Negative experience: Can't believe I was told by the dentist that I needed to get my wisdom teeth removed. Had to go somewhere else for a consultation so they can verify if it's true since my insurance doesn't cover the surgery here. I was told my teeth are absolutely fine and those aren't even wisdom teeth. You know maybe stop lying to your patients saying that they need their wisdom teeth extracted as soon as possible just to make money out of it.

Negative experience: Went here for pain when chewing. Told me I needed a crown and a cleaning, but the dentist was only in on Thursday and Fridays and I had to reschedule for a cleaning? Then after they would put a crown on. I come back 2 weeks later at my scheduled appointment and I sit in the operating room for over 2 hours waiting!! Never even saw a dentist. They don’t value your time and it’s very unprofessional . Even if this is the closest place that takes your insurance, I promise you it’s not worth it. You will get the runaround and they will do everything to collect a payment without performing any work. Avoid avoid avoid!

Fantastic experience: It was my first visit and it was a highly satisfactory one! Brenda (assistant) was so kind and respectful! I was nervous and she made feel uncomfortable and at ease. Her kind way of explaining everything I was sure I was in the right place! Dr. Fidy was amazing and thorough in his assessment. The best dental visit I’ve had in a very long time! I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I chipped the tooth and called Geeenberg dental in the Winter Haven and got in the same day. After doctor Fidy informed me that I needed a crown they contacted insurance and the 1st day the insurance gave the approval I got into the office. The whole process from scheduling to the partial crown to the final product was nearly painless. I am absolutely thrilled with the service.I received.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever. ( Dr. Melissa Jae Yeon You ) was super rough with my kid and had zero empathy. Didn’t care if they were scared, anxious, or had a disability. When I spoke up, she completely belittled me and made me feel dumb—then banned us from the practice for even saying how we felt. The front desk? Rude, never answers the phone, and literally laughed while a kid was crying. This place is a joke. Don’t bring your kids here

Negative experience: I've called numerous times the last week, sent an email, and left a message for the front desk manager with the one and only person who answered the phone (a surgical tech). And still have not received a return call to schedule an appointment :/ Update: After finally getting an appointment, I found the office to be nice and professional. The Dentist, Dr. Fidy, was very polite and forthright. He answered all of my questions, and showed me pictures of the issues I needed to address. Also, his assistant Steph was very kind. She also answered all my questions. She apologized for my trouble getting an appointment. My hygienist (a Spanish lady) didn't catch her name, was very sweet. We laughed a lot during my cleaning. She did a great job! Although they are Very Busy, the wait time in office was minimal. My only suggestion would be to fix the incoming calls issue. Update: Pain with new crown. The Dr refused to put me on his schedule unless I was coming in for another paid visit. I went somewhere else. They told me the crown was bad, and I had to pay out of pocket for another new crown.

Fantastic experience: All the ladies at the front desk are always so helpful. They are very kind and creates a welcoming atmosphere when you go there for appointments.

Fantastic experience: This was the best place to go , if you want to be treated with kindness and professionalism, I highly recommend Ramez Fidy and Maggie at the front desk is amazing and very helpful and kind . Overall my experience there was 10/10 and and will continue to go here special thank you to Stephanie I highly recommend her also !

Negative experience: My husband was having tooth pain and couldn't get into our regular dentist so I found Greenburg online and they said they took emergency patients. He went and ended up being told he needed a root canal and crown. $1500 later and that was all done. We both went back for cleanings because we couldn't get into our dentist for months and wanted to get our covered cleaning through insurance in time. I was told I needed 8 crowns and he was told he needed 6. Husband has never even had a cavity or filling and never had a root canal or crown until he went to them. We both felt suspicious about it because we have never needed extreme dental work like that and we always get 2 cleanings and x-rays a year. I went for my next cleaning at my regular dentist and he said I needed 1 filling and everything else looked great. We both strongly feel like they lie to push expensive dental work on people who don't need it and we are also left wondering if he really needed the root canal and crown or if a filling would have been sufficient. I think someone needs to investigate this office.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited for a filling, and I couldn't be more pleased with the care I received. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel comfortable and at ease. The dentist was incredibly attentive, explained each step of the process clearly, and made sure I felt safe and informed the entire time. What really stood out was their gentle approach and genuine concern for my comfort which is something that can make a big difference when you're in the dental chair. The procedure was smooth, and I left feeling confident that I was in great hands.

Fantastic experience: They are friendly and professional, I was taken in to see the doctor in timely manor then sent to wait for my teeth to be cleaned which was a longer wait. My appointment was 12:30 pm and I didn't get out till after 2:00pm. I am happy with rk I had done. I think they need more hygieists.

Fantastic experience: I had one of the best experiences at Greenberg Dental and orthodontics. I have a Fear of going to the dentist and I also suffer from anxiety and panic attacks. So by going somewhere that I am uncomfortable sometimes I get uncontrollable anxiety which leads to a panic attack for me. Dr. Fidy Stopped what he was doing, and took the time to walk me outside to look at the lake and help me through what I was going through. He did not make me feel stupid or like I was crazy. He held my hand And acted like someone I had known for years honestly it makes me cry, just writing this. From The second I walked in I was greeted by the assistant Manny. He is not only caring and sympathetic, but also completely friendly and hilarious to talk with. He made me feel comfortable and at ease honestly, I don’t know what I would’ve done without him. I probably would’ve walked out. I’m sending a huge shout out to both of these men and I’m thanking them from the bottom of my heart for helping me through my experience at the dentist. I also want to thank them for being human and treating me like I was a part of their family.

Negative experience: Worst experience of my life I suggest you find a new dentist! I had a bad tooth infection and they didn’t give me any meds to cure and also when I got them pulled I kept telling them I could feel it at that point they should have suggested I be put to sleep or come back when the infection clears up they did none of those things and decided to pull all three of them anyways. I felt everything I screamed on the top of my lungs I squeezed the lady’s hand so tight and almost broke the chair frm squeezing it. I am now terrified of dentist as that scared me. Oh and I just went to an oral surgeon for another tooth and I pointed out I feel something sharp where they pulled those teeth out they said it’s bone fragments AKA bone spurs. I will never go back o Greenburg and I will make sure to tell everyone my story and to find another dentist if they’re thinking bout going to them because they’re horrible!

Negative experience: No concern for anyones time. Appointment was for 10am we arrived half hour early and are currently waiting for an hour after our scheduled appointment to see the dentist. Nobody has came to give us an explanation for the wait. Hopefully someone will come in the next hour or we have to walk out. Terrible customer service if you have the option to take your children anywhere else do. They need to fire whoever is in charge of scheduling and get someone who is competent.

Negative experience: 2 star only cause the assistant was helpful and nice, for the dentist he was rude for no reason, I mainly went to get my crown back on and it was my first time there, the dentist asked me where i got my teeth done when i told him where which is my home country where i came from and from my primary dentist, im pretty sure he assumed it was done in turkey or something he was abit rude not even asking about what i got done or my dental history assuming things that isnt the case for my teeth trying to force treatment i wasnt there for. I dont think ill go back there again.

Negative experience: Customer service zero, right down to the Dentist. He walked in the room and said hey to me as the Parent, he did not even speak to the patient and preceded to invade is mouth with a syringe. That is Dr Jonathan Daniel.

Fantastic experience: I’m difficult due to surgery, making it difficult for dental exam and procedures. The dentist here were patient and absolutely knew how to navigate my issues. I highly recommend!!

Negative experience: Worse place ever , I started ortho treatment with them and I wanted to remove the braces this man telling me I have to pay $600 to remove them! Keep in mind this is where I’ve been going for my dental care for over 6 years! When I tell him I can’t pay $600 to remove the braces and u have insurance he stated that insurance doesn’t cover it and that he can go down to $400! So u leave from $600-$400 in a space of 2 mins! Don’t do there they are a rip off!! This thief right here!

Positive experience: 1st visit (**star) at Greenberg Dental in Winter Haven, (10/2021), my visit was awful, dentist (female) was having a conversation with someone else during exam (about personal business) was the worst ever hygienist was very HARSH during cleaning... ........ 2/24/2023 2nd visit (*****star) with Greenburg, was much, much better, Dentist (male) was truly nice/ attentive. Even the hygienist was great! Thanks.

Fantastic experience: I'm 83 and my first time going to a Greenberg Dental facility!! I was a little apprehensive but once inside the facility it was very clean and with up to date equipment and friendly. The 3 receptionist I was guided to, since i entered there Specialiy Doctor entrance and didn't know they hand another entrance door for Dental Care, were Margaret, Maggie, and Sheena who were very friendly and considerate in guiding me through the protocol of 1st time visit. Then to xray, next, Dr. Daniel who examined my teeth, next was Tatiana the hygienist who was great. So great experience and a TEN* rating. Thank you staff for your patience and kindness!!

If Dr Fidy tells you you need something, you can trust that it's TRUE. Stephany his crown technician has been with him 8 yrs.& is great! I am 81 yrs. Old, , been with Fidy s office since 2016, numerous cleanings, fillings, crowns. They are good people!

Fantastic experience: I’m terrified of dental office but when I came to Greenberg for a complete exam Margarita front desk receptionist has great customer service skills, acknowledging patients while attending to the phone calls while in the back room, the assistance also were very friendly, Dr Fidy was very kind and quick while attending me, he made me feel comfortable as well as the rest of the team. Fantastic experience: I was in extreme pain with a swollen cheek. I was referred by a family member, called the office and Margarita the front desk receptionist assist me, she was so professional she got me in same day. The entire front desk and Dr Fidy were so fast and friendly I recommend this place. Ask for Margarita she goes above and beyond to make sure your visit is pleasant.

Fantastic experience: Went in for a general visit for some dental work, the staff was helpful and courteous. I would like to point out, Maggie in particular was very polite and helpful with getting me in and out and with filling out my paperwork. Typically I am very nervous about going to dentist but Maggie made me feel comfortable and I’d recommend this business to family and friends!

Negative experience: If i could leave zero stars I would. I made an appointment to clean my teeth. I went in at 8 am Wednesday the 20th of November 2024 . Just to keep it simple no one in that office is professional including the dentist that only greeted me and looked for a second at my teeth and recommended two crowns. Wow I have never been treated this badly by a dentistry company. I do not recommend them to others stay away.....

Negative experience: I choose this dentist as they are close and considered in network for my insurance. No major dental concerns just needed a dentist in area and basic x-rays and cleaning. Made appointment at 7am as I work at 8am. Thought no problem first appointment of the day no time to be behind. Boy was I wrong. I seen people waiting outside building so I waited until 7am to walk up. By the time they opened doors it was a few minutes after 7am. Another patient was so angry about being left outside he made a good point asking why they didn't open they doors for early appointments. The staff responded they have to get office ready for day, he stated then they should make appointments for 7:15am or whatever time you can have office ready (it was a good point). They had us all take a seat. The guy that was angry to start with ended up leaving and telling them to cancel appointment. We all slowly waited in the waiting room as employees started arriving to work (well after 7am) and they started calling people back. It was finally my turn at 7:45 am. I went back and had my x-rays done quickly. Then the dentist came in for literally 10 seconds to look in my mouth. Then the guy who did the x-rays (who I actually thought was a dental technician) brought me back to the waiting room to wait to see dental technician to get teeth cleaned. Finally got call to go get teeth cleaned quickly. The whole experience was extremely annoying and frustrating. They clearly don't value patients time and overschedule to things they cannot commit too. I can't speak to work because didn't have anything really done. Overall didn't feel welcomed or valued as a new patient at all. Not even the typical free Toothbrush or anything you normally get at normal dentist. Just felt like patients are an inconvenience.

Hygienist - Ana • Cleaned my teeth, she was polite, and quick at her job and got the job done. Dentist Assistant - Jean • Got my records ready and got the hygienist to do the job. Polite, quick at her job and got the job done. Coordinator – Daniela • Got my money and scheduled my next appointment – polite and quick at her job. Overall the Greenberg Dentist staff should be proud of their care to their patients – I am proud of them. The cost is another topic altogether - again adds to the “frosting on the cake.” Thanks Greenberg Dentist staff for giving me a great experience. I do like your insurance cost and the deal it has to offer to their patients. Again thanks and have a nice day! Negative experience: Greenberg dental is a scam. I went here 2 years ago and was told I had 11 cavities. Since I’ve never had any before I didn’t trust this opinion. Just went to see another dentist this week and they said I was completely fine with healthy teeth. The cleaning I also got here was also quick and painful. Didn’t post this before because I didn’t know how truly terrible this clinic was.

Negative experience: The people at the front desk are so rude! I was asking them simple questions about my appointment and the woman had such an awful attitude. she just looked at me like I’m stupid and giving me this dirty look. Almost like I was just wasting her time. I ended up canceling my appointment because I didn’t wanna put up with it anymore. Woman at the front desk had glasses with bangs and was probably in her 50s. Very rude. Won’t be back! Learn to treat people with respect! You could tell all those ladies hated their job.

Fantastic experience: Just had oral surgery today. My situation was complicated since one of my wisdom teeth was like upside down and fused to the jaw. I was so worried when I got there at 7 am. The entire staff who assisted the Dr. during the preparation (sedation) and surgery were wonderful. In my biggest moment of fear for what was going to happen. I heard one or more than one angelical voices from the female staff comforting me by saying: " don't worry." I was very nervous but that level of empathy and compassion really helped me get through this experience. The entire teams positive attitude, cheerfulness, professionalism, and hands on caring for my comfort was way above what I could have ever expected. I am impressed and so happy that is why I highly recommend the Oral Surgery Department in the Winter Haven office. I will always be grateful to your staff. Fantastic experience: The oral surgery department has been super cool and the prices are not bad at all, the whole time the staff Dr Urfrig also Yennifer, Deyeli y Marien have been amazing so far, they make you feel comfortable and confident and that’s very important, strongly recomended.

Positive experience: Dr. Fidey was efficient and quick. Yessenia did a great job with making me feel comfortable and did a great job with my procedure.

Negative experience: Some good and some not good things. Employees are nice and you get a detailed estimate. The receptionists are nice and helpful. The wait is a little long, the office space is tight, hard to keep social distance and since masks are not required it's not a safe environment. The assistant left the room with a monitor that had information about other patients visible, so I'm getting concerned about my information not being properly protected (HIPPA violation?). The hygienist didn't introduced himself and I felt the cleaning wasn't thorough, neither the polishing (just the front teeth and premolars). I'm glad they don't do the test that pinch each gum, I hate that one. The doctor exam didn't feel thorough either, just looked briefly around the mouth. He did find a possible issue, seen on x-ray, that other dentists haven't noticed before but I don't feel confident in returning to this office.

Fantastic experience: Hey friends my young toddler has been coming here for about 2 years now and we love it. The front office is nice and the assistant and doctor are nice as well. My baby girl had to get a couple of fillings and she needed a higher level of care and they referred us to Tampa pediatric where she was able to get her work done. We will be back.

Fantastic experience: There have been a few Ppl coming and going so my kids couldn’t get comfortable. Front desk staff was rude and Staff was just THERE. We moved and came back to give this place another go and I was BEYOND PLEASED! Dr. Melissa is Beyond amazing! Front desk staff was extremely pleasant and Helpful. Staff WANTS TO WORK! I’m not sure of when these changes were made but I am happy about it. Everyone was great!! I love this new team of workers they have in here now.

Negative experience: I have no problem with the dental work that has been done but the review is for the complete incompetence at the front desk. For the second time in six months I left without work being done due to THEIR error. This time a visit was paid to their office the day before the procedure was to be done to make sure everything was in order. After the previous bad experience, we wanted to make sure. Five minutes before the scheduled appointment they started asking questions which clearly indicated they were not ready for my visit. Unquestionably it is not a comfortable feeling placing one's dental care in the hands of a practice with such ongoing crucial mistakes.

Negative experience: I have a crown done and it falls off 2 weeks later I went back to have it reattach but It comes out again when I went back for the third time after I made an appointment the lady at the front desk told me that the dentist was busy and He couldn't see me until next week, she was rude and completely indifferent to my situation. I want recommend this place to no one else. Bad experience

Their excellent staff worked together to ensure I had a great outcome.Their Team including Dr. Fidy, Dr. Bernal, and Stephanie, completely transformed my smile, and left me with that, "WOW!" moment. Fantastic experience: I can not be more pleased with the expertise, knowledge, self assurance and overall professionalism that Dr. Fidy shows every visit. I have been a patient of his for about 8 years and I can honestly say that he has kept my smile beautiful and healthy for many years. Please understand that this is a busy office and Dr. Fidy is very hands on with all of his patients and you will see this as you see him walking back and forth down the halls of his office. He has many dental assistance whom do an exceptional job. I do have my personal favorites but that is not to say that every one in this office does a great job. There are two ladies there that in my opinion are exceptional at what they do. Sheena, front desk and wearer of many hats. She is so kind and personable and does a great job at what she does. If you have questions don’t hesitate to call on her. She is a gem!! And, Stephanie, dental assistant. This lady does an incredible job. She is gentle, and knows what she is doing, every time. No one really enjoys going to the dentist but when you know that you have a team behind you and they only want you to smile and shine, it makes going so much easier. I appreciate you all so much!! Negative experience: I came to get a tooth pulled that was cracked and very painful. The only good part was that they had the availability to see quickly but it became one of the worse experiences that I ever had. The dentist, Dr. Gregory Urfrig, started to inject me with a needle without numbing my mouth with gel first. I had to ask for it and he seemed surprised. I'm 67 years old and this tooth bring pulled wasn't my first rodeo on having dental work. He applied the numbing gel and immediately started to inject me with the needle. I started screaming from the pain. He acted disgusted and told me that I must be a patient that needs sedation. I told him no, that he just has to wait for the numbing gel to take effect. He left the room in a huff and came back in about 10 minutes for what seemed like another reason. I told him then that I was ready. He removed the tooth. The dental tech, a tall, young Black man that assisted him was also terrible. He kept talking to me like I was a child. After the tooth was pulled, he stuffed gauze in my mouth and had it hanging out of my mouth about 3 inches and was going to leave it like that. I told him that was not acceptable. He told me that it wasn't like I was going to a fashion show. I had to sit up to do something and he told me I must not want it all the way in my mouth because I'm starting to sit up. I told him that's not the case. He said he wanted to go over discharge info and said if I listen he'll put the gauze correctly in my mouth. I left out of there humiliated and disgusted vowing never to come back.

Negative experience: I’ve waited month after month just to have have 4 appointments rescheduled at the last minute (cancelled on the same day, while on my way to the appointments - while taking an Uber & taking days off from work) to get my wisdom tooth removed. No sympathy, empathy or remorse at all. Whoever is calling to cancel these appointments are rude & do not care about you. This office is terrible. There is no communication, you can never get through with anyone if you called.

Fantastic experience: Best Greenberg Dental office. The doctor Fidy Ramez is such a nice guy and an excellent doctor. May god keep blessing his hands. And what to say about his assistant Yesenia Villabol other that she is a sweetheart. She went up and above to make sure I had the best experience since I’m super afraid of dentist. Negative experience: They don't ever communicate with you. I always have to ask to talk to them. My son is on the spectrum and I had some concerns because he didn't like the bands because the way they feel and the doctor just said we will take them off on his next visit. No other options were given for us to try. Now there website says they open at 7 am I get there and they tell me no one for orthodontist is here until 9 am. I live an hour away just to be told come back at 9. They should be well posted on there website so customers don't waste there time and money.

Fantastic experience: I am hard of hearing but Yessenia Villabol who is the dentist assistant is absolutely amazing. She made sure I was comfortable and gestured and took her mask down to make sure I understood what was being said ao that the process will go smoothly. I absolutely love her. Very humble, sweet and friendly. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Love, love, love everything about Greenberg Dental and Orthodontics!!! Starting with the cleanliness when I walk in, the selection of music, and all of the staff. Special shout out to Stephanie and Dr. Fidy. I’ve been coming here for years, precovid, and they’ve taken great care of any issues I’ve ever had from fillings, deep cleanings, to even having my retainer replaced (Lakeland location but that was my doing). Fantastic experience: Dr. Fidey, Yesenia, and (hygienist)Tamer, did excellent work on my teeth. It's been years since I've been to the dentist (due to a traumatic experience). I felt complete comfort and satisfaction with their care and diligence in catering to my oral health needs. I want to stress that Tamer did a thorough job cleaning my teeth, considering how long it's been. I detest going to the dentist but this team helped to put my fears behind me. Thank you!!! ☺️

Positive experience: The person who cleaned my teeth today was very ruff catching my gums with her instruments. I realize this happens sometimes but should not happen so much maybe they should slow down and not be on such a hurry. Patient have to wait in the chair for an hour or more. We deserve more than a rushed cleaning that hurts. Got a call from Greensburg dental this morning. Dr offered to clean my teeth himself. Which was nice of him. But the review was on the techs not on the Dr. Will post more later .Went to Greenberg dentist this morning. Had my teeth cleaned by a technician named Tim, he did a very good job. He did not get in a hurry. So he didn't catch my gums with his instruments but a couple of times which I can understand. Also the receptionist named Sheena was were nice. She was the first one I've ever seen that was. .

Negative experience: My 84 year old mother went there for two teeth cleanings. On both occasions, the cleanings took approximately 5 minutes. When my mother finally complained, the doctor laughed and walked out. The next day my mother received a call saying they couldn't see her anymore. These people are con- artists, go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ramez was very patient and worked with me in any way he could. I had anxiety about going to dentists since anestesia barely ever works on me. I told Dr Ramez about this and he made sure to do everything he can to properly numb the area before completing the procedure. I was completely numb on the right side of my jaw which other dentists had a very hard time doing. During one of the procedures I had a hard time numbing, so he told me we can just try it another day and rescheduled me without additional charges even though we tried for 1-2 hours. I was very appreciative of that. The Dr and the assistants work with you to not have a bad experience, so I thought it was very nice.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Melissa You is the best ever! My kids have been to a few pediatrics in winter haven and Lakeland, but had a terrible time every time. They have anxiety from all the experiences. but with Dr. Melissa, it was like they were completely different kids! I’m so pleased. The lady in the front was very pleasant too.

Fantastic experience: I love Greenberg Dental Clinic. Everyone working is friendly. I had my first gum surgery. I was very impressed with Dr. Maria. I think she truly cares about her patients like her family. I can feel that she feels very sorry for her patient's pain. She is small, but very energetic and cheerful, which puts my mind at ease. Positive experience: Not a long wait. Friendly staff. The woman who cleaned my teach was very through and professional. The only thing I ask is for the lobby chairs to be DEEP cleaned or replaced.

Negative experience: I called as a new patient with tooth pain. I was told that I could come in between 7-12pm for emergencies only. Since I needed a cleaning I decided to wait the 2 weeks for the next available appointment so I could have everything done at one time. I came in a few minutes before my appointment time of 8am. The lobby was empty. I sat and waited until about 8:20am which by that time the lobby was full and I still hadn't been called. I had to take time off of work to come because I was told that they were only open M-F from 7am- 3pm. No evening or weekend appointments. This I feel is absolutely ridiculous. I decided not to wait because I already knew this was going to be an all day thing. I made an appointment for a reason. It shouldn't be hard to get people in on time. I cannot speak about the dentists because I didn't see one. I will be going somewhere else this afternoon. Let's hope they know how to manage their appointments better.

Fantastic experience: I previously was with another dental office and left because it was so overwhelming and way too busy and staff wasn't very attentive to patients, only each other. Greenberg dental made me feel comfortable and were very attentive to me. I would recommend Greenberg dental to anyone.

Negative experience: Waited in the waiting room for 30mins with no other people in there listening to the 3 receptionist talking about there personal life. Finally the assistant came out which out of the whole visite was the most respectful of all. If I could remember her name I would give her a shout out. Once she did my full head exam she took me to my room and she finished up. Once she left the room I waited 35 to 40 more minutes. I was able to grt up walk out to the waiting room to get my wife to come back and no one asked what was going on. Finally the doctor came in and in a 10 minute exam he are you ready for this ASKED ME TO RESCHEDULE MY KNEE REPLACEMENT I HAVE COMING UP. "Can you believe that'? I have been in pain for a year and a half with my knee only 3 days with a tooth. When i told him no that can't be done his aditude got short. All that and nothing was done except sending me home with an appointment 7 days from now. You can count on me NOT GOING BACK!!

Negative experience: Terrible!! Had an appointment at 7am. Arrived at 6:45 and the office was locked. Waited till 6:55 and knocked on the door. The woman very rudely told me that they will let me in at 7. They opened the door a little after 7 and I went in, at this point I was upset about rude response at the door and I asked what time do I check in for my 7am appointment, I was told that I was check in and I would be called at 7 am lol. I left 10 minutes later. I will not give a few thousand dollars to a business that treats me like that. Rude and disrespectful!!! Terrible business.

Negative experience: We had multiple exams and cleanings with Dr. Fidy and Dr. Daniel, and never want to use Greenberg again. Neither of them will explain your oral heath to you. You receive a quick 2-3 minute check up between X-rays and a visual exam and they’re gone. They will not even ask you if you have any questions for them. They don’t make any recommendations for maintaining a healthy and better health of your teeth or gums. THEY ask YOU if you want a filling. Who’s the professional here?? Shouldn’t they be advising us instead. Maybe if they made some recommendations, they wouldn’t have to recommend crowns instead. They seem to purposely help you ruin your teeth so that they can work on them for more money. At one point, the dental hygienist wasn’t in and the dentist did the cleaning himself (which is fine), except he left midway through the cleaning, and allowed the dental assistant to finish. I asked if she was a hygienist and she stated she wasn’t, but she was allowed to use the dental brush to clean the teeth. I recommend Mirror Dental next door. They cost more, but as they say, you get what you pay for.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time visit to Greenberg Dental and it was an enjoyable experience. The staff was excellent and even though I was a half hour late(went to the wrong location which is closed) they were able to keep my appointment. I would definitely recommend Greenberg Dental.
