Lisa Blalock's prompt response to my call was greatly appreciated, especially given my history of failed implants. The office demonstrated exceptional compassion and helpfulness in finding a solution to my problems. After being told by another dentist that my implants failed due to lack of bone, Dr. George Jabbour and his team provided a thorough explanation of my options and clearly reviewed my x-rays with me. Dr. Jabbour's outstanding bedside manner helped alleviate my anxiety about visiting the dentist. The entire office maintained a professional atmosphere, and Ms. Lisa's kindness and empathy were particularly appreciated. Fantastic experience: The entire staff are wonderful and comforting, to those of us with anxiety about dentist stuff. The cost for nitrous oxide is high, but worth it, if you need it. The recovery is super quick and it just makes the whole experience less tense. I hope that, someday, insurance will cover nitrous oxide, for those who might avoid regular dental care without it. It helps!

Fantastic experience: 10/10 experience it a bit pricey but they can work with you for payment plans and is a refreshing having the staff treating you like your human and not a dollar sign when you walk in I had my tooth extracted and all the staff was nice understanding and accommodating will be geting my crown or implant soon

Fantastic experience: This was my first time using Fort Bend Dental because my insurance coverage changed. I was a little nervous about what to expect since I had been going to my previous dentist for over 20 years. I was pleasantly surprised how nice my first dental appointment was. Dr Machart and all of the staff were very friendly and made sure that I was comfortable. I had excellent dental work done that I am very pleased with. I will return for my dental needs and have told my family and friends that they should also use their dental care.

Negative experience: Very disappointed at the end of my service to have a crown. People were great and the process was great, but when paying they told me there would be an additional 3.5% added to the cost unless paying by check or cash. That meant I couldn’t use my FSA or HSA check card. With all the technology in the office, and they ask customers to pay by check or cash seems ludicrous. I think I will be looking for a different dentist that doesn’t charge an extra 3.5% for customer convenience.

Fantastic experience: Very organized and on schedule. My appointment was at 8 am and I was in the chair at 8am. Everybody is friendly and customer service is A+. My hygienist is awesome and does a great job!! Had necessary dental work done and they took care of me as usual. Thanks again for a great dental experience!!

Fantastic experience: These guys are really good. Experience is easy, and they offer payment plans if you plan to get wisdom teeth removal surgery. I got out all 4 wisdom teethe, and they’re one of the dentistries that picked up the new merhod of filling the hole left behind after a wisdom tooth is removed. Now, you dont have to deal with dry socket, that because there is no socket! Surgery went great, time was a total of 50mins to an hour. These guys are also way cheaper than any dentistry in the area, mine costed 2,800. Great price, which others are 3,200-3,600. Give them a call, theyre good

Positive experience: We are family of six go there. What I am not happy were the surprise billed. I have asked many times that you need to disclose before the service if i have to pay extra. Even before my last cleaning July 14 I told you that my insurance will renew in few weeks. And yes still I got a surprise bill after the cleaning for $155. I could have wait few weeks so it will be covered by my insurance.

Fantastic experience: This is a large, new and very clean facility. The people were all very friendly and helpful. I received excellent care from the doctor and her assistant in replacing a crown on my implant. Definitely will use this clinic again as needed.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Fortbend dental for over 5 years now. I love this place. Chand is my dental hygienist and she does great great job every time. After the cleaning, it feels clean and amazing. Most visible stains are gone. I recommend Fortnend dental. I am very satisfied with their service. Wait time is also minimal.

Fantastic experience: I had a root canal about a week ago. Dr. Shen performed the procedure, and he was AMAZING! He explained the procedure to me in the beginning. He checked on me frequently throughout the process. It was not painful at all. I almost dozed off! After that root canal, Dr. Adler placed the crown on my tooth. I personally selected Dr. Adler because of other reviews on here. You all didn't lie. He is thorough, compassionate, and dedicated to his work. He also explained the entire process to me and checked on me frequently . I also want to shout-out Amber and Cindy who supported Dr. Shen and Dr. Adler. They were also phenomenal. They treated me with immense kindness and care. Above all else, the care that I received is what sticks out to me. I felt respected and valued by each member of my care team - it made the experience a lot easier.

Fantastic experience: I went in for a 6-month appointment to get my teeth cleaned. They got me in right away. Shawna did a great job. She was quick and efficient. Dr Beshay came in and looked me over. The staff is always courteous and professional. It was an all around great experience.

Fantastic experience: This was THE BEST experience I’ve had at the dentist. First time here (as we’d just recently moved from Indiana) and I’m so relieved to have found a place for my family. Fantastic experience: I have the worst anxiety—especially dental anxiety, which is no joke. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was focused on my comfort. They genuinely go above and beyond to make anxious patients feel safe and cared for. Every room has an Alexa (yes, really!), so you can play calming music or whatever helps you relax (my choice was Metallica). Some rooms even have full wall windows with beautiful views—perfect for anyone who’s claustrophobic or just needs a little mental escape. They also offer cozy blankets and have a ton of sedation options if you’re a nervous wreck like me. They even offered to let me bring my emotional support animal next time. And then there was Rachel—my angel nurse. She held my hand through the whole process, reassured me every step of the way, and made me feel safe in what would normally be the worst kind of situation for me. I will never forget her kindness. The hygienist was gentle, the cleaning was incredibly thorough and painless (a miracle), and the doctor was just as amazing. Everyone there has impeccable bedside manner. The atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and honestly unlike any other dental office I’ve ever seen. I also signed up for their yearly membership, which was super affordable and totally worth it. I will never go anywhere else. If you’ve got dental anxiety, this is the place you’ve been hoping for. THANK YOU, Fort Bend Dental, for making me feel seen, heard, safe and giving me an option I’m comfortable with so I can prioritize my oral self care.

Fantastic experience: I had been dealing with some discomfort for about a week with my wisdom teeth and it had begun getting to the point of constant pain. I called in the morning as a new patient and was able to make a same day appointment to have all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. Everyone from the front desk, to Ms. Lisa in the financial department, and all of the dental office hygienists and assistants were extremely kind and patient. Negative experience: No one is this company answers their phone. I have called 5 times over 5 days and then 5 times today. Hitting every option in the menu in hopes of speaking to anybody but not one person has answered. I have half a mind to fly into Houston and throw a brick through the window. Fantastic experience: I’m giving this office a well-deserved 5 stars for their kindness, efficiency, and for treating me like a human being, something I didn’t realize I was missing until now. My past dental experiences felt rushed and impersonal, but this office was the complete opposite. The staff is warm, the environment is spotless, and the doctors are gentle, patient, and thorough. They explained every step and reassured me with care, even when I scheduled an “emergency appointment” with concerns about my bone graft. They never made me feel silly, just supported! After several disappointing dental visits elsewhere, this one reminded me how it feels to truly be cared for.

Positive experience: Your dental care is excellent. However, there are a couple of issues. I scheduled an appt over the phone with my preferred dentist, but when I came in the appt had not made it into your system. I was able to see another dentist who was very satisfactory, but it concerns me that my appt had " fallen through the cracks" and I wasn't seen by my preferred provider. Also, it is very inconvenient that you won't take debit cards, only checks (who carries a check book now-a-days) or credit cards for which you charge a fee. That is not good customer service in my opinion. Don't get me wrong, I think Ft. Bend Dental is good, I just think should address these issues.

Fantastic experience: Fort Bend Dental is the BEST dentist office and Dr.Jabbour his team are fantastic. He will make the whole process very comfortable. I had a very fear of dentist(walk in any dental office and the anxiety would start) and I would end up leaving. I did this for 40+years and neglected my teeth. Finally got to the point of not going even for teeth cleanings(anxiety). I developed a very bad gum disease teeth falling out left and right until I called my grown daughter and said “please look up a dentist and check out the reviews “. She sent me 3 dentist office to make try. I will not mention the first one I tried(anxiety)basically I left that office still not feeling comfortable and staff not caring(basically pull your teeth not put to sleep that for me was a NO). The next visit we made an appointment with Fort Bend Dental and we met DrJabbour. When he walked in to do the consultation he said “on the day of your procedure(permanent dental implant not just slapped some dentures in)you will come in at 8:00am we will bring you back at 8:30 and start your IV to sedate you numb your mouth/gum’s” and I do not know what else he talked about my daughter and I looked at each and thought this is the one. The day of my dental implant surgery this is exactly what happened and DrJabbour gives you his personal cell phone. I had to contact him because I’m new to this and was very concerned about all the swellling/bruising at 10:00PM on a Saturday night he called me back no waiting until Monday morning for me I truly appreciated. Dr Jabbour/staff THE WORLD’S BEST DENTAL OFFICE.

The team Dr Jabbour, Dr. Adler and Dr Shen and their assistants have done an excellent job for my full dental work preparing and istalling a crown, root canal and exteaction of a wisdom tooth all in 2 hours which normally had raken me over a month in previous experience. Fantastic experience: I visited Fort Bend Dental for the first time today and my experience was awesome. I was treated exceptionally good from the intake to my release. The office staff and workers were all very friendly. I also did not have to wait long to be called back for treatment. Richard did my cleaning. He did a great job so I requested to get him back.
