She focuses on preventative care and also makes certain any preexisting conditions or concerns are promptly met. Such a fun and thorough appointment.

Negative experience: I made an appt on 7/7 for a cleaning and exam for my 16 year old for 7/25. We sent our insurance and confirmed appt, they reminded him of his appt (with a diff time) on 7/18 so I called 7/21 for them to tell me his appt was actually canceled and they could schedule him in September. I said that wasn’t acceptable so they suggested I talk to the office manager. They left my name and phone number for them but I ended up calling to talk to them the next day. Not sure I spoke to a manager but she told me there was an appt 7/23 so I took it. When I made the original appt, I asked if he could go by himself and I was told yes because he’s over 13 but when he arrived to his appt, he was turned away bc he’s under 18. When I called for more info they said they weren’t sure why I was told that and offered to schedule me in September then miraculously found an appt for 7/24 but couldn’t tell me if he would be able to get an exam and cleaning that day…possibly mean no we’d have to come multiple times for a simple appt. I was told we would’ve gotten a phone call 2 days before to tell us his appt was canceled but that’s so ridiculous it makes no sense to me. Bottom line, they need to get their facts in order and maybe do some training for people making appts and looking at schedules. We will not be using this office for any of our family members.

Fantastic experience: I have never gone to a dentist that made me feel so comfortable. I’ve always been very, very nervous, stressed and anxious around dentists but just the fact that they kept the instruments hidden behind me so I couldn’t see them took away a lot of stress. The dentist had a happy and contagious laugh that made me feel like I’ve known her for a long time. She did a great job with my tooth and needless to say is that I will be making this my family dentist.

Fantastic experience: The dentist and the assistant was very professional executing the root canal at the Raeford Office. They made me feel like I mattered. It was very concerning for me being my first root canal. However, the doctor explained everything to me, providing me comfort , support, and appropriate care. At the beginning of the procedure, my son called as he was dropping off his vehicle for maintenance. Throughout the procedure they asked, was my son okay. This was very important for me because I could not talk to him. I knew he was OK because he shares his location with me. I was able to see that he was back home. But that along, speaks a lot about the care of the staff. I am truly grateful for my experience today, I cannot say thank you enough.

Fantastic experience: I’m a 60 year old lady. So I have been to A few dentist over the years. In all my years I have never and I mean never experienced a dentist like Dr.Miller and his staff. They have the last equipment and technology to make a clear and concise treatment plan for each patient. From the first visit I knew I would be experiencing a different kind of dental care. All of the staff are very professional, friendly , and care about your experience at your visit. Just like the website says. They do cater to your needs as a specific patient. I had all of my upper teeth removed the same day. As we were discussing my treatment plan, Dr. Miller said I would be awake throughout all of the extractions. And he doesn’t prescribe medication for pain after. I thought he had lost his mind! Me, awake? A big fat NO! He assured me I wouldn’t feel anything. I was like, sure, that’s what they all say. I thought am I going to trust what he is telling me? I must be crazy? But I’m glad I did! I’m six weeks post extractions and no problems at all. I took Tylenol and ibuprofen just exactly how he said. I followed the after care he explained to a T. I’m so happy I chose this office, Dr. Miller , ,Dr.Langley and his staff for my dental needs. I will never go anywhere else. If you’re searching for a new dentist? I can’t recommend them enough. You won’t be disappointed.

Negative experience: First appt to get teeth cleaned. Moved time from 8:30am to 9am without telling me. Dentists were slow, so tried to get me to leave without the exam from the dentist after the cleaning. Had another appointment a few days later for the in-house whitening for my wedding and when I got there told me that they did not have the light or machine. Because of this had no time to reschedule before my wedding. Terrible. Would never go back to any of these locations because of this. Disorganized and poorly run.

They’re up-front with their pricing before performing any work and they’ve always answered all my questions about any procedures I’ve had. I’ve been very happy with my treatment at this location!

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit at the Raeford office today. Pre-appointment through check out was FANTASTIC. Shawn/Sean (sorry!) in the front office was super helpful and kind in obtaining records from my old office. I was greeted by Anna, the hygienist AND Dr. Eder in the lobby. They both greeted me, introduced themselves, and went over any questions and concerns I had and gave me a thorough expectation of my treatments for the appointment. I’ve never been welcomed into a new office in this manner. So welcoming. If you are looking for a dentist office I HIGHLY recommend them. 10/10

Negative experience: I had to wait 3 months for the VA to approve the work that was needed. During that time my two front teeth cracked. I went in to target my main concern which was my front top teeth that were cracked. I went in at 2pm and left 730pm. The crowns that were made werent the corrct shape so i received temporary cement to hold my four teeth until the lab created the new ones. When i got home and i was talking and two of the crowns flew out. I was told before i left if it pops out put tooth paste on it.I reached out to the dental office the next day and was told i hqd to wait until the following week to glue my teeth back in. I was told they were booked up and the dr that did the procedure is the only one that can glue them back but he was out of the office. This was the most embarrassing thing that has ever happened to me. I didnt appreciate not being prioritize for this situation therefore, im moving my Va referral to another office! I purchased various crown cement until i can be seen there. I went to get my teeth fixed an came out looking worse than i went in. The dentists were courteous during my services it was the work that was done and the after treatment i did not like.

They care about your comfort, your concerns, and will take the time to answer any questions. If you don't enjoy going to the dentist I encourage you to give them a try. I travel from Lumberton for my dental needs because this staff IS THE BEST!!!

Even check out was ready with a printout of my insurance coverage and any projected out of pocket expenses for my next visit! No hidden surprises! I'd give them 10stars if I could! Fantastic experience: Coming from a place of pretty debilitating dental anxiety, this unfolded like an oasis of calm, competency, and compassion. I had urgent needs and monster fear. I’ll be a regular patient. Night and day from my past experiences, and the biggest piece is compassion.

Fantastic experience: Due to having a head injury in my past, I’ve had a lot of dental problems. Everywhere I’ve gone to get a Dental Plan , I’m always told it’s going to be over $20,000-$45,000 for treatment and to give me a healthy smile. Today, Dr. Langley took very good care of me and Sean informed me that my Dental Plan will be a little over $10,000! Thank you Carolina Dentist of Raeford for giving me my inner hope and smile back! The In-House Dental Plan is also great to use if you don’t have insurance.

The office crew is approachable, friendly and are great at communicating with you about any concerns or questions you may have. The hygienists and dentists are knowledgeable, gentle, patient and understanding of your unique circumstances while getting your dental work done. They don't judge you or make you feel uncomfortable. I just ask and they will apply a numbing paste on my gums to take away any pain I may feel due to extreme sensitivity from my receding gums. They will make recommendations but do not push you into any service or procedure if not necessary. I highly recommend this dentist practice...especially if you have ever been traumatized by a bad dentist. You will see a difference in the quality of care here.
