Amazing hours and was able to get an appointment within the same week as calling. Dr Patel was very kind and knowledgeable. My hygienist, Sierra, was what made the whole experience! She was kind, calm, gentle, and very knowledgeable. She explained everything as she was doing it and made me feel so much more at ease. Cannot say enough good things about Sierra, Dr Patel, the receptionist crew, and the whole Branchview team. So happy to have found such a great dentist here in Concord!

Just wish they accepted my insurance so I only use them dental cleaning. First time i don't have to use numbing cream to get my teeth cleaned.

Fantastic experience: Had major dental surgery performed along with a full set of dentures made and put in the same day,l never dreamed anything like that happened, Dr Chu and staff put it all together and now I have a smile that anyone would be proud of, have had nothing but compliments and alot of being done.if you need any kind of dental work done,this is the place to go,professional and caring people all wrapped up in one,you won't get no better,and by the way, I am a very picky person!!

Fantastic experience: My experience with this dental office was excellent- every person was welcoming, professional, informative respectful and kind.

Positive experience: I waited for the doctor’s examination for a whole hour. They took an X-ray in just five minutes, and the rest of the time I was just waiting for the doctor. He finally came in, looked at everything in one minute, and told me I needed two fillings. But I had already scheduled the appointment for two fillings, not to sit and wait just to get a diagnosis and verdict. I don’t have an extra two hours to book another appointment just for the fillings! And the only reason this happened is because I came as a new patient. So for my first visit, they decided to keep me waiting for an entire hour instead of just doing everything they did in the first five minutes and then actually doing the fillings. I don’t even have insurance — I’m paying out of pocket, and I was ready to pay for everything right then and there. But this whole bureaucratic process just drives me crazy. If I came in and asked for two fillings, why can’t they just do it here and now? —— UPD May 30, 2025 They call me back and provide discount,I’ve got explanations and so on … so,I’ll try to give them a chance.

Fantastic experience: The hardest part of relocating is finding new doctors/dentist. I was lucky and hit the jackpot with Branchview. From the very first call, the receptionist, to the hygienist, to the Dentist, the entire experience from start to finish is top notch. Everyone is so professional, kind, truly care about your health and finances ( never any upselling of suggested procedures/products). Appointments availability and office hours are accommodating for all types of schedules. I have been going here for over a year now, and every single experience is just like the first. The review below is from todays visit on 4/25/2003 As before, excellent everything. The staff are really nice and professional, the Practitioners are just fantastic. I have had a molar that had a piece break away several months ago and the Dentist I saw today showed me the x-ray, explained the purpose and process for a crown, and after one of the staff explained what my insurance should cover and what my cost would be, I will be seeing an appointment to have the crawn done. Again, I really am impressed with Branchview Dental and trust them.

Fantastic experience: I will start this review by saying I have SEVERE dental anxiety. So, my worst nightmare happened when I woke up this morning and realized something was wrong with my tooth. I was greeted by the most friendly front desk ladies. When it was my time to go back, the dental assistant was beyond amazing. I expressed all my fears with her and she reassured me that she was passing no judgment on me and that I would be taken great care of. Once my X-rays came back it was clear I had a chip in my tooth accommodating by a lovely cavity. And not just any cavity but my first cavity in my 31 years of life. I was nervous but was given plenty of reassurance that it would be okay. They gave me a nice warm blanket and to my surprise I didn’t feel a single thing! Thank you to all the staff that helped me today. I’ll be back soon!
