Negative experience: I took my grandma to Dental Dreams for an appointment. When I scheduled, I specifically explained that the last time we waited for hours and never got seen, and because of her age and anxiety issues, we couldn’t go through that again. The woman on the phone assured me they now had two doctors and that the wait wouldn’t be long. We arrived at 4 p.m. and waited until 5:45 p.m., only to be told there were still four people ahead of her and she wouldn’t be seen at all. The woman ego spoke to us I believe she was the dental hygienist (I believe her name was Carea) was very kind and clearly overwhelmed, but she stayed professional and never got rude, she’s the only reason I’m even giving one star. However, the office manager (Sarah) was extremely dismissive. She didn’t apologize or take any accountability. She acted like it was completely normal to overbook patients to the point that some never get seen. This place is horribly managed and completely unreliable. I will never recommend Dental Dreams to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Took my nephew to his appt and the staff was so amazing! Lots of activity going on but the staff were so kind and sweet! The manager was very kind I missed the name but I hope they see this!

Negative experience: Waited two hours just to be seen at a scheduled appointment, staff is rude and ignores you if you wanted to ask a question or anything. Considering how close to close it was before I gave up, I have a feeling they would just tell people to come back the next day

Negative experience: The worst, the longest wait time. My appointment is at 10:30 am now it’s 12:40 pm and I am still waiting in the waiting room. No sign that I am next. Why overbooking. If your time is valuable, mine is as well. I have work, I can’t take the whole day off just for dental appointment. And if I get late by 15 minutes they say we will talk to the doctor, anyway I will wait for hours so what’s the point if I come on time. Last time here I honestly wanted to rate this place -10 but I don’t see it so I had to go with one star

Negative experience: I took mother to get her teeth cleaned. Wait time was over two hours. I thought may be that day they were understaffed. Then, I went to get my teeth cleaned and same, over two hours wait time. Doc and staff no one really cares about your experience. I had to call for a follow-up up question, the person on the phone was rude hang up on me before I finished talking.

Fantastic experience: Ive had my husband go for two emergency visits. And once for myself. We dont usualy see dentist. Before I sent my husband he hadn't gone in over 10 years to a dentist. Has great teeth though believe it or not. I go a bit more often maybe every 3 years or so but each er appoint they've seen us next day from calling. Ps his emergency appt we thought were tooth related but they were sinus issues and so was my one er visit. Doc informed us that our sinus runs through our gums which is why it affected the feeling in our mouths.

Negative experience: Unless you are willing to wait 3-4 hours to even see a doctor, don’t come here. There catch is they give you appointments instantly — to 3-4 people on the same time.

Negative experience: I wish i could give this a zero I had to wait 4 hours almost 5??? 4 hours in the waiting room and 1 in the dentist office we asked the gossiping girls sitting at the front desk what's taking so long and they act like they don't care or barely acknowledge us??? When we went into the dentist office we wait even more I felt like I was going crazy if I could sue I would. DO NOT GO HERE

Negative experience: I have 0 star rating it is not properly established. Wait time not under 3 hours so make sure you have time when you make your appointment. All they do is cleaning your teeth and send you to a different dentist who does the work. Bathroom is dirty as well.

Negative experience: Honestly, I wanted to rate these 0 stars for this place. Service was horrible. Overly crowded for no reason. I even arrived to my appointment 10/15mins earlier because I knew I was a new patient and there was going to be paperwork that needed to be filled out. Ended up waiting over 2 hours and 30 minutes. I got fed up and just left. I kept asking multiple times when would I be seen and they kept giving me the "you're next" or "you're the pink folder" why should I care what color folder I am? What does that have to do with me waiting for almost 3 hours. Do not go here. Seriously.

Negative experience: There are plenty of other dentist in Philadelphia. The staff there gossiped the entire time about coworkers that were off and patients that just walked out. I got there at 9:30 for a 10am appointment I wasn’t seen until 12pm. After my teeth were cleaned both the Dr. and hygienist got up without saying anything. I asked if I’m done the hygienist said “yes follow me sign this” and that’s it. No instructions on how to keep my teeth healthy. No findings on what I should watch out for. No setting up of a follow up appointment. Nothing. I left confused.

Negative experience: They forgot about me and never put me in the system to get pulled to the back for a check up and I end up waiting 2 hours

Negative experience: Don’t have enough doctors yet takes appointments left and right. Expect to wait 2-3 hours per visit at a minimum to see the doctor even with appointment.

Negative experience: Horrible, I’m extremely frustrated with my experience. We waited over 4 hours just for them to clean my child teeth. Stay away go to somewhere else never again!!.

Negative experience: Every time I come here it's always some ish. So my daughter's appointment was for 230 arrived around 215 it's now 510 and we're still waiting on service. They saying it's only 1 doctor so why schedule so many ppl because we're def not the only ones still waiting for service. The dam office is supposedly closed now Google says but we still in here waiting on service. Never coming here again.

Negative experience: Wait time took forever. I had my appointment at 2 pm and left at 5:30 pm. Mind you they close at 5 pm.This is insane and unacceptable. I deft do not recommend and I will not be coming back. Besides that the staff is nice.

Negative experience: I’m extremely frustrated with my experience. We waited over two hours for a less than 10-minute teeth cleaning for my kids. Their appointments were scheduled for 9:00, 9:30, and 10:00, but a dentist didn’t come in until 10:53. I asked if there was only one dentist, but no one could answer. They even conversed over my child’s face while cleaning his teeth, and there were no apologies for the delay—just a nonchalant attitude. This isn’t the first time we’ve experienced this. I expressed my dissatisfaction before scheduling, but things haven't improved. Waiting nearly two hours is simply disrespectful. Never again!

Negative experience: hoursssss wait times, terrible communication and bad attitudes, which will result in numerous appts for the simplest things. It’s always something here!

Fantastic experience: Even though the wait was quite long, the doctor’s assistant, Isabella, was incredibly kind and attentive. She came up to me multiple times to check in and reassure that I’d be seen soon. I was there for a filling yesterday and was absolutely terrified of needles, but she gently assured me that it would only feel like a small pinch. Such a sweet and caring young woman. Que Dios la bendiga. I will definitely be recommending this dental office to others going forward.

Positive experience: Wait times are bad but the staff there is really nice. I was taking to the back where I had to wait some more. The lady who gave me my X-rays was nice and talked me through every step. She made sure to position the mouth piece for Xray where it would cause less pain and kept checking on me. I walked out with a referral and some medication. If you make an appointment here make sure it’s very early. It gets super busy here.

Negative experience: I had an appointment at 3 and stayed waiting till 5:30. Mind you, they closed at 5 so I was the last one there and since I was last, they were rushing. When I asked them questions, they brushed it off and didn’t care. They were taking so long, looking around for lost equipment, it was ridiculous. They were insanely unorganized and annoyed as if it’s everyone else’s fault that they were a whole mess. Don’t come here, you’re gonna be waiting a while just for them to do their job poorly.

Negative experience: Worst dental office you can go to. You’ll wait 2 hours just for a cleaning, whether the waiting room is empty or not. I get being understaffed, but start scheduling appointments accordingly, as this has been a problem for years. Such an inefficient and unprofessional dental office.

Negative experience: DO NOT COME HERE. I came here and luckily had barely any wait time with my emergency appointment at 9 but the dentist told me i DIDN’T have an infection (which is why i went, i knew i did) and said it was just wisdom tooth pain. I went to my actual dentist a day later and she instantly knew it was infected and drained it. Seriously just don’t waste your time coming here

Negative experience: Slow as hell, always long wait time. Last time had to wait more than a hour and thirty minute and appointment my appointment was 3:30. And my gums bleed when that lady washes it, she digs into your gum.

Fantastic experience: I’m a new patient with Dental Dreams Cottman and I had a great experience. Everyone was nice, professional and took great care of me. Negative experience: Awful place! Had an appointment & waited 4 hours for just simple cleaning. They put toothpaste on & have you rinse yourself at the sink. No towel covering you while doing the cleaning. They can't even do their job right because I still have stains left. It looked like they just brushed my teeth which I can do that at home! Very aggressive and rushed cleaning that I felt like my teeth was going to break. It felt like my teeth would get thinner. They have a mouthwash rinse sitting there at the sink where everyone used it. Very unhygienic. They never mentioned about the need to redo fillings! They overbooked & take walk ins when there's so many people already with just 2 dentists. No hygienist either!

Negative experience: The wait is very very long, if they can not respect the apointment timing, why they are even given apointments, people got things to do they don’t have a whole day to spend at the dentist office to get a 10 min treatments. I’m not going back to dental dream anymore

Negative experience: Having to wait 2 hours for a 10 minute cleaning is ridiculous, even more ridiculous when you guy are the one calling the patient to make appointments and then having us wait two hours is horrible service

Negative experience: Made zero sense been going there for a few years now and not only had a problem almost a year ago with being seen late, but now this time around I had my child’s grandparent take him and all of a sudden it’s not allowed? Since his grandparent is not his legal guardian? That they need to have legal documentation to bring my child there. Since when was this a thing. I spoke to someone prior to me scheduling my child’s appointment and made them aware I would not be the one bringing him. And was not told of this. This is not only upsetting but stressful I’m a full time employee for a private business I can’t take time off when I want to.

Negative experience: I would give no stars if I could. They act like you're bothering them when you show up or call. We waited for over 2 hours! My sons appt was at 2. We were there at 130. He got taken back at 2:30 and texted me at 4 to tell me he was still waiting to be seen! This was the second time it happened. While waiting the movie that was on playing had adult content and curses and this place is suppose to be for kids! I'm looking for a new place. I asked to come later because I work! I was told they only do certain appts until 3pm . But yet they are the ones running 2 to 3 hours behind.

Negative experience: Recieved a text message about a bill that has be over 5 years old . No billl sent mail . Nothing out of the blue ! He had state insurance then not even sure when this visit was what happened if it happened .

Negative experience: There is no reason anyone I don’t care who you are, what you are, what type of insurance you have , for someone to wait almost 2 hours just for a 10 minute teeth cleaning. The fact that u came early. There was 2 families in the waiting area and still waiting. There should be at least 2 doctors working. Not one person treating several patients. That’s ridiculous. They call you in the back as if you’re about to be seen and you’re just sitting there without anyone coming to check on you, give any feedback about the wait. This was thee worst experience I’ve had at this dentist office! I can’t wait until they send me the link about my experience because I am going to let them have it there as well. This was badddddd! I basically missed work. After waiting for so long someone finally did come in and empathize with me. It’s still frustrating!! Corporate needs to do better. Because I’m sure they’re at home doing what people do on the weekends not sitting in a dentist office with one dentist waiting hourssss to be seen!!

Negative experience: This place is horrible. They check everyone in regardless of appointments or walkins. Once you check in, you're guaranteed to wait 3 to 4 hours. Every time I went there, I waited at least 3 hours. Then what's the point of an appointment? They don’t even care when you complain about waiting. There are better options out there. I've had enough of this madness. I'd rather go somewhere else where they respect my time.

Negative experience: Just came in today the wait time is RIDICULOUS came in at 1:30 got assisted at 2:26 the whole time it was a dreadfull wait cuase all u could hear was the screams of children and crying from the play gym I even had to walk out for a bit because I was going to get a mirgane. Let me not get started on the extremly long Form i had to fill out asking me the same questions like 10 times. The only good part of this place was the free wifi. They couldn’t do anything about my throbing tooth, either way never coming back.

Negative experience: I would give it 0 stars if i can smh, appointment at 3:30 came in 20 minutes early even, waited 50 minutes to be called to the back, took some x-rays and now i’ve been waiting here for 53 minutes and counting, yes i’m writing this review while waiting smh, appointment do not matter at this place many people just walk in and they get served before you even if you have an appointment

Negative experience: The wait time is crazy. My appt and children’s appt was at 2:15. At 3:15 I ask one of the front desk if she can please tell me how many people are in front of me. She told me she has to go back and check with an attitude and never gave me an answer back. At 4:25 I ask her again and she tells me the same thing. 4-5 people that got there after me, and went inside first then me and my children. ( This happens everytime single time I go. ) When I go sit back down I hear her say to her co workers that why do I have to catch an attitude. Very unprofessional, rude, not understanding, no communication, unpolite… front desk staff were horrible. I would never ever SUGGEST ANYONE TO GO THERE… and I would NEVER GO BACK THERE.

Negative experience: My appointment was at 12:30.. I didn’t get seen till 3pm. And they didn’t really clean my teeth that well. They were so overbooked.

Negative experience: There is no reason for anyone to have to wait at any office for 3 hours. I will not be going back to any Dental Dreams. There was one hygienist that was kind enough to let me know the dentist was coming. No one else in this practice was helpful. I observed people leaving that signed in 30 mins after me. I can't express enough how much time we waisted in this office for a cleaning. I went as a new client and will never return.

Negative experience: The dentist doctor who did my cleaning wasn't cleaning deep enough to my teeth even though not deep cleaning i refuse. She barely cleaned it. Just to get me in and out. I don't like the way she cleaned. Not a friendly doctor. I ask her for prescription for mouth raise she refused to write. I got other doctors wrote for me for raise pain tooth I had. This doctor lazy or refused to write. She's not cooperate. Not like she has to pay the insurance. This raise really helps my pain when I used it. Never go back to her again

Fantastic experience: I went to Dental Dreams because I needed a whole set of dentures (upper and lower.) Best decision I have ever made. I had absolutely no problems whatsoever. EVERYONE I dealt with were delightful and professional, and couldn't have been nicer. I would recommend Dental Dreams to anyone who needs dental work done. I thank the staff and every one there for making my experience a breeze!

Negative experience: STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! The wait times are insane! My children appt was at 3pm and at 5 pm they called us to the back and we still sat for almost another hour. I started to put our coats on and one of the dental assistants said it makes no sense to leave now I mean you’re next. I did not like her tone at all!! I then proceeded to walk out and said to the Dentist I waited 2 hours and needed leave and she shrugged her shoulders. They schedule about 10 patients for the same time slot knowing they don’t have the proper staff count to accommodate these appointments in a timely and accurate manner. It’s giving money hungry.

Negative experience: It was a very bad experience; I wasted the entire afternoon waiting for a simple dental cleaning. My appointment was at 2:30 p.m., and after complaining, they finally saw me close to 6 p.m. To make matters worse, the results were not satisfactory. I decided never to return.

Negative experience: Every time I go to this dental clinic for teeth cleaning, I have to wait for 2 hours. Can you improve your work efficiency or hire another doctor, or stop so many people from making appointments? Don’t you think it’s tiring? But we are tired of waiting

Negative experience: I just don't know what the hell happened to this place! I waited hours for my appointment and it took them less than 10 minutes to clean my teeth. I was like what the hell. Like cmon, when I looked into the mirror they damn just literally brushed my teeth, I can totally do that myself. All those cavities are still there! Plus I somehow received a mail about a treatment that I had never done and the insurance doesn't cover and it's from this dental place. Like what the heck, thank god I didn't get charged for a treatment that I haven't done. Never going back to this place ever again.

Negative experience: Bad place to go. I had an appointment at 9:30 am and I went there at 9:23. I stayed there until 11:00 am when I asked them the front desk lady she keeps telling you are the next. I left them and later on they called me to apologize. In July 2024 they did same to me when I took my children there. They repeat it today. We changed our dentist.

Negative experience: 2025 Update: GO ANYWHERE ELSE! We had an appt for 230 and didnt see the dentist until 4pm! We were taken back relatively quickly but they had ONE dentist serving so many people. Everyone was nice enough and my daughter loves the play area but even if I drive 45 mins each way somewhere else, it'll still be quicker.

Negative experience: I wanted to share my honest experience. The wait time during visits has consistently been unreasonable more than 3 hours—only for the dentist to spend less than five minutes with my daughter. Even my daughter begs me not to return because of the poor service. I haven’t been back in over a year, as nothing seems to improve. It’s incredibly frustrating that this office appears to take advantage of the demographic they serve, offering subpar care without any meaningful changes. I’m eagerly searching for a new dental office that will provide better service and accepts my family’s insurance. I hope this feedback helps bring attention to these issues.

Negative experience: If i could give this place no stars, I would. 1 doctor, overbooked every time. You have an appointment at one time , the doctor doesn’t see you until 3 hours later! The girls that work there always get the heat from patients and it’s not fair to them.

Negative experience: If I could give them no stars I would this place without failure every time has you waiting for over an hour just to be seen for something as simple as a cleaning. No communication whatsoever, is constant overbooking and doesn’t even care how it affects the patients. There’s no reason I should be waiting over a hour to be called back for dental work. Never again.

Negative experience: My experience was very frustrating. As a new patient with an appointment, I waited for 2 hours before being seen. I didn’t receive any paperwork the first hour of being there, and they were taking patients I was waiting longer than before me. Once I got back, they did an X-ray, then I had to wait another 30 minutes to be seen by the doctor.

Negative experience: No individuals fault at all, everyone was very kind. However, even if it’s an operational mistake, waiting this long to be seen is unacceptable. My appt was for 12:30 and I was seen at 3PM. Apparently there was only 1 doctor in on Saturday yet there was at least 25 patients squeezed in the matter of a few hours. How does that make sense? Unfair for patients, the doctor, and the staff who have to respond to patients. Not sure whose fault or idea it is to take in so many patients with only one doctor but something needs to change. This could affect the dental care being provided.

Negative experience: I waited 2+ hours after my appointment to be put in the back and over an hour and some to be actually seen. This is the 3rd time this has happened the second time I left because the lobby was completely packed. There was staff walking back and forth like there was nothing to be done. I highly recommend going anywhere but to this dental office unless you have hours to sit around watching everyone walk back and forth.

Negative experience: Our appointment was at 1pm and we had to wait 3 hours. The employees didn’t seem that occupied considering they were talking with each other and not attending to customers. It was suppose to be a brief checkup for my kid but it turned out my kid didn’t get to see the dentist.

Negative experience: This is by far one of the worst places to go for dental care. My mother, children, and I had a routine appointment scheduled for 1 PM today. Despite my six-year-old daughter complaining of gum pain, only my mother and I were called in for imaging. My daughter, who is in pain, was completely ignored. The staff at the front desk were extremely unprofessional and rude. After waiting in the examination room for nearly an hour, the dentist never showed up. By 3:30 PM, we had no choice but to leave as my children were starving. On top of that, I had my 8 month old baby with me, who was crying the entire time because the room was unbearably hot. When we went to the front desk to address the issue, the staff showed no interest in resolving the problem or even apologizing for the terrible service. This place is absolutely not suitable for children or anyone seeking quality dental care. It’s no surprise they have so many bad reviews. If you can’t provide fair and professional service, you shouldn’t charge fair money. I’m disgusted by the lack of customer service and professionalism. This office should not be allowed to operate under such conditions.

Negative experience: Dishonest, rude and bad scheduling. No one should be waiting in a dentist waiting room for 2+ hours. Then, I was called back for x-rays and had to wait an additional 1.5 hrs.After constantly asking the assistants when am I getting my x rays, they keep saying 20-30 mins. The 20-30 minutes went by multiple times. Someone finally came and took my x-rays and then I'm waiting an additional 30 mins for cleaning. I asked the front desk how much longer for routine cleaning she responds rudely. I walked out. I will not be going back to this business again. I been to other locations, but I will be changing my primary dentist cause that's insane.

Negative experience: Horrible experience my girls had n appointment at 12:30 we arrived at 12:15 & didn’t get out of there until 4pm. What’s the point of n appointment had we been late we would have not even been seen!!

Fantastic experience: Nice dentists and staff! It gets busy due to it being pediatric and adult treatment, so the wait can be long, but the dentists r good and they give referrals to check any issues so that they arent assuming and just doing procedures w/o fully being seen by a specialist, which is good. No issues whatsoever or any complaints. I would recommend this practice.

Negative experience: I would not recommended this place, they are super slow, and workers have nasty attitude, getting smart (not all), i was told that there was a million other dentist and that i didn’t have to go to that one. So i took my service elsewhere.

Negative experience: So my last appointment here was horrible. The wait was more than 3 hours long I was so fed up that I only allowed my daughter to be seen. The Haitian dentist is very rude. A couple of the dental assistant were chatting about how they hate their job. Just very classless & tasteless. I asked for my records to be switched to my new dentist office and they gave me the run arounds. Never again with them.

Negative experience: Every time I’ve been to this place I didn’t waited over three hours . One time I was scheduled at 9 o’clock. I did not leave till after one. Scheduling is very horrible They know that this is a they know that this is an ongoing problem and they still choose to make the schedule like this .All they can tell me is the doctors very busy. They literally set me in a room for a hour and walked off and then started to bring other people back without helping me and was helping them.

Negative experience: Horrible! Every time and I do mean EVERY TIME THE wait is 3 hrs long! They pull you in the back to do X-rays and then have you wait another hr after waiting 2 hrs in the waiting area to see the doctor, I’m not sure about the other DENTAL DREAMS BUT THE ONE ON COTTMAN AVE SUCK

Negative experience: The wait is beyond terrible. Over booking appointments. The people are nice but the wait is beyond unfair for people with every day lives. Please do better. And run if you can until they do better.

Negative experience: In this office of dental dreams. They themselves make an appointment for you, for example at 10 in the morning. The patient arrives at 9:30. Still at 12 in the afternoon you are waiting to be called to come in and sit for another 45 minutes or 1 hour until the only dentist who is available can see the patient. I think dental dreams is one of the worst dentists on Cottman Ave. Why would they schedule 50+ patients at the same time if they knew they were short staffed? My kids appointment was supposed to be 11 and 11:45am. We arrived and signed at 10:30 am. An now it 1:55pm . We're still waiting in a room for a dentist... I wish I could file a complaint. The front desk are trying to be. But the way they booked is not Okay.

Negative experience: The staffs do what they can. In the past I had afternoon appointments and that was a nightmare. Waiting, waiting, and waiting. The staffs are friendly and doing their job. They have no control in overbooking clients. It is not right to booked several clients at the same time knowing they are understaffed. For simple cleaning and X-rays I should not have to wait for over an hour to get my teeth clean. I understand that this place except Walk in but walk in should not get a priority when I have an appointment unless the walk in are bleeding to death. I know it is more money to be made with a walk in because only a Walk in would come in because of something bad happened to their teeth. This time I was there 30 minutes before my appointment and waited for 75 minutes and got my teeth clean. This is considered a good for this place. I go here because it accepts my cheap insurance. When I get better insurance I will have more options and go to a better place. I always get water runs down my chin and my face would get wet since there not a person to use the suction to clean up whatever is in my mouth so I have to bite down the suction to get the water and particle sucked out from my mouth. Thankfully my teeth is not bad and just need a cleaning.

Positive experience: While the doctors and staff are kind and professional, the wait was unbearable. My kids appointment was at 4:00, I left at 6:30. It was a routine check up. They did well since the pandemic but now we are back to the long wait. Please go back to what you did in the past 4 years, I had no issues.

Negative experience: didn't like the service, my appointment was at 3 pm, they only called me to come in at 4.40 pm and when I went in it was almost 6:00 pm, and I still hadn't been seen. I left because I couldn't wait. I think it's absurd, a lack of respect for us.

Negative experience: My mom had an appointment at 12, she came at 12 and it’s almost two o’clock, she has not been seen. I kept asking for an update, they keep saying she was next, then they called 4 more people ahead of her. Then what’s the point of an appointment? People that came after her got seen before her. Here I am thinking i found a good dentist to go and take my family. If you’re coming here, make sure you have no other plans for the day. My kids get out of school at 2, I had to ask someone else to go pick them up due to the fact that the waiting is so ridiculously long in here. Two hours is ridiculous

Negative experience: My appointment was at 11:30am I still was sitting in the waiting room at 1:30pm! I ended up having to reschedule my appointment because I had to be to work by 2, which I informed them when I made the appointment and they assured me I would be out way before then . I just don’t understand how you set an appointment but don’t go by that!! I’m currently in the process of looking for another dentist

Negative experience: Arrived at 1pm for my 1pm appointment with my daughter whose appt was at 1:30. We waited in the waiting area for 1 hr. I filled out the paperwork within 15 mins same insurance. We were in the inside at 2pm and gotten x-rays quickly. The doctor saw me at 3:45 for my cleanings and then my daughter right after. We left at 4pm. 3 hrs total time for this appointment. Will I come back Hell No. they take in walk ins so that is reason why we are waiting and waiting. Patients do get urked and leave. It is madness they over book.

Negative experience: I have appioment at 11:30 am .i reach 10:40 am after long 3hrs wait in lobby .they take me inside and wait again for Docter 1 hr.and when Docter came she says i have alot of patient wait i will do it next appioment which make no sence extremly hardible

Fantastic experience: I had a very pleasant and informative visit today. Dr Iman made me feel very comfortable during the exam and answering my questions. The front desk staff, and dental techs were very pleasant and professional also. I was referred by a coworker and my insurance company. I'm glad I followed their recommendations ☺️

Negative experience: They are unreliable with their ability to keep up with the appointments they make for people, I had an appointment for 12pm and I was still waiting at 230 pm I left, due to their ability to keep up with their sequel. I would not recommend any body to go to dental dreams.

Negative experience: My experience was Horrible today. The girl drop my dental and broke them, then she lied and said she only dropped them , but when she brought them to me they had glue on them. I asked why they was dirtier, she said that she dropped it. Then I preceded to clean them and it broke in half. She knew that she had try to glue it back together. So she took them and try to glue them again. I am Devastated .

Negative experience: Took my daughter here for a routine visit. Our appointment was scheduled for 9am. We arrived at 8:40am and the office was still not open. We were second in line. We were let in at approximately 8:49 signed in and filled out the paperwork again…2nd in line. Once taken to the back my daughter was given X-rays at approximately 9:30am. We patiently waited for the Dentist. At around 10:15am we noticed that the dentist was taking care of someone else that arrived after us so I asked how much longer for us to be seen. We were told that we should be next. At 10:35 am we still were waiting. Once 10:40 am hit and we were still waiting I had enough. We left without being seen. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment if the facility will not honor it? Then I received a text message asking me to leave a review. So here it is. We will never be returning. Terrible experience. My time is just a valuable as yours. If you plan on visiting this facility be prepared to have 3 to 4 hours to spare. Because you will DEFINITELY be there that long or more.

Negative experience: Staff was good, however my kids appointments was at 3:30pm and it was about to be 6:30pm and they had only taken X-rays, I ended up leaving after 3 hours of waiting.

Negative experience: Appointment for 1:00pm. I did not get called into the dental room until around 3:00 pm did not get serviced until 3:42 pm. This sucks . I may never return. This is the new normal for this place.

Negative experience: The wait was way too long, i sat there almost 4 hours with 2 kids. Which is so unnecessary especially when their procedures are fast. Definitly better communication with patients is needed

Negative experience: The wait is horrible you can get there early and still wait hours to be seen then when you are seen it’s fast because they are rushing to get to everyone else that’s been waiting for hours just like you. When your name is called to go in the back you still have at least 3 people in front of you I will be looking for another dentist their favorite line is if you come at 9 you will be in and out it’s unacceptable I should not spend my whole day off on the dentist’s office and still not be seen RIDICULOUS

Negative experience: They open at 9am, my appointment was at 9am and I got there at 855. I didn't not see a Dentist until 11am. She seem cold and short. Didn't explain much at all. The Dental assistant was extremely helpful though. Overall, this is not a Dentist that I will recommend to anyone.

Negative experience: Both my son's appt was at 3pm and 3:30pm. We didn't get seen till 5pm smh and the appt was only 15 mins in and out. That's ridiculous

Negative experience: The pits. My appointment was at 12:30. I arrived at 12:15 since I was new and knew there would be paperwork. I was not taken back until 1:20 after repeatedly asking for updates. At 2 pm, I still was not seen for x-rays, teeth cleaning or dentist. Staff failed to update me until I asked. Then I was told there were 3-4 patients ahead of me. If common courtesy was extended and I was informed the dentist was running that far behind, I could have left and come back. Walk ins should never take priority over appointments. I left without any care. I will never return, my time is valuable. I called my insurance company once I got home to decline any payment should they try to charge They sent me a text to review, so I did.

Fantastic experience: Dr. O is the best dentist that I’ve ever been to. She is fast, professional and I never experience any kind of pain whatsoever. Her hands are light too. I’m always satisfied when she takes care of me. Thanks Dr O.

Negative experience: My appointment was at 2:30pm on a Saturday, 3 ppl in waiting room including myself. I didn’t know it was 4 more ppl in the back. I left from there @5:00. The crazy things is no one seemed to care how long patients we're there for. It gets worse I paid out of pocket full price no discount for my time. Never again dental dream never again. Oh one lady was nice enough to give me her daughter’s charger for a bit. That was the best part of my appointment.

Negative experience: My appointment was at 1:30. Got there 15 mins early… waited in the waiting room for an hour, got taken back.. they took X-rays and then left me in there for about another hour and a half. I walked out. Mind you, there was barely any patients there.
