my cleaning by hovering over the dental chair. We sucked the wasp up with a vacuum cleaner, saving the office full of dental specialist from certain peril. The cleaning was thorough as always and Dr. Curtis told me to keep up the good work on my teeth. Everyone in this office is friendly and extremely professional. My family has been trusting our dental needs to this practice since 1993.

Negative experience: Patient for almost 40 years. Very good experience forever with them. Until the other day with my son. Hygienist got very upset and visibly angry with us because my son gagged on the bite wings. I mentioned they were too big and even I gag on them. Was told "I do this all day everyday". While that maybe so, one would think gagging on them is a common problem. She followed that up with being extremely rude, raising her voice at me, slamming the xray machine, and then stormed off to not return. Everyone has bad days. I get it. The Dr apologized and was very helpful. Unfortunately we won't be back. This used to be a great dentist but they expanded to quickly and have too many employees to ensure they are all good. I could deal with them being overpriced but not this. Quality over quantity. One bad apple ruining the bunch.

Fantastic experience: Expert dental care by a qualified, caring staff. Dr. Bentley is by far the best dentist I’ve ever seen- and I’ve lived long enough to have visited many practitioners. I’m a rather squeamish patient, but under the care of EID, I have gained much-needed confidence. I’d never go anywhere else! Update- I had something of a dental emergency. I was given a next business day appointment and was provided with antibiotics for the weekend. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Curtis for the first time. Both he & dental assistant, Alexis, were knowledgeable, friendly, & empathetic . I knew I was in good hands both medically & financially. For all of the benefit I received, the price for the care received was surprisingly affordable. Excellence in Dentistry really lives up to its name.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist(s) I’ve ever been associated with. As I’m now a senior citizen I’ve been with plenty so I know what makes them special. Pretty much everything. From reception and scheduling to hygienists and great dentist’s. Very happy to be a client. Addendum: I recently lost a filling. I called EiD and they got me in quickly. Dr. Curtis probably thought I was crazy when I said no to Novocain. He worked quickly and with concern for my pain. Never had any thanks to his technique. Thanks Dr. Curtis. Oh, and yesterday’s cleaning was another pleasant experience.

A co-worker told her to call Excellence in Dentistry and they were able to get her in immediately. We have been going here ever since and have had "excellent" care.
