Negative experience: I recently called DHA because I was recommended to go there for my dental care and needs at this current time and was familiar with the establishment. . I was a patient approximately 25 years ago, which at that time I was a young mother, trying to figure life out like everybody else does. Unfortunately I made the mistake of a few no shows OR late cancels (I'mnot even sure of the amount but there was a reason for them, obviously), not realizing my irresponsibility and how it affects the clinic and other patients who need appointments. When I recently called I scheduling my appointment, and then received a call after the fact, stating they had to cancel it and I could not come there because I was fired from the clinic 25 years ago. My jaw hit the floor. I've grown up quite a bit and now work in the medical field and understand the importance of keeping appointments. I'm appalled that after 25 years of growing up and change, I'm unable to have a second chance at receiving dental care that is DESPERATELY needed. For this reason alone, I'm glad I did not have an appointment here simply due to the lack of compassion and understanding. I have a fear of Dental care and it's made searching elsewhere much more difficult. If I could rate the East clinic as a 0, I would do so.

Fantastic experience: My new Dentist Dr Kroll was very personable and his assistant Amanda did a wonderful job and made me feel very welcome . I enjoyed this experience very much !

I didn’t want to write this because I was worried she would get too busy. Dr. Elliott has been a great dentist as well. I can confidently recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Went in for a semi-annual cleaning and was met by Brooke at the appointed time. She’s been my dental “tech?” for several years and has always done great work with me and makes a visit to the dentist a pleasant experience. (I usually only need a cleaning though) Facilities are first rate (as far as I can see) and prices seem to not rise too quickly. Slight discount for paying the same day too. Location is a bit far but parking seems ample

Fantastic experience: I appreciated the dental hygienist providing individual pricing for services. Which alloted me some power to make the final decisions. Many insurance company only cover the basics. The medical industry is unable to give pricing for any service until they file your insurance. Which leaves many to wonderful what they owe. Adding an extra layer of stress that no one should have to go through. I was able to pay my share before leaving.

Fantastic experience: Very nice dental office. Front desk people are very cheerful and helpful. They always find a way to make our appointments gather together so we aren’t going to the dentist 10 times a year. The Dentists are very kind. Dr Elliott has been my family dentist for over 20 years. He has always made sure I got the best care.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Dental Health Associates for a few years and have always had a good experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. From the welcoming front desk staff to the knowledgeable DDS/DMD, I have had exceptional visits. I have worked with a few different hygienists and every experience has been great. I now see Rachel, who is friendly, professional and great at her job. I have fairly sensitive teeth and she takes that into consideration at each visit. I also have never had any unexpected billing statements or co-pays as I did at the previous facility I went to. I highly recommend Dental Health Associates to anyone looking for quality dental care.

Fantastic experience: Dental Health Associates are an A+ professional dental care provider. I had my front tooth crown (made of bonding materials) replaced with a zirconia crown by Brodeck and his colleagues recently. Their team was both friendly and supportive during my visits. They urged me to feel comfortable and confident about expressing my level of satisfaction with their work during the process. Both the crown crafting and fitting procedures went very smoothly. Due to the color variations in my teeth, the zone shading process required a few additional, brief, meetings with the team members to make adjustments. Turnaround times were very short! I could not be more pleased with how my new crown fits and how well it matches the other central incisor in both color and shading. Moreover, I am extremely appreciative of how enthusiastic Dr. Brodek and his colleagues sought to make sure that their work was done with the highest levels of care and quality!

Fantastic experience: I’ll respond for my daughter, who is developmentally disabled. We feel very fortunate that my daughter’s oral health is taken care of by such a patient and caring staff. We realize that persons with special need's present special challenges for those who provide care, But the staff at Dental associates seem to meet those challenges smoothly and effectively. Positive experience: What I don’t like is that my husband now cannot get an appointment because he called two times and both times he was sick when he had a cold sore real bad in his mouth the other one he had the bad flu Virus and now he’s consider that he has to make an appointment on the same day. So now he’s has to be punished for calling in.I think that’s BS. So we will be looking for another dental office we’ve been going there for over 25 years or so if not longer and I would let people know how bad this is. I might even put it on social media.

They have a large waiting room so you can stay away from others during this respiratory illness season. If you need extra time because of a physical challenge they are very helpful. Dr.Killian is a kind ,compassionate dentist who cares about your health and does not push expensive work unless you absolutely need it. A A+ dental practice. I am a retired educator and my wife worked as a dental hygrniest. We know a great healthcare facility when we use them.
