Negative experience: My wife Veronica has been back 7 times to replace a temporary crown. the replacement was either the wrong size, or the wrong color. You would think it would have been done correctly after a couple attempts. This is unacceptable. Dr Anderson has been there each time and said these things happen. Really

Fantastic experience: My wife, Judith Perez, went to Anderson dental for immediate dentures shortly after having had the last of her teeth, six in total, extracted. She suffers greatly from anxiety at even the thought of any dental work and though things got a little rough at the office, they were extremely patient and kind to her. Though her mouth is a difficult one to fit dentures for, we were so impressed with their professionalism, empathy, and skill, that we are going to pay out of pocket for a remolding of her bottom dentures because when the initial molding was done, my wife was in a lot of pain and it made the fitting difficult at best. We are confident enough in the office’s abilities that we won’t go anywhere else. Thank you to the entire staff.

Fantastic experience: This has been my second time going to Anderson Dental, both times for cleaning and check up. I have nothing but good things to say about this business. From the front staff, to the hygienist, to the doctors... absolutely a great experience. But I must say, that the best experience was with Antonio the hygienist. Extremely customer service orientated, extremely knowledgeable and great at what he does. He was very thorough in the cleaning process and very informatible. Just being there two times, I actually consider him a friend, that's how personable he was. So if he leaves, I will follow.. that's all I have to say, but ultimately a great experience with the whole business from beginning to end.

Positive experience: The receptionists were consistently friendly and throughly professional from beginning to end. For them I’d give a 5 star. Frankly speaking, I was a little startled by the hygienist but I just chalked it up to her having a bad day. I didn’t complain, I just followed along with the routine trying to be conversational, when possible. Being generous I’d give a one or two star to the hygienist.

Negative experience: The technician escorted me to the room. I explained to him what I needed. He left the room to see the Dr. I wanted 75 minutes. After he didn’t return, I walked out to find out what had happened. I saw him standing in the hallway and he told me he was waiting to speak with the Dr. I told him at least he could have came back and said something to him. Twenty minutes later he returned to the room. I felt he could have handled it better.

Fantastic experience: Ashley did a great job with my teeth cleaning. She was very compassionate and had a lot patience, which I appreciate as someone that doesn't like going to the dentist. They don't try to upsell you at all. They went over the cost of additional treatments without being pushy at all. There was also very little wait time between when I arrived for my appointment and when I was called back to begin.

I came in with sever tooth pain from my wisdom tooth and my concerns were acknowledged and I did not once feel like a bother or embarrassed. I would recommend this practice to anyone!

Negative experience: I’ve been a loyal patient of Anderson Dental for some time now and have referred many friends and family here because of the great service I’ve received over the years. However, during my most recent visit May 15th, I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at this office. The male dental hygienist , Antonio, who assisted me that day was extremely rude, short, and condescending. From the start, I told him he was being very aggressive while placing the guard in my mouth, and even more so when using the metal tool to scrape between my teeth—he was going deep and hitting my gums hard. I also asked him to ease up while flossing, as it felt like he was using all of his force, which was painful and unnecessary. Instead of responding with care or concern, he doubled down with comments like: “You don’t floss every day,” “Well, do you floss every day?” or “Right—well I need to get into your teeth.” Not once did he offer an apology or show any empathy for the discomfort I was in and still am in nearly 24 hours later. What was most disappointing is that I came in trusting this office, and left feeling disrespected and unheard by Antonio. No patient should ever be treated that way, especially when expressing pain. I sincerely hope this issue is addressed moving forward—for the sake of everyone who walks through their doors.

The staff reception was kind and prompt to take care of me, the dental hygienist ( I had 3 different ones) have all done a great job. I only see the doctors for a check up so far ( thank goodness) and they have been friendly and doing their job ! Definitely recommend this office :)

Fantastic experience: Still a great dentist. I used to visit thier Greenacres Office, now called Parkridge. While that location is a complete scam, I am glad Anderson Stuck to their rroots. Esquistly clean, all the new High Tech Gadgets you want. Technician was thurough and gentle. Dentist came and didn't try to upsell me anything. Left today with no Cavities, which was extra special since Parkridge told me I had several which would require 2 visits in addition to a Crown replacement. TLDR, Anderson Dental is a good Dentist you can trust.

Negative experience: Had a perfect experience with my dental hygienist (Sarah). Everything was great until I went to the front to check out. I was stared at like an alien, “Um, do you need something?” Mary Anne or whatever her name is… super unprofessional, haggard, and clearly ready to retire or take a nap. She proceeded to speak over me when I tried to explain that I was just asking if I had a copay. Maybe next time don’t make the people paying your bills feel like an idiot or unwelcome. It’s a shame because I love Anderson Dental but each time I go, some of the “front desk girls” are super rude and unhelpful.

Fantastic experience: First time visit and very pleased! The equipment is so advanced it was amazing to see the results. My Hygienist was very good and my teeth cleaning went painlessly and fast with wonderful results. I needed a tooth extraction done and they scheduled me the same day within minutes! It was performed with minimum discomfort and I had no pain the days after while I healed. Would definitely recommend them too!

I have issues with the epinephrine in traditional novacaine and also have issues getting numb and she switched up the medicine used, was patient with me, and most importantly made sure I was numb throughout. Negative experience: I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with my recent experience at Anderson Dental in Royal Palm Beach, Florida. For over five years, my family and I have had no issues with their dental services, but that changed during my latest visit. Upon arriving for my regular check-up and cleaning appointment, I was greeted by the medical assistant at the front desk with a condescending attitude I recently switched my insurance from Aetna to Anthem, which is based on the West Coast. When I arrived for my 10 AM appointment, they struggled to contact my new insurance and informed me there was an issue with my date of birth. Since my insurance company wasn't open yet due to their hours being from 8 AM to 6 PM, they told me I needed to cancel and reschedule my appointment. I explained that I would be out of town for an extended period and couldn’t reschedule, but all the front desk staff could say was that there was nothing they could do. Given that my new insurance is a PPO, even if their office doesn’t work directly with Anthem, they still could have provided me service and submitted an out-of-network claim I was baffled that, as a long-time client, I was treated like just another inconvenience. Meanwhile, I noticed other staff members chatting in the back while I was being dismissed. After leaving, I called the office to officially cancel their services, and unfortunately, it was the same unhelpful lady who answered. It was clear from her tone that she couldn’t care less about losing a loyal client of over five years Because of this experience, I will definitely be advising my family and friends to steer clear of this office in the future.

Fantastic experience: I want to thank Anderson Dental, as a new patient, for fitting me in after the holidays for an emergency appointment (6 caps, 1 root canal, 1 filing, 1 bridge fell out and needed to be reglued. They came up with a plan of action. Michael who scheduled the original appointment, Dr. Medellion, Sahadia her assistant, and the other assistants who helped, the women who checked me out, explained the estimated cost and scheduled the remaining appointments, were all professionals and very nice.
