Fantastic experience: By far the best dentist experience i’ve ever had!!! I felt very welcomed and important as soon as I walked in, and throughout the whole appointment. Everything was explained to me and customized to my individual preferences. I also absolutely loved the TV and headphones while getting my cleaning! Everybody I met was very friendly and attentive!! I left feeling very certain that I found my new dentist!

Fantastic experience: Our family decided that we were ready to find a new local dentist. We have frequently driven past Your Oviedo Dentist (YOD), and I have always admired the outside aesthetic, so modern and clean looking! We decided to try them out as our new Dental provider today. My teen girls and I were wowed from the moment we walked in. From the personalized welcome, friendly staff, beverage station, massage chairs, and goodies bags, we were impressed even before the actual cleaning! The dental exam and cleaning were very thorough. We definitely felt like part of a new family, not just a number. My teens rated YOD 10/10 and said they no longer dread going to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: I recently discovered your oviedo dentist office by doing a a Google search for dental offices that don't require insurance. My experience was amazing the staff is friendly and took the time to address all of my concerns. Firstly for new patients they offer a $149.00 deal(how amazing). From the moment I walked into their offices I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist, given a tour of their offices and my appointment started on time. The entire staff is very friendly and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Fantastic experience: From the awesome greeting at reception, and the tour to the treatment plan, cleaning, and interaction with the dentist. The experience was five stars. I have had bad experiences with the dentist big box type set up before where I was just a number and there was no care involved. This was the farthest thing from that. The entire staff wanted to get to know me and make sure that this was a comfortable pleasant experience. Also, a special shout out to Anna, the best dental hygienist ever! There was no shaming, blaming, or any other “thing” commonly experienced at some of the other dentists I have seen. My Oviedo dentist has definitely earned my trust as a new and future patient.

An amazing culture, everyone is friendlier and sweeter than the next - and more importantly it’s genuine! They take the necessary and appropriate time, you never feel rushed. I was broke, I had no insurance and I needed an extraction. The experience was so positive that I had promised myself right then and there that when I could afford proper dentistry, I would go to Your Oviedo Dentist. I kept that promise to myself ... I’ve recommended friends and neighbors, and they’ve all had the same exceptional experience. Your Oviedo Dentist is truly the best dental office I’ve ever been to. Their customer service and professionalism are unmatched. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re treated with care and attention. The entire team—from reception to hygienists to providers—makes you feel valued and at ease throughout every step of the process. The providers are knowledgeable, gentle, personable, and never make you feel rushed. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you’re comfortable during every visit. All in all, I can’t imagine trusting my dental care to anyone else. Your Oviedo Dentist is simply outstanding.

Fantastic experience: As much as I hate going to the dentist , I was so excited that my brother's dentist took my Medicare advantage health plan because I went with him when I first moved over here and they have a great office, great office staff, great doctors and they relax you in the massage chairs️ and get all those nerves out before you sit for whatever procedure you're having. I've never had such a thorough cleaning in my entire life! And you get to watch movies while they're cleaning your teeth which has never been offered to me before in any dentist office. Oh and did I mention the goodie bags you get? Your Oviedo dentist really knows how to treat their patients! So if you have not been to your Oviedo dentist make your appointment now!

Fantastic experience: My Oviedo Dentist is by far the best place I have ever been to for my oral health care needs. I was made feel welcomed as soon as I walked in, the atmosphere is peaceful and pleasant. Everyone seems to be happy working here, all I saw were smiles. My dental technician Ana listened to my concerns and explained everything in great detail and easy to understand. She was very aware of my comfort level throughout the procedures, making sure I was ok. As a patient I value those traits very much and am actually looking forward for my follow up appointments. Fantastic experience: No wait time, super friendly staff, current technology and great doctors! 5-Star

Negative experience: The first visit went okay and they took many x rays and did quick cleaning. After viewing x ray dentist keep saying I need deep cleaning and when I saw bill for deep cleaning I almost had heart attack. Two types of deep cleaning was 1,000 dollars and over! Then what is purpose of having insurance then and paying out of pocket? The second visit I went today because my left side of mouth is swollen and hurting for few days and dentist didn’t do anything. The assistant was like to dentist she kept repeating I needed deep cleaning very few times and she didn’t allow me to explain to dentist why I was in pain. I couldn’t barely even speak and I looked like red tomato. I was supposed to get medications for pain and they never give it to me. My husband went to cvs pharmacy and pharmacy was like they didn’t do give you anything. When I call them back this Spanish lady answered saying they put it in and hanged up phone. They just care about money and charged me over $50 for x rays that was not necessary. Never in my life I paid past $50 to dentist or even regular doctor.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient at Your Oviedo Dentist for about four years now, and my experience has been consistently excellent. Most recently, I had an issue with a root canal that was out of warranty from another provider. The team at Your Oviedo Dentist went above and beyond to advocate on my behalf, even helping to arrange a free consultation—saving me over $300. It's clear they don't just care about teeth; they genuinely care about their patients' well-being. Their support has taken so much stress out of managing my dental health. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Fantastic experience: This is probably one the best run dentist's office I have been to. They are always on time! Hat's off to their management consultants. Everyone seems top notch, the premises are impeccably clean, they are constantly implementing new technological advances, and all staff are intent on excellence. That being said, their pricing reflects this earned pride. I'm sure they likely accept assignment on some insurances, but unfortunately, not mine. They do however file the claim, have you pay the difference at the time of service. If they overcharge you, rather than immediately refund you, they hold onto the credit and apply it to future services. This is likely, the most cost effective business approach. It works fine for me, but it would be nice if they asked your preference. That credit might be very much needed by some of their clientelle.

Fantastic experience: I have been dreading this day for a long time - taking my 4 year old to the dentist for the first time. She is such an anxious kiddo and even vomits when she’s super stressed. I’m not even exaggerating — tonight she asked to go back “many times and many days” to the dentist. I have idea what voodoo magic they’re doing at this dentist office, but it works. Holy cow. The welcome gift bag for her full of beach toys was a very sweet touch.

Fantastic experience: Today was a great visit. I personally make sure my appointments are with Dr. GUIRGUIS. He has great customer service, he is nice, efficient, quick, but also gets things done the right way. I will continue to always set my appointments when he is in the office. I also value consistency and having the same person and experience. He makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Great visit, great care, and awesome people. My very first appointment years ago- I knew that day I would be staying at your oviedo dentist because of the above review. I’ve also had a few teeth fixed and I love the payment plans they have allowed me to use, so I can pay the bill in payments without stressing. That was one of my biggest concerns when I moved to Florida and when I was looking for a dentist.

Fantastic experience: I really loved the experience. They were kind and polite. Gave me the facts about my teeth and didn’t make me feel bad. The facility was nice, clean, and seemed pretty fancy for a dentist office. They have multiple beverage bars, accessories for the taking, apps you can watch while getting cleanings (Disney+, Netflix, etc) and message chairs while you wait.

Fantastic experience: I was thoroughly impressed with the dentist office. It was my first time going and I will definitely go back and try to make this my permanent office. As I walked up to the door there was a board outside with a note saying welcome Mr. Darling. The interior was extremely clean and they even had massage chair chairs while you waited. Best dentist office ever.

Fantastic experience: I went in for xrays and I do have insurance and with my insurance my copay was going to be over 100 dollars which I didn't have. So she went to speak to billing and worked it out for a more affordable price. They didn't have to do that but It really helped me out. I really do like dr Nguyen and they understood what I have been going thru with trying to find a new dentist I hope i have finally found a local dentist

Originally, I had an appointment for the following week, but due to a lot of pain that morning, I called to see if I could reschedule for today. Thankfully, they were able to fit me in. Negative experience: I called to follow up with treatment and never received a call back. I would never recommend this place. They are a numbers company and don’t care about you. It’s a shame because at first they were great and shortly after the true colors came out. To put it plainly … they act like they have your best interest at heart and then they don’t even care about if you need antibiotics as well as a follow up call. I wish I could have given you no stars but it was not an option. This company does not deserve any awards or even a write up from any newspapers. You should be ashamed of yourselves. You take peoples money and toss them aside. I employ everyone who experience this with this company to speak out.

Fantastic experience: Editing my initial review to include that Dr. Hajek also worked on my 7 year-old daughter, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was so kind and made my daughter feel so comfortable and calm! Wow - I don’t even know where to start. From the moment you walk in, whoever is working the front desk greets you with a smile and welcomes you. If it’s your first visit, you get a tour of the facility - and that’s when you realize this is essentially a dental spa, not an office. I can’t even describe it, and I’ll leave the surprise to you so you can experience it yourself. Personally, I’ve dealt with dental issues for a few years now due to circumstances in my life that made it difficult - albeit impossible - to visit a dentist regularly. My first appointment was for a dental emergency. I met with Dr. Arianna Hajek - she sat with me, showed me my x-rays, explained to me what was going on, what needed to be done, and really helped me understand the game plan and recommended course of action. I’d be lying if I said any other dentist had ever made me feel like I mattered the way that Dr. Hajek did. She made sure I understood what she was saying and was open to any questions I had. I did end up having to get a back tooth extracted due to an old metal filling and severe decay. I got to listen to my favorite podcast the entire time, and Dr. Hajek and her wonderful dental assistant (her name slips my memory now and I feel terrible about it - she was great!) kept me informed every step of the way. They continuously asked if I needed a break, if I was OK, and kept me updated throughout the procedure. I was given thorough aftercare instructions that left me with minimal questions. As with any extraction, the next few days were tough and painful - but Dr. Hajek PERSONALLY called my cell phone to check on me and make sure I was doing ok, while insisting that if I needed anything to be sure I called the office. WHAT?! I am a lifetime, forever patient of Your Oviedo Dentist and Dr. Hajek. The care, compassion, ingenuity, transparency, and honesty I have experienced thus far is truly unparalleled. Plus - they have really awesome massage chairs! If I could give 10 stars, I would. I 100000% recommend.

Negative experience: I referred my brother to Your Ovideo Dentist because I had an exceptional experience. Unfortunately, that was not the same experience my brother had. He booked his appointment letting Your Ovideo Dentist know he would need a root canal and crown. He was very sure of this because he got previous work a few days ago done at another dentist and was told exactly what needed to be finished. Your Ovideo Dentist took my brothers appointment and gave him X-Rays. They told my brother the cost and that his insurance would cover the cost but left out that he would need to pay out of pocket then reach out to his insurance to be reimbursed. This was a huge expense he was not expecting. My brother would have went somewhere else that would use his insurance upfront instead of being reimbursed on the back end. VERY UPSETTING. Also, they took my brothers appointment knowing that they do not service root canals!! They sent him to a different place to get the root canal and once he got there, he needed X Rays AGAIN due to the fact that the place he was sent needed a different type of X Ray. If you don’t service root canals then why take someone’s appointment that needs a root canal? Had Your Ovideo Dentist of given this information to him, he would have just went somewhere else that services root canals. He now has WASTED $400 on X Rays from Your Oviedo Dentist due to their lack of communication. My brother now has to pay for different X Rays AGAIN. To me, this seems very money hungry accepting appointments you know you can’t service and making him pay for X Rays that were useless when he could of went to a dentist that services root canals and had X Rays done from them. Leaving out the fact that someone will have to pay upfront and be reimbursed by their insurance after is careless.

Fantastic experience: I had the absolute best experience at Oviedo Dentistry! From the moment you pull into the parking lot, you can tell this place is special. The exterior is absolutely gorgeous, and they make accessibility a priority with designated handicap parking and a convenient ramp. As soon as you walk in, you’re warmly greeted by the front desk staff, who immediately make you feel welcome. They even give you a little tour of the office, which is pristine, modern, and incredibly inviting. One of the highlights is the massage chairs in the waiting area, along with a cute little drink bar stocked with coffee, tea, water, and other refreshments—such a nice touch to make you feel comfortable! During the tour, they give you a personalized welcome bag with your name on it, a mug, and some other little surprises, which I thought was such a thoughtful detail. Once you’re called back, the dental team takes high-quality images of your teeth and displays them on a screen so you can see everything clearly. The hygienists and dentist walk you through any concerns in real time, using the camera to show you exactly what they’re seeing. It’s a level of transparency and patient education I’ve never experienced at any other dentist. Another standout feature is the TV with headphones in each exam room. You can watch something while they work, so you’re not just stuck listening to dental tools the whole time—it makes a huge difference! The staff also takes time to get to know you personally, asking about your interests and hobbies, and they even share that information with the dentist, making the whole visit feel personal and caring. What I really appreciated was their honesty. They didn’t try to upsell unnecessary procedures—any cosmetic suggestions were purely optional, and they reassured me that nothing urgent needed to be done unless I wanted it. They even cleaned my retainers for free, which was such a nice bonus! Plus, they go over pricing in advance so you’re never surprised by a bill. I can confidently say that Oviedo Dentistry is unlike any other dental office I’ve been to. They prioritize patient comfort, education, and a stress-free experience. I’m actually excited for my next cleaning in six months—how often can you say that about a dentist? If you haven’t been here yet, you need to check them out. It’s more than just a dental appointment—it’s an experience!

Fantastic experience: I have been with Your Oviedo Dentist for 12 years now and I am still amazed about their care and excellent service. Dr. Lopez and Dr. Colon are my dentists and they both are high quality dentists for normal dental care and also cosmetic dental procedures. The staff is always friendly. Never long waiting time They also take good care of my husband and my sons. If I ever move I will miss them terribly. BEST dentists and hygienists I ever had!!

Fantastic experience: The doctors here are very knowledgeable and make me feel comfortable at every appointment. They are honest and conservative with treatment whereas other practices told me I had 12 cavities, Dr.Guirguis found only 4 at my new patient exam after years of me being too scared to see a dentist. Dr.Colon placed an onlay for me which was made same day so I did not have to deal with multiple appointments and a temporary onlay. Dr.Guirguis handled my other 3 fillings and even fit me in same day for adjustments when I noticed the filling needed some extra polishing to smooth it out. I also had a wisdom tooth removed by Dr.Hajek who was phenomenal! Not a second of pain during the extraction nor at any point in recovery. No soreness, swelling, or bruising. This practice has helped so much with my fear of dentists and I feel 100% confident trusting them with my care. Even the numbing before a procedure is painless with their method of administering the shots, plus getting to watch whatever show or movie you pick during the procedure makes everything fly by. The hygienist who worked with me and the dental assistants were also great at answering all my questions, helping me understand the steps of the procedure, and making me feel at ease. I feel like I am at a med spa here rather than the dentist, even the front desk greets you by name when you walk in the door!

Fantastic experience: 2.21.25 for a routine cleaning. Excellent experience - Gina was the hygienist ... arrive a little early to take advantage of the super awesome message recliner ****5.8.24 for a cleaning and routine appointment. Again the experience was excellent. I arrived early and had a few minutes to relax in the massage chair. That's a super help to getting my BP down and getting relaxed for the appointment. We highly recommend Your Oviedo Dentist - and Kaitlin was awesome. *********Excellent service, professional, super clean, modern and relaxing . . . .it's been a great transition to this office. We've only been with Your Oviedo Dentist for two years after being with our previous dentist for 22 years (he moved and "retired"). Kim and I LOVE the staff and dentists here at Your Oviedo Dentist. Today, I (Sidney) had a regular cleaning visit with Toni who did the work. Toni is beyond awesome! I didn't think that they could be better, but sure enough, today was the day. Thank you Your Oviedo Dentist. We highly recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: I give Dr. Lopez and his incredible staff 5 Stars...From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with smiles and a very warm welcome from everyone! I am a Baby Boomer and like many of us I had a very traumatic experience years ago which started, needless to say for years, avoiding any Dentist visit until it becomes an emergency visit... well... this visit was an Emergency visit because I waited until the last minute due to my fear of the Dentist. Due to the severity of my needs they even fit me in between their very busy schedule. That in itself speaks volumes...Well needless to say I no longer have that fear of the Dentist, and I owe that all to Dr. Lopez and his wonderful staff at The Oviedo Dentist! Fantastic experience: Very welcoming! I have never received extraordinary service in any other place like this one did. Front desk receptionist (I believe her name was Ruth) welcomed me with this little gift and provided a tour of the office introducing the physicians & dental hygienists. She also provided me with little goodies such as stress balls ,floss key chains etc… office space and bathroom were extremely clean. They offer complimentary water,coffee, hot chocolate. Dental hygienist Greta was the sweetest soul she explained every little thing she was doing and listened to my preferences. As a patient I felt heard and cared for, thank you so much. Dr.Hanjek was very gentle and explanatory. Billing Director Morgan was very sweet, provided me with a blanket during my appointment because she noticed I was cold. That source of action told me the employees really do pay attention to their patients. Safe to say I had an amazing experience, will recommend.

Once I got brought back to my room Megan was absolutely amazing walking me through everything step by step, and once the procedure started they both made me feel comfortable.
