Negative experience: I’m genuinely confused how this place has so many glowing reviews it honestly makes me question if they’re even real. Every time I’ve gone, I’ve had to wait nearly an hour just to be told they couldn’t perform the procedure. Either they didn’t have the necessary parts, or they suddenly expected upfront payment without ever clearly communicating that beforehand. They didn’t even bother to call to confirm my appointment, but when they want to change it, they’ll blow up your phone with multiple calls and then catch an attitude when you tell them it’s not okay to be constantly shifting people’s appointments without reason. It feels completely disorganized and unprofessional. After giving them multiple chances, I’m beyond disappointed. I really wish I could leave zero stars. If you value your time and basic communication, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Negative experience: Just know this place is incompetently ridiculous in regards to sending pre-authorizations for dental cost coverage to your insurance. They told me it would take 3-6 weeks to get a response from my insurance and to call them if I received a response 1st. The date of my appt a female staff member stood in front of me, got on the PC and told me she was sending it. I only waited 5 weeks, then decided to call my insurance and was told that they never received it. To try and make a long story short....I had an exhausted few weeks calling back and forth bwt their customer service line and my insurance for 505 to finally send it incorrect and incomplete. Yes, I was definitely denied by my insurance! However, I did call 505 one last time a few weeks ago to see if they could rectify the issue and was told by their Rep that I was going to receive a call back. Yet, I'm still waiting. Anyway, thank God I have little to no pain in my very damaged molars and was able to figure out how to chew on 1 side of my mouth until I was able to find another dental office to help me .

The last time i went to the dentist it was horrible so coming in i was very very nervous, but between the front desk staff to the dental assistants to doctor tran himself amazinggg. They made me feel comfortable coming to this office to get what i need done done. I Already have two appointments booked with him to do some work.

Negative experience: Years ago I went here and asked how to whiten my front tooth. The lady dentist told me I needed a root canal. So I did the root canal without doing any research on it at all, and right away while she was doing it, I knew I made a big mistake. All I wanted was my tooth whitened and what she did was ruin my tooth, ruin my face due to bone loss, made me worst off. I had to get the root canal extracted due to bone loss and infection. Now I look horrible. She was a grifter and ruined my tooth and looks all due to profit. Can't stand this industry. My life is forever ruined. Total disaster. Will never be touched ever again by any medical or dental professional

Negative experience: Phone etiquette is non-existent. I don’t know what the sense of urgency is with the phone calls , like they are being timed , but you all need to slow down. The “urgency” over the phone is impolite quite frankly. Thank God I am not a senior citizen trying to make an appointment over the phone. A one star review because first impressions are everything. If you can be that impolite over the phone , I can only imagine what the experience is like in person.

Negative experience: They do not answer the phone as I have been calling for weeks! My dad has been coming here for the past 4 months trying to get dentures but this office and dentist have been prolonging the process so they can get as much money as they can from his insurance! This place seems a little off and scam like. I’m not happy with the service at all! Will definitely be looking into a new dentist as soon as possible!

Fantastic experience: Ive been coming here for years off and on. The place got a face lift but the staff energy is still comfortable. And to see a familiar face (Ms. Lisa) is always comforting with her excellent reception mannerisms.

Positive experience: **This is an honest review** I came to this dentist clinic for a general check up and a cleaning. I do not have any experience about extractions or other dental procedure. This is my short pro and cons of this place: The pro: the staff is incredibly friendly and the assistant checking the patients out had such a calming and sweet personality! This made the transaction and appointment booking straightforward in my case. I felt respected and welcomed. The con: the wait time is very long. Expect to be there a couple hours at least. i had a general cleaning done and was expecting more than just a quick polish. Generally when I get a cleaning (scaling) it is a bit more meticulous and usually takes 30 to 45 mins for proper cleaning and is recommended ever 6 months. However I was surprised to be done in less than 10 mins. I was told I didn’t need a deep cleaning. I am assuming a thorough cleaning is meant to be done by a hygienist and I have always had a detailed cleaning done every 6 months in the past regardless. If you are expecting a deep clean and have decent hygiene, I would go to a hygienist. I also believe the reason this clinic has many 5 stars is because after check out the patient is asked to write a review before spinning the wheel to receive a gift. So I do feel in a way it is incentivized.

Negative experience: Don’t know why there are so many amazing reviews, stay away from this place. None of the staff are experienced, they gave me a dental scan when I came in for a cleaning and charged me out of pocket without my consent. Faye is incompetent and they constantly try to sell you procedures that your insurance won’t cover and tell you you’re broke if you don’t do these unnecessary procedures. The one dentist here saw me for all of 30 seconds before he was “out for the day” at 2PM on a weekday. Avoid at all costs.

Negative experience: My experience with the dental clinic was very bad. Their only goal seems to be extracting teeth in order to push for implants. They never even consider treating the tooth. In my opinion, a tooth should not be removed as long as there is even a small chance it can be saved or treated.

Fantastic experience: TLDR: Clean office and bathroom, helpful friendly staff, Dr. Adam and his assistant Brian answered every question I had before the procedure began and checked in with me repeatedly to confirm all was well throughout my procedure (two fillings and two sealants), worked with me on the price of my sealants since it was an out of pocket payment of $80 each. Helped reduce the price to $65 each. And thank you so much to Lisa at the front desk who facilitated my referral with patience and professionalism and offered a fun incentive for me posting an honest review before leaving the office! Long version: They seem to be pretty busy so there is a lot of activity and the little room I was in did not have a door, but despite the busyness they remain focused on me as the patient and on their tasks. The first time I came, they did a comprehensive evaluation of my teeth and needed to wait for approval before doing anything further. They scheduled me for a root canal, two fillings, and a cleaning. They said I could complete all three procedures the next time I came but then canceled my cleaning and were unable to perform my root canal as they were still awaiting approval. It also turns out that a necessary medicine they use during a root canal called biopure would not be covered by my insurance and would cost an additional $695 out of pocket. My pockets don’t currently got it so I asked for an alternative solution and they provided me a referral. So my dental journey is ongoing but overall, 505 has worked with me to help me achieve my dental health affordably and effectively.
