Positive experience: The office staff is nice and the visit was quick my only issue is the staff should please take notice before lifting the chairs my 3 ur old was in the chair to get treated and her arm was caught because the staff memeber didn't notice, but to his credit as soon as he was notified her arm was stuck he quickly let the chair down to allow her to move her arm.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Experience with Dr. Rosenfeld and Her Team! We had such a wonderful experience with Dr.Rosenfeld and her dental assistant. They were incredibly kind, patient, and professional with my son. Negative experience: Very disappointing experience. We brought our son in for a broken front tooth—an issue they had previously fixed quickly and well. This time, even though we made an appointment and explained it was a cosmetic emergency, they told us after we arrived that they likely couldn’t fix it. Then said another patient showed up, so they wouldn’t treat him. They even charged us for x-rays and cleaning we didn’t need (refunded later). Total waste of time. We could’ve gone elsewhere if they had just been honest on the phone. Not coming back.

Fantastic experience: I was pleasantly surprised that we were seen a bit earlier than our appointment, which was amazing because we always arrive early. Negative experience: Left this practice after years as patients due to incorrect information from their dentist. Despite notifying them MULTIPLE TIMES over the last few months that we're no longer their patients they keep calling every few days asking to schedule appointments for my kids, to the point of harassment. Do yourselves a favor and go to a better dentist.

Fantastic experience: I came today to get four of my children teeth cleaned. Their age range from 4-15. Beatriz, Sonia, Ismardy, and Valentina was amazing! They took really good care of my babies. Negative experience: Unfortunately, I can't leave a positive review. The first time we visited, we didn’t feel pressured by the staff to add unnecessary treatments. However, it has now become obvious that they are becoming increasingly greedy. My 7-year-old son has a minor cavity on a baby tooth, yet they provided a quote of $2,700 spread over four appointments, because apparently, they need that much time to treat a simple cavity. I cannot recommend this dentist based on our experience.

Negative experience: I’m usually pleased with the service but I noticed this time it’s all new staff members none I’m used to seeing but that’s not point I really didn’t care for the end of the appointment when the Dentist check the kids teeth and spoke to the parents I was told it went by whoever finished first and that’s not what happened My daughter was the only BLACK child there at that moment and was checked last, although she was finished first So yes, I think it’s a race thing and Mannie may disagree, but I was there to witness it firsthand and I didn’t appreciate it and at this point I’m looking into other Dental places to see who can service my child because that situation made me uncomfortable and also her when I spoke to her after we left the office at first, I thought it was by whoever had the appointment first which it was a young lady there they called her in first then called us next then a man came with his son and they came in third and my daughter was the first one to be done with her cleaning, but the last one to be seen by the dentist and again it’s colorism also, the new dentist that’s there. My daughter needs two fillings and some other work done on the front tooth. She did not. Give me a Option to schedule the appointment to get to work done she told me that the work was going to happen at that moment while I was standing there and I disagree to it and I feel like she had a little attitude because I didn’t agree to get the crowns on my daughter teeth at that moment, reminding you guys that I’m here for a cleaning so that was not part of my day and the tech was nice enough to ask me if I would like to schedule to get it done

Negative experience: Terrible experience, the office staff is very rude— and dismissive. They do not have any consideration of parents having to take off of work to make their child’s appointments. They cancelled my appointment once I got to the office after I took five hours off of work. The appointment was already confirmed. Very unprofessional and a waste of time. There has been plenty of times where I’m waiting 45 minutes to an hour for her treatment and they miss handled me in the worst way because their staff had to go to lunch. No grace or empathy for patients. I’d rather not have any organization that treats their customers like this, treating my child. I requested all of my daughter’s documents so she can be seen by a different dental office. They are always rushing, and not personable anyway. I have advised all of my family and friends to do the same because I referred them to this to dental office.

Fantastic experience: After havong an insatisfactory interaction with a dentist that same morning in other practice, this place help me out the most. They were very kind, the personal was really helpfull acomodating us that same day with a dentist and getting us ready in no time. Vali in the front desk was very kind and addressed every concer we had with ease. The odontoloist and dentis that saw my kids were very precise and open to conversation regarding their diagnostic and every doubt or concern I has in regards their treatments. The place is very clean and everyone I interacted with had a good disposition.

Fantastic experience: Our first time visiting this place of business, I must say the assistant Latoya Friday was a very BIG help for me and my family, as she welcomed us apart of the dental family to start. She was very informative and provided great professional feedback in regard to our concerns and questions throughout the visit. My child was very happy that she walked him through the dental procedure from the start to the finishing of the visit addressing his little question’s ,And even providing him with great feedback into why taking care of his very young teeth was important at this time in his life. My child left with educational key points given by Latoya to look forward to on his next dental appointment. The Ladies at the front desk were also a big help with payment arrangements and the rescheduling process. The Great Team work was a huge success !

Fantastic experience: I had braces for about 1 year and my teeth turned out perfect! I really love the experience and staff at this office. My last visit was two years ago with Dr.Spencer for a retainer check and he assisted with adjusting it. Of course i didn’t wear my retainer consistently so i felt like spacing was starting so i made another appointment for a checkup. Sonia assisted me and remember me from my first case as a young child and is still very lovely as always. I rate this office above a 5!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Spencer is one of the best dentists i have been too , And Sonia Ever time I go to her she ask me how I've been and if I have been brushing my teeth good . They are very nice and are very gentle when cleaning my teeth . I have had my braces for about 6 to 8 months and my teeth have become very straight in a short amount of time , I believe that I will have my braces taken off in about 4-5 more months thanks to the help of Dr. Spencer and Sonia wonderful work .

Fantastic experience: Dr. Spencer and Dr. Sonia Calaigian have done an amazing job with my teeth alignment. I wanted to get my teeth aligned since I was 15 but he recommended to wait a little longer till I'm 18 to start the treatment. So when I turned 18 we started the treatment and one and half years past, I’m 19 now and they have done such an amazing job throughout the whole process. Couldn’t have asked for a better clinic to do it in. The best in South Florida.

Negative experience: All those glorious reviews are written by the staff and their families. Don’t believe them. They’re liers. Absolutely horrible office, rude nasty management, services are of a poor quality. Just stay away. Your kids don’t deserve such disservice Answer to their response. They’re bullying their way up by glorifying themselves how awesome they’re. Such an audacity. That should have been by the patients but not by Dr office themselves. a Shame !

Fantastic experience: Dr.Rosenfeld is amazing. She’s very passionate with my kids. Her professionalism is top tier. She cares and explains everything with full details. Dental assistant’s Romer and Ismary definitely have the gift and patience for kids. My son who is a fighter brushing his teeth was at peace and cooperated without a fight.
