Quest Pediatric Dentistry

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with our first experience at Quest dentistry. Our daughter was a first time patient, so they gave us an orientation at the beginning, and reassured us that they would not force anything on us. Everyone was friendly and professional. I would recommend them to parents with small children.

Negative experience: Lied to my wife when she had started her new job, saying we were still in network. Sent an $800 bill to us in the mail. Told my wife to give them her card info and they would debit half the payment last week, and the other half not until a month from now. Surprise surprise, they already took the full amount out her acct. Place is run by some sleazy used car salesman, i guess. I know we owed them money since it turned out they didn't accept her new ins, but at least keep your word and take the payment on the day that was agreed upon. Oh well, rant over. Who got the # to better business bureau? Or has that been defunded too so companies like this can keep treating customers like garbage?

Negative experience: I do enjoy this dentist on most occasions. I wish there was more segregation of patients due to the fact that many young patients are often upset about being there and it makes the experience unpleasant for the rest of the patients. The employees do their best though and it is difficult to work with children. My major complaint is that there was a shortage of a type of medication used for sedation during our last visit and instead of rescheduling they proceeded with the procedure anyway. This caused my child unnecessary pain and suffering!

Fantastic experience: If I could give them 10 stars I would! My 4 year old had an accident and got hit in the mouth with a swing causing his 2 front teeth to be pushed back and fractured. I found out at 4:45PM Tuesday that he’d have to be referred. I received a text at 8:05AM Wednesday morning to schedule his appointment. Our appointment was at 8:10AM and we got everything done and back in the car by 9AM. They even pulled the teeth out the same day being I drove over an hour. They treated my baby so well and made sure he was comfortable and well taken care of. Even allowed me to stand by him and hold his hand the entire time. He even got prizes and ice cream after. They made this experience as pleasant as possible for him. Would recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I had a GREAT experience with my 4 year old! Staff is very friendly and professional and made my daughter feel brave and proud of herself during her xrays and cleaning! Ms. Shawn did an excellent job communicating during her cleaning and we were pleased with Dr. Courtney as well!

Fantastic experience: When your child is excited to go to the dentist/orthodontist that is HUGE!! We have had great care here.

Negative experience: I’m reviewing because I am repeatedly sent marketing emails yet my son was NEVER given an appointment. I was first seen last year late winter. He does have additional needs and we would need a hospital appointment for his cleaning/treatment. The office told me they would call me to let me know of his appointment. They never called. I called back 3 weeks later to be told they would call me back. They never did. I called back again and they told me they only do appointments at Woman’s and children’s 3 times a year and my son was on a year long waitlist. Guess what, they have to this date never called me back. Never for a following w up or anything. Thankfully there are other dental offices that have already seen my son and treated him.

Fantastic experience: Great service! Very great with my son, who is 18 months, made his experience very enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: In search of a new dentist for my 8 and 10 year old, we stumbled upon Quest Pediatric. I had concerns about one of my 10 yr olds teeth. Walking in, the atmosphere itself was enough to put my nervous nelly at ease. The TV playing bluey, the pirate ship, and gaming consoles with educational games is a great touch! The establishment is super clean and every worker we encountered was a delight! Parents ARE allowed to be in the back with their child which brings both me and my kid comfort. (This was a big deal for me, considering the last dentist we'd seen did NOT allow parents in the back) After being brought to the back for xrays, we were given a tour of the facility because we were first timers. We were then brought to our private cubical for the assessment/cleaning. Upon walking in, there was a bag of goodies waiting for my son in the chair- which made it that much better for him! What kid doesn't love a goodie bag? Both the assist and the dentist were super friendly, patient, and more then willing to go above and beyond with explanations and answers to all questions. When checking out, my son was given another goodie bag with a cup, straw, tooth brush, floss, paste and all the things! Over all, our experience here was FANTASTIC! My kid can not wait to go back to see the dentist! This says so much about this place considering my son HATES any doctor period. Thank you, Quest Pediatrics for setting the tone of what going to the dentist should feel like for kiddos! 10/10

Fantastic experience: My daughter enjoys going to the dentist and is actually excited when I tell her she has a dentist appointment! The staff is friendly and thorough and provide exceptional care.

The dentists and assistants always incorporate us into our children’s plan of care. Thank you Quest for making us feel at home.

Fantastic experience: My son is autistic and has always hated the dentist. He never let anyone touch his teeth before. After over a year with no cleaning we decided to try Quest. They were absolutely amazing my son felt so comfortable he let them brush floss and fluoride his teeth for the first time ever. I am so happy i found some where that makes my baby comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Our hygienist was the BEST!! So kind and patient!! And so imaginative with the littles!! We loved her!! It made our whole experience a breeze!!

Positive experience: Very friendly staff, but I do feel like appointments are rushed. My daughter is now 10, and we have been at Quest since she was 2. The older she gets, I would like for the assistants who clean the teeth to take more time and really scrape and scale more.

Fantastic experience: My girls love Quest.. we went in for their 6 month cleaning yesterday and Quest went above and beyond for my girls because it was their Birthday! Everyone is so friendly there from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out!

Fantastic experience: First you will be blown away by the facility then impressed by the staff. My LO is 3 the first time she went and told me she liked the dentist and had fun there.

Fantastic experience: I wish I would've brought my kids here first. Staff is always so amazing and upbeat. They are great with the kids and so patient. Most importantly, the dentists here weigh the options and only advise addressing a cavity if it is absolutely necessary. They take the time and explain it to the parents. The kids are alway so excited about going to the dentist now. I highly recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: The staff were able to fit all three of my children in at one time. Our appointment was at 11 and we were out by 1140 (with the doctor coming in and talking to us about their x-rays). Our hygienist was amazing, efficient, and very cheerful. Dr shilpa has always been great with how she talks to me and my children. She explains things out to us and gives us options every time. We’ve always had great service here and will continue trust them in my children’s dental work

Fantastic experience: Quest Pediatric, Thank you guys. Not only did y’all service my kids but yall assisted me as well taking some loads off me. It was a bit challenging going from room to room to chair for 3 kids at once. But I remained patient and calm although I was overwhelmed. Y’all truly made this smooth for me although the kids were in pain and crying. I appreciate the doctors and staff. They even gave them each a smoothie king gift card with their braces care package. The kids been with them for yearsssssssss, and they never disappointed me not once We love you guys‼️

Fantastic experience: This business office puts a lot of thought into the best way to serve children. The facility is clean and their waiting area is inviting for children of all ages while they wait. The staff, from the reception area through to check out seem to be trained in handling children in kind and helpful ways. Most importantly, the dentists and hygienists are always so patient and gentle. They go slow with the younger children, without pushing them past their comfort level, and parents are allowed to sit with smaller children on the table. I have no worry that my children will have anxiety about visiting the dentist as they grow up, because they are always looking forward to the next visit the moment we leave! As a mom of 4, I am so thankful for this team and all their help in creating my children’s foundation for good dental health . Cannot recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Today was our 1st time at Quest for our 2.5 year old, we've been to another dentist closer to us but really needed a second opinion. We drove 2 hours to get there and im so glad we did. This place was amazing, it was clean, family friendly and so interactive for our little one. We saw Troy Miller and man oh man he was great, he looked over our daughter and could immediately see what issues she has been having with her mouth. I am so grateful that we were sent to Quest because I truly feel the care we received we beyond anything I could have expected. They really treat you and your child like family and are so interactive with the little ones which helps keep them excited about the dentist. Thank you Quest and Dr. Miller and his staff for truly putting the competition out there for a wonderful dentist.

Fantastic experience: I don't even know where to begin! I have 2 Littles with special needs and Dr.A actually came out and performed their exams on the pirate slide because they were so afraid of going to the back. I was on the verge of tears because I truly appreciate how she and the assistants(Jill & Bri) took care of my littles. I have so much anxiety about doctor/dentist visits and they alleviated that! Thank you 1000×!!

Negative experience: If I could give a100 negative stars I would. My 7 year old had an appointment at 2:10pm and we arrived at 1:30. Come 2:30 we were still not seen. I did ask how much longer the wait was going to be and I was told her appointment was at 2:10 (remember the time from beginning) there were a heard of people that were taken to the back to be seen at about 2:10. I was told they had appointment at 2pm ( what does any of that have to do with me right) lady also stated that staff was returning at 2 from lunch. There again not my issue (maybe lunch should be scheduled at earlier time or different people scheduled for different times.. just saying) So as you can imagine I being a mom who pulled her kid out of school to deal with a tooth issue( yes my kid should brush better) and then not even get seen or checked on or even told "Sorry for the wait" I LEFT.. I left mad very mad but held it together instead of blowing up and saying the wrong thing( I still have class) I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER! Update: (next day) I got the response back from this office, and I must say that it is completely full of BULL! The room was NOT being prepared for my child. (because about 13 kids were just taken to the back) Furthermore, There is no way that I would call this place to have them "make it right " or even "work on making it right". You have already shown that 5 start quality is something you do not provide. ( to me anyways) So that is why your rating is 4.9. Please have the day you all deserve.

Fantastic experience: My kids love quest. Staff is so patient, kind, and friendly, and willing to do anything to make the kids happy! Our appointment was taking a bit longer than normal and the staff made balloons for my boys and raced cars with them and kept them entertained so they didn’t run around and get restless, it was awesome. Very thorough dentists and an awesome play area! My kids love the prizes after their visit!

Fantastic experience: Everyone did a great job while caring for my three year old. He was scared and would not allow anyone to touch him. They helped him to warm up enough for the doctor to check his teeth. I would recommend them over and see over to any parent.

All of their personalities and professionalism were 100%. Such a wonderful staff and loved how they were all very thorough with all the information I needed for my daughter. Fantastic experience: We had an Outstanding Experience with Ms. Jillian. Our son was fearful of going to the dentist due to a past experience , but Ms. Jillian took her time and made him feel calm and comfortable during his cleaning process. As Parents we feel comfortable and encouraged with Quest Dentistry and there entire Staff. We Strongly Recommend (Went above and Beyond). Thank You for taking care of our Child!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: My daughter and son were very excited as we walked in to the office to see the pirate. Once we turned the corner, into the waiting area, they were over joyed with the Pirate ship and video games. It was our first Dentist visit and both kids were treated kindly with their nerves. We got a tour of the office and there were child sized items for my kids. My kids did not want to leave!

Fantastic experience: Never had a bad experience here before… but today we had the absolute best dental hygienist, Camille. She was so kind and caring towards my girls during the kinda scary visit for my child getting sealants. Appreciate her so much! She’s awesome.

Fantastic experience: Always a great experience! All the ladies on the ortho side joke around and make the patient and the parent feel comfortable. All the ladies and Dr Miller on the dentistry side get you in and out with knowledge of how to care for your teeth and gums. I recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

Fantastic experience: I would rate this dentist office with 10 stars if I could!!! This is the absolute BEST dentist office I have ever been to! They are super nice and good with communication! They have an AMAZING waiting room with a pirate ship the kids can play on while waiting. And I have to add that we literally walked in signed in, and within 2 minutes we were being called to the back!! If you have a special needs child or a child that is traumatized from a dentist, this is DEFINITELY THE BEST dentist to bring them to!!

Fantastic experience: I cannot complement this office enough. I have been looking for a dentist for my daughter for about two months now, worried about some swelling in her mouth. I am very satisfied with our care here and I will never go anywhere else. Clean facilities, friendly staff, child friendly office with an amazing play area, and extremely punctual. Thank you quest! ETA- second appointment down at quest and my husband had to handle this one. He was so impressed with the staff and facilities. They made it so easy for him! We love quest!!!!

Fantastic experience: I have 6 children that I bring to quest, we usually see Dr. Shilpa but have seen Dr. Ainsley also. Both are so caring and kind. I have one kid with a lot of anxiety about the dentist and everyone is so patient and good with her. We love quest!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ainsli, Mrs. Camille & the on call receptionist went above & beyond for my daughter during an over the weekend emergency. I never experienced this type of service like this in my life. My daughter was never a patient there till I called the emergency number. I would definitely recommend Quest.

Fantastic experience: Great location. Clean and kid friendly environment. Staff were patient and great with the kids. Dentists was very knowledgeable and thorough. Fantastic experience: I wish there was 100 stars!! Dr. Troy Miller is the BEST DENTIST IN LAFAYETTE!!! NO ONE COMPARES!! Dr. Lindsey is the BEST ORTHODONTIST IN LAFAYETTE!! You can tell they love what they do!! My daughter was with another dentists and so THANKFUL we switched!! The office staff is so nice and helpful!! I never have to worry!!!

Fantastic experience: The workers in Quest are awesome and very patient with the kids. I love that they all greet you and make you feel welcomed. I do recommend Quest to everyone I know with kids, the give the best quality. My kids love going there.

Fantastic experience: Jacob was referred to Dr. Miller when he was about 7 or 8. He’s loved coming ever since! He loves the atmosphere and the kind staff! He’s had nothing but great experiences especially when he busted his mouth during baseball practice. Dr. Shulpa was great in helping stabilize his lower teeth and referring us to someone who could perform the root canal! It is bittersweet to leave now that he’s almost 19 but he’s enjoyed the services he has received from Quest Pediatrics! He and mom both thank you!!!

Negative experience: Please make sure that you check with your own insurance for benefits and coverage. They will not notify you if they are out of network. I also paid out of pocket for the anesthesia required for 2 visits for my daughter but had to pay prior to the visit, which is not a problem. The issue I have is that they also tried to bill my insurance for the anesthesia as well, which because they are out of network with my insurance, it became my responsibility to pay. The office staff is incredibly nice. I just wish they were better versed on the insurance side, but it was enough of an issue to dentists.

Fantastic experience: Today my daughter had her first dental appointment. We decided to schedule at Quest because I had heard such great things about them. We had a wonderful first experience and I’ll never go anywhere else! The staff was so kind and friendly. I really wish I could remember the sweet dental assistant who we saw today because she was amazing! I can’t say enough good things about them! Highly recommend! ** editing months later as my daughter has her dental procedure done today. Dr. Ainsli Hollier is amazing. I seriously can’t say enough about her. She did an amazing job and I am so so grateful for her. Never going anywhere else. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: This office is AMAZING. I have never in my life been to a medical office that is so well run. It’s like a well oiled machine. The staff is so amazing, especially with young kids. I have almost 2 year old twins and we were in and out in 30 minutes, with lots of other patients there, but never once felt rushed. The dental assistant took her time making my boys feel comfortable. Highly recommended!!

Fantastic experience: They were super sweet and understanding....explaining everything as they found the problems and the environment is very kid friendly so my children werent scared 2 go 2 the dentist. I even had a hard time getting them 2 leave because they were having fun playing. I will definitely be bringing my children back as long as they are young enough and need work done

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience at Quest. I have never seen a place more kid friendly than this. There is a pirate ship with slide play area as well as a tablet area to keep kids occupied while they wait. It was our first visit and we had a one on one tour of the facility. The staff was extremely professional and courteous. You can tell they go above and beyond to make sure you have an excellent experience.

Fantastic experience: I brought my daughter here after we tried to take her to the dentist and she wouldn’t even open her mouth without screaming and crying. When we went to quest, they really worked to gain her trust and didn’t make her do anything she didn’t want to do. The office has a ply area for them to play before the appointment. The dental hygienist was amazing. She cleaned her teeth while she was standing because she didn’t want to sit in the scary chair. No tears and they were even able to get x rays by the end of it.

Fantastic experience: Our visit with our son at Quest is always wonderful. Staff is friendly and professional. Wait times are 10 minutes or less. Morgan was our assistant today and she was very sweet, calm, and patience.

Fantastic experience: This was my sons first visit and even though he was scared, they made him feel comfortable by showing him the tools, letting him do the brushing, and not getting frustrated with him. I am blown away by our visit and he hasn’t put his treasure down since! Thank you so much

Fantastic experience: Always amazed when we leave this place. Bringing two toddlers anywhere is stressful enough, but bringing them to doctor or dentist appointments is literally the worst. This place is a well oiled machine. They make all the kids feel so comfortable! It’s really so amazing! I wish going to the adult dentist was this great!

She normally has major anxiety and past dentist offices can’t accomplish anything without holding her down. Today, the staff was overly welcoming, the atmosphere was amazing, and the doctors and their assistants were first class. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!

Fantastic experience: I took my 1 year old here for his first dentist appointment. I have nothing but great things to say. Zoey was awesome! My son wasn’t really cooperating but Zoey played with him & made him feel comfortable! Dr. Ainsli was super kind & was very thorough. Everyone was super friendly from the check in desk all the way to the check out desk. I have nothing but great things to say about this office!

Fantastic experience: Brought our 22 month old in for a cleaning. They did great, visited with him before they started and was very gentle throughout the process. They polished his teeth, floss, and a fluoride treatment. He never cried once. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Brittany was fantastic with him. Dr. Miller was informative and was gentle as well

Fantastic experience: My son has been a patient at Quest for 6 years! From our first visit to the present we have had wonderful service from Dr. Miller’s staff. My son was terrified from a previous experience at another facility and dr. Miller’s office took the time to make my son comfortable. Now he’s older and just jumps right up on the table. My son currently is in braces and he’s had a lot of work done on his teeth. Everyone has made he feel so comfortable and the staff is thorough and cheerful!

Fantastic experience: I love it! The staff from the moment you walk in till you leave out, they are the most friendliest and professional group of people! They are just so patient with my special need daughter. So they definitely get 2 from me!

Fantastic experience: Well first of all the waiting room blew my mind. To have a huge pirate ship playground area inside was just awesome and keeps the kids occupied while you do what you need to. The staff were all very very sweet and very informative. The dentist was very sweet! She answered all my questions. That’s my only concern. But the atmosphere and attitudes of the workers are really wonderful! Chelsie is amazing and did a wonderful job on Aubre’s teeth

Fantastic experience: Quest is wonderful! Dr. Miller and his girls are always sure to interact with my child, but make sure all my concerns and questions are answered. Very thankful that they never seemed rushed but are also extremely efficient.

Fantastic experience: My almost two year old had a great first visit! They showed her the tools and let her touch the equipment. The doctor talked to us in “normal” terms and gave us some advice on how to continue her oral health. 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: We are displaced from our home in Lake Charles, and decided to start seeing doctors around where we have been staying for almost a year. All I can say is, “WOW!” Everyone is so amazing and friendly! The place is so nice and clean and FUN! I honestly didn’t want to leave. My almost 5 year old didn’t, either! Felt like we were leaving a fun play place! Sad it’ll be six months before we get to go back!

Fantastic experience: Taking 3 kids to the dentist went as perfect as it could be because we went to Quest. They were distracted with all the amenities that they barely noticed they were having a dental exam. The assistants were so courteous and friendly and we were out really quickly. Every visit I’m thankful for a dentist like this.

Fantastic experience: My 3-year-old son had a wonderful first appointment! Everyone was so nice and friendly and make my little one feel comfortable. He is usually shy and not very cooperative, but he did wonderful for his check up and cleaning today!
