Fantastic experience: I had such a wonderful experience at Pure Dental Health. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Dr. Scott is incredibly sweet and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. I loved that my x-rays were shown right on the TV, making it so easy to understand my treatment plan. The entire visit felt transparent, professional, and surprisingly relaxing for a dental appointment. Highly recommend Pure Dental Health and Dr. Scott to anyone looking for exceptional, compassionate care.

Positive experience: I usually have a good experience here and I did in my last visit. The staff was kind and my service was excellent. My one suggestion would be a deep cleaning to the baseboards and walls.

Negative experience: I reached out in 2020 after purchasing a Groupon for $99. And they have me in collections for $1101 for something else.

Negative experience: This place is trash. From the top to bottom. The bedside, front receptionist, how the handle their clients and disregard their time. The lack of accountability and professionalism is lacking. Listening to the way they talk to each other in the hallway, nothing is private. I'm sure there has to be some patient privacy violations going on up and down the hallway. They will never have to worry about seeing me again.

Negative experience: First off I want to start off by saying i'm frustrated and highly disappointed. A treatment plan was drawn up for me. First I had two cavities and one filling on my front tooth that needed to be restored from coloring before I could get back into braces and correct MINOR issues. Dr. Vanmali in the Dultuth office was able to fix my front tooth with a new filling Nov 8. I loved it. I was then scheduled and put into braces on Nov 22nd. I slowly saw progress in my smile that I loved until my next adjustment on Dec 18th. The ortho removed the bracket off of my filling on my front tooth and filed down my tooth too much removing majority of the material used on my filling. This caused my smile to look aesthetically unpleasing. I reached out to the ortho and wasnt able to see her again until Jan 9th. I cried for days because it damaged my self confidence extremely. When she saw the imperfection she attempted to fix it in office however it was still unpleasing. I requested for Doctor Scott to fix what his office had done and he refused stating that im just going to have to get a temporary crown since Dr. Vanmali had quit from his office and he did not have a doctor to do my filling. He then gave a sorry excuse stating my filling was leaking and needed repair showing me an xray from OCTOBER, which was prior to me getting my filling restored on NOV 8. He would not even come in the room and speak to me personally. He has an assistance running back and forth to deliver messages to me. I refused to let them tamper with my front tooth any longer and decided to continue the braces treatment and go else where to fix my front tooth when it was all done. I am a content creator with thousands of followers on instagram and tik tok and have not been able to post content to earn income in months due to my lack of confidence being on camera. Also note I continuously was given xrays after that every visit. Its like they were waiting to see leakage from my filling to further their "claim" as to why they will not fix my filling. But the reasoning I was given was to see it my "roots were straight". Ive never had that happen before. Ever since my treatment in braces I have not once had Dr. Scott pop in and take a look at my progress. NOT ONCE. And he has known each time when I come in for an adjustment. Now fast forward to yesterday April 15. My ortho let me know she will no longer be working at pure dental and have already put in her two weeks notice. Dr. Scott finally comes in and take a look at my teeth. He then tells my ortho in front of me that she needs to do whatever to finish up with me and he wants my case closed before she leaves. The disrespect and none care he showed in front of me was appalling. She stated "He doesn't want to see you that's why." I am beyond pissed. Now i have several bands I am having to wear in my mouth all at once to try and fix my bite and alignment all within a week or so. My ortho is a super nice individual and I wish her the best in her future endeavors however this dental office lacks accountability and is unprofessional and unreliable. Especially considering according to the reviews I am now seeing they can not keep an ortho in office. I want a refund so I can see a dentist who is not going to play in my mouth and take my money with poor results.

Negative experience: When I originally came to Pure Dental, I saw Dr. Thobhani and had a good experience with him. I did not like the practice’s drive through like approach to dentistry, but the dentist himself seemed honest and good. However, I suddenly started being given appointments with a new doctor without any warning or chance to cancel. Immediately upon meeting Dr. Scott, I had a very bad feeling. I ignored it because it seemed crazy to go off of that one interaction, but I should have listened to my intuition. His energy is off. I suddenly needed nearly a thousand dollars of dental work out of pocket that hadn’t been mentioned to me by the previous dentist. Dr. Scott also told me in the future I should replace all of my molars with dental crowns, which is something I’ve never been told by any other dentist ever. I told him at one appointment that part of my filling came out and that I had pain. When I couldn’t tell him exactly where it fell out and could only tell him which tooth he arrogantly dismissed me. I still haven’t been able to have this fixed despite the poor work being done at that practice. I also was told I need two crowns. I got one and was waiting to do the second. I’m glad I waited because it was a terrible experience. The crown didn’t fit. It took at least 10 tries to even get it to fit my bite and still feels off. We left it more or less at a good enough point. It has been three weeks and I now have more pain in this tooth than I ever had before. I even requested a different doctor after my initial crown visit when he covered my entire face and mouth with his arms and hands causing me to have a PTSD flashback. During my flashback I was crying and couldn’t breathe and he repeatedly badgered me and forced me to tell him I was assaulted and that he was causing a flashback. The woman at the desk told me she’d note on my chart to have me see a different doctor. Yet, when I showed up for my permanent crown it was still Dr. Scott. I called this week to tell them I was having more pain three weeks since the permanent crown was placed and was told that there are no longer other doctors at the office. Despite many other doctors being listed on the website, my only option is Dr. Scott. I said I would not do that and asked to see the doctor at the other practice. I was told they’d check and call me back within 30 minutes. It has been well over a day and I still haven’t been called back. I just checked my dental claims and see that he was charging insurance well over what anything on my end ever said on my paperwork. It also says he wasn’t covered by my insurance. So, not only did they force me to see this doctor I specifically requested to not see, they never informed me that he would not be covered despite the other doctor being covered by my insurance. I cannot figure out how there are this many good reviews. Perhaps they’re from before the other doctors left. Don’t see Dr. Scott. Bring your business elsewhere. Do not gamble with your health. I wish I had listened to my intuition before I let this man file down my tooth for an ill fitting painful crown that another more qualified dentist will need to fix. I guess dentists must have a different oath from medical doctors that does not cover the “do no harm” part of medicine.

Negative experience: Hello everyone I am glad they are rated high and mighty. They were very nice but you can’t trust everyone down to the doctors law is law. One thing we need to know is why the heck was I sedated in that dentist office in November 2020 in buckhead for 7-9 hours for two implants. I checked in at around 10:30 am sedated me I was wheeled out in a wheel chair in the dark to a car woke up outside scary right I was drowsy boater or food or oxygen that whole time idk what harkens to me who saw my body and they did stuff to me and my teeth I never signed up for This is a crime three months before I needed brain sugery they said I could’ve gotten brain sugery because of all those hours underneath anesthesia, could’ve caused a tumor who knows but I know it’s a crime and it’s been four years and you see I am just opening up speaking about this. Watch out I still have to find another dentist to finish what they started and never finished an then thought they were going to charge me 50,000 ain’t that a joke on God. They should be arrested. Negative experience: I visited Pure Dental last minute because of a throbbing toothache. It turned out that an old root canal on my molar was infected. Dr. Scott asked me a few questions (including whether I planned to get braces in the future - the answer was yes) and told me the only option would be for me to extract the tooth ASAP and to get an implant. (What I wasn’t told was that getting an implant would make getting braces nearly impossible) I booked my extraction for the soonest date possible, but because I was paying out of pocket, they required me to pay the ENTIRE COST of the extraction upfront at the time of booking. I did, because I was told it was urgent. Something in my gut told me to get a second opinion, and two other dentists who saw my x-rays told me all I needed was a retreatment on my root canal. They said extraction should not have been the only option I was given (if at all), and that it was probably the dentist not wanting to refer me to an endodontist and losing the income of an expensive extraction. I immediately called Pure Dental to cancel my extraction, and I was told I would be contacted regarding my refund. I called back about 10 days later because I hadn’t heard back, to which the response was that billing should have reached out to me days ago - they will get back to me by the end of that business day. They didn’t. I called another 3 times after that to follow up, and all those calls went to voicemail. I had to file a claim on my credit card to get my refund. This all happened in mid-February, and to this day I still have not received a call back regarding this issue.

Fantastic experience: Kalana and Christian were great. I always get anxious coming to the dentist because I have sensitive gums but Kalana always does thorough cleaning, and no pain. She is awesome at her job. Christian is very professional and makes a positive experience.

Positive experience: I’ve been going to pure for a good while now, I’ve seen people come and go. With that said, very early on I was drawn to the care, both professional and personal here. When it came time to execute my ortho care I was a little skeptical because the original orthodontist who I had built rapport was no longer. However, Deshia has snatched my teeth up and made them do a 180 in just 6mos! I suffered from a slight underbite and very spaced teeth (not to mention an adult tooth that is still under my gum line as it grew in sideways) since childhood. Back then more extreme measure were taken such as surgery so my parents never really did what I needed and I just assumed I was stuck this way for adulthood. I opted for the good old fashion metal braces as I knew these would take longer but it would be a better choice for my particular oral situation in the long run; And Deshia is so good y'all. She’s young and knows her sh** I have to also say Jessica in reception is top tier. I had some issues with feeling like nothing other than my braces plan was being prioritized because I can’t seem to ever get an appointment with a doctor for what I was told by another doctor was a routine cap but then told & partially billed by a different receptionist, that I needed a root canal. Well if I needed a root canal since November why am I not being prioritized? I thought Jessica had left but she’s just there on certain days and I’m so glad she is still here! I now feel like someone is actually going to make sure that my oral health, not just the cosmetics of my teeth, will be handled! The hygienist is also VERY good. I hope the owner of this establishment recognizes the few hidden gems he has that end up keeping patients. Because for a while I was only staying for Deshia’s expertise seeing as that was all the establishment seemed to prioritize anyways. I can get a cleaning anywhere, I can get a cap / root canal anywhere but why should I have to inconvenience myself just for good oral healthcare?

Negative experience: If you had a negative experience with Pure Dental and want to express your frustration in a review, here's a strong but fair way to write it: had an extremely disappointing experience at Pure Dental. From the moment I walked in, I felt like just another number rather than a valued patient. The staff tries their best to accommodate the patient. But when you been messed over 3 different visits time, I believe it’s a problem. The dentist barely took the time to listen to my concerns, rushed through the appointment, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a patient in need of care. On top of that, the front desk staff was helpful but lacked organization skills. A dental office should prioritize patient comfort and communication, but unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere and do not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care. Unable to keep staff due to the arrogance of the dentist. They have missed up several time with my treatment plan and changes the treatment plan to fit the dentist that is servicing the patient. The plan should be best for the paying patient and agreed with the dentist Just don't waste time or money, you will be disappointed

Fantastic experience: I have composite veneers and I was very nervous for the cleaning due to me always going to my veneers specialist. But, even with veneers, you need a regular dentists to take care of your teeth. Kelena did an amazing informing me on what my teeth needed specifically and was able to clean my veneers without damaging or chipping them. She answered all my questions and was very thorough with the cleaning. I can't wait until my 6 month cleaning again! Great office, amazing staff and well educated hygienists and dentists.

Fantastic experience: Always great! I had Kalana and Christian and both were super friendly and nice. Got everything done quickly and perfectly. No complaints! Been coming here for 2 years and am happy with it. I almost fell asleep while Kalana was cleaning my teeth haha she is always very gentle and efficient!

Negative experience: Admin is unorganized. 1. They denied my insurance several times before finally verifying that my dental insurance was active and even still they claimed my insurance was not accepted a day before the surgery. 2. Sent the pharmacy my prescription in another patient’s name so I had to go home without pain meds. 3. Submitted the claim to my insurance but the doctor isn’t registered with the insurance company in which the insurance refused to pay. 4. The insurance company informed me they reached out to Pure Dental Health several times with no response. The dental team may be good but the admin team needs major improvement.

Fantastic experience: The employees were very nice and professional!! Although I just wanted to get my chipped tooth fix and didn't want to hear anything else, they educated me on EVERYTHING that was going on in my mouth and it was a lot!! Although they couldn't fix my tooth the same day like I was thinking (just throw a piece of something on my tooth!!) I was able to go back the following day. Good service and everyone was very nice. Dental treatments are sooo expensive but it's not their fault. They have a good payment plan to help on that $25,000 bill they give you!!!!!

Negative experience: I scheduled my appt online for my son and it sent confirmation for a new patient exam 2/20/25 ….I wanted to schedule for me and my son same day not same time once I scheduled my son appointment and went back to schedule my appointment the date was no longer available so I called the number and the man who answered the phone was very dry he then says the appointment I just scheduled won’t work and it was schedule for a treatment and it wasn’t he was very unhelpful and then told me the next appointment was March 26th so we went from 2/20/25 to 3/26/25 and online it does not say that …. I told him to cancel my son appointment and I will find another dental office who can assist my family referred me having him answer the phone will run new customers away as myself

Fantastic experience: I just want to start with the very beginning of my experience…I have NEVER felt such a sense of peace in my life as I felt when I first came into the practice of Pure Dental Health. I have to get an extension amount of work done and I can’t wait till I can do an update after my procedure because I know I’m in excellent hands. Sarah went over anything and everything to know about the procedure I am having done. She is amazing. Such a beautiful person inside and out. She has so much passion for her clients and concern. Just an unbelievable person. I wish I would have gotten my technician’s name. He was great too. I think he could sense how nervous and uncomfortable I was because he would crack little jokes at the perfect time so things weren’t so uncomfortable during a stressful/anxiety time. Dr. Scott just confirmed the peace I already felt when I came in. I could tell he knew what he was talking about & was confident when he talked but the perfect amount so he wasn’t sounding arrogant or anything like that. He just confirmed all the good feelings I was already feeling about the practice. He was like the “cherry on top” type deal. I can’t say enough good things about it this practice. If you are scared about dental work like me, you don’t have to be if you chose this place. I do not know anyone who works for this practice, giving this review is definitely not paid. It does not benefit me in anyway other than in hopes it helps others find the peace that I’ve found in a dentist by choosing Pure Dental Health. I will do a update as well after my procedure.

I felt heard around my billing and referral concerns, and got the additional information I asked for. Fantastic experience: Deisha is an AMAZING ortho tech! I love how she handles me every appointment! Her customer service and vast knowledge of dentistry really helps me feel comfortable every time! All the staff here are very personable, I’ve been coming here for about 3 years now & I have seen staff come & go but they all have been up to standard, in my opinion; HOWEVER, I can say the staff they have now I HOPEEE they keep, they are EXCEPTIONAL!!! I had braces, cleanings, and will now be getting veneers with this business! Pure dental IS top tier!

Negative experience: Over a year ago I had a really scary experience here where a dentist dropped a drill on my face, leaving a deep cut which turned into a scar. Not only did he not apologize or point it out but he rushed me out of the office and I didn’t even know I had a cut on my face until I got into my car and saw the cut was bleeding down my face in the mirror. They also shaved down my front teeth leaving them misshapen. I had to go to another dentist to get this fixed but it’s still not back to the way it was and it causes confidence issues for me. I reached out over and over again and have been ignored and treated terribly by the office manager. When I finally got a response recently she told me “sorry but the dentist who did this to you no longer works here so the best we can do is send you his contact information so you can try to reach out to him”. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. All I asked for was a refund or for someone to fix the work and they have offered me nothing in return for any of this. AVOID Pure Dental at all costs. *Update 10/7/24 - Nobody has reached out to me and I’m still getting the same run around from the phone number they gave me below. It’s just their regular phone number, not a direct contact to anyone who can help me.

Fantastic experience: I got all on x upper and let me tell you something I couldn’t have picked a better place to get my teeth done they welcomed me and my kids like family we love doctor Scott oh and let’s not forget Daniel Daniel Daniel Daniel the skill he has in making the teeth he made my dreams come true they helped me get my self confidence back I finally can smile again!!!! I love all the staff their front desk is awesome and I love all the dental assistants! Five starts isn’t enough to rate them they are definitely ten stars

Fantastic experience: Pure Dental Health has been so amazing to me over these past few months. I came to them for a consultation on the All on X dental implant procedure. Sarah was amazing, she had all the answers to my questions. They guided me through every step even the financing! They really care about their patients. I had some other medical issues going on that was unaware of so I needed medical clearance from my primary care doctor. It took me a couple months to get it under control. Sarah and Dr. Scott’s team checked on me every other day it seemed like to make sure I was doing ok while I was getting clearance. I am so grateful for Pure Dental Health as they have changed my life. I just had my surgery a week ago today, and boy I will tell you they are just the best! If you are looking for a new dentist or to have a large life changing procedure done like me these are the people I would trust with my life!

Fantastic experience: Kela E. was amazing!! She literally gave me an impromptu lesson that explained so much to me about my teeth and the procedure they were completing. She walked me through the process, informing me as to what she was doing at each step. At the end, my smile was restored and I am elated!! I cannot be more pleased!!

Negative experience: I’m only giving 2 stars because if it wasn’t for Hikmat I would have told them to remove my braces and forget me as a patient!! Hikmat is very professional, thoroughly explains my treatment at each visit and SHOWS UP!! He is super nice and knowledgeable. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don’t run him off because he’s all we have at this point! Since starting my journey with Pure Dental May 2025 , by way of referral, there has been inconsistencies with their Ortho Techs which will be delaying my treatment past 6 months. Simply put they quit! Something is undeniably concerning about this. Is it the practice as an entirety or management? Anyway, you would think the Office Mgr, who be the way does not return calls, would send out a blast e-mail to current patients explaining the issues with service or at least provide a free or discounted visit due to the office being unable to keep staff. Instead they ignore your concerns. Very unprofessional and poorly run practice.

Fantastic experience: They’ve earned a long term client as of today! Very professional and thorough with explaining services and cleaning. I was very impressed with the equipment/technology they used. Same day/next day availability with no wait. I’d highly recommend this location!

Fantastic experience: They are so thorough in their cleanings and with the assessment each time. I appreciate that they don’t push procedures or services I don’t need - for example the hygenist gave me multiple suggestions for teeth whitening to try before doing the professional whitening. They are always friendly and I truly trust their opinions and I ask questions about my oral care. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: This place is horrible. I started Aug 2023 with ortho tech Diamond to get braces and everything was good however once she left down hill to my experience. I was told this would be 6-12 months. I have at this at least 4 different orth techs in my mouth and no one ever knows what the last person did. The experience has been horrible and of course my braces with not be off this month. In fact no one knows when they will be off in the office because they can’t keep anyone. This is know fault to my own. I have made every appointment with sometimes nothing being done . They are too busy to speak with me. At this point I want them off and I will just start over somewhere that has an established orthodontist not a temp technician that fill in. PLEASE DONT GO HERE FOR BRACES!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I went in for a deep cleaning today. I came in with a bit of anxiety but pure dental health did such an amazing job that all the nerves went away. Kalana and Janae took amazing care of my during my appointment. Kalana gave me a fresh start with my gums! I will be back for my future appointments

Fantastic experience: I was in agonizing pain for days due to my wisdom tooth being impacted. I called and got a same day appointment to get it removed for a very reasonable price WITH NO INSURANCE far lower than every other dental eatable that I called. Removal was fast and painless I’m truly in awe and so happy I found this place! Will be back and recommending to others!

Fantastic experience: Kalana, Dr Justin Scott and truly the entire team is amazing! I drive 30 minutes to see them and have been coming to both locations for 10 years. Today with Kalana she provided one of the best cleanings I’ve had to date with Pure Dental. They are like family.

Negative experience: Genuinely a horrid experience- staff was rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. I specifically came here after sending them xrays and a referral for a procedure that both their website and a receptionist said they could do. For me to waste 2 hours of my time for a dentist to look at new xrays (they had to take) and tell me he’d need to refer me out. Like what??? I came here cause I was referred??? Felt like a simulation dentist office.

Fantastic experience: This is the first dentist office I’ve been to in Atl and I’m impressed with their customer service it was top tier, their cleanliness, and overall vibe in the office 5 stars . DR. T was my dentist and he was very thorough with my treatment plan and explaining everything, my dental assistant she has glasses a nice smile and I forgot her name but it does start with an L;I just don’t wanna botch her name, but yes she was awesome very sweet and kind . She definitely made things easier with being a new patient . Edgar at the front desk he was very personable and helpful with understanding my insurance policies etc. and my appointment scheduling. Overall 5 stars you just have to go there and experience the luxury

They took the most thorough dental exam I've ever had, complete with 3D imaging. Kalana did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Fantastic experience: Despite not going to the dentist for the past 5-7 years due to my anxiety/fear and prior bad experiences, I was met with very understanding staff members who were patient with me, understanding of my fear, and willing to answer all my questions at my pace. Izzy was very empathetic, knowledgeable, and was great at making me feel comfortable throughout the exam. The front desk was welcoming as well. Looking forward to coming back. Edit: Came back the very next day for a filling and deep clean and I was pleasantly surprised with how great Dr. Thobani was! My filling was completely painless and done in literally 20 minutes. Dr. Thobani and the dental assistant Yolanda worked well as a team and somehow made a filling kind of fun by talking to me and walking me through each step…can’t believe I’m saying that. The deep clean with Kalena (not sure if spelled right sorry) was pleasant too. Very happy with my experience so far.

Negative experience: I had an appointment for 8am on May 28th at the Buckhead location. I scheduled the appointment a month prior and filled out all the insurance information. I received a call right after scheduling to tell me that the May 20th appointment that I had selected who need to be rescheduled to the 28th since the doctor that is in my network was out on the 20th. I agreed, and arrives to my appointment on the 28th. As I was parking my vehicle, I received a text stating that didn't accept my Aetna HMO insurance. I went through rescheduling and driving an hour to receive a text AFTER PARKING!! I went inside to confirm and was told that I could pay out of pocket. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Pure Dental Health is the place to go for your dental needs. My husband had an emergency and went there. He went to their Peachtree location and spoke to Daniel, who is so understanding of the plight. With delight he fixed the issue by the next day. Thanks again Daniel, may God bless you.

Fantastic experience: I want to preface by saying that I have huge anxiety about going to the dentist. It had been a while, and I was slightly embarrassed because I knew I wasn’t in the best shape. BUT, as soon as I came in, they were warm and welcoming. They kept me informed about every little thing. The way they put me at ease was mind-blowing—I was literally shaking on the way in. They were so kind and thoughtful. I haven’t experienced customer service like this in a long time. They did everything they could to make me feel comfortable, and it worked. Who knew you could enjoy the dentist office lol Amazing staff here! From the front, to the MA, the temps, the dentist and anesthesiologist, everyone was perfect. And the coffee was good too :) I was in and out in less than an hour and left impressed with my smile! Thank youuuu ❤️❤️❤️

Sometimes dentists (and doctors) love to beat patients up with all the negatives and focus on all your previous missteps… not here. Everyone at Pure Dental is focused on bettering patients and making sure their dental experience is as stress free and easy as possible. The dentists were informative, kind, and show genuine interest in their patients. Highly recommend.

Positive experience: 4/2024- While I had a great experience with the dental office my experience with their offsite customer service team has been terrible. Theirs a language barrier, they do not have all the information they need. Someone was supposed to reach out to me for an entire week, when I followed up I felt like they were tired of me calling. Preferably they refuse to relay any messages to the dentist office. Entire staff is very nice, office is nice & clean. They get you in & out quick. The hygienist is greats she’s so sweet and make you feel welcome

Positive experience: Both of my visits to Pure Dental have been fantastic. Blake has been so attentive and helpful in every aspect of my two visits to their office. Everyone I have met has gone out of their way to see that I knew what the procedure was, and to make my as comfortable as possible and fully explain each detail. As much as I have always feared the dentist office, I am looking forward to this procedure, and I’m excited to be coming Monday for my surgery.

Fantastic experience: I am extremely happy with the value, care and the team at Pure Buckhead. I had both arches redone, all on 6 implants, surgery this past Monday. Have my temporary sets in while I heal and even they look great, but the final set will be even better. As a certified dental avoidance sufferer, surgery day was easy. I remember very little from a 6 hour surgery. Slight soreness day 2 and 3 but is to be expected after the process. I look forward to getting more accustomed to the full sets and what the final set design holds for me, and restoring full but and chew power once the bone is healed and fused. Thank you Dr Scott and Pure Dental.

Negative experience: What started as a great dental experience for me has turned into a big headache for me over the past couple of months. I underwent a root canal and had a crown place 2 years ago and the procedure itself was great. I felt attended to and the procedure was painless and relatively quick. However I have had numerous problems with my crown since I got it implanted and have had to unfortunately have it replaced 3 times since 2022, the first time with it being less than a year after the procedure. I’m not sure exactly how long crowns last but this feels like a lot of times. The last time I went was in January 2024 because my crown cracked and fell completely out once again and I had to get it rescanned. I was told it would be done in 3 weeks, however when i called to check on the status they told me there was a problem with the scan and I would have to come back to have it rescanned again, which they didn’t relay to me until I had to call them almost 3 weeks after my appointment. This final crown was put in the second week of February and not even a month later it has cracked yet again. It seems as though because I’m not having to pay for the numerous crown repairs due to no fault of my own but improper crown structure, I am not getting the quality care I once received. Even though the crown is under warranty at this location, I will be going to another location so that my time is no longer wasted.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is considering getting their teeth fixed. Don't think about it just do it! You want regret it!

Negative experience: Great 1st time welcome but Awful service, so it seems they’re more concerned with reviews & referrals. I was told I would be contacted in 2/3 weeks for my crown. Now they can’t even find it on file and it’s over a month. I’ve paid. As a 1st time patient they used me as a test dummy for Izzy who not only poked me a few times in the procedure but also got the scan wrong and when the guy I believe Dan caught this who never introduced himself as everyone else did .. arrogantly goes sorry we have to do it again. After confronting him about this he then takes over and surprisingly finishes the procedure correctly. I’m moving out of the country and I had a 2 part cleaning to go to tomorrow which I’m willing to pay the cancellation fee to never have to deal with this business again. I will be contacting you all’s billing department/managers until the service I didn’t receive is resolved.

Fantastic experience: When choosing the best doctor for my procedure, I interviewed several Periodontists. Pure Dental was the superior choice by far . Dr. Scott and his team were very professional and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.

Negative experience: Tl;dr - I don't feel the reviews this dentist's office has accurately reflects whether or not they are a good office and felt as though work was pushed on me that wasn't needed. I was also dismissed and ignored after leaving and nearly didn't get the antibiotics I needed for a tooth infection. Whole review - The only reason there are two stars is because Izzy and Edgar were both exceptionally kind to me. Otherwise, this would be a one star review. I'm severely disappointed in this place. I saw all the lovely reviews and chose them because of it, and I feel completely lied to. First, the doctor I saw - despite being all smiles - didn't seem especially invested in my care once I said the words 'I have to see what my insurance covers'. He came breezing in, insisting that I needed a root canal and that it was the only option. Also, two more crowns. Also. My (functioning) wisdom teeth needed to be pulled. When I expressed concern over losing more teeth (as I'm already missing a few) he legitimately said, "Well, you have one more tooth there." Wow. Thanks. One tooth. That'll make chewing my food so easy, doc. Thanks. And when I asked what other options I might have he immediately jumped on saying, "You can always get implants!" He left saying he'd prescribe an antibiotic 'when I needed it' - aka, when I started feeling pain. I'm not in pain. I don't even have the sensitivity they insisted meant a root was touched by decay. But I'd been sick for weeks and knew I needed that antibiotic. It was one of the main reasons I'd gone to them to begin with. They drummed up a care plan, quoted me over 11k NOT covered by insurance, and pushed me to the door. I inquired about anything that could be done to help pay - sliding scale, payment plan, etc - and was told they'd look into it. Then I left without an antibiotic. I sent an email later that day requesting the antibiotics and their soonest appointment - after all, I need that root canal, right? They made it pretty clear it needed to be done ASAP. Three days and several emails and phone calls later they *finally* prescribed the medicine. After that nothing. Zip. Zero. Nada. No communication. It's been a full week since my appointment. I can only assume they decided I wasn't worth the time or effort because I asked what other options there were to pay. I didn't say I wouldn't. I just asked for options because I'm disabled. I'm beginning to wonder if the whole thing wasn't just a scare tactic meant to try and frighten me into making a rash decision and spend money and it also makes me wonder if I actually need half the work they insisted needed to be done. ‍♀️ Also, they really pushed a review after my initial visit, which makes me think that a lot of these reviews are biased towards a friendly first visit and don't reflect the full picture.

Fantastic experience: Fast & Efficient are two words that I’ll use to describe my experience at Pure Dental! I was able to get a same day app for my pre op and a week later my wisdom teeth were removed. Dr. Scott, Yolonda, a dental assistant and reception whose names I can’t remember at this time, all showed great concern for my issue. This was such a smooth process and I will certainly return for all my dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I used to hate going to the dentist but every experience here is actually lovely. I absolutely love the staff and Dr. Thobhani- they treat you like a friend and not just another patient. Pure Dental has been my favorite and I will forever continue going until I’m old and need dentures and hopefully they’ll do those for me too.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional service! I’ve always had a crippling fear & anxiety of the dentist from past experiences; this was my first appt with Pure Dental and I must say, as a person that’s not swayed easily, I was very pleased. The care and support I received from both staff and Dr.T was amazing! I felt so comfortable the entire procedure (this was an emergency appt for a chipped tooth, not a simple cleaning). Even though I’m a new patient, the scheduling team worked to get me seen in less than 24 hrs. I can’t say I’m “pro dentist” yet, but I’m definitely looking forward to taking care of my dental concerns moving forward with Dr.T and his assistant Yolanda. Might I add, Yolanda and Dr.T’s compassion & understanding towards my anxiety was like nothing I’ve experienced before; both put effort into making my environment comfortable. I’m very appreciative and eager to continue my care at Pure Dental!
