Fantastic experience: The staff are all very friendly. My Dentist I can't remember her name but she is very friendly and understanding. I don't feel like I'm on a conveyor belt with her. I feel she listens and cares about how I feel. Would highly recommend her to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I had to schedule an emergency appointment. I was seen within a couple of hours. Dr. Sambuchi was absolutely great! Bri was also great and the front staff as well. Dr. Sambuchi throughly explained the procedure, she was so kind and made me feel really comfortable. I had a follow up appointment this morning and it went great. Dr. Sambuchi explained throughly my next procedure. She listened and answered all my questions and concerns. The dental assistant was also great.I highly recommend Carolina Dentist!

Fantastic experience: I cannot believe how exceptional this entire staff is. Not only was I offered a blanket and water, but also a neck pillow because I have neck issues. I cannot say enough about the personal treatment and the professional treatment. I am recommending them to friends who have had different experiences with their dentists. Once again I had the very best experience at the dentist! They had a cancellation, so I was called and offered an earlier appointment that fit perfectly into my day!

Fantastic experience: It’s been a week since my appointments and I can say with confidence that it was one of my best dental experiences. I needed work done and they did it in back to back appointments rather than letting me go for weeks or months. Everyone I came in contact with was compassionate and knew what had to be done and how to do it.

Fantastic experience: I needed a Root Canal (didn't want one) and it was scheduled for next week but the pain was pretty bad so I checked to see if I can come in earlier. The lady I spoke to was able to get me in the same day. My Dentist, and Dental Assistant took care of business right away and got the Root Canal taken care of. I recently had the privilege of filling in for Dr. Langley during her leave, and I am very grateful for the opportunity. The quality of care is truly world-class, but what impressed me most was the warmth, professionalism, and pride every team member showed. From the front desk to the hygienists and assistants, everyone was welcoming, thorough, and clearly passionate about what they do. I’ve experienced dozens of dental offices, and this one stands out as something special. Drs. Wexler, Sambuchi, and Grismer are not only incredibly skilled—they lead with heart and set an example for the entire profession. Be warned: Once you’re treated here, you may end up disappointed if you ever have to go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I had not been to a dentist in years, yet I felt very comfortable. Your facility is very thorough in explaining whatever is going on inside your mouth and what their intentions are, as far as treatment. Fantastic experience: I've been going to this office for many years now but the past few years I have specifically seen Dr. Wexler and Tiffany. I honestly cannot say enough good things about them. I've been either pregnant and/breastfeeding since the beginning of 2021 and they have been nothing but caring and accommodating in my needs for each appointment. I have never experienced that at a dentist office before, so when I say thank you, I truly truly mean it. I would 100% recommend these two.

Negative experience: There seems to be a disconnect between the front office and the professionals who work on your teeth. My rating is based on the front office and my decision to find a new practice. It really pains me because the hygienist is the best I've ever had, and I do like the dentist. It's not worth the hassle getting past the gatekeepers.

Negative experience: Had a positive experience in the past, however after 3 visits with an infected tooth causing severe nerve pain. Other than an antibiotic on the first visit. Nothing was done for the tooth. Upon returning on the 3rd visit with tooth pain I was told to follow up with my PCP and that I had no infection. I am a registered nurse I know the signs of infection. I drove 45 minutes hoping they would help and they did nothing. After following up at another dentist they luckily removed the tooth before I became septic. An infected tooth is nothing to play around with. I hope they see this review and re evaluate how they treat patients going forward. On a pod the dental hygienist was very nice. The dentist however needs to “listen” to the patient and provide care more promptly

Fantastic experience: This dental office is great! Their appointments are efficient and thorough. They take X-rays and a 3D scan to discuss the health of your teeth. My hygienist (Molli) was incredibly kind, and she took her time explaining everything down to the numbers that she was charting. If you have any anxiety around dental care, you’d be in great hands with Molli. The dentist was very forthcoming and transparent about potential treatment plans.
