Fantastic experience: Dr. Snow and his team worked me in last minute for a broken lingual wire I’ve had since I was a teenager. He and his staff were absolutely wonderful. Wire glued back in. I’m happy!

Fantastic experience: Dr James Demman is the perfect dentist. He is kind, personable, gentle, and above all, extremely skilled. This was my first visit, and based on past experiences, I was dreading it. Dr Demman took great care to reassure me and explained each step in detail. The procedure was entirely comfortable. His assistant was wonderful and the front office staff were friendly and welcoming. It simply could not have been better.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient of Dr. Demman's since his days at the Ralston office. I've always gotten the BEST treatment here, hands down. My hygienist for this visit was Stephanie - she has a great chairside manner, which she demonstrated by calmly explaining every step of the process. The front desk staff (Elizabeth, Nicole, and I think the other lady's name is Allie?) are always welcoming and pleasant to interact with!!

Fantastic experience: Teeth cleaning was done professionally by Steffenie, well done. Tooth extraction was done along with grafting to setup for implant. Job was done well and now just has to heal. Dr Snow is the best.

Fantastic experience: I've went through many dentists in my life, and I can honestly say that I found the dentist (Dr.Chad Snow) that I'm absolutely happy with. His work is phenomenal. He saved me well over $1k, my previous dentist stated that I needed a root canal and Dr. Snow opted out and said I didn't. He fixed the deep cavity and been fine since. He's a perfectionist, so his work speaks for itself. I'm so grateful for him. Thank you Dr. Snow! And to top it off, the whole crew/staff are so nice and professional.

Fantastic experience: Favorite dentist for years! My appointments are usually painless, fast, and actually kinda fun! Office staff efficient, accommodating and friendly too. I can get fillings and crowns without Novacaine as long as I keep holding still.

Fantastic experience: This is the fastest, most efficient, most professional dental operation I’ve ever seen. It runs like a Swiss watch with a caring staff. I had a filling fall out on a Friday, Dr. Chad was able to see me on Monday, I was out of there in an hour with zero wait time. And it was the same on my previous visits, which were 2 years prior. Service like this is very, very rare. Give them a try, and you will see the reason they keep winning ‘Best of Omaha.’

Fantastic experience: I have always had anxiety surrounding the dentist and therefore had avoided going to the dentist for about 10 years. Recently, I had a filling fall out from a tooth and they were able to fit me in to the schedule to get it fixed that same day even though I had never been a patient before. I scheduled a cleaning for a few weeks later (first one in years) and they were so kind and understanding. They did not make me feel ashamed or embarrassed for not having regular dental care. Dr. P also took the time answer several questions I had and did not make me feel rushed or like I was being an inconvenience. It was also probably the most thorough dental exam I’ve ever had and I was very satisfied with my care. Highly recommend to anyone in search of a new dentist!

Fantastic experience: I originally went in last Wednesday for an emergency dental check , they got me in SO fast. They were so kind and patient with me. Today I had to have an appointment to remove a tooth. They walked me through everything, explained to me, and listened to me when I said I had awful anxiety. They made such a scary experience for me one of the easiest ! Truly would recommend this place to anyone with high dental anxiety ! Or anyone in general. Dr snow and his team are excellent !

Fantastic experience: Quick, efficient and friendly. Dr. Snow and his team are great I'll never be able to use the phrase "like pulling teeth" after this as the tooth pulling went so smooth!

Negative experience: My fiancé went here to get quite a big filling filled in and she usually goes to dr ruff in ralston but was unable to because she’s on vacation. She was already very nervous about not seeing her and also has terrible dental anxiety as is. All I can say is don’t go here if you are nervous or anxious. Maybe the other doctors are better but chad pambian was about as comforting as a rock and just gave her no reassurance or anything. Just went right to your filling may fail and you could need an extraction, I understand you have to be honest with patients but there is a better way to say it for sure! Him and his assistant were also just very rough with her I could see how hard she was being jerked around and it was upsetting. I asked her after before I even said anything and she immediately said they were rough and it felt very rushed. Obviously tooth pain is expected after a procedure but she was in quite a bit of it and I can’t help but feel like it they were gentler that wouldn’t be the case.

Negative experience: Had root cancel done now fighting to get my crown insurance already paid. Do not go to this dentist office. My tooth is so damaged need a implant now..thank you very much

Fantastic experience: I hadnt been to the dentist in 5 years. Not only was Dr. Snow efficient in getting me back on track he was able to replace a 14 year old filling in the same visit. He and his team worked together efficiently and with no interruptions. The equipment was top of the line and made my visit painless. They were able to clean my teeth and got me back on track. Fantastic experience: Not sure why it says my husband’s name above but I would love to tell you my story. I hope people take the time to read this long review and I hope that it helps them with their decision. Let me start off by saying that I am a 40 year old scaredy cat. I do have anxiety and panic in my everyday life so you can only imagine what it feels like to go to the dentist. Truth be told, I wouldn’t have even been looking to go to the dentist if it wasn’t emergent. I spent about 2 1/2 hours researching online and I was initially drawn to The Dentist’s because they offered IV sedation. I read everything on their webpages, read reviews and finally got enough courage to make that first call. I called the Village Point location first and was told that if I was interested in IV sedation, I would need to call the Hillsborough location so make note. Now for the review. I was completely blown away by that initial call. The ladies on the phone were so nice and respectful and made me feel heard and understood how terrified I was. Because of my insurance, I had to make a couple calls in to them. They reassured me, talked me off the ledge at least twice and soon enough, I made my first appointment. Today was the day, after waiting a couple days, it was time for me to head in. I had a 45 minute drive and wanted to turn back but didn’t. You guys, I am so glad I went. From the moment I stepped into the door, I had the most amazing experience. I was scared but they acknowledged it and didn’t brush it off like others I’ve seen in the past. My dental assistant Shelly was seriously a wonderful human. She hugged me when I cried and talked me through everything. Dr. Snow was so patient and thorough just like the lady on the phone said he would be when I made my initial call. After my exam, I met with the office administrator Nicole and she was a complete gem as well. She helped me figure out the best way to pay for my services (because I need a lot done). I haven’t had the major work done yet but I plan to be under when that happens. If you are unsure of where to go, look no further. They got you!! -Alyx Hirst, Iowa

Positive experience: Both Dr. DENMAN and Amanda were warm and friendly. I got into the exam room after a short wait, and they found they had to make a new housing as well as replace an o ring. They did have a bit of problem getting the housing made, but I was out of the office in a little over an hour still. So far, so good! Thanks Amanda and Dr. DENMAN!

I have not reviewed them in the past, but I appreciate them being sensitive to the fact I hate going to the dentist.
