Negative experience: Overall the experience was okay. The parking lot when I got there is shared with a snap fitness and is small. So there were two spaces available. I called a few weeks prior and made appointments for all my kids. 4 kids 7 and under. If dental work is needed they REFER YOU OUT TO PEDIATRIC DENTIST. I did not know this going to the appointment. They charge a $25 fee to send records over to referring place for clinical notes and x rays. Just x rays is no cost. When also needing work done for myself I found out that preventive care is in network but services are out of network. So now I am having to set an exam up for me and my son at new places and then will have to go back for another appointments for the dental work. So if you are looking for in network providers I’d be sure to ask what exactly you are “in network” for. If you are paying cash I’d just find another place that isn’t as pricey. But that’s just me.

Fantastic experience: Love 7 to 7! They are a great team! I’ve had a good bit of dental work done lately, most with Dr Barnes. He’s a fantastic dentist and just a great guy. Ask for him!

Just yesterday I was seen for an emergency (called day before) and was seen at 7:00 am the next day! I seriously can't find any areas where they could improve! I am 100 percent satisfied!!!! Negative experience: We have been coming here for years and just learned at our 6month cleanings that 7 to 7 does not take, nor submit, to a secondary dental insurance since end of of May/beginning of June. The treatment coordinator did say that they will help patients submit paper work, but all other legwork through ones secondary is solely up to the patient. So just fyi, if you have 2 dental plans, be prepared to deal with insurance on your own.

Fantastic experience: 7/14. Called due to my wire coming undone from my bracket. I got in early around 5:30even though they told me that they can squeeze me in around 6:30. I only waited for five minutes and they called me in took care of me and I was out before even 6 o’clock. Ortho team always take care of me. They are always so friendly and so welcoming. The entire Cibolo team always welcome you with a friendly smile.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Barnes is cool. Everyone there is really friendly and accommodating. I’ve never had a bad experience here. I enjoy the visits. And Kim, we all love Kim. If you want to look forward to dental hygiene, just meet Kim. As long she’s here I’ll be a patient.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend!! 7to7 Dental (in Cibolo) was able to get me in within a few days as to other places I contacted were booked out into mid July. The staff here was fast and professional when I arrived for my appointment. I was scheduled for an eval due to some tooth pain occurring. They ran my insurance immediately after the eval, asked how soon I wanted to have the procedure done (I stated asap). They offered me an appointment for later that same day and got the procedure knocked out within an hour. I even received a 24 hr post op call from the staff to see how I was doing. Not many places set the standard like this. Looking forward to going back to continue working with them.

Positive experience: Normally, I don't have many issues with this location, but today I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time to be called back. Once they had me in the dental chair, I had to wait almost another 15 minutes before the hygienist showed up to get started. I was very close to getting up and leaving. The wait times in the lobby past the appointment time has been getting longer over the past year or so. They're probably over booking to increase revenue, but this is terrible for customer satisfaction. Everything else was great as usual.

Negative experience: I had an 8am appointment & I wasn’t seen for 40 minutes. That is unacceptable, if I showed up that late I would have been told to reschedule. Dr. Orr was nice, but after waiting so long I was not too happy. When I got a cleaning a few weeks ago I waited forever again, what is going on 7 to 7? It appears you overbook & don’t have the room to accommodate everyone??? Disappointing f!!! . F. Talleur

Fantastic experience: I made an appointment at 7 to 7 Dental thinking my insurance would cover it. My insurance, unfortunately, did not cover this location. The manager, Sarah Martinez, was incredibly accommodating and offered a free cleaning, x-rays and exam for my daughter and myself. During my exam she stopped by to check on "the special guest". I was blown away by the customer service, friendliness of staff and care. I plan on ensuring my new insurance plan covers this location.

Fantastic experience: Thorough cleaning and dental exam was fast. 3pm appointment...they had me in the chair by 255pm. Started cleaning right away...very good. As cleaning was finished, the dentist came in...blew some air, looked around...he didn't find anything...I was good to go. Front desk scheduled me 6-months out. I was home just before 4pm. Fast and efficient.

The dentist who filled my cavity has 5 star chair side manner. Super easy to talk to and he and his assistant worked like pros together. I was in and out and that’s how you get me to write a review. Fantastic experience: I have had a lot of work done in the past couple days and the staff always made me feel welcome no matter how many times I felt I was bothering them . All the doctors are very understanding and try to work with your schedule. I'm extremely grateful!

Negative experience: It's a no from me. Aside from the kind and sweet front desk receptionist, there was zero "warm & welcoming fuzzies" at this location. I was not allowed to remain with my two minor children when they were taken back to the treatment rooms for their cleanings. There was zero communication after their appointments about post-appointment instructions. Extremely cold and bothered staff members. My kids' teeth were cleaned. So they've got that going for them. But other than that, would not recommend.

Negative experience: 7 to 7 dental did not allow my daughter to be with me during my appt. Office said only minors. 7 to 7 dental needs to revisit this for seniors. I'm 83 and need help understanding what my dental care requires. There was so much information, two x-rays and long wait. Felt overwhelmed.

Negative experience: Three family members had a cleaning and all of them were scheduled for 9. We arrived one minute beforehand and still weren’t seen 30 minutes in. Multiple people had been seen after we arrived and left while we were still waiting. Spoke up many times to the staff. The third family member had his cleaning around 10, one hour after the scheduled time! The hygienists and dentists were professional. But the system wasn’t working for them. We’ve waited before but today was horrible.

I had somewhat of an emergency with a tooth and was able to get a tooth extraction and a root canal procedure done. 7 to 7 Dental was able to fit me in for an appointment, within 2 hours of finding their business online. They were able to get the work done in a timely manner.

Negative experience: Hygienist Teresa very good. T he doctor not so much. Rude and poor customer services. Not willing to listen to me as a patient. I will need to look for another dentist due to this experience. But I'm sure he doesn't care.

Fantastic experience: I’m grateful for their white glove service. I’m grateful for their willingness to help. From the front desk, to the X-ray Tech and Hygienist, and My Doc, they were accommodating and friendly at the Cibolo Office.

The 7 to 7 team always makes me feel welcomed and comfortable. Kim did my cleaning today and I just have to say she truly is a light in this life. Keep up the good work!!! P.S.: I live in San Antonio and I have seen a 7 to 7 closer to me, but I’m willing to travel 30 minutes to Cibolo each time simply because I love this team and this location.

Negative experience: My husband recently went in for a six month check up where he was told he had two cavities he needed to be filled. He was told one was on a wisdom tooth and the other on the molar anterior to it. He was told he was no longer a good candidate for wisdom tooth removal since he was too old (he’s 35). He was promptly scheduled for a week after and they took half the payment upfront. I asked him to seek a second opinion because all of the above seemed wrong to me. The new dentist that he went to took a new set of X-rays, did a full work up and told him that he did NOT have cavities and that he could still have wisdom tooth removal but that it was not currently necessary. Needless to say we won’t be going back to 7-7 as it seems like this facility is only trying to meet a quota. Do yourself a favor and take the health of your mouth to a private practice. I think we all know that different treatment modalities is one thing. Different diagnosis is another. I also think we can rationalize that a doctor wouldn’t recommend something that would loose their practice money. The second physician also took the time to look over X-rays with us so we were able to visualize what he was speaking of.

Fantastic experience: I want to thank Dr.Gonzalez, Katrina, as well as the rest of the 7 to 7 staff. I have never had a more pleasant dentist visit than I had today. They were kind, super helpful, and made the whole process easy to understand.

Negative experience: 7 to 7 dental may have convenient times. But their quality is lacking to say the least. I broke my tooth, had to have a temporary crown put on, the day after the temporary crown was put on it fell out. I went back into get it put back on, to have it fall out less than 12 hours later. Didn’t feel like wasting the time to go wait the hours to have it reinstalled so I decided I would just wait until my appointment in 2 weeks. The appointment that was scheduled for today 4/24. Today I went in, and the tech was making adjustments to what we both believed was to be my permanent crown, only to have the doctor then come in and say there was a “blue note” that indicated they should not make any adjustments… Obviously something that the tech was not aware of prior to my appointment. To have the same temporary crown, reinstalled, and told that I will need to come back in three weeks for the updated crown, but that they would “try to put a rush since all they needed to do was add material“, “we should be able to get that back next week“… To then get a text appointment date not EVEN the three weeks I was told, rather over a month & 5 days later. A temporary crown that I cannot wear my retainers with because I was informed that was why the temp fell out. I spent a lot of money having my teeth in braces for two years; to now have them relapse as I sit over two months without a retainer. And of course I want my crown to be right, however, all of this could have been avoided had the tech known before ever trying to “adjust“ the bite of my crown that it was not supposed to be adjusted! So now I’m out all of that time And not even so much as an apology!

Fantastic experience: The Cibilo location is awesome! They got my son in within one hour for an emergency appointment. Everyone at this location was very helpful and kind. Recommend 10/10.

Fantastic experience: The complete group that worked on my teethwas outstanding. From the gal that did the X-rays for I have a gag reflex and she worked hard to get the X-rays. The hygienist had to deal with my vertigo and she told me every step she was taking. I will definitely returning.
