I have been afraid of going to the dentist for a long while from a bad experience a long time ago but had to finally go due to a broken tooth. Fantastic experience: The staff here is amazing!! I have a fear of dentists and everyone there made me feel comfortable and at ease. For eight years, I have had two teeth that needed extracted and I refused every dentists’ recommendation. As soon as I had my first visit at Ackley with Dr. Eva I started thinking about the extractions. As I arrived for my first tooth removal, they sat me down, explained everything and numbed me up. My extraction fear disappeared as soon as the tooth came out. After that, I scheduled my next extraction without hesitation. There really is no better dental group around that I would go to. I now have some major dental work that needs to be performed and Ackley Dental Group is the only choice. In my consultation today, I met with both Dr Eva and her husband, Dr Ackley, as what needs completed is quite complex. I have full faith in their recommendations.

Fantastic experience: With the amount of pain I was in, everyone was super helpful. Medication is already helping and was told I can reach out if I have any issues with the oral surgery facility. Much appreciated for all the help today

Fantastic experience: I have gone to Ackley Dental in Spring Hill Florida since I moved here 3 years ago. I am always greeted promptly and warmly when I arrive. All the staff are positive and supportive. My treatment plans are reviewed thoroughly with me. Best of all, my new hygienist, Tia, did a cleaning and polish with little discomfort to me - a first in my experience with having my teeth cared for.

Fantastic experience: Went for my first appointment at Ackley dental today. I was so impressed by the friendly, professional, efficient care that I received. The evaluation I received as a new patient was very thorough. Tia was my hygienist and she was fabulous. She took her time, answered all questions with confidence, and exhibited a warm, friensly, and professional demeanor. Dr. Amy was great as she also took her time and was welcoming to this new patient. The office is clean and updated, and all staff introduced themselves and were so friendly and welcoming. So happy I chose this practice for my dental care!

Fantastic experience: Had post for rear lower tooth put in today. Very expensive insurance was little to no help. However Dr Ackley has the absolute best reputation and known for top quality work only. So paying more than the bargain dentist is completely understood. I had absolutely NO PAIN today . Will keep everyone posted on this 4-6 month journey to a new tooth implant.

Fantastic experience: Came in for a really bad toothache. I’m embarrassed to say I have some really bad teeth and have held off because every time I go to a dentist they reprimand and automatically assume it’s poor hygiene when my case is very much a health problem that’s seeped into dental. The dental assistant was very caring and not judgy at all and Dr Eva was extremely considerate, kind and willing to help. I appreciate the kindness, it goes such a long way when you have someone who is reluctant and terrified of dentists

Fantastic experience: Had a very painful tooth. Called Ackley Dental. They called back with a cancellation and could see me within 2 hours. Dr prescribed an antibiotic to combat the infection and made me an appointment to see an endodontist because infection was in tooth that already had a crown. Antibiotic cleared the pain and caused a noticeable decrease in the infection within 6 hours. Ackley Dental gets my vote.

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist is not something that anybody gets excited about… I had to go in for a dental procedure that was unexpected and I was extremely nervous having never been through anything like this before. The staff at Ackley was awesome. Not only did they make me feel really comfortable and explain everything, they were so careful And so precise with everything that they did I honestly had zero pain - Not just during the procedure, but even after The numbness wore off. I couldn’t ask for better people to take care of me when I needed it. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Katerina Wise/ Sheuermann and her assistant Laura are simply the best! The professional, knowledgeable, personal care never wavers from one visit to another. When you are treated like family, and not just a patient, there is no reason to look elsewhere.

Negative experience: They make you wait *NINE* months for an office visit, and even though you might have recent x-rays, they will claim that those are not sufficient. They need to make the money on new x-rays. They upcharge on everything they do and don't explain the charges before they start the work. The staff hang up on you if you question anything over the phone. They charge $1500 for a $100 teeth cleaning. The guy has an airplane at the airport and rips people off to pay for it. Go anywhere else. Bunch of jerks.
