Negative experience: "Dr Khazoum really did an amazing job!" That was my first impression after getting veneers. However I am very disappointed in his work because I have had 2 of my veneers fall off and all I was eating was pizza and a Publix sub the other time! What's worse is he charged me a significant amount of money for putting one back on! When the second one came off he charged me an exam, X-ray, and for the temporary he put in. It was well over $100. And that's not the end because he has to recreate the veneer as I lost it or swallowed it. He gave me an estimate of 2500!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Dr. Rita, she listens to your concerns and any questions you have are answered in a way anyone could understand. I’m in the medical field and I’m very impressed with her gentleness, understanding, and compassion. I’ve had a root canal and crown and from the initial injection to the placement of the permanent crown was pain free. I didn’t know what to expect as this was my first procedure at a dental office. I now am wearing Invisalign and am thrilled with the progress so far, very little pain and the molds fit great. I wasn’t aware that you had to get multiple raised glue spots on your teeth to hold the molds on properly, even that process was easy. From my Dentist to all her staff and front office staff I am 100% pleased and would recommend them to everyone. Thank you Grand Dentistry of New Port Richey! Update! This is by far the best Dental office I have ever been to. I’m in the final stages of Invisalign and I have a 99% straighter teeth. I smile all the time. I had to have a tooth removed , under sedation of course because I’m a baby. Great experience from start to end. Thank you Dr Rita and your wonderful staff!

Negative experience: I have FULL DENTAL with Prudential Insurance. It was provided before my visit. I was there for a cleaning and check up. They started to clean my teeth. Half way through someone came in and kept trying to talk me into bridgework from years ago. I told them I wasn’t interested, but they kept insisting that I needed it. This persisted for 20 minutes. I felt like it was in a used car dealership The person left the room and the dental assistant came back in and told me my one hour was up and if I wanted to finish having my teeth cleaned, I would have to make another appointment And come back. I took my business elsewhere. Grant dentistry’s office call to reschedule and I told him I was going somewhere else. Months after my visit, I received a notice from a collection agency that my bill had not been paid. I called the office and they told me there was an issue with my insurance. I called my insurance and they said nothing was ever processed by grand dentistry. I guess somebody was being spiteful? Two years later, my 27 year-old daughter who lives away from home and has her own insurance policy as a kindergarten teacher makes an appointment no problem and then two weeks later they call her up two hours before the appointment and tell her she can’t come in. Spiteful? The receptionist tells my daughter that even though she lives in a way from home with her own insurance policy has been banned because I’ve been banned. IS THIS THE WAY GRAND DENTISTRY ALLOWS THEIR OFFICE PERSONNEL TO RUN THEIR BUSINESS?

Positive experience: Great hygienist, but they try to up sell you on items not covered by insurance.

Negative experience: This dentist is not upfront or honest. Trying to get the biggest buck they can. I never new insurance companies tell dentist what to charge.

Negative experience: My first and only visit to this office and their estimate of my insurance coverage was 100% wrong. Everything they said my insurance would pay, they didn't. I also chose an optional treatment to try to reduce white spots on my teeth. No change after 2 months, and since it was not a covered procedure, I'm out over $500 for a useless treatment. The people were friendly enough, the cleaning went well and my mouth felt better after. However, getting my insurance right is a basic requirement for me, and messing up so bad that I have to pay an extra $350 out of pocket after my visit is a deal breaker. I was referred by a previous patient and I was going to bring my spouse. Neither of us will be coming back and I'll tell her to stay away too.

Fantastic experience: Every staff member from front desk to the doctors are great. They are friendly, caring, they take the time to explain our needs. Myself and my kids who are grown ups comes here, we are pleased to be a part of Grand Dentistry family. Every question and every issue i have had they have been able to resolve. If there's an issue with the Insurance they take the time to resolve it and make sure everything is correct so I don't have to pay out of pocket. Negative experience: Worse place ever. Had my teeth pulled last summer for dentures. The dentures don’t fit I was told I’d have to get new ones but pay this time after my insurance paid almost 3k. I can’t eat I’ve lost a ton of weight yet they don’t care.

Negative experience: I went to this dental office to get my wisdom teeth removed a few years ago. I was told, after the x-ray, that they could be pulled there with no problem. After 40 minutes of excessive pulling on the same bottom wisdom tooth and agonizing pain, the dentist had tears in her eyes and said that she couldn't pull it. At this point, I was in a great deal of pain and my mouth was bleeding. She apologized and said she would try to make it up to me by calling other dental offices to try to get me fit in there. She ended up getting me fit in at an oral surgeon's office and told me to drive there, and gave a prescription for pain medication and apologized. I was still told to pay for the x-ray. Mind you, they had a $1 special going on for new patient x-rays. So, I had to check out with a bloody mouth in tears for one measly dollar before leaving. They could have at least not insisted that I pay that since I had to drive in pain with my mouth bleeding to the other office and sit in a packed waiting room until I was able to be seen. Looking at my x-rays and planning accordingly could have prevented this. This experience was so traumatizing and now I can tell that I have severe nerve damage from the way she handled this procedure. I have migraines brought on by pain in the spot that the tooth got pulled. The nerve pain spreads from my face to my neck, ears, and head and has made me miss out on work. It lasts at a 8-10/10, sometimes for even more than one day straight at a time. It is debilitating. It feels like my life will never be the same. I can't go more than a week without the pain coming back. I've even had to go to the hospital for the pain. Oral gels and over-the-counter medications just don't work for it. Now I have to seek treatment for this issue and hope it works and isn't too costly. Thinking back, I should have sued. I am considering meeting with a lawyer to discuss my options. UPDATE: An MRI showed that I developed Trigeminal Neuralgia because of this. I have since had 4 neurosurgeries to help the pain. They have not been successful and I am now on longterm pain management medication around the clock.

In my 62 years of going to the dentist, I have to say, this is the BEST Dentists EVER! If you’re looking for a dentist or want to upgrade from your current dentist, then look no further, Grand Dentistry! You won’t be let down that’s for sure. Great communication and to me, that’s important too.

Negative experience: I would never recommend this dental office. They are overpriced, they also add treatments to your file without your knowledge. Thank god I caught this. Unnecessary procedures. They have high turn over in their staff. Which means their staff isn't even happy there. Lucky for me my cousin is a dentist and my best friend is a dental hygienist back North. Every time I'm at that office I call them to clarify if I need this treatment or not keep in mind everybody these people work for you you don't work for them do your research. All they care about is money!! RUN

Fantastic experience: I’m happy to say I have experienced the best dental service ever at Grand Dentistry. The entire staff works well together to provide a friendly stress free environment, from the front desk to the hygienists and dentists to the billing department. Recently, I required an urgent appointment as I had a crown break off. They got me in the morning I called and eased my anxiety while providing professional treatment. Most importantly, they earned my trust by successfully reattaching my crown instead of recommending a new one. Before Grand Dentistry I had a couple other dentists tell me I should have another crown redone during consultation when I didn’t have any issues. In addition, the billing department checks with your insurance before any work is done to let you know what the cost will be. So, for their honesty and transparency they deserve five stars!

Fantastic experience: 10/10 if I could! Wow! Before I decided to come to Grand Dentistry, one of the receptionists called me about insurance my husband had. Even though they didn't accept it, she was very kind and wanted to make sure I had no other questions. I wasn't even a customer yet. The telephone experience set the tone for the entire staff as well. I went today for my first time. I was greeted so kindly! I waited no longer than 5 minutes once my paperwork was complete. I was given so much time to ask questions!!! My hygienist (I forgot her name ) was one of the nicest, welcoming person I have ever met at a dental office. Dr. Khazoum made me feel very comfortable and explained everything to me. Answered all my questions as well. Seriously, the best dental visit I have ever had!

Negative experience: I will not be going back. They had me there for two hours did all the things. Then insulted my intelligence by having someone come in to tell me it would be $6000 dollars for braces. I have nearly perfect teeth but my top teeth don’t come down in front of my bottom. $6000 and asked aren’t you sooo excited directly after I was told I was too old to use my insurance to cover it. Oh and nothing about the night guard to maybe help my clenching I will not be going back. The equipment was so big my jaw hurt with the constant biting down for pictures.
