Negative experience: I usually don’t leave reviews but I feel like I have to warn others. I went here for a cleaning and checkup and was told everything looked fine. A few months later I started having serious pain and found out later that the tooth was decaying and needed to be pulled. I genuinely believe it could’ve been prevented if they had caught it or taken it more seriously. Now I’m stuck with a missing tooth and extra costs. Really disappointed I trusted them with my dental care. Won’t be back.

Someone at the urgent care in North Vernon told me about 24/7 , I called at one o'clock he had an appointment at two o'clock on the same day, and received the care he needed and we were on our way in no time. What a nice and professional staff they have as well! Thank you so much

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist on a Sunday morning is never a recipe for success. That being said, the staff and Dr Singh were excellent. I was a walk in and was seen within 30 minutes. The front desk and dental assistant were kind and helpful. While Dr Singh couldn’t tell me what I wanted to hear ( not his fault) he gave me options and fixed the immediate problem. While I hopefully won’t have to come back, I know if I need to come back that 24/7 will take excellent care of me. Thanks!

Dr. Jordan takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you're comfortable every step of the way. The office is clean, welcoming, and runs smoothly.I am a more complex case and I feel like I’m in the best hands. I truly appreciate the level of attention and respect they give their patients. He went tooth by tooth and gave me my options. I went there for a second opinion from a dentist that just wanted to pull all my teeth, now I get to save them. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch dental care!

Negative experience: Terrible experience. Waited over 90 minutes past my appointment with zero communication. They rushed through my exam in 3 minutes, took 19 X-rays without explanation, then told me they wouldn’t pull my impacted wisdom teeth or fill my cavities which I asked about over the phone and they told me they might not do the wisdom teeth but would absolutely do the fillings but in person they said.I’d have to reschedule. Complete waste of time. False advertising about same-day/emergency care. I’ll be reporting them to the Indiana Dental Board. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!!!!!!

Positive experience: The 1st time I cane in for this emergency one of the dark headed girls at the front desk was rude in her tone &made me feel even smaller than I already did w/my teeth looking bad, BUt the group of girls that was there on the day I had my extraction were amazing, polite, &all positive. Negative experience: The dental hygienist was very rude even said I had shitty insurance an kept asking me if I knew certain people told her no multiple times an kept asking then talked to me like I was a little kid and the importance of seeing a dentist every 6 months no executions HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AN then I get a text saying to leave a five star review an anything less to email them directly instead of leaving a review I’ll never be back

Fantastic experience: I had a couple of cavities filled here. The dentist & staff were great & very nice. The one assistant who did the last two was great! She knew what she was doing & made sure I had her full attention. They were able to get me in earlier than my appointment the 2nd time around, which was great. I love that they are open in the evenings so I can schedule my appointments after work. I was running late to one of my appointments & they called to check on me & make sure I was ok, as they were worried since I hadn't made it there yet. I would've liked to have antibiotics prescribed after having a cavity filled as 1 did get infected afterward & I had to go back for antibiotics so that would've saved me a trip having them prescribed after the treatment.

Negative experience: "Walk-ins Welcome!" And yet are almost always fully booked making any walk-in wait several hours. Take the word "Emergency" off the door if you can't see patients in emergency time frames.

Negative experience: I had a tooth that was hurting and needed to be pulled. I got in the next day and they did X-rays and they said I needed to have 3 pulled. I was fine with that but when the nurse took more X-rays in my mouth she was not gentle at all with the machine. When the doctor came in he checked my mouth and numbed several areas of my mouth. When it was time to pull them he was very rough pulling them out and when I said it hurt and said stop he kept pulling. It hurt so bad and I'm hurting still. My mouth is swollen and my head hurts. I will not be going back to that dentist office.

Negative experience: Needed a back bottom tooth pulled the Columbus office thought it was a wisdom tooth but two spaces from it. WOULDN'T PULL It!!!! Had to go up to Southport 24/7 dental place and they took care of it! Never been treated this way. Also the office people hurried me out when I was asking to compare prices for root canal or getting tooth pulled..... I'll be going up north for now on!

Negative experience: Customer service is bad. The receptionist Wasn’t professional at all! I felt discriminated. Provide staff with cultural competency training to understand and respect diverse cultural beliefs. They should Recruit and retain bilingual staff (Spanish/English) to facilitate communication and build rapport.

Positive experience: The numbing was very localized, which I like. The dentist was a pro who got in and out quickly. The assistant was thorough and nice. I also understand and appreciate that they are busy, open long hours and willing to offer many services. But at the same time, the dentist basically never talked to me or walked me through anything. And the assistant is the traditional type that seems willing to call you out if you are stupid. I had one silly request that they didn’t accept unfortunately but they did do what I went there for. Any roughness that I experienced, mostly after I left, was my fault and because my tooth situation was brutal. They did a good job talking to me on the phone afterwards when I had questions. Although my primary dentist is elsewhere they still treated me like a full-time patient. In summary, if you need to get in someplace quickly, this place might be the best one I know of within an hour of my house. Cheers and thanks!

Fantastic experience: The dentist and assistants were wonderful as always. I've only had a few appointments but they have always been very helpful and never minded answering all my questions. They made sure I knew everything I was curious about and always made sure I left reassured when I was anxious about something. The scheduling and front desk attendants were always very polite and super easy to work with. Thank you again guys you are the best. Absolutely the easiest, nicest, assuring, and understanding ladies and gentlemen I've ever had the privilege of knowing in a dental office.

My appointment was at 1 didn’t get called back until around 2:30 with extreme pain crying in the waiting room I asked the front desk lady how much longer and she said I’m next then continued calling other people back while they stuffed there faces. Will not be coming back

Negative experience: Took my daughter here for a tooth that was bothering her because her normal dentist could not get her in until mid April. Her pcp did put her on antibiotic but was told to follow up asap with a dentist. Staff was overall friendly, the dentist however was very rude and mean to my daughter. I do not recommend.

Negative experience: Visited with my 14 year old foster today for a root Canal procedure. They refused to see him because we didn't respond to the text they sent to confirm (which didn't even have an option to respond). So now the poor kid has been in pain for two weeks and I has no options. They were plain nasty and unapologetic.

Positive experience: They charged me 507 dollars to remove a wisdom tooth. However, they just broke it off at my gum line and referred me to a surgeon who charged me another 500 dollars. 24/7 claimed they were refunding my money, however, 24 hours later, and it still has not been refunded. Very unsatisfied with the Dr. The nurse did, however, tell him to refer me before he started and charged me. Update::) I did receive a call from the office today, saying they requested my money be refunded, and later, I received an email stating that It would take 3 to 5 business days to show in my account. Thank you to the nice lady who took care of this for me!

Negative experience: I’ve been to 24/7 dental most of the time, when I have an urgent need done!! I got my wisdom teeth pulled out there, and another tooth pulled a few years back. I went in there last night, and I had made an appointment two days prior to my actual appointment. I NEVER received a text from them, stating I needed to “confirm” so, I was no longer on the list for set appointments that day I was listed as a “walk in appointment.” I asked her how long it would be and she said, they had patients from 3pm still needing to be seen! It was 5:30 mind you. I’ve never had to text them to confirm in the past. Either btw.) as the waiting room was full of people, patients were going back and forth to see the dentist. My gf and I sat back and confirmed everything. They were allowing some walk-ins go before the patients who had already been waiting. Well, we sat in the waiting room from 5:30-8:30. I was there due to a cavity in the front of my mouth next to a tooth that needs a root canal done. I’ve know about the root canal issue. But unfortunately my insurance won’t cover that. So, I have to wait for my taxes. Anywho, the nice lady takes me back, she takes some X-rays then I’m waiting for the dentist for another 20 minutes. I’m annoyed and sleepy at this point. He finally comes in examines my X-rays and tells me, he’s referring me to a specialist. Prescribed me some antibiotics and then told me, he would take care of the cavity if they suggest that at the place I’m going to for my root canal. I honestly thought that was so unprofessional from him, i understand that, my very front tooth could be causing damage to the one that needs a filling. But regardless, if whoever says, they can or can’t fill it I believe he could’ve at least told me he was able to do that and we will see what the dentist says about my root canal. I dont know much about that stuff but I waited for 3 hours for you to tell me that?! Omg. Excuse me!!! Also, the staff in the front of the office were very rude, and I felt like they kept me waiting on purpose almost. I was very patient and kind, even when asking them how much longer I had to wait. I told them I had kids to come home too who were waiting on me. I could’ve rescheduled but, I had already waited forever might as well wait a little bit longer. Huh? They need to work on majority of things especially their time. Maybe try to hire another dentist? Or don’t over schedule your dentist. Referring to the ladies up front. I’ve never had this type of experience from them. Not ever. And if I can find another dentist local in my area, who can work with me, and won’t struggle to get me in their office, and can underline my teeth issues, and won’t BS me around. So, after last night, I won’t be going back unless I have to or the root canal specialist refers me back to him.

Fantastic experience: I was a walk in, I knew there was a chance I could possibly wait hours to be seen. But I was brought back within 20 minutes. I had 3 broken teeth and I was anticipating they would pull all 3 of them since they were in bad shape. Dr. Singh said they could fill 2 of them and pull the worst one. The dental assistant Rachel did an amazing job on the fillings. Dr Singh came in and pulled the bad tooth. He really knows what he's doing, and explains everything step by step. Everyone there was so kind & they all seemed genuinely happy to be at work. If I need any more work done, they will definitely be my first choice!
