Fantastic experience: Wow was so impressed with the whole process. Dr Patel and her staff listened and was able to come up with a plan that suit my financial resources. Talked to my daughter and was surprised that she uses the same dentist. I was drawn to them because of all the reviews I saw on Tik tok❤️❤️can’t wait to get started on my new smile❤️❤️Finally able to talk to a office that suited my needs and worries. Thanks to all the office staff and lastly to the financial planner. He was awesome❤️

Fantastic experience: This is my second visit & I have nothing but good things to say about Vue Dental staff, all the way from the front desk to Dr. Patel to Accounting. I can’t remember everyone's names, but the dental hygienist was awesome, taking great care with 2 teeth that are sensitive. Robert helped me with the financial end of things, very patiently explaining Cherry, their finance company, which resulted in a good route for enabling me to afford the dental work I needed. We now have a treatment plan for restoring my dental health. Thank you, Vue Dental!

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency dental problem. Vue Dental gave me an appointment the next day and treated me as if I was an old client. A problem, leaking crown, discovered during the emergency solution is being solved and the additional visits are proceeding as smoothly as the first. The practice uses the latest equipment and includes the desirable personal touch that makes the experience easier and less painful.

Fantastic experience: Dr Patel did an extraction today and it was very pleasant. Did not hurt at all and I would recommend her to all my friends and family. I love this dentist and hope to have her here for a very long time.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I moved to Dripping Springs, TX, from Galveston, and needed to find a new in-network dentist to pick up where we left off with our previous dentist. I was in quite a bit of pain due to a cracked molar, and needed urgent care ASAP. Not only did Vue Dental in Kyle, TX promptly schedule me, they absolutely exceeded my expectations! All of the front and back office staff were wonderful and the facility was immaculate. Dr. Keshavi Patel and her assistant, Jandle, were very kind and gentle--informing me of everything that was going on while treating me. This greatly assured me, and releived the trepidation I had been feeling about going to see a new dentist. I highly recommend Vue Dental!!

All of the staff were incredible from start to finish, they showed us everything that needed work, and explained in detail why it needed to be done. Fantastic experience: I recently moved to the area and was looking for a high quality dentist. After much searching, I found Vue Dental in Kyle. I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff, from the front office to the clinicians/dental hygienists — to Dr Patel herself. They use state-of-the-art equipment, review your X-rays with you immediately both with the clinician in preparation for the discussion with the doctor-/they point out problem areas, and work with you to established a dental plan of action. What more could you ask for? I was so impressed I convinced my husband to change from his dentist!

Fantastic experience: This is the best dental office in the Kyle San Marcos area hands down, and certainly the best I have ever been to. The staff make the difference. Dr. Patel is such a genuine and caring person. She listens to you and ensures all your concerns are acknowledged and meet with compassion. She takes her time and treats you like a person and not just a patient. I have never felt they were in a rush. The 2 dental hygenists I've worked with Mary and Max were both so knowledgeable and do an extremely thorough job. Even the front desk staff is nice! Thank you Vue Dental team!

Fantastic experience: Recommend to anyone who is seeking good dental care in Kyle, Texas. They do take insurance which is fantastic and they do take my Delta dental which more and more people are not taking. It is close to impossible to finding providers who are willing to take Delta dental. Their reasoning is that they don't get paid enough. Well I searched high and low and I was able to find that these guys indeed are in network not Only was I able to get an in-network provider but to my surprise exceeded my expectations. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I loved Dr. Patel. She was friendly and personable. Had a great bedside manner. The front office staff is very friendly too, especially for those of us who do not like going to the dentist and who doesn't. Everybody hates it but they make it very comfortable for you. Their Head dental hygienist has such a gentle touch. I have been to my share of dental hygienist and I must say she is clearly the best. I've had very gentle. I felt like I had my pearly whites once again. If you are a reader of Google reviews then you will benefit from reading mine because I certainly check them out. The power of a Google review is everything these guys earned it.

Fantastic experience: I love Dr. Patel!!! This practice is the kindness Dental office I have ever been the patient of…they put the patient first!!

Negative experience: I'm done with this place and the terrible customer service. I chipped my front tooth. I called to see if I could get an appointment to fix the tooth. I was told I would have to make TWO appointments--one for an exam and then one for the procedure. I asked if I could schedule both for the same day, so I didn't have to take two days off of work. They said yes, they could schedule me for an extra-long appointment, but it meant I would have to schedule two weeks out. I waited two weeks with a chipped tooth and came in. You can probably guess what happened. They took ONE photo of my tooth and told me I had a "really hard decision to make" on whether or not to fix it and I should probably "sleep on it." When I said "No, I want my tooth fixed" they reluctantly admitted they just didn't have time to do it that day. What's more, they then admitted that they NEVER actually scheduled an "extra-long appointment" and that entire promise was just a lie. Also, the "exam" they did (taking one photo of my tooth) meant that I had met my insurance's exam quota for the year, so I wouldn't be able to come in to get a cleaning for the ENTIRE year of 2025 (it is barely May). I am an attorney. I believe this is textbook "bait and switch," potential DTPA violations, as well as potential insurance fraud, and I hope they have good representation. Because if they continue to operate like this, they're probably going to get sued. Oh and also? I went to another dentist to look at the past work Vue had done on my teeth and they said it was "very poorly done" and needed to be fixed. So...the quality doesn't seem to be there either. Look for other dentists in Kyle. There are a lot cropping up now that can probably figure out how to run an appointment system and won't just churn and burn your insurance.

Fantastic experience: Alice and Rob were freaking amazing. They were more than willing to help me and answered all my questions. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service working in customer service I value caring people.

Negative experience: I have been to a lot of dentist office over the years and I understand mistakes happen but this place gave no regard and no answer why someone just canceled my appointment they had no empathy on how I was feeling. They truly didn’t care. The lady upfront even said when I’m gone, they don’t know what they’re doing so someone just canceled my appointment with no reason when I took off work for this used time I barely had. They didn’t even attempt to try to work me in when I asked to speak to the doctor. They told me she doesn’t speak to patients which this doctor had very good bedside manner and I don’t take it that she would say something like that I wouldnt think she wouldn’t speak to me. I worked for an oral surgeon office so I get how busy business can be but she treated me along with the other gentleman behind her like oh well just to get schedule another time when I’m clearly in pain I would never recommend anyone to this doctor office and I have a lot of contact in the oral surgeon Field it wasn’t that they couldn’t see me. It’s how they treated me, knowing that this was not on me.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Patel was amazing she heard me out, and answered all of my questions, the team was also so helpful and understanding, I would 100% recommend and I am looking forwards to doing Invisalign braces with them !

Negative experience: I went here because of the really good reviews. initially they told me i needed three root canals. I paid upfront for all the work. They ended up deciding to only do two root canals. It took months and a lot of phone calls to finally get my money back. The root canals they did were not good! I had to get one of the teeth pulled because they left some of the cleaning instrument in it and it got infected. update: both my root canals got infected and both teeth now had to be pulled. do not go here.

Fantastic experience: I will regally recommend Vue Dental in Kyle Tx. I called in early morning and that gave me an appointment really quick. I went there with a lot of pain and they were able to help me with my pain. They also did some work and doctor Patel and all her staff were very friendly and I didn’t felt no pain. Negative experience: Dr.Ryan Ho is an awesome dentist very skilled and super smart thank you so much! What is very sad is that Dr Ho left was never told he left they just scheduled me with this butcher they call Dr b dont let him touch you i suffered for 3 months thanks to this butcher. As a traumatized patient to go from Dr. Ho to this butcher was horrific, i hv been suffering ever since had to seek new dentist and repay for all work not done by Dr Ho to top it all off when i went back cuz was not healing from rhe butcher i was told i nedd root canal tbat ir was not the crappy work theat the butcher did i pay for root canal after they stole 500 dollars from me only to go another 2 weeks suffering almost lost my job due to how ill i was to be told if the anitbiotics do work you must hv another issue in sinus need to go to primary i end up at ER from the intense pain and how beyond sick i was butcher left several roots in as well as the woman dentis did also had to hv tooth pulled after all that i hv never had a dentist that was so bad and the other dentist is very aware of how terrible Dr b is i had cement across all the teeth he did sharp edges all over wrong teeth, it was like he was autistic or something i could taste that horrible stuff for 3 days here it is 5 months later should be completed still sick n aufferimg these people should NOT HAVE LICENSE!!!

Fantastic experience: Like almost everyone, I dislike going to the dentist. And I usually wait too long after a problem surfaces to get treatment. But no judgement here, Dr. Patel and her entire staff are so nice and friendly and efficient. I had to have a tooth extracted, and I will be getting an implant - something I thought I wasn't able to do. She thoroughly explained the entire procedure and showed me x-rays and felt bad because I was going to have to wait several weeks in between treatments. However, I am glad to have chosen her, and I am leaving this tooth (and possibly other implants) and my smile, in her capable hands. I highly recommend Dr. Patel!

Negative experience: I loved my first experience with Vue Dental! The entire staff was so friendly and also took the time to get to know me personally. Dr. Ryan was exceptionally kind and I appreciated the way the office made room for me to get my fillings done the same day. Also upon finding out I needed Invisalign, I was provided affordable and reasonable options without feeling like anything was shoved down my throat. I was taken care of every step of the way and look forward to going back! UPDATE: after two years here, I still believe the doctors and staff at VUE are very kind and good people, but I’ve been very frustrated and disappointed by what seems to be mismanagement of their front desk staff. I’ve had multiple appointments made or canceled without notifying me. I often have had to call and remind them of certain things that needed to happen in my treatment. After closing my Invisalign treatment with them (which took much longer than promised and did not give the promised results even though I was very diligent wearing my trays) they forgot to order my retainers. I had to call back and remind them to order them, and have been waiting for months just for my retainers and to get my buttons off. I also asked to schedule a cleaning with them when I came in for this, and was told I would have to wait another 5 months just for a cleaning. I hate leaving a bad review when there’s so many lovely people here - but the consistent frustration and headache of scheduling and miscommunication has not been enjoyable!

Jennifer was super pleasant made me feel comfortable right from the beginning. The 2 techs that was with me from the beginning to end were awesome. I can't remeber there names but they were great. They took such good care of me, were very informative and kind. They noticed I was cold and brought me a blanket. Dr Jay worked on me and it was a 3 hour procedure but he made it very comfortable and relaxing. He made sure that i didnt feel any pain He was very precise and what I loved the most was as he worked on me he would take the time to make sure that there was nothing missed. He also took the time to give me a break git up stretch go to restroom. He demonstrated that he cares about his patience. You dont see that anymore They all did. Dr. Keshavi would check on me from time to time. She has a great dentistry. I will not go any where else. I will tell everyone about these kind people. Fantastic experience: This is my second review I’ve left for Vue Dental .. and let me just say, I’m taking the time because I absolutely love them and they deserve as many positive reviews ever . I drive all the way from San Antonio (used to live in Kyle ) and I love my visits . I will continue no matter where I am, and make sure that I clear my schedule to see this dentist office and her team. This is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I trust Dr. Patel and her team with my dental life . I’ve had many things/procedures done by her and her team, and they have all been a success , pain free, and happy result . She’s not only helped with my overall oral hygiene and health, but has transformed my smile . With a little help with Invisalign and her expertise of course . And I’m so thankful. Fantastic experience: Dr. Patel is an angel on this earth! My previous dentist wasn't able to get to the bottom of a gum infection I developed after a crown procedure. THANK GOD I FOUND VUE DENTAL! Dr. Patel took the issue very seriously! They have top-notch technology and were able to take a good 3-D x-ray that revealed a piece of bone floating in my gums, which was the source of the infection. Dr. Patel acted with urgency and would have done the procedure to remove it right then and there had she not had previous appointments booked. Less than 24 hours later, I was back in the chair. She cut my gums open, drained all the infection out, did a bone graft to treat the bone loss that occurred from the infection and stitched me back up. INSTANT RELIEF! Also, the office is really nice with a fridge full of drinks to enjoy while you wait. THANK YOU SO MUCH! 10 STARS! ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆

Negative experience: Moved to kyle and was looking for a dental office near by. I found vue dental and made my appointment. I paid after my services were done then a week later got a call from my insurance saying I was over charged for my services. So vue dental wrote me a check for my refund of $389. While moving I lost the check never cashed it in. Called back few months later stating I needed a new check to turn into my insurance. I never cashed the check in and they can find that there self I never did. When I talked to a lady on the phone she told me they had no documentation of them ever sending me a check. How do you not have record of checks you send out ? I have emails and itemized receipts of my services. Will not be going back to vue dental. They also told me if I had the check number they would be able to check for me. I DONT have the CHECK. isn't this something vue dental should have on file? Not having any record of sending me a check is crazy and unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: Thank you so much Vue Dental for getting me in so FAST and helping me with my cracked too!! Even though I need a root canal the doctor was so nice and gave me so relief until the antibiotics kick in and the infection is gone for my appt on the 30th. They even called me to get me in earlier since I was in so much pain. They got me back do fast and all the staff was really nice!!

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about Dr. Patel and the staff at Vue! Throughout my Invisalign treatment, I had to deal with multiple address changes due to my job, but they always accommodated me without missing a beat. Their patience and attention to detail over the years were outstanding! Not only do my teeth look great, but more importantly, I feel great! If you’re in Kyle and looking for a dentist who genuinely cares, I highly recommend them. Best in town, hands down!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been on the hunt for a good dentist in the area for a few years now, and I’m so grateful that Vue was recommended to me by colleague. I had my first appointment with Vue Dental last month. From the moment I walked in, I felt very welcome by the whole team. They were very thorough and did all the X-rays they needed and explained everything to me in detail and answered all my questions. Dr. Patel made me feel very comfortable and explained all the options to me for my dental situation. Robert was also very kind and knowledgeable and answered all my questions regarding costs. Today, I had my first cleaning. Max was great, I truly see such a huge difference in my teeth already. I already recommended so many friends to them before even having my first cleaning or procedure. I couldn’t say enough good things about them! 10/10 recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I would give this place more than 5 stars. I was greeted so nicely by all staff. Michelle was so nice and helped me through my anxiety going to the dentist after so many years. My dentist Dr. Patel, he is a gem, caring, great listener, direct, compassionate. I did not once feel like I was being rushed or forced into anything. All staff are so nice. They also have affordable plans. They also weigh your options financially. They really try to work with their patients to their best ability. I highly highly recommend this place. especially if you avoid or have such high anxiety about dentistry. GO HERE.

Negative experience: The Dental assistant took my x rays without using the protective apron. It felt like they were either understaffed or took too many patients than they can handle. The assistant didn't seem to have time or care to spend enough time to follow process. The Dentist Dr. Jay later explained me aprons are not compulsory, if its not compulsory why do you even have it? And this is not my first dental x ray and all the times I have been told to put on an apron. I choose this practice because it was highly rated. So may be this is a one off. But still its disappointing to see a dental practice disregard safety and behave as if its not a big deal.

Fantastic experience: I went in anxious about my dental work up but came out with a big smile! From Dr. Ryan who explained and gave me options about my tooth, Dr. J lessened my fear with injection for the numbing med, Dr. Patel who did my root canal and crown, Alexis, assitant of Dr. Patel, who told me she was not sure whether I snored during the procedure, and the rest of the staff who helped me too. The positive reviews you had before that I read prior to my visit didn't fail you. Amazing and wonderful!

Fantastic experience: I went for a new patient exam and was nervous as it had been a while since my last dentist visit. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, & continuously made sure I was comfortable during the exams. They thoroughly reviewed my results with me in a way that was easy to understand & were very patient in answering all my questions. They outlined several different options so I could choose what would work best for me financially & otherwise. There are various dental offices closer to me, but I will happily make the drive to remain a patient here. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dr. The Patel and the staff were great! The prices were reasonable. Before going there, I reached out to another dental office in the area who wanted $380 just for xrays and to get me in the chair. Vue dental charged me $45 for emergency visit, and waived that fee once I proceeded with treatment. I can honestly say I felt no pain during treatment. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have had dentists in 6 states over 30 plus years. Other than my childhood dentist (who was AMAZING) this is the first place I have been where I knew they listened to me, worked with me and respected me as a patient. Dr. Patel (and her entire staff) treated me with respect and compassion. Having had traumatic dental situations in the past, I'm always a little leery about meeting a new dentist. I had nothing to worry about here. They are the real deal! Would hate to move again and lose them as my dental community!
