Fantastic experience: My experience with the technician and Dr. Ghoshi was exceptional, professional, and friendly. I been coming to Neibauer Dental Care for a few years and always enjoyed the patients' experience, atmosphere and staff.

Fantastic experience: I moved to Delaware a year and an half ago and I still come back here for all my dental needs. I have not found a dentist in Seaford Delaware that is good as Neibauer Dental Care . That’s how much I like this dentist office. Customer service is awesome.‍♀️The facility is clean and the staff is very knowledgeable. Until I find a dentist in Seaford as good as them I will continue to travel to Them for my dental care.

Negative experience: I am not a happy patient. I chose this dental practice for my Invisalign treatment and Dr. Ghosh was the dental practitioner assigned. Before I could begin Invisalign there were several appointments to correct some dental issues. I finally began the process April 2024. After evaluation I was given one year as a completion date. Everything was going fine with the treatment until towards the end. Dr. Ghosh informed I would receive IPR on a couple of front areas of my teeth. There were notable spaces after the IPR process, as expected, but I was fine with that, as I was still going through the Invisalign treatment. At the end of April 2025, I was told, Congratulations, your Invisalign treatment is complete. However, I informed Dr. Ghosh at that appointment that there were still spaces in my teeth, from the IPR. Her assistant said those spaces help with flossing. Uhhmm no....not sure where she pulled that response from. Anyway, Dr. Ghosh said she would research another type of Invisalign retainer that would help with IPR issue. But in the meantime I was still given the regular 4 set of retainers (that I paid for) to hold me over while waiting. Fast forward 2 months and I still hadn't heard from Dr. Ghosh involving the corrective retainers. I called the office a few times, no answer. So I decided to visit, in person. I'd like to note that both Dr. Ghosh and her staff have always been very professional and friendly. On the day of my visit, Dr. Ghosh was not able to provide me any immediate answers, but she did call later that afternoon. She said that she'd found more information about the retainers and her staff would let me know if my insurance would cover them... It was at this point that I became highly upset and confused...why would my insurance need to cover anything, as this should be part of the paid treatment plan. I recieved a call from her staff the next day and was told I'd need to pay another $400 for the corrective retainers! I am not paying anything more! I'd already paid for the very lengthy and expensive Invisalign treatment AND retainers. The IPR is part of the process and I was very clear that I was not satisfied with the results in April. If I needed to continue with the treatment until I was satisfied and spaces closed, I was fine with that. I am not happy and very unsatisfied with the answers I've been given and my results. I am still awaiting a solution that does not involve more payment for my Invisalign plan that's been paid in full. You can locate (authentic patient) and validate my file under the initials P.S.

Fantastic experience: After my experience today as a new patient I must leave a review. I called Friday morning as soon as they opened for an emergency appointment as I was in excruciating pain. I was expecting to be seen late in the day or not at all but NOPE I was in an hour later. The office was clean and the front staff was very nice and professional. I was seen by Nelly, Donna and Dr.Allen and let me tell you I couldn’t have asked for better people. They were extremely sweet, professional and sympathetic to my pain. Going to the dentist is already such a scary experience but they went beyond to make sure I was taken care of and my experience was well. Truly I thank you ladies for such a wonderful visit. 10 stars!

Negative experience: I was not pleased with my recent visit. Again, I was forced to pay prior to receiving treatment! If I visit a restaurant, have my barber cut my hair, or have a mechanic service my vehicle, etc. I do not pay until AFTER the service is provided! Why do I have to pay PRIOR to receiving treatment at this dental facility?! There has never been an issue with a failure to satisfy my financial obligations with this enterprise! If this policy continues, I will seek dental services elsewhere. I will not return, nor will any member of my family!!!!! .

I first started in Stafford and was semi impressed and then when I moved to Colonial Beach I transferred to the LaPlata MD branch. This office is a 10/10! Every person in this office is professional and caring. Dr. Lee and Dr. Kim are outstanding doctors. They are both patient, caring, and kind. They take great care of my husband and I. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist. The hours are wonderful, they are very flexible on rescheduling, and treat you with utmost care.

Positive experience: The staff was very friendly and professional. Updated review! The staff are still nice. However, I was charged for an xray that I asked ahead of time if I was covered for and was told yes. Come to my surprise I got a bill in the mail. When I called them to speak to the manager I kept getting the run around. Coming from working in a dental office myself I know that a staff member should confirm the patients benefits and if you didn’t do your job then it wasn’t on the patient. It’s disappointing how these bigger practices are money hungry and care less about the patients.

Positive experience: Dr Gosh and her staff are incredible People! I found my first visit to be excellent. The staff embraces me especially Kiki at the Customer desk with weekly discounts on my teeth braces. The Dentists are professional, knowledgeable, kind, skilled at all levels, and transparent utilizing modern technology to showcase X-rays of my teeth. Their assistant is very helpful and calming. They keep me comfortable while working on my teeth. Well done for excellent service. If you are looking for a Dental office in the Waldorf area. I would recommend Neibauer Dental Care. Negative experience: I should’ve switched Dentists a long time ago but the comfort of familiarity as well as the great work of Dr Allen (who I genuinely wish would open a practice I could follow) has kept me here too long. For starters, there has been a shady history of attempted money grabs. Twice now, I’ve been told that I have cavities (2 cavities each time) and immediately need to schedule procedures. Both times, second opinions showed that I did not in fact have cavities. I overlooked these incidents because I trusted Dr. Allen to give it to me straight even when her coworkers didn’t. Thankfully, I never allowed anybody to drill into my mouth a remedy a problem that didn’t exist. While it would’ve been good for their business I definitely wouldn’t have benefited. Then there’s the issue of scheduling. Leaving my last cleaning, I scheduled 6 months out per usual. I got a text on November 25th saying my appointment was scheduled. I received a follow up text on June 9th confirming my appointment and that they were “excited to see me” and then on Friday the 20th received a text that said “confirm your appointment by 7 pm today or we’re cancelling”.. an appointment that appeared to be confirmed multiple times per text. I missed the text, swamped throughout the day, and then received a follow up one that my appointment 2 days later was canceled. Sitting back and really looking at the business practically has me feeling that they don’t actually care about the customer. Ask for the confirmation earlier and try a few follow up texts instead of using your CRM to repeatedly send confirmation texts and then days before a threat to cancel. The reflection that it’s caused may be for the best though. Looking for a practice that I believe actually cares

Negative experience: I went here for a deep cleaning and for a crown that came off. I did not appreciate the attitude the dentist had about my pain level. Well I don’t know what to tell you, she said. That comment made me very uncomfortable. And then some time later, an implant I had came out and was told that it was bound to come out. I had no problem with my implant until I visited this place. Even if it was so, I should have been informed about it. They had taken x-rays and I feel professionals should have warned me. It was the worst experience I ever had .

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this facility. Always a pleasant experience everytime I go. This is the perfect place for those who are afraid to go to dentist because my dentist, Dr. Sunny Allen is amazing. I highly recommend Neibauer in Waldorf to everyone. Dr. Allen, Thomas, Nellie and April have made each and every one of my appointments wonderful. Now I have the most beautiful smile, thanks Dr. Sunny Allen and Neibauer Dental.

Positive experience: I had a crown come off, and I called to make an appt. They were able to fit me in the next day early. They were able to resolve my issue. Here is what I did not like the front desk were loud and unprofessional, you ask for my license and Insurance and then proceed to ask for my birth date and loudly relay the info to your co worker. I didn't like that and then when I got in the back to see the dentist I was interrogated again about whether I had insurance. Please do better when you were given all the info you needed to determine what my birth date was and whether I had insurance. I will probably not be back because of this very reason.

Negative experience: The dentist here are good but the desk staff have constantly messed things up with my appointments. However, they are nice. But it seems one person says one thing and someone else says something different. They have messed up things for me several times this year once when it was an emergency. I also don’t like that they do not have payment plans because the office I came from does so I was used to not having to pay all of one bill up front. I have been here for a few years and for the most part they are okay. However for someone that has anxiety when it comes to the dentist this office is not good for me. I would not recommend the office location and I will be looking for a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: I'm always treated with the best care at Waldorf Neibauer. Dr. Allen listens to my concerns and explains everything so that I understand about my treatment. She has a great team. Most recently, I've done Invisalign and have had great results.

Fantastic experience: My first time with Neibauer dental they were great the initial paperwork process was seem less and not a long wait. I scheduled my visit at 1pm and was seen at 3pm the same day. They took good care of me and my broken crown.

From the front desk, the back desk, the Dr's and assistants were very polite and professional. If I didn't need dental service, I would never come back again... lol. It has nothing to do with this office, I just hate going to the dentist period. Other than that, I would highly recommend this great office for your dental services. Oh! Positive experience: The service here is usually good all the time. The entire team is friendly. Just a few things that lacked the WOW impact for me(1) not enough staff to check clients in at 7am. Only one person was present at the check in station with more than 6 patients walking in for first appt. (2) Let me know exactly what i am coming in for. I was only aware of prophylaxis. When I got there I am told about x-rays. As far as I am aware x-rays were taken last year and last month. Next time, prior to the appt and when confirning, let me know everything you plan to do so I can understand my tx. (3) My appt was at 7am and my cleaning did not start until after 7:30a. It seemed like the hygienist was double booked and in an effort to seem productive you guys decided you'll take X-rays to make up the time. If I were to walk in at 7:10a for a 7:00am appt you would decline seeing me and reschedule me. It happened before. These are not enough for me to decide to change my dentist, you guys have generally been great, but it would be nice if you guys can come up with a plan to improve in these areas.

She knows how to calm you down and help you through. If not for her, I probably would still be dealing with issues. More work to be done but I’m less scared now thanks to Val.

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient with Neibauer Dental Care. I was able to get an appointment within three days. They were highly recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad they did. Peyton is my dental tech and she couldn’t be better. I’ve seen Valerie who is my dental hygienist who is very gentle and the three of us laughed a lot during my visit. It’s a very comfortable atmosphere, it feels like family. Dr. Boraey is my dentist. I thought I would need a crown on a rear tooth that I lost the filling and believed I had cracked. Dr. Boraey assured me that I only needed a new filling. I was so surprised that he didn’t try to over sell me!! All of the staff are very professional and easy to work with, including the front desk staff which is Paramount to me and the reason I’m their new patient. Neibauer’s just simply has been a pleasure going there and I’ve had two appointments within the last two days. They explain their charges in detail and I believe the charges to be fair. Thank you for welcoming me into the Neibauer family. I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family. Oh I forgot they took a picture of me and added me to the NO CAVITY BOARD. My only regret is it took me way too long to make the change.

Negative experience: Thoroughly disgusted. Dentist ok however billing department is AWFUL. Told me I was covered and ended up with dental bill over $1000. Be very careful when dealing with this location.

Fantastic experience: My experience was terrific! From the front desk to my X-rays and cleaning! This was the best dentist appointment I have been to in my entire adulthood

Negative experience: On August 15th, 2024 I prepaid for a future treatment which was scheduled for September 30, 2024. At that time I also paid for treatment received that day and was told I was at a zero balance on my account. Upon my arrival on September 30, I was asked to pay for the treatment again to which I replied I already prepaid in August at my prior visit. On the same day, September 30th, it was determined that the treatment was actually not necessary and I was sent home. I was advised that a full refund would be issued to my card when I requested. Since that day I have called several times, spoken to three associates, left multiple voicemails for the billing department to inquire on my refund. I was told that a refund of a lower amount had been submitted to my account and advised that they would look into the issue and determine what is causing the disconnect and incorrect refund. I spoke to an office team member on Tuesday, November 26 as I had still not received a refund or follow-up as I was advised I would. I was told I would receive a call on November 29; I did not. December 6th I called again and was told someone would email me back. I advised I would be filing a formal complaint due to the delay in communication or processing of refund. I received a call back from the office manager who advised the entire refund process had been handled incorrectly and that I had a balance on my account back in August- this is the first a balance in August has EVER been mentioned. I asked for a copy of my ledger, I have been asking for this since October and she spent more time talking down to me saying I wouldn't understand the rolling ledger that their uses than actually trying to help me. My family and I have been clients here for almost ten years and this is the poorest excuse of customer service I have ever received. I have been passed around, ignored and lied to and of course still without the refund that was promised to me over two months ago.

Fantastic experience: Karen and Val are all excellent hygienist, they care about their work and will take good care of your teeth. Dr. Allen is my dentist here and I know I am in good hands. She is one of the best.

Positive experience: The back office staff/medical team are phenomenal. The front office staff and billing department could benefit from customer service training and additional support. In past months, I’ve personally experienced incorrect claim filing, phone, email, return and follow up correspondence inconsistency with standard business practices. Recommending, if you choose to receive services at this location, be sure to research and understand your benefits prior to visiting and keep up with all claims.

I don’t like that you have to pay up front for your services prior to your appointment since that was not always the policy. Dental work can be expensive or life can happen. For myself I am always left with a small credit on my account and losing money out of my pocket.

Positive experience: I had to get two fillings for my back top molars. They were running behind from the day about 25 minutes. I feel like my fillings were rushed. Especially it was my first time needing it I didn’t know anything. Nothing was really explained. I was in and out though.
