Fantastic experience: I went today for my first time cleaning and exam. I heard great things about this facility but my experience was far better than expected. Each encounter with different employees was excellent. Cassie was my hygienist and I felt like I was hanging out with a good friend. She was super nice, professional, knowledgeable and very funny. I’m definitely looking forward to my next appointment with her. Doctor Simmons did my exam and he was also super nice and professional. When I was leaving I went ahead and made my husband an appointment so he can get that same wonderful customer service experience that I had today. Thank you to the staff of Windstone!!

Dr Kamden is always a delight and she is always smiling and remembers what she has helped me with on past visits. Dr. Jo is the anchor, calm and steady. Everyone from front counter to hygienists and assistants are the best in their field of experience. I drive from Midtown Memphis to Olive Branch and it is worth the extra time.

Negative experience: Went in for cosmetic dental (chipped teeth from grinding), they did full x-rays and told me that they would submit request to my insurance to get pricing and send over information within 2 weeks. They never sent anything nor did they call to provide information. I called them multiple times. So essentially I paid for x-rays for nothing. Disappointing.

Fantastic experience: Look no further. If you're reading these reviews to see if you should come here, do it. I was skeptical about finding a new dentist office to call home, but decided to come in. I've been seeing Dr. Simmons for 7-8 years now and will never go anywhere else. My husband refused to go to a dentist but I convinced him to see Dr. Joe and now he loves it. The place is extremely clean! You can tell they take pride in their practice and sanitize well. The staff is phenomenal! They make you feel like family and make sure you're cozy. You can tell everyone actually cares and that's a very welcome change compared to my previous dental office that seemed like they were herding cattle in and out. The doctors are gentle and kind. I have absolutely nothing negative to say. Just make the appointment.

Negative experience: I received a root canal and crown from Windstone Dental and was told it would last forever, but then it started moving upward of my tooth last year and I was told that it was only guaranteed for five years and I had just missed my coverage window, so now the crown has disappeared and I’m left with the option of purchasing another crown that I can’t afford, or going without and risk infection. Thanks Windstone for the expensive temporary fix! My children also go to Windstone, but now I’m rethinking what I thought was a great dentist and will likely move my family somewhere else. In addition, Windstone burnt me once again by dropping my daughter from in network to out of network with no notice aside from an email that they said was sent, but never received. There should have been a red flag on my daughters chart checking to see if we wanted to pay an insane amount out of pocket to keep the same EXPENSIVE out of network dentist, or move to a dentist who was in network, but Windstone dropped the ball as far as it could fall leaving us with a bill that we should’ve never had to pay. Never again Windstone! Shame on you! Me and my family loved you, but then you screwed us in more ways than one!

Everything was broken down and even shown to what would be done on my x-ray beforehand. Everyone was exceptionally nice and I’ll definitely be referring friends & family .

Laci, my hygienist was absolutely wonderful. She was patient, understanding, super friendly and very informative. Dr. Stephen was really nice, too. I’m actually looking forward to going back in 6 months for my next cleaning! They eased all my anxieties. The front desk staff and the lady that came and got me from the waiting room were nice, as well!

Fantastic experience: The entire staff is amazing! This place deserves 10 ⭐ s!! The office , rooms and tools are CLEAN! The price is right( I pay out of pocket) and the service is fantastic! I wont go anywhere else! I feel proud giving them my money because they KNOW what they are doing ! Before I found Windstone Dental I was told by another dentist that I needed a tooth pulled or root canal . Dr. Simmons said absolutely not. He just replaced the broken filling I had . . Big difference if you ask me ! Between the office being clean, the dentist and hygienist being clean, the thorough service , and the care you get ...its really a *no questions asked* kind of deal for me. It should be for you too! My teeth always come out squeaky clean because Carla pays attention to detail and doesn't rush the process. Dr. Simmons is amazing because he tells me his plan of action if I need something done. He also makes sure I am numb enough too! Which is so important for me because they understand redheads! We don't numb very well. Soooo many other dentists I've seen rush through everything and are painful! Windstone Dental has not ever hurt me Y'all Enjoy !! ;) They rock! I have referred friends and family here too Iam very particular! Not hard to please what so ever , but as a business woman myself , they absolutely check ✅ off every professional box for me. Fantastic experience: My first visit to Windstone Dental was a very pleasant experience. The check-in staff, the cleaning tech and the dentist were very friendly, very thorough, and did a great job at calming my anxiety! I won’t mind at all for my next visit. UPDATE! My 2nd visit was with Dr. Joe to extract an upper tooth and repair a chip in a front tooth. Having a high level of dentistry anxiety, I was not looking forward to this. I can say that Dr. Joe put me at ease and was done before I knew it. No pain at all! Highly recommend! 2nd UPDATE! As always, the staff was quick to get me checked in, minimal wait time to be called back and the checkup was thorough and professional. 3rd UPDATE! My recent visit to Windstone Dental was the same pleasant, thorough, and professional experience that I expected. Still a thumbs up!

They listened to every word I said, and decided that what I really wanted was something different than they could offer, so they suggested other places first, and then told me to come back and get my lips done! Positive experience: Clean, fast, and friendly. Dentist did not seem to acknowledge my complaints or questions regarding my teeth. Told me I had a cavity that would be scheduled to be fixed, but I never heard anything else about it. Sad that I moved here and cannot find a dentist as good as previous dentists I have been too.

Fantastic experience: My visit at Windstone went very well. Nice, clean and very comfortable environment. After being greeted by the receptionist, she kindly reminded me of my appointment time. Thinking I was on time I actually sat in my car for five minutes before going inside. Although I was twenty minutes late, and after I explained to her the time that I put into my phone, which was twenty minutes later than what I had been given, she realized I had made an honest mistake, she told me it was OK & would try to get me in for cleaning..and was I pleased with getting that opportunity, not being reschedule, because it was actually my dyslexia for putting eight forty for eight twenty. I really appreciate her for seeing that. My hygienist was Tracy, very nice, great personality and explained everything she was to do from beginning to end. I knew that this dental office was where I needed to go because of my previous experience there, also the professionalism, the care and patience they have for those sitting in the dentist chair. It had been some years not going there, but I was very happy with my cleaning and Dr Joe was very nice, he gave me some instructions on how to keep things healthy in the hard to reach areas of my back tooth. Very much helpful. I will be returning for the six month cleaning.

My appointment was for may and I work 9 hour days and it’s hard to get an appointment to align with my schedule without taking off! If anyone cancels they will ask if you would like the appointment! Luckily I was able to get in last week due to us being off and I was very pleased with my visit! 10/10 recommend

Fantastic experience: All I can say is this is a great place to get dental work done!! I have had teeth pulled and a new fixed bridge. My husband got dentures. Everyone is kind and helpful, from the moment you walk in the door. I use Dr. Simmons and he's the best. I didn't even know when my teeth were out. He's gentle and tells you what he's doing.
