They put them at ease and used technology very effectively to help the whole process. Dr. Bailey was very kind and was able to effectively communicate all the technical information and was very helpful in determining what work was absolutely necessary and could wait.

Fantastic experience: Their office is so amazing they have iPads for the children to play on while in the waiting room and a fish tank to watch while waiting for the Dr. We weren't waiting long for him. He is also good with the kids and explains it all so well to parents. The assistants there are so sweet and explain everything in a way that my toddler could understand. And before doing anything to her they would show her how the tools work so she wouldn't be scared. She loved it there! Definitely recommend!! 2025 Update: I now take my three children there and they are always so excited to see the dentist and dental assistants. Still do amazing work and as always so welcoming!

Fantastic experience: The atmosphere in the dentistry is fantastic! From the moment you walk in you are greeted by a friendly staff, the wait time was non existent they were ready for us within a minute of us checking in. Melanie made my daughter feel at such an ease, she was nervous walking in but she made sure to make her feel comfortable and very very personable, if I could also rate her customer service she would also get 5 stars. My kids can’t wait to go back now for their 6 month checkup all really because of the staff and the friendliness of Melanie.

Fantastic experience: Started bringing my kids here in 2006. It was not our first pediatric dentist, but definitely our last. Absolutely fabulous care! I would recommend WVPD to anyone with small, medium, or large kids. Everyone will be treated with respect and love. I'm a little sad that my youngest will be aging out soon. Do yourself a favor and bring your kids here for dental care. Easy access, lots of parking, walking distance from bus stops.

I took my 4 year old little brother here for his 6 month cleaning and the assistant, I believe her name was Leslie, was so patient and kind she had a smile on her face the whole time! She was answering all the questions I had and when I wouldn’t understand she would explain it until I got it! The staff here was so nice and welcoming I will continue bringing my brother and my future kids her HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!

Positive experience: I absolutely love this place. My oldest will be 21 this month and went here her siblings still go here. Bailey is the best! I did have a bad experience this year with billing. My son was not being covered in the insurance, but the other kids were being covered. I had a balance that the office manager brought to me at a cleaning. We talked she was going to rebill and said not worry about it. We keep up on our 6-month cleaning, so we are there often with 3 kids. We are also there once a month getting braces tightened. I got a call from a collection agency saying we had been sent to collections. In 21 years with West Valley Dentistry, we have never been sent to collections. I called them asking what happened. Things were getting sent to an old address. She said they had sent multiple text, I did not get any text. I told her the last time i was there the billing person said she would rebill. I had never heard back from that. I had no idea I had a balance. I'd think with the years we have been going there and the way we come in every 6 months they would have waited for us to come in before we were sent to collections, or a phone call. They are great the staff are fantastic with the kids. I would definitely recommend. I am just very disappointed in being sent to collections without a phone call or waiting to see us at the next visit. I know it's a business but, I'm just surprised with the 21 years behind us it was sent to collections when we have always paid what we owed. We will pay and continue to see Bailey because he is the best. The kids were so happy to come back to Bailey when we moved back to the state.

Fantastic experience: This morning our Grandson had a surgical extraction procedure. The staff, particularly the Dentist (Sam Bailey) and Sweet Dreams Anesthesiologist (Matt) were Creme De La Creme in our opinion. Our grandson has a heighten awareness of what will be happening, that he becomes petrified to the process. With that said, this is why we think the above-mentioned professionals are highly recommended and respected to care for and perform any procedures for your little Loved one. THEY HAVE AN UNCANNY BUT PROFESSIONAL ABILITY TO PROVIDE COMFORT AND THE NECESSARY CARE TO PROCEED ON WITH THE PROCEDURE. Fantastic experience: We just moved to the area and decided to scout the area for a new dentist office since we were too far from our old office. Plus, the last expierence wasn't the best for my younger 2 boys. I found West Valley Pediatrics on google and the reviews were great. Plus, the mascot was a shark. My boys love sharks. It was a quick process of calling and getting scheduled and doing new patient paperwork sent. Coming in was busy, but the staff was very courteous and kind and getting us in fast. Giselle the medical assistant was excellent and so patient with my kids. And Dr. Chavez is very thorough and so so kind. He too is patient. We will for sure be back!

Fantastic experience: I have never had better care for my son. He has Autism and is sometimes not the easiest patient. The entire staff are always so wonderful with him and he is still just fine walking in the door for each visit. We have been coming here for 7 to 8 years and everyone is amazing!
