Fantastic experience: I had my first visit and couldn’t be more pleased. My hygienist, Cindy did a fantastic, first rate job with cleaning and assessment. Dr Morningstar was kind and professional (as was the entire staff). Wonderful experience and outcome.

Fantastic experience: I Had a broken upper rear molar removed by Brian S. Moringstar, DDS. He was excellent, very skillful and worked very hard on the difficult extraction. Thank you very much I had a comprehensive exam preformed by Lauren Kisley-Dooms, DMS. She was very good and explained what needed to be done for the broken tooth. Thank you very much

Fantastic experience: Great staff and loved having Rachel clean my teeth this morning. She was very efficient and my teeth look fabulous. I loved that she minimized the scraping sound and utilized the water tool to remove and plaque or stains.

Negative experience: Can't provide accurate estimates on work to be done. Will bill your insurance and collect the bare minimum from you and bill you an exorbitant amount later that is 2-3 times what they already collected. Other dentists know their pricing and costs up front and can collect following a procedure without need for additional bills. Very suspect billing practice IMO.

Fantastic experience: This full service practice is one of the best I've encountered. I came in for an broke front tooth, expecting the worst and not only was I provided it options, they were able to start an implant and give me a guard which would prevent me from having a big whole up front which did wonders for my self esteem. All this happened in the span of a few HOURS, not months or days. Once again they exceeded my expectations and I left with an immmediate solution for an emergency situation.

Today I was at their office for 2 crowns. The doctor and the dental assistant (Jackie) were professional and caring. Jackie made sure my gums were numb before the shots were given. Fantastic experience: Dr Soeder was great. I had a bridge replaced and he explained everything he was doing and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. The work was done efficiently - the removal.of the old bridge, the creation of the new bridge and the implementation of the new bridge was all done on the same day. I am very happy.

Fantastic experience: Not all heroes wear capes. That saying definitely applies to the wonderful staff and doctors at Bay Dental. In my opinion tooth pain is one of the most horrendous things a person can go through. It meant the world to me that when I called Bay Dental and explained what was going on they did everything in their power to see me as soon as possible and got me out of pain. Tha technical personnel were highly motivated in their performance and professionalism l. At the same time, their intrapersonal skills are a huge factor helping a patient to relax during procedures. Fantastic experience: I recently had a bone graft. Dr. Morningstar which I was nervous about getting, but Dr Morningstar was kind and through. The dental assistant that helped with the bone graft was equally kind and explained my aftercare very throughly. Would recommend Bay Dental.

Negative experience: you got to tell them about your mouth every time. They are crown crazy. The cleaning lady said your mouth is good. Than when the dentist comes in its all negative. They try to sell you stuff you don't need. been going here three times. so far not liking it. Its a assembly line process room in and out. You get a new doctor every time you are here.

Fantastic experience: Broke a tooth over Easter weekend. Called the emergency number and received a callback . Was told if no pain to call first thing Monday morning which I did. Was told to come in 30 minutes. Was seen right away. I was treated quickly, painlessly and with great care by Dr Waters and Roxie (?). Got a new crown which fit perfectly with no adjustment needed. So glad my daughter suggested this practice when I moved to Bay Village!

Fantastic experience: At Bat Dental again glad I have a faithful and caring team committed to helping me with my dental needs. Two of my crowns fell out at the same time while I had a halls in my mouth I bit down on the halls and they both fell out. Also the pocket on the right side of my mouth is becoming unbearable I’m having to floss every time I eat something because something is always getting caught in the pocket and my gums are hurting and will bleed when I floss sometimes. The Doctor discussed several options with me, some I was okay with and some I wasn’t. She patiently explained each one making sure I understood, took her time with me, didn’t pressure me or rush me, was thorough, also did exrays. Even though I was there almost two hours and didn’t have a procedure done other than exrays I appreciated the time she spent on me. It shows that Bay Dental Doctors really does care about their patients! Bay Dental just keeps on being awesome my crown came off again I couldn’t believe it I was just eating a slice of bread for breakfast who would have thought something so soft would bother a crown or tooth lol! Well it turns out water somehow got underneath the crown before it was cemented so they had to make me a new crown and refit it within the week I’m so glad they were able to make me a new crown and it fits perfectly! Thanks so much for your patience hard work and commitment I appreciate your efforts on my behalf! God Bless! Bay Dental was awesome as always. They helped me out in an emergency when my crown broke off, even called in a prescription for me that I needed before they could see me when my regular pharmacy wasn’t able to. They were so kind, patient and genuinely helpful whereas my pharmacy wasn’t, Although I was there for awhile I was happy they were able to replace my crown the same day and it fit perfectly. They did an awesome job. I’m so grateful and blessed for their dedicated staff and am most appreciative for their patience, understanding, their care, and their professionalism. Thanks so very much! Went to my Annual check up and found my favorite dental hygienist is still there and now working full time she makes me feel so welcome and comfortable and does a great job cleaning my teeth I’m so glad they decided to hire her full time because she is so efficient professional and caring truly a gem! Just had my six month checkup but the staff is so friendly and professional they make you feel so comfortable am going to miss my dental hygienist as she is moving to the Lakewood office full time but that is just too far for me to follow her Lol Had to replace a crown that was cracked in pieces he said and thought I needed a root canal Dr Matt was able to do the job and I was in and out in no time also thanks to the dental hygienist Thanks so much!

Fantastic experience: A very good staff that works as a team. I have gag effect & another staff member added assistance for xrays. The dentist put me at ease & attentive to me & what had to be done. I hope they email the visit work & give me,as patient, a means to tell what I'd like done next. They should also have a health sheet of tips for good teeth, foods to stay away from, & any recomendations.

Pia was great and asked me throughout the exam to let her know if I experienced any discomfort to let her know. Dr. Waters did the exam and checked my history throughly and made sure to answer any concerns I had. Never felt rushed. Pia walked me out to check out and again was treated with very friendly staff. Just a great experience!

Fantastic experience: Recently I have been dealing with the AMAZING Dentist, Dr. Brian Morningstar at Bay Dental. He has been working with me with adding 2 Implants in my mouth. The main visit included pulling 2 teeth and a bone graft along with other preparations for the implants. Dr. Morningstar and his assistant were extremely professional, friendly, gentle and efficient. During the procedures he was performing he constantly asked me if I was okay or experiencing any pain. Dr. Morningstar is a caring and professional Dentist. In other words, I have a mouth where it would be easy to charge most people an arm and a leg with the argument that the that cosmetic issues are more than cosmetic. Many dentists have tried to do this to me to make money. That's how I know these are exceptional doctors: Bay Village Dentistry looks at my mouth and notes that what they are seeing is cosmetic, it isn't structural, and commend me on doing a great job with what I have. They even thanked me for not seeking cosmetic treatments that would ultimately weaken what I have further; this is proof that these guys are truly in the business of HELPING people and not taking advantage of people financially. They are trustworthy, kind experts. Bay Village Dental is exceptional. I cannot offer a higher compliment, and they now have the business of my whole family.
