Negative experience: He rushes thru the appointment and I felt like I was part of an assembly line. And he always rushes. It's almost like he has ADHD and is not on proper medication or is jacked up on drugs. He needs to SLOW DOWN & make the patient feel cared for. Even veterinarians don't rush through appointments the way Doctor Isler does. Patients should not be made to feel like they are part of an assembly line that is on high gear. Just so the doctor can make extra money by putting in more patience during the day. He also needs to stop talking and allow the patient to talk. You can't be a very effective doctor if you don't allow the patient to tell you what's going on. Also, the techs need to not wear so much perfume that it seems like they marinated in it. The tech that had me was wearing so much perfume that it burned my throat. And it doesn't help that I'm a respiratory patient. They need to be considerate of all patients and realize that some people do have allergies and/or respiratory conditions and can't be around such strong odors.

Fantastic experience: Appointment was friendly and efficient. They took care to make sure I was comfortable and kept me informed of every step along the way. Doctor was confident and very knowledgeable. No one likes getting root canals, but they made it very easy and as painless as possible.

Fantastic experience: Loved my visit for my son. Literal quick in and out. It took him less than 10 minutes to do his root canal and the staff (everyone) was so polite. The dentist assistant talked my son through everything and made sure he was comfortable, the dentist was a little hard ass (threatening to kick my son out) but he was very nice and polite, honestly, my son was acting like a baby. Thank you guys! Definitely 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic experience: Hands down….he is THE BEST! My first experience with the Dr. Isler was actually two years ago. I had SEVERE tooth pain and he took me in on the same day he received a call from my dentist. The same day he did my root canal and did a phenomenal job! He warned me and told me to “not mess this up” lol and go get my permanents soon. Welp, life got busy and I put this on the back burner and didn’t get it done and started experiencing discomfort in the same tooth again. Ashamed, I booked a re-evaluation with Dr. Isler (two years later ) and he was able to see me again. He informed me AGAIN of how important it is to get my permanent crown on and on the same day did x-rays and re-did my root canal! Thankfully, my tooth was still in good shape and he was able to help me AGAIN! He is a straight forward (no sugar coding) professional. He is truthful, informative, knowledgeable, funny and is THE BEST in town. His staff is polite, professional, WELL TRAINED, and personable. I had two lovely ladies (assistance) who helped me during my visit yesterday. The first lady was very polite and kind. I told her I was cold and she offered a blanket and literally tuck me in. The second young lady that assisted him during my procedure was PHENOMENAL!!!! And apparently she’s in training (definitely COULD NOT TELL). She was quick, attentive, and professional. If I could applaud during my procedure, I would. You can tell that it’s top tier training in this facility! My only regret was not getting the names of the two lady’s and the two front desk workers that interacted with me during my visit yesterday. Everyone I encountered in addition to Dr. Isler was outstanding! Thank you X a million! DO NOT HESITATE to book your appointment with him or at this facility. They are phenomenal! P.S: Listen to his advice on your tooth/teeth needs, he’s an expert!

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I was sent to Dr. Isler for an emergency root canal. As many of us know, a root canal can be very painful. Not with Dr. Isler! He and his staff made everything go very smoothly and quickly. Very little pain if at all. We talked about ice hockey and the Detroit Red Wings pretty much the whole time. It turned out to be a very pleasant experience!

Always satisfied with his work, he explains everything step by step that he does to make you feel comfortable and never experienced and pain. He is a very skilled doctor. Negative experience: Now that I have read several reviews regarding this Dr. Isler, I am now confident and ready to share my experience. My visit was the most unsettling, unnerving, and to be very clear I was almost to the point of cursing the dentist out. This guy was completely tweaking and it seems he was under some kind of whatever. He was very impatient and kept saying profanity words in front of my child. Just like all the other reviews, I definitely do not recommend anyone bringing children to this office. Your child would definitely leave with some kind of trauma, I definitely had to put on my mama mode and instruct my child to put his hands down and to make sure he kept his head up because I didn't want this dentist to instruct my child on anything because of his reckless mouth. It's the fact that I know my child was there to get an important procedure and I didn't want to further irritate the energy in the room, so I proceeded to hold my pride and my tongue and let him finish but through the grace of God I held it together and got away from that place as soon as fast as I could. My last statement is thank you for helping my son but please do better and get you some help Dr. Isler.

Negative experience: I was referred here by my son's primary dentist. Office is very nice and clean. Checking in and out was easy-going and in a timely manner. Although his appointment was rescheduled several times. Which I understand emergencies, being sick, guidelines, rules etc. I also drove over 40 miles to this office. When I arrived the young lady at the front desk informed me the appointment was removed. But she didn't hesitate to put it back in the computer. All the Staff I came across while we were there was good and pleasant. As for the Dr., I felt like he was on "One Hundred" the moment he came in the room. His tone, his mouth and his body language was not thee best. I was very aware my child was nervous and I know Dr. Isler did too. The choice of words he used towards my son was very unnecessary. I can type alot of things he said while my child was being treated. As for the treatment he did a good job and fast.

Fantastic experience: Very surprised how fast getting my appointment was to begin with. Nothing worse than getting a referral and then having to wait to get in. I was accommodated in a weeks time. Now just getting an opinion was planned but it quickly became yes we can take care of the issue today, right now, no making a follow-up appointment! The doctor was very informative the entire time telling me everything he planned and then explaining as he performed the steps. Very limited discomfort, not pain, during the procedure and now even 24 hours later, just luck, no it’s skill from the doctor that played a big part of it. While getting a root canal is not on my list of fun it did turn out as an experience that was tolerable. The entire team was pleasant and made this experience very pleasant.

Fantastic experience: I know this sounds crazy but my root canal was literally over as soon as it began. It took longer for my mouth to numb than the actual procedure. Five minutes is how long it took for the anesthesia to set in but the actual root canal took less than five minutes Dr. Isler is the David Copperfield of root canals he has the “cheat code” tucked away somewhere underneath his scrubs

Fantastic experience: OMG my son is 10 years old and was in desperate need of a root canal the first doctor we went to was not patient was very very unprofessional. DR. Aaron was absolutely amazing .I have never seen anything like it my son is on the Spectrum and was devastated to come to the doctor he was done with the procedure less than 30 minutes he Comfort my son and reassured him the procedure would be quick and easy. He is an absolutely amazing doctor, I recommend him for anybody. The level of professionalism that him and his staff offered me and my son is unbeatable. The staff were very attentive, friendly, helped me feel more at ease and helped me out with giving me the best way to do things for a person with no insurance. Negative experience: The Doctor to work fast and got the work done. But I don’t feel the Dr has the patience to work with kid’s. My son woke up with a swollen lip and is sore from the procedure. His tech was also not the best for kids either. My son has a hard time getting X-rays due to a bad gag reflex. He told my son to be big that this was not the worse thing he was going to go through. I work in the Medical field you do not give your personal opinions to children. I would not recommend this doctor for any child. The doctor literally said this is the reason I don’t like working with kids when the little girl next door gave him a hard time for the final X-ray. I felt saddened for my son he said it was hurting and I thought they were just doing their job fast.

Positive experience: I went as a referral patient from my primary dentist for an a root canal evaluation and an abscess. He was proficient. Staff slightly disorganized. I was asked to get up after he numbed me to go pay my bill. That was rude if you ask me. I was all swollen could barely speak trying to engage with the billing person. The dentist was talking and constantly taping my shoulder , that made me very uncomfortable. When he was working on mouth he kept dragging my hair with his hand. Behind my head. All this felt a little rough. But his work like I said was proficient. I would attribute all this to bedside mannerism. Could be better
