Fantastic experience: Dr. Jong is awesome! Very caring and gentle, great bedside manners. I appreciate how he makes sure I am comfortable throughout the procedure. Before hand, he discusses treatment in depth and provides all options available for my case. The office is clean and equipped with up to date technology. My interactions with the dental assistants were also pleasant. They offer many financial options. With my insurance, the prices were affordable. Treatments recieved so far: Full exam, Cleaning, filling, 3 unit bridge. In the near future, looking to enhance my smile with teeth whitening or veeners.

Negative experience: Every time I come here they change my hygienist without notifying me. It's a revolving door. It is a huge difference from when I first started with the practice. It's more like a factory. I will be looking for a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: I just moved to the area and found Buford Dental online. Knowledgeable, professional, and informative! The entire team was also pleasant and understanding even when I got lost. (Which, btw, the office is in the lot behind Kindercare.☺️) I've sat in alot of dental offices having four children, but I'd put this in my Top 3 for all of the above and it's cleanliness! Dr. Choi and Tisha always take great care of me, especially during my smile correction journey!

Fantastic experience: My experience at this dental office has been the best. Beginning with Bella, Dr. HIRA Khans Assistant. Bella is very knowledgeable and quick to make you feel comfortable and get the work done, and does a great job in helping the doctor Complete the Work thoroughly without leaving me Sore or Without pain when I leave and go home. I write this because I’ve had experiences that other Dentist, and because of the Work that they have done I got TMJ and could not open my mouth. Dr. Hira Khan Is very sweet, and quick to ask questions of any of my concerns. Her Work is excellent. Like I said before I have no pain, no sores, no cuts In my mouth when I leave. I feel like I didn’t get any work done. Maybe I should explain the type of work that they’ve had to Perform on my mouth. I’ve had bridges and crowns done. Replacement of crowns. I must say also that I am very happy with how the bridges and crowns look in my mouth. Very natural looking. They have done excellent work. They always make me feel comfortable and move it along quickly. I’m not one that usually writes reviews, but I had to write this one. God has taught me, if you have nothing good to say, don’t say nothing at all. But in this case, all I have is good to say I am extremely happy I found this Office.

Fantastic experience: I had two crowns today. Dr. Kahn & her assistant were a great team. Clear communication on the procedure and regularly asked how I was doing throughout the 2 1/2 hrs in the chair. My first experience with an all female team. They are rockin' it! Thank you.

Negative experience: If I have the option to give the office 0 star I would, but google is not giving the option. I booked with them for clean up as a new patient after talking 4 times over the phone on all details. I explained everything about the situation, and they said everything would be covered or they would not charge me. After reaching the doctor office doctor and his assistant told me they would charge for an exam, which is $96. I did exam and x-ray with another doctor's office, and before 6 months, insurance will not pay for X-ray and exam. I told them all that after that, they checked with insurance and told me they would not charge for anything. Main issue is they provide wrong information just because of if they get new patients for money. They can provide any wrong info to get new patients, and once you are there, they will tell you after getting you seated in exam chair.

Fantastic experience: I went for my dental cleaning and front staff was great! Mr Hung was my hygiene dental cleaning assistant he was great and make me everything what he was doing step by step. Dr kham visited and showed my inflamed gums and make me understand you can cure it now afterwards it be late to save your teeth. So listening to her. I did exactly what she said. Thanks to all team good experience and energetic people!!

Positive experience: Love the staff, dentist are good. Service is good. The wait times are decent. However. One HUGE negative is the use of the phone AI "Amanda". Limited, frustrating, and no desire to interact with it. It fails to connect to a human. It supposedly takes messages and the staff tell me they don't get them. When I'm calling. I want HUMAN interaction, not a slightly upgraded phone tree. It cannot answer questions appropriately nor handle issues. Hard pass on this.

It was a refreshing experience to speak with a doctor, who clearly explained the complex procedures that I would require. The honest appraisal of time, cost, and work required was clearly explained and itemized. Dr. Choi recommended certain specialists, however, I don’t think I will ever get that feeling of trust and comfort that this office conveys to a new patient.

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I were not happy with our previous dentist and decided to go somewhere else. We did some research and found Buford Family Dental in Sugar Hill, GA. This place is advanced and up to date since they use all the latest technology when it comes to cleaning, X-rays, 3D scans and live camera inspection. You are able to see all the x-rays on a big screen while the dentist explains any and all concerns. Dr. Hira Khan and Bella took great care of her. They were friendly and practiced good hygiene here as well. This is now our go to dentist for our dental needs. We recommend Buford Family Dental to anyone who is looking for an amazing and friendly dentist.

Negative experience: We’ve been going to this practice for several years. There has been a change in the dentists as well as frequently changing front desk staff over the past couple of years. On this recent visit, I was told my son needed 14 fillings. I took both my sons for a second opinion and that number was revised to TWO. I was also told that two of the fillings my other son received would need to be replaced well before their time and that they just barely meet the standard of care. Avoid this practice at all costs. It breaks my heart to think we’ve received barely passing and/or unnecessary work for the past few years.
