Fantastic experience: My new favorite dental office! I was greeted upon walking in. Everyone was kind and friendly the service was fast. I was in the back within 5 minutes after arrival.

Negative experience: I am changing my review. I was very satisfied with Affordable Dental until after I had my bridge put in I received a call from Elsie stating they were trying to bill my insurance for something sounds like they were trying to double dip after I was self pay and paid in full for everything to do with the procedure in full prior to the work started I called her back she said that they were just trying to help me out like I would have seen any refund. Now they just sent me a bill for 245.00 for bridge delivery again I paid in full 2750.00 which was according to them would pay for everything! This is shocking I don’t owe them a dime! Poor business practices stay far away from this Dental Practice . Shame on them!!!! If I could give them a negative star I would!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this dental office for years. I love the staff. The office is clean and easy to get to. The dentist and hygienist are informative and compassionate. I’ve moved away from this area but travel to get here because I’m comfortable here. Five stars easy!!!

Negative experience: These reviews are bought (they offer a free cancer screening if you leave a good review) They ask you to leave a review before the doctor sees you. I came in because my filling broke off and they immediately told me I needed two crowns (this means they can bill my insurance for both + I pay out of pocket) and a deep cleaning. They said they could not do the deep cleaning at once (they want to bill my insurance TWICE + I have to pay out of pocket both times) Very unethical and seems like insurance fraud to me. Anyway, I'm working on reporting them to the Dental Board and to my insurance. I really don't appreciate dentists taking advantage of my insurance and still requesting I pay out of pocket for the remainder of the "bill".

Fantastic experience: Came here on 9/11 at 11am for a dental cleaning. It’s my first time here, environment is very clean, open and organized. I like that they play old school music. The staff here are so kind and professional. Amber did a great job with my x rays and getting me set up for hygienist. Very happy of my experience here!
