Fantastic experience: Got a new dentist to help with my sore tooth. She was very helpful by letting me know all my options. Actually the filling seemed to help my sore tooth. I was able to eat as usual after the medication wore off. I would be happy to have her as my dentist.

Fantastic experience: very friendly and talented staff. very prompt getting to your appointment on time. doctors have latest dental equipment and are skilled at making it as painless as possible.

Fantastic experience: When I cracked a filling on my front tooth while eating a hot dog 2 days before I was getting married (which made for an admittedly hilarious story to tell), Schaefer Dental got me in within 2 hrs to get the filling redone. The staff was incredible - every single one of them, from the receptionists and team member who showed me the bill to the hygenist and dentist - and incredibly kind. They made my tooth look even better than it did before! Thank you so much to all at Schaefer Dental for your professionalism, kindness, and amazing work you do.

Fantastic experience: Both the tech that did X-rays and the doctor was patient, polite and professional given I have anxiety. Beyond that they checked with my cardiologist and learned that I would need pre-meds before cleaning which I was unaware of.

Jamie is great as is Dr. Moore. This is the previous post. I'm very happy with Jamie. Not happy with the process to update records that are lengthy and most info is still current. Taking time to redo something already there is not only a waste of time but extremely frustrating. Such a waste of time! This was from my last visit six months ago but felt it was necessary to share. I apparently forgot to post after I made the comments.

Fantastic experience: I was seen by Dr Lakian and she assured me that the tooth I had an issue with was not a crown issue rather a need to have a crown on this tooth. She was very professional and quite pleasant. Her assistant was fantastic. I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Dr Moore listened to what I'd been thru with another dental practice. One visit and she knew what needed to be done. She saw that I was really sick with a horrible infection. Oral surgery was completed that day. Without her I fear what would have happened. All it took was for someone to respect me and realize how sick I was. Dr Moore thank you.

And of course my Dentist Mrs S. This whole group treats you more than just like a patient, they actually care and they listen and they want to take care of all of your concerns.

Negative experience: Scheduled for a basic cleaning and was told halfway through appointment they did not have enough time to finish the cleaning. Told me to come back the next day after I already took half a day off work….zero consideration for patient. Beware of this place- terrible scheduling policies! Would not recommend!

Fantastic experience: Good experience.Stephanie is very diligent and pleasant.Easily gives helpful information. Only negative is offices ate way too noisy- talking and laughing. You need some kind of sound absorbent system or doors on each office which I realize is probably not possible. Sometimes, it is hard to hear your technician due to laughing. Sorry.

Fantastic experience: As usual, my experience was great today at Schaeffer dental group. This was my first time with Stephanie as a dental hygienist and her attention to detail and kindness would put anyone to ease. Dr B was informative and very professional. All around the staff makes going to the Dentist easy and painless.

Negative experience: Avoid Schaefer Dental Group if you need an implant. In July 2020 I had an implant/crown done and within 3 months the screw from the implant was loose and had to have it re- tightened every year for the last five years. I continue to have issues with the implant and so decided to contact my new dentist. He recommended that I see a prosthodontist which I did and he said there are problems with the implant and it needs to be replaced. So for 5 years I have had nothing but problems with the implant/crown done at Schaefer Dental Group. This is very time consuming and a substantial blow to me financially.

Positive experience: As a patient with high anxiety, I can can tell you that they are highly trained professionals, who were wiling to go the extra mile to provide a painless and comfortable environment for me. The dental staff and Doctors have been great. Kudos to Schafer Dental

Positive experience: Everyone is friendly. However, my teeth didn’t feel clean squeaky clean really didn’t care for the cleaning at all. This is the first review I had to make that I didn’t feel that my teeth were clean. It didn’t taste or feel clean.

Fantastic experience: Upon arriving to my appointment, the receptionist spoke to me in a professional manner, letting me know who was going to clean my teeth and which dentist was going to inspect my teeth after the cleaning. Erica, the hygienist, was very helpful in answering all of my questions, even during the x-rays telling me why it was being done. As for the cleaning, Erica, didn't put me thru excruciating pain, she knew the amount of pressure to use, especially around the gums. She did a marvelous job cleaning my teeth. She knows her job. Erica represents what her employers expect from every employee that works there, great work ethics, knowledge of their field, great communication skills, and confidence. Erica is a huge asset working there, shows exceptional skills on cleaning, and it would be a great loss if she ever left.

Beth…the hygienist was so kind and understanding! Dr. B was awesome! Explained everything and made me feel so relaxed! Glad I found a dentist that understands my anxiety!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Schaefer for a little over two years and have been beyond happy with my experience. I have a lot of anxiety over going to the dentist and have been comfortable and happy during each appointment (every 6 months). My hygienist, Casey, is so sweet and explains everything so well. During my last visit, I expressed that I don't love the stickiness of the fluoride and was going to pass this time and she used a different type of fluoride that did not leave the same feeling which I loved! Dr. Lakian is incredible as well! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: As always, I was well cared for. My dental tech reviewed my recent health/medical info, recognizing that I could not have my teeth cleaned as planned. I'd had a very recent medical heart related procedure. She explained the bacteria the cleaning releases into my blood stream so soon after the procedure could seriously harm my heart and arteries. So we rescheduled for a later date. I'm very grateful she took the time to thoroughly review my medical history!!

Negative experience: My husband started seeing them in January to have broken teeth extracted and replaced with a partial denture. The staff is nice, but the communication is horrible. Their automated text system isn't in sync with what's really going on. They texted us a dental procedure plan and a request for our approval after we already agreed to another less expensive treatment option. Now that he is midway through the dental work required, appointments keep getting cancelled and postponed by them at the last minute for reasons that don't make any sense. I even called three days before his last appointment to make sure it was confirmed, and they still cancelled it the day of. They may do decent dental work, but we are tired of the administrative incompetence. We are going somewhere else.

They answer any concerns I may have. They ask me if I’m okay during procedures and never fail to make me laugh. I actually just went again today for a Cleaning. I alway feel like my teeth are in good hands.

Negative experience: If I could post no stars I would. Do yourself a favor don't bring your child to them. My child was seen Monday for a infection. They cleaned his teeth sent him home. My husband kept asking them for antibiotics they refused. 2 days later my son's face was swollen called them again they wanted to see him next day. They see my son and tell my husband infection is so bad they may have to pull the tooth and start fixing his other cavities when all we were asking for was antibiotics to kill infection. Not once but several times. And now it's so bad he may have to lose his tooth and it won't come back till he's 12. My son was screaming in pain they told him to settle down or my husband would be asked to leave. At which time they called me while at work to calm my son down while he is screaming in the back ground. I was distraught at work and felt I had to leave and get to my son asap. Please don't take your babies here. Mine will never be back again.

I’m a bit biased as I love Dr Moore but every dentist I’ve had has been great. Not sure how they find their employees, but every hygienist and office staff I deal with gets a 5* rating as well. Good customer service seems non existent these days but not at Schaffer Dental.
