I did have an issue with 1 of my teeth. I called them told them the issue and they worked me in for that without a long wait. They were very helpful.

Negative experience: Recently moved to the area and located Dr. Barth’s office on our dental insurance’s website. Stated that he was accepting new patients. Time for a cleaning, so I called the office today, 2/19/2025 and was informed that the first available appointment would be in 2026. There were no available appointments remaining for this year. Sounded very odd that they would be a year out on cleaning appointments and would also not offer any cancelation appointment possibilities. I would suggest updating the “accepting new patients” with insurance companies, until the office can reduce the appointment wait time to something more reasonable.

Fantastic experience: Labor Day weekend I broke the crown on my one tooth. I was really upset, especially because I didn’t have a dentist locally. After much research, I decided to contact Gentle Dental Care to see if they could help me. I called them last Tuesday morning and they gave me an appointment for last Thursday. Dr. Barth and his staff are very professional and polite. Dr. Barth was honest and told me that the main structure of my crown was not damaged and that I didn’t have to replace the crown. I decided not to replace it at the present time. My husband and I have scheduled our next six month cleaning with Gentle Dental Care of NMB.
