Fantastic experience: My first appointment at High Point dentistry was a great experience! Dr. Kong was friendly and made sure all my concerns were addressed. He uses the latest dental technology, improving comfort and dental results. My dental hygienist, Ramsey, was very knowledgable and explained everything she was doing and how I can better take care of my teeth. She did an extremely thorough job, giving me the best cleaning I have ever had at a dentist! I was very impressed with the office environment and all the staff!

Fantastic experience: Everyone at High Point Dentistry is so nice. The dentist and hygienist are always so gentle and constantly ask if I’m ok. They are always willing to answer questions and explain what is going on. I have not had any issues for the last couple of visits, however when I do they respond quickly and explain the steps we need to fix my issue. My last issue was a cap that came loose. They were able to reapply it. I love the work they have done to fix my aging teeth!

Fantastic experience: In the past month I've had a broken crown replaced and a cleaning and, again, 5 stars all around. The dentist Dr. LaRocca and hygienist Francesca are just excellent. I went away from each visit feeling well cared for. Highly recommended! Well, 4th year with High Point and they're the best. As in past years, the people and services are just 1st class. Couldn't be happier. Especially Nicole. We're in the 3rd year now with High Point. Couldn't be more pleased. Very pleasant techs and dentists. For example, Nicole did my teeth cleaning today and I found her very personable and knowledgeable. First rate group. Highly recommended. We're in our 2nd year with this group. Very professional staff, from the front office to the hygienists to the dentist herself. Good technology, reasonable pricing. Just an all-around good place to go.

Fantastic experience: Even though he was incredibly busy, Dr. John Hur treated me during unexpected appointments to make sure I was healing alright from my wisdom teeth extraction. This dentistry definitely deserves its 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: First, everyone at the front desk is very friendly and thorough about their job- in terms of making sure everything is ready for you. The wait time was not bad at all, we were scheduled at 1PM and the orthodontist saw us at around 1:10ish. The orthodontist was very friendly and my little brother (the patient) even said that his calmness is so soothing, he could fall asleep they all went above and beyond and we are totally more excited than anxious to get our procedures done at High Point Dentistry. Fantastic experience: I switched to High Point Dentistry since my previous dentist is retiring. I read a lot of good reviews online before I chose this place. I am very happy with the care that I have gotten so far. Dr. Patel is wonderful, really gentle and very reassuring. The place is clean and welcoming. It is also less than 10 minutes from my house. The staff are awesome. Always smiling and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Negative experience: BEWARE when going to this dentist office. To start, the reason for the high number of 5 stars is fraudulent and manipulative; they offer customers a free teeth whitening kit if they provide a 5 star review. Do NOT trust their oral surgeon, Dr. John Hur. The dentist will refer you for wisdom tooth surgery, even if it is not necessary or appropriate. I have all of my wisdom teeth and have had little to no issues with them. After being referred twice, I decided to set up a "consultation" appointment. It was NOT a consultation but another cash grab and form of manipulation. They will charge you $264 out of pocket for a 2 minute (literally 2 minute visit with the doctor) during which he asked me why I needed my wisdom teeth removed (I was told he would help me understand why I needed them out - instead he looked confused and then fumbled his words telling me it would be helpful if any problems come up in the future). He then proceeded to recommend being put to sleep for the surgery but had no support for the recommendation other than "it's easier for you", despite the $1600 price difference (they will tell you it's only $1000 difference until you see the bill). He did not explain anything about the process to me (other than the legal precautions he is mandated to read). The doctor did not answer any of my questions and it was clear he only schedules consultations to round up and manipulate as many people as possible into undergoing his surgery. They say the 264$ can be applied to the cost of surgery if it is scheduled within 30 days (extremely manipulative). I left the office feeling incredibly confused, unheard, manipulated, and now fearful to have these people perform surgery on my mouth. Now I have 30 days to schedule the surgery or my $264 "2 minute consultation" is for nothing. I'm going to take this loss as an important lesson. A great example of why it's so hard for people to trust dentists.

Negative experience: Totally change from year ago.I had schedule cleaning I usually go to same hygienist but they changed with out notifying me and on top they charge me $160 for cleaning, it would be nice that I knew it would be charge before I decide to do cleaning.

Negative experience: I have been a patient for 6years. I have always had a pleasurable experience. During my last visit I had a 8am check in on 12-11-24. My dentist was very kind. Here is why I am leaving this review they had obvious issues with the exam room when I walked in water on the floor from an equipment leaking. I was told I needed ex rays I explained I did not. My insurance changed during my last visit and you took a full mouth cray 6 months ago. Equipment that was leaking would not work or work properly they continued to try and use. Once the dentist was done cleaning my teeth she moved on to the next appointment like normal. The assistant then took over the cleaning. She maybe polished teeth for 2 minutes max zero flossing was done. Also I have a bridge no action was given to my Bridge. While leaving I booked my next appointment and was back in my drivers seat of my truck at 8:38am. In my opinion this is record time. On my way home I called and canceled my appointment I do not see my self returning to this dental office again. O and they kept my 50 dollars for cancellation of appointment 6 months out. Well they said I have a 50$ credit.

Negative experience: So I needed an urgent extraction and a dentist recommended i see this dentistry. Before extracting the tooth they kept trying to upsell getting an implant even tho the insurance wouldn't cover. They came in the room after the extraction was done and said I was ready to go. They called my phone once I got home and said I ran out without paying which isn't true. The lady over the phone was extremely rude when all I was trying to do was give her a credit card. She even mentioned it I didn't pay it they would take me to collections, it was my choice! I was still trying to give her a credit card for the payment. When I asked why she was being so rude she said the whole situation was awkward??? What? Said I was lucky they did a same day extraction? Patients please know I'm not picky do this review is only because I'm still in disbelief how I was just spoken to. Side note they were supposed to provide me with gauze and when I got home no gauze was provided!

Positive experience: And I haven't had any problems with my dental cleaning until I had my appointment with a different person there it didn't go as great as it could have been I think because this person is still kind of new to doing it . And the other problem I had was when a issue with a tooth and they all sudden said oh it needs to be done and when I went to the front desk they brought me to a small room and here is the bill to pay to do it and they didn't realize I had a insurance that I've been using for my dental work which was kind of strange if they knew me there at all they would have known I had dental insurance.

Fantastic experience: I just had my first appointment with Dr Patel at Highpoint and it was a great experience from start to finish. Every employee is friendly and informative. They listened to my goals and concerns formulated a treatment plan that works for me. Im glad I finally found a great dental office, right near my home! The dental hygienist was fantastic as well.

What’s also so amazing is that you can watch television while getting your service done rather than looking at the ceiling and the dentist. I would highly recommend. They are a 10 out of 10!!

Negative experience: I called weeks in advance and made an appointment for my family. They called me day of to say only some of us could be seen and not all of us. It’s not easy for people to take off of work for appointments and then be told an hour before the appointment something came up.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to go this office by a family member. Really glad I went with the recommendation. Every encounter I've had starting from the phone call, to the front desk, to the actual dental staff was very nice and welcoming. Dr. Garcia and his assistant were very kind and thorough at my first visit. I didn't know I had dental anxiety until today and that manifested into high feelings of stress and crying. They were so compassionate and patient with me. They took their time with me, let me take small breaks, and never rushed me. It was surprising for me to go through that but they handled it very professionally and made me feel okay to proceed. I left the office fully understanding my plan of care and any questions I had got answered. I'm really happy I trusted this office to take care of my dental needs.
