Fantastic experience: As much as I do not like dentist, After pulling 2 teeth and preparing for a inplant I had a great experience. Dr. Patel was very concerned about how I was feeling during the whole procedure. She even called me that evening to see how I was doing. I was also called the next day to check on me.

Positive experience: Disappointed I had to wait in the lobby and was taken in well past my scheduled time. In addition I was taken to the room by the front desk lady and not the hygenist. Not sure why? I did not enjoy my experience this time.

Fantastic experience: Every step of my experience has been carefully designed towards my needs as a patient. The office was willing to get me in for a timely situation and has been fantastic in my visits since. Though they have a specialization feel (specific people do specific jobs and that’s the person you talk to about that part of the process) that at other locations feels like a factory, each person I’ve met with here has been warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgable - willing to answer questions until I have complete understanding. Additionally, Dr. Kim and her team have treated me with the kindness and respect that makes going to the dentist a positive experience. (Shout out to Lisa for masterfully keeping me calm!) On top of all of that they are really good at what they do, too!

Fantastic experience: Suwanee Dental Care is the only dentist I’ve seen since moving to the area in 2016. My hygienists have been Amy who retired & now her daughter Kayla. My DMD is Richard Schalk. I am very content w/the quality of work, upbeat attitudes, patience toward monitoring my not-so-good teeth, and pretty much everything as well as all of their extended team.

Fantastic experience: Called for an emergency appointment and they were able to get me in within a couple of hours. Dr. Madji is so good and professional. I definitely recommend.

Positive experience: I was seen 5 minutes after my appointment time, so punctuality was very good. The front desk woman didn’t greet me, but that’s not unusual over the past 7-8 years I’ve been going. My hygienist was friendly and very thorough, once she could get down to business. We spent the first 25 minutes, however, with a faulty x-ray machine in my mouth trying to get a complete picture. The equipment is very promising but obviously not ready for prime time. They should work out the bugs before bringing this nice piece of technology into practice, as it prolongs your visit significantly.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at this practice. The front desk staff was friendly and polite, the waiting area was so comfortable. I know that doesn’t seem important but when you’re a new patient and have to stay a while filling out paperwork- it’s definitely a welcome bonus. I was called in for all of the initial scans, I met more of the excellent staff. Not just friendly but courteous. They took extra time and care in getting the various images in a way that would be less uncomfortable for me. They had room and offered me a cleaning as well where I met yet another awesome staff member. The dentist I saw was also extremely friendly but also just informative and helpful. Asked what I hoped for with my care going forward and definitely read the paperwork I filled out. We bonded over audiobooks. They made the sometimes onerous task of insurance and payment easy, informative, and transparent. I knew what costs I would be responsible for. To be frank, this may be one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dentist, ever? I can’t say I’ve had particularly bad experiences but I honestly enjoyed meeting the staff and I felt like I got exceptional care.

Negative experience: The tooth was extracted. The dentist spent less than five minutes doing the work. I was expecting that she could spend a few more minutes with me, telling me why the tooth got loose and what action ought to be taken for preventing other teeth becoming loose.

Fantastic experience: This dentist office is awesome and very knowledgeable. The staff are friendly and Reggie is amazing and very passionate about helping patients. Dr Kim is incredible, funny and very knowledgeable. She also treats her staff with respect which is a very outstanding practice not seen by other dentists. The staff also provides a breakdown of all the costs and coverage which helps you make an informed decision and avoids surprises billing. The front desk and check-out staff are also amazing, friendly and helpful in scheduling appointments what works for you. They really go above and beyond than your standard dentist office.

Fantastic experience: At all points I have felt looked out for by all of the staff here, any concerns have been responded to with immediate knowledgeable answers that leave me feeling confident in the work and advice. As an anxious sort who has to go under for intense work, getting an extraction (and implant soon) done here is the best choice I've made in a minute!

Negative experience: I was with this office for over 2 years and never once have I failed to show up or notify them if I need to reschedule or anything. Tomorrow is my cleaning appt and this morning was the first time I received any confirmation notification ( I scheduled my appt 6mo prior). Anyway, they called me while I was at work and left voicemail and called again right before lunch which I wasn't able to pick up but I called back 6 minutes later and they told me my appt got taken off because I failed to confirm. I'm more than furious because I already requested to take off for my appt. What in the world?? I'm pretty sure they wouldn't be happy if their staff sit around all day and pick up every personal call at any given time. It's 6 minutes!!! 6 mins!!! For them to drop me off their schedule..

Fantastic experience: I came to Suwanee Dental after what can only be described as being taken advantage of by another local dentist. I had never had cavities until I went to my previous dentist. Every visit she would say I had some. After a couple of years of this I decided to get a 2nd opinion. Glad I listened to my gut, because after 2 visits with Suwanee Dental, I’ve had no cavities and get complemented on my oral hygiene. I’m disappointed I didn’t switch dentists sooner.

I had two painful, excruciating teeth that needed to be pulled right away. Dr.Shulk and Dr.Kim I can't thank them enough! They even watched my lil Shi-Tzu Chewy for me because of my anxiety. Turns out that they are not in network and I got hit with a bill. Would seem to me that good customer service would have been to let me know at that time…..I was told I would have had to asked that question when I called in the new insurance info. Live and learn.
